Human resources are assets or capital that continue to develop over time and business dynamics as well as developments in technology and science. This research aims to describe the application and achievements of human capital that have been implemented in recent years as an effort to improve performance with evidence of goal orientation, as well as examining the relationship between the application of human capital and performance with evidence of goal orientation. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, by taking purposive sampling from 74 employees who hold supervisory positions at PT AIM Biskuit Sidoarjo, East Java. Data was collected through questionnaires and inferential statistical analysis was carried out. The research results can illustrate that the more optimal the application of human capital as an HR development strategy is, the greater the performance will prove to be the goal orientation, and vice versa. This is known from cross distribution analysis with a value of ?2 = 104.128, with a probability of 0.000 (p<0.05); then the results of this research also prove that there is a dignified positive relationship between human capital and performance, proving goal orientation from the value of r = 0.858 with p = 0.000 (p <0.05); whose coefficient of determination value explains that human capital is able to contribute 73.7% to increased performance as evidenced by goal orientation

Abstract

This article investigates the intricate dynamics influencing consumer behavior within the digital landscape, focusing on PT Sakura Dwi Mandiri as a case study. The study explores the relationships between Online Review Credibility, Digital Campaign Effectiveness, E-Reputation, and Consumer Purchasing Decisions. The findings underscore the substantial impact of online review credibility on both e-reputation and consumer purchasing decisions, emphasizing the pivotal role of perceived trustworthiness in shaping consumer choices. Additionally, the study reveals a direct and significant influence of e-reputation on consumer purchasing decisions, highlighting the strategic importance of cultivating a positive digital image. While the direct effect of digital campaign effectiveness on e-reputation falls short of significance, a marginally significant indirect effect suggests a potential influence on consumer decisions mediated by e-reputation. The insights gained offer valuable implications for businesses, providing guidance on managing online review credibility and cultivating a positive e-reputation to drive favorable consumer purchasing decisions in the dynamic digital marketplace

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and design SIDATA, a database management system tailored for final project data, utilizing the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology. The primary objective is to enhance the efficiency and responsiveness of SIDATA in managing, storing, and retrieving final project-related information within an academic setting. The research employs a systematic approach that involves an initial analysis of user requirements and a comprehensive understanding of the final project data attributes. The RAD methodology is then applied, focusing on iterative development, quick prototyping, and continuous user feedback to tailor SIDATA to the specific needs of its users. The methodology allows for swift adjustments and refinements throughout the development process. Implementing RAD in the analysis and design of SIDATA has led to a more user-centric and adaptive database management system. SIDATA now efficiently captures, organizes, and presents final project data, streamlining the process for students, faculty, and administrators. The iterative nature of RAD facilitated the rapid development of features and ensured that SIDATA remained aligned with the evolving requirements of the academic environment. In conclusion, applying RAD in the analysis and design of SIDATA has proven to be instrumental in creating a responsive, user-friendly database management system. The iterative and collaborative nature of RAD has enhanced the adaptability of SIDATA to the dynamic needs of its users, providing an efficient platform for managing final project data within an academic context
