Abstract

Over time there will always be many changes that continue to occur, from the smallest things to the biggest things. Especially in this era of increasingly sophisticated technology, getting information is very easy, but during a pandemic like now it is very difficult to carry out activities so that it becomes something very complicated, especially for students who want to enter. registering for college will be very difficult to get information, but fortunately now there is a Whatsapp Gateway that makes it easy for new students to get the latest information about student registration, we are currently conducting research on the Whatsapp Gateway, to make it easier for new students to get the latest information, at this time we use the research method we use today is the waterfall method or the waterfall flow method, this research model works according to stages such as from the highest point to the lowest working according to the correct sequence and process, with the aim of writing this research so that new students can use the Whatsapp Gateway well, making it easier for them to get information. About registration during this covid19 pandemic, which is difficult to carry out daily activities with the Whatsapp Gateway. All that can be done easily, with the Whatsapp Gateway, having an impact on students. prospective new students don't have to worry about how to get the right information, prospective students no longer need to bother coming to campus to see the development of existing information, just use the Whatsapp Gateway, any activity or desire they want to get development information can be done easily only by using the Whatsapp Gateway without having to waste time and energy, everything can be done at home, according to the current rules during this pandemic.

Abstract

PT. Minori is an apprentice delivery company to Japan located in Cikarang Bekasi. The apprentices to be sent to Japan must first follow the selection and education process. Even after arriving in Japan, the apprentices must take part in lessons too so they will not forget the educational material and move up to a higher level. The learning method during education is by accessing the Education server in LAN (Local Area Network) and accessing the cloud server during internship. The difference in location and network causes problems, the data that is on the local network server with the public network server, how to synchronize the data without changing the existing network infrastructure. Database synchronization in PT Minori is done by restful API from both servers to synchronize data.

Abstract

The availability of supporting devices in the academic services of a university is inseparable from the location and placement and also the need for these devices. The need for operational equipment is a necessity in the running of business process activities at a university, therefore the types of operational devices and facilities provided are a benchmark for a university in providing the best service to the academic community in it. In a tertiary institution, the need for operational equipment plays an important role in carrying out the teaching and learning process, on the other hand, behind-the-scenes operations also play an active role in ensuring the learning and teaching process runs. The need for operational equipment for infrastructure and facilities will increase where if a university has a building or branch with a different location, with this condition new findings will appear, the types of operational goods proposed are not balanced between branches or the number of goods that will be served by each branch is not monitored. Therefore, an infrastructure information system was built to facilitate and monitor each branch of the university in managing the equipment and operational facilities and infrastructure at the branch of the college building.

Abstract

Electronic devices including Air Conditioner is always used during lecture process in computer laboratory. However, based on the observation, the device is often still in turn on condition even when the lecture activities have been ended. Such less efficient use leads to electricity waste which causes electricity bills to swell. This issue can be overcome by applying automation to the electronic devices in the laboratory. It is expected that by using this automation, these electronic devices are not easily damaged because the device will only turn on when needed so that it works more efficiently and electricity waste can be avoided. Current research was conducted aiming to develop an Arduino-based smart laboratory. This research was conducted in a computer laboratory at the Department of Commerce Administration, State Polytechnic of Medan. Based on the data obtained from the implementation stage, it showed that the Arduino-based Smart Laboratory System was functioning properly and can be used in computer laboratories. Keywords: Smart laboratory, Arduino, Microcontroller.

Abstract

Today's organizations face changes in the business environment not only from the local environment but also from the international (global) environment. The ability to manage change is one of the key success factors for every company in order to survive and develop. Managing change is a process from identifying the power to change, the power to vote against change to the people responsible for implementing the change. A diagnostic approach will help ensure the competitiveness and performance of the company. These changes require managing the organization in new ways, so that organizational goals can be achieved more effectively in an ever-changing environment. The challenge faced by organizations is the labor market which tends to demand that work be done using human capital. This of course requires the organization to be managed by applying knowledge and improving the capabilities of its human resources. Facing these continuous changes, organizations must be transparent and able to adapt to environmental changes by making the organization a Learning Organization.
