Abstract

Penelitian ini mendiskripsikan proses penguatan hafalan Al-Qur’an melalui penerapan metode talaqqi dan mudarasah di Ma’had tahfizh Al-Qur’an Nur Aisyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa metode talaqqi diterapkan melalui tiga tahapan: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, sedangkan metode mudarasah melalui empat tahapan: perencanaan, halaqah, sorogan ustadz, dan evaluasi. Faktor pendukung metode talaqqi meliputi lingkungan belajar yang baik, motivasi dari pembimbing dan teman, serta fasilitas yang memadai. Hambatannya berupa kurangnya ketekunan dan rasa malas. Adapun metode mudarasah didukung oleh semangat dan kedisiplinan santri, peran pengurus, kehadiran pengawas, dan sistem absensi yang tertib. Hambatan utamanya adalah kurangnya persiapan hafalan dan tidak hadirnya partner simakan. Secara umum, kedua metode tersebut, khususnya talaqqi, terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas hafalan santri dan layak untuk terus dikembangkan dalam mencetak generasi penghafal Al-Qur’an yang unggul.

Abstract

The demand for innovative approaches in vocational education has increased significantly in the digital era. This study explores the integration of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) with a Virtual Kitchen platform to enhance students’ creativity and entrepreneurial potential in bakery courses. Using a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest design with non-equivalent groups, the research involved 52 students divided into experimental (n = 26) and control (n = 26) groups. The intervention combined project-based tasks with virtual kitchen simulations, allowing students to experiment with recipes, simulate product branding, and practice digital marketing in a risk-free environment. Data were collected through creativity assessments, product evaluation rubrics, entrepreneurial attitude scales, and student feedback surveys. Statistical analysis using paired and independent t-tests revealed a significant improvement in both creativity and entrepreneurial readiness in the experimental group (p < 0.001). The findings highlight that integrating PjBL with Virtual Kitchen not only supports technical mastery but also nurtures digital micro-entrepreneurship and innovative thinking. This model presents a transformative strategy for preparing vocational students for the demands of Industry 4.0. Recommendations are provided for further implementation in other culinary domains and the development of more advanced virtual platforms.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir kreatif siswa di SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Medan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah guru PAI dan siswa kelas VIII-3 sebanyak 21 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI memiliki peran yang cukup signifikan dalam mendorong kreativitas siswa, antara lain melalui penyampaian pertanyaan terbuka, pembelajaran kontekstual, serta pemberian ruang ekspresi ide. Siswa merespons positif dengan rata-rata skor tinggi pada indikator berfikir kreatif seperti keberanian menyampaikan ide, keterkaitan materi dengan kehidupan sehari-hari, dan penghargaan terhadap perbedaan pendapat. Namun, masih terdapat keterbatasan dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran dan pemberian tugas kreatif secara menyeluruh. Kesimpulannya, peran guru PAI dalam menumbuhkan kreativitas siswa sudah berjalan baik, namun perlu ditingkatkan dari sisi variasi metode dan fasilitas pembelajaran agar potensi berfikir kreatif siswa dapat berkembang secara optimal.

Abstract

Motivation to learn is encouragement from within (intrinsic) and from outside (extrinsic) individuals or students to make changes in behavior and to achieve certain goals. Without motivation in learning, learning activities will be difficult to succeed. Learning motivation is influenced by various factors, one of which is psychological factors, namely anxiety. This study aims to: (1) describe student learning motivation, (2) describe students' academic anxiety, and (3) test the significance of the relationship between academic anxiety and student motivation. This study uses quantitative research with descriptive correlational types. The population of this study were 978 students of SMAN 2 Padang who were enrolled in the July-December 2018 semester and a sample of 93 students were selected by Stratified Random Sampling. The instruments used were learning motivation questionnaire with reliability 0.703 and academic anxiety questionnaire with reliability of 0.732. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistical techniques and Pearson Product Moment techniques with the help of SPSS for Windows 20. The research findings showed that: (1) students 'learning motivation was in the medium category with a percentage of 60%, (2) students' academic anxiety was in the medium category with a percentage of 70%, (3) and there is a significant negative relationship between academic anxiety and student motivation with a correlation coefficient of -0.269 and a significance level of 0.009.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in children's creativity through balloon creation. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. In Cycle I the percentage of the average value obtained by students is still low and there is an increase in Cycle II with the average percentage being very high. The results of the percentage of children's values indicate that the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) that has been reached has exceeded 75%. Thus it can be concluded that the creativity of children through balloon creation in TK Pertiwi 1 Kota Padang increases, and balloon creations can be used as an alternative to increase the creativity of Early Childhood 5-6 years.

