Abstract

Women's liberation movement (feminism) rose up when the practice of marginalization and subordination occurs. They were Qasim Amin and Jamal al-Banna, the two Muslim feminist from different generations, who tried to decipher the discourse of liberation against women. This paper concerns to discuss the idea of the two figures. To analyze this problem, the authors conducted a literature study to assess the work of both of which relate to the problems of women, Tahrir al-Mar‘ah by Qasim Amin and Al-Mar‘ah al-Muslimah bayna Tahrir Al-Qur’an wa Taqyid al-Fuqaha’ by Jamal al-Banna. These studies lead to the conclusion that the discourse of women's liberation initiated by Amin and Jamal cannot be separated from the paradigm of feminism owned by each figure. Both Amin and Jamal stated that the practice of marginalization and subordination of women is not from the nature of religion, but it was from the culture and misunderstanding on religious teachings.

Abstract

In everyday, the phenomenon of life is always changing, humans also changed. But why when people are in an organization, they tend to be difficult to accept changes? Abstract

The advantage of a nation no longer marked by the abundant natural wealth, but on the excellence of its human resources. A qualified education is one of the determinants the availability of excellent human resources. This will be achieved when the quality of education inputs, processes, outputs, teachers, facilities, infrastructure and expenses already met the standards properly. However, the major component of such a role is a teacher professionalism. This study used a qualitative approach, carried out in SMK 1 Panji Situbondo using case study design. Data collection techniques used include: (1) indepth interviews, (2) participation observation, and (3) documentation. Informants purposively selected using a sampling technique combined with snowball sampling. Data collected through these techniques were organized, interpreted, and analyzed within analysis as well as cross-case analysis. Credibility of the data checked by triangulation procedures, data verification / cross check, and check on the adequacy of the reference. While dependability and conformability reviewed by the supervisor.

Abstract

Language is a communication to obtain and convey information and science by oral and written. Verbal linguistic intelligence of children implemented in an integrated  with other activities while learning and playing. Abstract

Najmuddin ath-Thufi is a scholar of fiqh and usulfiqh, born in Thufi Baghdat Iraq. He was a scientist, he studied fiqh, ushulfiqh, Arabic, manthiq, theology, hadith, tafsir, history, and jadal. Ath-Thufi is one of Islamic law philosophy, his theori is adabtabilitas, it’s rule that Islamic law as the law created by God, and can adapt to the times. So, it can be changed in order to realize the benefit of mankind. The framework is the principle Maslahah adaptability. Maslahah principle as a fundamental value for the sustainability of Islamic law in the context of social change, which is able to respond to any social change. This study to determine about al-Thufi theory, maslahah as istinbath Islamic law.

Abstract

Happiness and harmony of household come from the love, emotional maturity, and intensity of communication that is built up from each individual in the household. The characteristic of a sense of love of the household is harmonious relationship especially between the husband and wife. In ddition to being a form of character and the personality of parents is also a means of forming the character and personality of child. Harmony of the home sourced from the harmony of each individual in the household that has performed its duties, functions, and responsibilities is a manifestation of an emotional maturity of each individual in the household. On the other hand, harmony of the household is a factor of communication intensity in family that runs effectively. The intensity of communication of the household has a considerable influence on whether or are not harmony Conversely relationships of family, ineffective communication is often the cause of harmony in a family relationship.

Abstract

While the obstacles in preaching of Muslim community Karangasem Bali are:The first, the Muslim community at Karangasem of Bali has been a middle to lower economic level then they prefer to work more than follow the activities of da'wah. The secondly, the existence of Muslim communities in Hindu-majority circles, inevitably they have to interact with Hindus, so is not little, Muslims are easily affected by the existing social circumstances. The solution of these barriers are: First, invite the Muslim entrepreneurs to build the economy of the people by making social institutions or Amil Zakat, to be managed and developed for the welfare of the people. Secondly, to invite Muslims don not to be easily influenced by the environment, remain respectful and respectful with Hindus.

Abstract

There is a difference of opinion related to the non-muslim skill of being a leader. Differences are: The first is not allowed, the second may be in the realm of the executive only, and also the third may be conditional. For Muslims chosen non Muslim as the leader of the law is the same with non-Muslim law becomes the leader.

Abstract

Values ​​include individual attitudes, as a standard of action and belief. And among the competencies that must be possessed by a counselor is personality competence. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe the similarities and differences in the counselor's personal values ​​contained in Carl Rogers' theory of person centered therapy with the personal values ​​contained in Kiai As'ad. The results show that the similarities are respecting individuals and humility; psychological knowledge and expert communication; harmony or authenticity and firmness hold the principle; and unconditional and sincere positive attention in charity and struggle. While the difference is Carl Rogers (objectivity, self-understanding, and accurate empathic understanding) and Kiai As'ad (zuhud and modest, fighters, time discipline and istiqomah, independent living and maintaining cleanliness, fond of building for the interests of religion and nation, attaching importance to interests people, and affection.
