The community of Lelede Village, Kediri District, West Lombok Regency, mostly cultivate goats and cattle. However, the cultivation of both types of livestock is still done traditionally using grass and agricultural waste as feed. From that case, the addition of microorganisms which has the ability to digest fiber is very important in order to optimize the digestion process of the feed. Probiotics are certain microorganisms that can help digestion and can minimize the presence of disease. In this activity the production and the use of probiotics has been diffused to improve the livestock production performance in Lelede Village, Kediri District, West Lombok Regency. The activity began with socialization of probiotics, training of probiotics production, and its used for ruminants. The training material consisted of the process of making probiotics started from measuring the dosage of ingredients, making inoculum, until the production of probiotics in fermentors. For the training, 35 farmers have been involved. The probiotics produced are then distributed to farmers for later given to livestock either through feed or drink water.

In its 18th Congress in 2008, the Catholic Women’s Association of Indonesia (WKRI), a mass organization, set a program of “increasing small business women” (PPUK) as a program to help lift women to be able to run businesses in the economic sector. Therefore, WKRI has to empower the supervisors of this PPUK to be able to assist their fostered group and to give management guidance for the participants’ businesses. Current business management can be done more easily if business actors can use various office software that is easily obtained at the moment. This software is intended to make business letters, simple financial reports, attractive presentations, even flyers or other promotional media easier. The supervisors who will assist their fostered groups, will be equipped with the expertise of various office software, to later teach those who manage businesses. An interesting phenomenon that could be observed is that the supervisors involved in this PPUK program are generally more than 40-50 years old, even some of them are more than 60 years old. Making modules that are easy to understand and easy to teach to participants is a must. This training was carried out in 10 meetings from May to July 2019 and was attended by more than 20 supervisors of WKRI West Java Regional Leadership Council and Bandung Branch. It gained good feedback from the participants

One important issue of agricultural development in the dry land area of North Lombok Regency is how to increase the Planting Index (IP) supported by the availability of sufficient water, especially for the development of horticultural commodities. The increase in the Planting Index is expected to lead to an increase in community welfare, specifically an increase in farmers' incomes. The development of horticulture is intended to provide added value to farmers' income by applying environmentally friendly Good Agricultural Practices with production management in accordance with the conditions of natural resources. One area of dry land that has sufficient potential for horticultural development in North Lombok Regency is Kayangan Village. Problems faced by dry land farmers include the level of knowledge and skills of farmers, especially in the management of horticultural commodities and the relatively low level of farmer participation. To overcome these problems, innovation technology transfer is needed through the development of environmentally friendly horticultural crops by regulating cropping systems and improving cultivation technology to increase farmers' incomes. Counseling and training, as well as demonstration plots for improved cultivation technology and regulation of horticultural cropping patterns were carried out during May-November 2019. Community service activities were considered quite successful in terms of the enthusiasm and perseverance of participants in participating in counseling and training, as well as demonstration plots (tomato plants, chili peppers, melons, intercropped tomatoes and pachoi). The results of the demonstration plot showed a significant increase both in crop productivity and increased income per unit area of arable land. On going assistance from all parties, especially the local government, is expected to sustainably develop horticultural commodities in order to increase the income of dry land farmers

One in four children in the world are stunted. The process of growth and development in the children under five years is a process that is very important in determining the future of the child both physically, mentally and behaviorally. Genetic ability can appear optimally if it is supported by a conducive environmental factor, which is meant by environmental factors is nutrient intake. Stunting is a national and even global issue and Sukadana Village, Teruwai, is one of the stunting village loci established by the government. Through early detection and knowing of problems with the child's development, the recovery can be done earlier, so that the child's growth and development can take place optimally. Early detection of cases of stunting children under five years by examination of high genetic potential and length increments. The results of the analysis revealed that 12 toddlers whose TB / U were normal in the first month (60%) but whose BB / U increase decreased in the following month would be at risk of stunting if nutritional intake was not heeded. While 36 toddlers with TB / U diagnosed with stunting can be estimated to have stunted due to malnutrition, only 2 toddlers who are short due to familial short stature and 2 toddlers are likely to be stunting due to endocrine. Based on this data it can be seen what more appropriate intervention is given for stunting toddler cases. Length increments evaluated every 3 months are the best screening indicators for stunting events. There is no relationship between parental height and the incidence of stunting

Farmers' understanding of how to fertilize efficiently and effectively is not yet fully mastered. Most farmers often fertilize crops beyond the recommended dosage. This community service aims to (1) increase farmers' understanding and knowledge of the quality of fertilizers and balanced fertilization technology to achieve the use of fertilizers that are relatively efficient, (2) disseminating balanced fertilization technology with the correct rules. This activity was started with an explanation of fertilizer and balanced fertilization technology, then continued with a balanced fertilization demonstration in Mumbu Village, Woja Subdistrict Dompu District in the planting season of MK 1 in 2018. As the target partner was the Bina Baru Farmer group, Mumbu Village, Woja Subdistrict, Dompu District and as a working partner is a local agricultural extension agent (PPL). The community service team acts as a facilitator, while the local PPL is tasked with assisting the farmers' demonstration activities. This community service activity uses a participatory approach starting from the beginning to the end of the activity in making decisions. The results of community service activities show as follows (1) there is an increase in farmers' understanding of the quality of fertilizers and determination of fertilizer application based on fertilizer quality in applying the site-specific balanced fertilization concept and (2) mastering the application of balanced fertilizer application technology with the 5 T. rule. The application of proven balanced fertilization technology can increase yields from 9 tons per ha (how to fertilize farmers) to 12 tons per ha
