Abstract

The Purchasing Division of a pharmaceutical company plays a strategic role in inventory control and distribution fulfillment across retail outlets. Previously, the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting system at PT. X was conducted manually using spreadsheets, requiring up to two working days and being prone to calculation errors that affected employee incentive payments. This study aims to design and implement a web-based KPI reporting system using Python, the Django framework, SQL Server with stored procedures, and the OpenPyXL library. The system was developed using the Waterfall methodology with a modified prototyping approach. Eighteen KPI indicators were classified into four categories: procurement efficiency, inventory and expiration management, distribution planning, and data compliance and negotiation. Data processing employed an SQL Server stored-procedure-based ETL pipeline integrated with Pandas and NumPy. The system reduced report generation time from two working days to less than one hour while eliminating incentive calculation errors.Keywords: Key performance indicator; Reporting automation; ETL pipeline; Purchasing; information systems.AbstrakDivisi purchasing pada perusahaan farmasi menjalankan peran strategis dalam pengendalian stok dan pemenuhan distribusi ke jaringan outlet. Sistem pelaporan Key Performance Indicator (KPI) PT. X sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual menggunakan spreadsheet dengan dua hari kerja dan rentan terhadap kesalahan kalkulasi yang berimplikasi pada pembayaran insentif karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pelaporan KPI berbasis web menggunakan Python dan framework Django, SQL server dengan stored procedure, dan library openyxl. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode waterfall dan dimodifikasi dengan pendekatan prototipe. 18 indikator KPI dikelompokkan kedalam empat kategori: efisiensi pengadaan (KPI 1), manajemen stok, dan kedaluwarsa (KPI 2), perencanaan distribusi (KPI 3), serta kepatuhan data dan negosiasi (KPI 4). Pengolahan data dilakukan melalui pipeline ETL berbasis SQL Server Stored Procedure dengan mengintegrasikan data heterogen, kemudian ditransformasi menggunakan pandas dan NumPy. Sistem berhasil mereduksi waktu penyusunan laporan dari rata-rata dua hari kerja menjadi kurang dari satu jam dan mengeliminasi kesalahan kalkulasi insentif.

Abstract

Village tourism development was considered a strategic approach to achieving sustainable development by utilizing ecological, social, and cultural potentials inherent in rural areas through community-based tourism. This study evaluated the role of high-accuracy topographic data integrated into a geographic information system as a decision support system for village tourism development planning. Field surveys were conducted in Sukorejo, Pongangan, and Ploso villages using geodetic global positioning system observations, Total Station measurements, and detailed situational mapping. The collected spatial data were processed into topographic and thematic maps to support spatial analysis and decision-making. The results showed that the integration of precise topographic data significantly improved spatial zoning accuracy, accessibility planning, and identification of development potential and environmentally vulnerable areas. This study concluded that a geographic information system-based decision support system strengthened evidence-based planning and supported sustainable village tourism development from social, economic, and environmental perspectives.Keywords: Community-Based Tourism; Decision support system; Geographic information system; Topographic mapping; Spatial planning AbstrakPengembangan desa wisata dipandang sebagai pendekatan strategis untuk mewujudkan pembangunan berkelanjutan melalui pemanfaatan potensi ekologis, sosial, dan budaya desa berbasis partisipasi masyarakat. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi peran data topografi berakurasi tinggi yang diintegrasikan ke dalam Sistem Informasi Geografis sebagai Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang mendukung perencanaan pengembangan desa wisata. Survei lapangan dilakukan di Desa Sukorejo, Pongangan, dan Ploso menggunakan sistem geodetik, pengukuran Total Station, dan pemetaan detail situasi. Data spasial yang diperoleh diolah menjadi peta topografi dan peta tematik untuk mendukung analisis spasial dan pengambilan keputusan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi data topografi presisi tinggi meningkatkan ketepatan penataan ruang, perencanaan aksesibilitas, serta identifikasi zona potensial dan area rentan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Geografis berbasis Sistem Pendukung Keputusan berperan penting dalam mendukung perencanaan desa wisata yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to design a web-based asset management information system for an electrical components manufacturing company to address issues with manual record-keeping, which previously led to recording errors, duplicate data, slow reporting processes, difficulties in tracking assets, and a high risk of errors in calculating asset depreciation. The proposed solution integrates the management of physical asset movements with automatic depreciation calculations using the straight-line method. The system was developed using the Waterfall software engineering methodology. As an innovative feature, this system has successfully integrated comprehensive inventory classification based on type, function, and useful life systematically into a single ecosystem. Testing results using the functionality testing method prove that all system functions have operated as expected without operational constraints. In conclusion, the implementation of this information system has successfully improved work efficiency, data accuracy, and the regularity of the company’s asset management.Keywords: Asset Management System; Waterfall; Depreciation; Web-Based; Inventory Integration.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi manajemen aset berbasis web pada perusahaan Industri Komponen Elektrikal untuk mengatasi masalah pengelolaan pencatatan manual yang sebelumnya mengakibatkan kekeliruan dalam pencatatan, data ganda, lambannya proses pelaporan, kesulitan dalam melakukan pelacakan aset, dan rentan kesalahan perhitungan penyusutan nilai aset. Solusi yang diusulkan mengintegrasikan pengelolaan pergerakan aset fisik dengan perhitungan depresiasi otomatis melalui metode garis lurus. Pengembangan sistem telah menggunakan metode rekayasa perangkat lunak Waterfall. Sebagai unsur kebaruan, sistem ini telah berhasil mengintegrasikan klasifikasi inventaris secara menyeluruh berdasarkan jenis dan masa manfaat secara sistematis ke dalam satu ekosistem. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode pengujian fungsionalitas membuktikan bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem telah beroperasi sesuai harapan tanpa kendala operasional. Kesimpulannya, penerapan sistem informasi ini telah berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, ketepatan data, dan keteraturan manajemen aset perusahaan.