Abstract

Problem solving skills merupakan keterampilan dan kecakapan yang didasari dengan proses berpikir untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan bedasarkan potensi yang dimilikinya dan dari proses tersebut dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam membuat pertimbangan dari berbagai sudut pandang sehingga mahasiswa mampu membuat keputusan secara tepat dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan pengembangan inventori problem solving skills bagi mahasiswa. Inventori dikembangkan dengan mengkuti prosedur pengembangan inventori Azwar. Metode penelitian menggunakan  model  pengembangan  Borg & Gall yang populasi penelitian  ini  meliputi  mahasiswa yang berumur 19-22 tahun dari Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang. Untuk menentukan jumlah sampel sebanyak 300 mahasiswa digunakan teknik  cluster random  sampling.  Instrumen  penelitian yang  digunakan yaitu skala likert problem solving skills dan lembar penilaian uji ahli atau uji validator. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Pearson Product Momen, Alpha Cronbach dan analisis faktor. Hasil penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan inventori problem solving skills untuk mahasiswa Universitas Kanjuruhan Malang yang terdiri dari 28 item pernyataan yang di nyatakan valid dan memimiliki koefisien reliabilitas tinggi. Inventori problem solving skills ini memiliki 10 faktor yang berkorelasi, sesuai dengan konstruk problem solving skills bedasarkan teori Andorsen yang mendasari pengembangan inventori. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan inventori problem solving skills untuk tingkat lain seperti SMA/sederajat, SMP/sederajat dan SD/sederajat. Mengingat setiap tingkat tersebut memiliki masa perkembangan dan kematangan usia dan proses belajar masing-masing tingkat berbeda dari mahasiswa.

Abstract

History, studying it is one of the obligations that students need to do, at least they know about national history. The learning process tends to be boring, making students less interested in learning more history, or more active in the learning process. Games become one of the solutions to be a learning media that can increase learning interest and make students more active in finding information about the studies. The purpose of this research is to try to make Game-Based Learning using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method, where in MDLC there are stages that begin with the concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing, and finally distribution. The results of this study are expected to make this game as one of the learning media and attract students to be more motivated and also more active in the learning process.

Abstract

This article aims to find out how value education is seen from the teroi moral education of Lawrence Kohlberg and Thomas Lickona's theory of character education. The method used in this study uses literature analysis of data taken from books, journals and other literature relevant to Lawrence Kohlberg's moral education and Thomas Lickona's character education in the frame of value education. The results of the study show that morals and character are very important in value education. The moral development of Lawrence Kohberg has three stages, namely the pre-conventional level consisting of the punishment and obedience orientation stage and the instrumental-relativist orientation or hedonistic orientation stage, the two stages at the conventional level consisting of the interpersonal concordance stage, the law and order orientation stage, and the stage for the level of post-conventional which consists of the social-contract stage, legalistic orientation and the orientation of universal ethical principles. While Thomas Lickona has an approach that is used as a learning objective, including the value planting approach, the cognitive development approach, the value analysis approach, and the value clarification approach.

Abstract

Learning the subject of Islamic Cultural History (SKI) directs students to understand and criticize the historical traces of Islamic civilization. For this reason, appropriate learning is needed so that learning objectives are achieved optimally. This study attempts to describe the correlation of the use of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on students' critical thinking skills in SKI subjects. The researcher uses primary data, namely using the critical thinking ability score data of the students who are the samples of this study. The method used is the evaluation method and the comparative method. In this case, comparing the scores of critical thinking skills before and after using the PBL Learning Model. The results of this study indicate that there are significant differences in critical thinking ability scores before and after using the PBL Learning Model. There is also a very strong correlation between the use of the PBL Learning Model and critical thinking skills. It can also be stated that the PBL Learning Model is effectively used to improve students' critical thinking skills in SKI subjects.

Abstract

National reports from numerous nations found a significant percentage of teacher education graduates do not enter teacher profession (OECD 2005). According to Manuel & Hughes (2006), The expectations of preservice teachers for their future work environment are crucial to investigate because they provide insight into the motivation that drives future endeavors The goal of this study was to analyze preservice teachers' career decisions based on different levels of commitment to teaching. It has identified the commitment types of preservice teachers based on their reason for pursuing a career as a teacher, as well as their perspectives of the professional and external conditions. The motivational desire to make a decision regarding pursuing and preparing for the teaching profession is defined as committed to the teaching profession. The writer found whether “perennial problem” happened since preservice teachers through their commitment, motivation, and perspective about teaching profession. This is descriptive research that attempts to qualitative research. The total of participants are 42 preservice teachers who study in the Faculty of Teaching Education Program, in Cirebon. this research discovered that different types of preservice teachers have distinctive motives and perspectives of the teaching profession. The findings of this study revealed that various combinations of factors were important to each preservice teacher group's decision to enter teaching profession as a career, but that common sources of impact were discovered for all four groups of participants. Furthermore, these findings have important implications for educational programs and policymakers in presenting teaching as a worthwhile profession that is essential to society's advancement.
