Pawnshop’s motto is to solve the problem without any problems that should be upheld as a form of social interaction in the field of Muamalah.But the reality in the society,mortgageis at issue by priests of Islamic sects because that is opposed the concept of Islam that has been previously codified. On the other hand, some scholars of Islam say that Mortgagor(Murtahin)have no right to exploit and use thegoodsthat pawned, and on the other handthere is the process of massive poverty in the society, especially forPledgor (Rohin). Therefore, the middle ground in this issue is the changing mindset of the public in understanding the meaning and the purpose ofmortgage and reformulate that utilization in accordance with Islamic law

So it is necessary to minimize them by keeping the quality of loans in a case of nonperforming loans.Gijzeling is an effort to press the case of a bad credit which is the act to a physical or an agency of a debtor by entering them into prisonso that they loses the right to freedom.This act is expected to be a deterrent effect, because they feel uncomfortable with any restriction in action, so that the debtor decide to immediately pay or pay off that debts

Integrating character education in learning involvesome points. As we know that recognition pointis the essence of education that is the recognition of the human dignity of every individual human being. This study aims to demonstrate how the accommodation of two different traditions in term of ideology and social that can be create tolerance and peace in society. A primary issue of this study is how the ideology and social accommodation take place between Islamic tradition and Osing.It is comprised in this research questions:1.How does the Islamic Tradition in the coastal of Kedungrejo village?2. How is the development of culture and tradition of Osing in Kedungrejo village? 3. How is the development of accommodation, tradition and ideology among fishermen in Kedungrejo village which will be the frame of cosmology?This study shows that ideology is a significant problem for the coastal societyare easily ignited emotions, misinterpretation and and do something fatal.However, coastal society generally known as a rampart and open minded society, still permissive to the diversity of religions and ideologies.The attitude that always wanted to show the 'personal identity' is the one characteristic of coastal society.Osing as original tradition in Banyuwangi still provide color on fishermen appreciation for nature.So the accommodation between tradition and ideology bring forth cosmology of coastal societyin Kedungrejo village as a result of the accommodation between Islam and Osing become the local ideology that able to reduce conflicts

Polygamy has been a debate among some scholars of Islam about whether or not to allow it.After investigation, the actual points of that debate can be found in the practice of polygamy that happen in society. Gender activists who disagree and opposed poligamy actually oppose the practice of polygamy that opposes polygamy lies in the practice of polygamy that oppressdespoticalyto women.Hence the verse about the permissibility of polygamy should not be deprived to legalize the satisfication of the sexual libido of mens.Otherwise, thatverse should be placed in the study of sharia law that releases with no disregard the historical aspects of the practice of polygamy which is exemplified by the Prophet.With this perspective, the dimensions of morality in the verse of polygamy become the central point for consideration,because, the law without ethics is a wicked, and ethics without law is justutopia that far from harmonious and desirable social regulation building.Necessarily Muslims, who want to polygamy, not only follow the Sharia law but also followthe regulations of law that applied in Indonesia.Â

In its development, is expected Bahtsul Masa'il using interpretive thinking on fiqh texts that exist, and the musyawirin demanded to know the rationale treasures-treasures that have become classic reference material Bahtsul Masa'il. Likewise, methodologically, thinking no longer confined Jurisprudence with reference to the text (qauli) alone, but must be balanced by optimizing methodologies, theories and principles used by priests schools. Or in other words with Jurisprudence not have to be text (qauli schools) but should prioritize contextual methodology (manhaj) with the Fiqh and Ushul Fiqh Rule-Rule

Rhoma Irama is One of the poplar musicians are interesting to study. Here are two things; firstly, Rhoma Irama as unique person, especially the Islamic identity. Second, Rhoma Irama as the development of Indonesian dangdut music. This study to describe Rhoma Irama as the phenomenon and dangdut. As a Muslim, he is a personal who want to practice her faith as understood consequently. Islam as a way of life and his identity and a make it to be a sing’s content. Human life in an opportunity will be blasted in an emergency, given the behavior, culture, needs, and human interaction are always evolving over time. In our country, the government imposed a state of emergency which often includes 'martial law' and 'civil emergency'. In the medical world is also known term emergency, the emergency department. Even in the era of the old order (1954) never was a scholars conference in Cipanas who decided that the current President, Ir. Soekarno, and the status of the state apparatus wa li al-amr daru ri bi al-shawkah (emergency rule because his power). This decision also reinforced by the decision of the 20th NU congress in Surabaya in the same year that certify the results of the scholars conference decision. It is also known as an emergency that has to do with economic issues, social, and all sorts of walks of life issues relevant to the needs of human life in general.Â

Social change and social interaction is a particular social circumstances to other social circumstances change, Cycle theory explains there are a number of intermediate stage but its not the end of the the perfect process change, but it will return to the original back experiencing a transition. The factor of social change are 1) social; Families, groups and Ormas, 2) Psychology, 3) Culture. Social change can be seen from the characteristic: 1) development, 2) followed by the other changes, 3) self adaptation, 4) A change is not limited to the material or spiritual aspect.