Abstract

Zisue Restaurant confronts operational hurdles owing to human ordering via WhatsApp, which can result in recording errors, difficulties managing several branches, and the lack of an autonomous delivery cost calculation system. The goal of this study is to include Location-Based Service (LBS) features and WhatsApp notifications into a website-based transaction information system. This system was created utilising the Rapid Application Development (RAD) paradigm, with stages including requirements planning, user interface design, incremental construction, and implementation. Google Maps API is utilised to calculate delivery costs automatically depending on distance, and WhatsApp Gateway is used to provide real-time order status messages. Testing findings demonstrate that the system can reliably compute shipping prices, provide order confirmation notifications in less than 5 seconds, and centrally handle transaction data across all branches. The findings of this study suggest that combining LBS and WhatsApp with the RAD strategy improved operational efficiency and service transparency at Zisue Restaurant.Keywords: LBS; WhatsApp Notification; Transaction System; Multi-branch; Rapid Application Development AbstrakRestoran Zisue menghadapi kendala operasional karena pemesanan dilakukan secara manual melalui WhatsApp, yang dapat mengakibatkan kesalahan pencatatan, kesulitan mengelola beberapa cabang, dan kurangnya sistem perhitungan biaya pengiriman otomatis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memasukkan fitur Layanan Berbasis Lokasi dan notifikasi WhatsApp ke dalam sistem informasi transaksi berbasis situs web. Sistem ini dibuat dengan menggunakan paradigma Pengembangan Aplikasi Cepat, dengan tahapan termasuk perencanaan kebutuhan, desain antarmuka pengguna, konstruksi bertahap, dan implementasi. Google Maps API digunakan untuk menghitung biaya pengiriman secara otomatis berdasarkan jarak, dan WhatsApp Gateway digunakan untuk memberikan pesan status pesanan secara real-time. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat menghitung harga pengiriman dengan andal, memberikan notifikasi konfirmasi pesanan dalam waktu kurang dari 5 detik, dan menangani data transaksi secara terpusat di semua cabang. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggabungan LBS dan WhatsApp dengan strategi RAD meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan transparansi layanan di Restoran Zisue.

