Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify this lifestyle as well as measure self-confidence in career decisions (CDMSE), which in measuring lifestyle uses the value, attitude and lifestyle segment (VALS-2). Sampling was taken non-probability, on 124 job applicants who had or were currently working, and data was collected using the CDMSE scale and lifestyle taken from the VALS-2 concept, which was then carried out by K-Mean cluster analysis. It can be concluded that the lifestyle of millennial employees and CDMSE can be divided into 5 types of lifestyle, namely: 1) millennial holic lifestyle who have very high career confidence; 2) the sabotaging lifestyle has high career beliefs, and this lifestyle believes in the position that is being held, but its attitude tends to avoid competition and work conflict in achieving its career; 3) the millennial lifestyle has relatively high confidence and the characteristics of employees who like to attract the attention of many people; 4) millennial conformity lifestyle with the characteristic of easily following social trends or influences to make changes in attitudes and behavior to match the character of social norms; and 5) the aut-millennial lifestyle which has autistic behavior and ways of thinking, namely thinking and carrying out activities that are more self-oriented. These millennial employees show more personal thinking, liking symbols with personally translated meanings. Employees with an autistic lifestyle will show work behavior that is more focused and in-depth with one area of work where the activity is as if it were a dialogue

Abstract

Finding out how leadership style, work discipline, job happiness, and motivation all play a role in Jaten District school principals' success is the overarching goal of this study. A quantitative research design is utilised in this research approach. A total of 135 Jaten District public school teachers made up the study's population. A total of 135 educators participated in the survey, which was selected using a census-style sampling method. Gathering information using surveys. The statistical analysis of data makes use of the following methods: coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression test, F test, and t test. School principals' performance in Jaten District is impacted, to a lesser but statistically significant degree, by leadership style, work, job satisfaction, and motivation. Based on the findings, school principals in the Jaten sub-district should keep working on their leadership skills, work discipline, job happiness, and drive to achieve even greater results

Abstract

Bank operational activities have a significant impact on the economy and therefore require regulations that can minimise potential risks that may occur. The purpose of this study is to review the implementation of risk management in depth at the Regional Bank of North Sumatra. This study uses secondary data from annual reports published during 2018-2022. This research is a descriptive research that will be described through data on credit risk, risk management and bad debts. The results of this study indicate that the Regional Bank of North Sumatra has successfully implemented risk management well even though there are some limitations in the process.

Abstract

Skin diseases are abnormal conditions affecting the outer layer of the human body. The prevalence of skin infections worldwide reaches 300 million cases per year, with Indonesia contributing significantly, mainly due to the tropical climate and dense population. Factors such as air temperature, environmental cleanliness, personal hygiene, and the lack of public knowledge about skin hygiene can trigger various types of skin diseases. Skin diseases are often considered trivial as they do not cause death, yet if not promptly and accurately addressed, they can lead to spreading and difficulties in treatment. Analyzing skin diseases requires a high level of knowledge, and accurate diagnosis often presents a challenge. The success of diagnosis heavily relies on the experience of doctors, with some limitations involving subjective assessments and variations among experts. This research aims to design an artificial intelligence (AI)-based application that can quickly and accurately diagnose various types of skin diseases in humans. The application utilizes Deep Learning technology, employing the MobileNet model in Computer Vision to identify skin disease types based on images provided by the user. The system development method used is the AI Project Cycle, encompassing stages such as problem scoping, data acquisition, data exploration, modeling, evaluation, and deployment. Model evaluation results demonstrate good performance with an accuracy rate of 96%, precision of 96%, an f1 score of 95%, and a recall of 95%. The resulting application not only provides diagnoses but also offers information about symptoms, causes, and methods of handling the identified skin diseases

Abstract

The decline in the number of graduates from the Computer Engineering Program, based on the graduation percentages of the 2017 and 2018 cohorts, coupled with the imbalance between on-time and delayed graduates, poses various challenges. These challenges include suboptimal program accreditation and an excessive number of active students. This research aims to develop a classification model for student performance categorization into On-Time Graduation (LTW) and Delayed Graduation (LTTW) classes using SVM and C4.5 algorithms. The C4.5 algorithm will handle attribute selection, while SVM will be responsible for building the prediction model. The classification results will be visualized on a website using the Flask framework, allowing users to input relevant data. The classification accuracy on the test set, reaching 77.74%, indicates the model's precision in predicting student performance categories

Abstract

This study explores the sales transactions of a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (UMKM) that sells over 40 types of essential oils, totaling 2305 items sold in 2023. The products, packaged in small bottles (10-50 ml), were distributed to almost every province in Indonesia. The main objective is to cluster the data based on variables such as oil type, bottle size, courier company, and destination province. The elbow method determined an optimal number of clusters (k=4), and the Silhouette Coefficient validated the effectiveness of the clustering (0.7614). To simplify the complex clustering results, Principal Component Analysis (PCA) was used for visualization, providing a clear representation of 5 variables and 4 clusters. This study offers valuable insights for informed decision-making in UMKM's service enhancement and development

Abstract

MSMEs are one of the most important sectors in a country's economy. According to the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (Kemenkop UKM), the total number of MSMEs in Indonesia reached 8.71 million business units in 2022 with a contribution to GDP of 60.5%, and absorbed a workforce of 96.9% of the total national employment. However, MSMEs often face various challenges in maintaining their business continuity, such as low quality of human resources, capital and understanding of the utilization and development of technology (Kusumaastuti & Asih, 2015). Currently, MSMEs must be able to adapt to technology, one of which is Artificial Intelligence (AI) to increase business productivity, such as improving customer service, displaying attractive product descriptions and reviews, and assisting product marketing and sales. AI helps develop sales and marketing strategies that significantly improve business performance so as to maintain business continuity (Palanivelu & Vasanthi, 2020).Digital financial knowledge is a knowledge concept that includes financial knowledge and digital knowledge (Normawati et al., 2021). Business actors who have financial knowledge find it easier to understand matters related to the financial sector and have the knowledge to access the financial sector, and are able to carry out better financial planning (Safitri et al., 2022). By having financial knowledge and skills, business actors can support the sustainability of their business with products produced by financial institutions to facilitate capital development for business actors and ensure financial security in business management (Jayanti & Karnowati, 2023). This study aims to (1) determine the effect of the application of AI-based technology on business sustainable MSMEs, (2) determine the effect of digital financial knowledge on business sustainable MSMEs. The population in this study were MSME actors in Bekasi Regency. The sample collection technique used was accidental sampling technique. The method used is a quantitative method using SEM Smart PLS software as an analytical tool.