Abstract

As the primary platform for online learning at STT Terpadu Nurul Fikri, the ELENA LMS requires periodic evaluation to ensure that its interface quality and user interaction patterns remain optimal. Such evaluation is crucial for enabling students to participate actively in virtual classes. This study examines the relationships between system usability, user interaction quality, and student academic engagement. A quantitative approach employing descriptive and explanatory methods was used, involving 120 active students as respondents. Data were collected using the System usability scale (SUS) and Heuristic evaluation—alongside instrument validity and reliability testing—and subsequently analyzed using descriptive statistics and Spearman Rank correlation. The results show mean scores of 34.37 for usability, 34.06 for user interaction, and 34.89 for student engagement. The instruments proved valid, with Cronbach’s Alpha values of 0.616, 0.862, and 0.871, respectively. Correlation analysis revealed significant positive relationships between the variables, with the strongest link observed between user interaction and student engagement (r = 0.743; p < 0.001). These findings confirm that the ELENA LMS effectively supports the online learning process, although improvements to navigation, system feedback, and interface controls are still needed to enhance the user experience.Keywords: Heuristic evaluation; Learning management system; Usability; User interaction; System usability scaleAbstrakSebagai sarana utama pembelajaran daring di STT Terpadu Nurul Fikri, LMS ELENA perlu dievaluasi secara berkala untuk memastikan kualitas antarmuka dan pola interaksi penggunanya tetap optimal. Evaluasi ini penting agar mahasiswa dapat berpartisipasi aktif dalam kelas virtual. Penelitian ini menelaah keterkaitan antara aspek kegunaan sistem, kualitas interaksi pengguna, serta tingkat keterlibatan akademik mahasiswa. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif dan eksplanatori digunakan, melibatkan 120 mahasiswa aktif sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui System usability scale (SUS), Heuristic evaluation, serta uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen, kemudian dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan korelasi Spearman Rank. Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata skor usability 34,37, user interaction 34,06, dan student engagement 34,89. Instrumen terbukti valid dengan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha masing-masing 0,616, 0,862, dan 0,871. Analisis korelasi memperlihatkan hubungan positif signifikan antarvariabel, dengan keterkaitan paling kuat antara interaksi pengguna dan keterlibatan mahasiswa (r = 0,743; p < 0,001). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa LMS ELENA telah mendukung proses pembelajaran daring secara efektif, meskipun perbaikan pada navigasi, umpan balik sistem, dan kontrol antarmuka masih diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna.

Abstract

The management of sales transactions and drug inventory at Maggha Mulia Pharmacy Palembang is still performed manually, resulting in inefficient data processing and reporting with a high risk of recording errors. This study aims to develop a web-based sales information system integrating online and offline sales with computerized stock management. The development method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The system design applies Use Case Diagram, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). The system was developed using Visual Studio Code and XAMPP with features for product management, transactions, stock management, sales reports, and online ordering. Abstract

Limited product information delivery in micro businesses often makes it difficult for consumers to obtain complete product information, especially when products are distributed through third parties without the direct presence of producers. This study aims to design a QR Code-based information system integrated with a website for Sabda Rempah products. The system development method used was the Waterfall method, which includes requirements analysis, system design, system development, and testing. The system was developed using WordPress and QR codes as a links between product packaging and digital information. System testing was conducted using the black-box testing method on both the admin and consumer sides. The results showed tahat all system features functioned properly and validly. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem informasi berbasis QR Code yang terintegrasi dengan website pada produk Sabda Rempah. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Waterfall yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pembuatan, dan pengujian sistem. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan WordPress dan QR Code sebagai penghubung antara kemasan produk dan informasi digital. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode black-box testing pada sisi admin dan konsumen. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan seluruh fitur sistem berjalan dengan baik dan valid. Sistem mampu meningkatkan efektivitas, efisiensi, serta kemudahan akses informasi produk secara digital melalui pemindaian QR Code menggunakan smartphone.

Abstract

Previously, all sales transactions at Mahmud Racing Apparel were managed manually through social media, leading to difficulties in data tracking, high susceptibility to recording errors, and delays in compiling sales reports. To address these challenges, this research centers on the design and engineering of a digital data management platform utilizing the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach, alongside functional verification and the System Usability Scale (SUS) framework. All planned testing cases were accomplished with zero average SUS score reached 82, which is classified as "excellent," and the duration of each observed operational activity became significantly shorter, with the greatest time savings found in order data retrieval (77.78%) and sales report compilation (72.22%). These outcomes underscore how the engineered platform stands as exceptionally practical in daily operations, while actively contributes to fostering MSME digitalization in the custom apparel sector.Keyywords: Online sales management system; Rapid Application Development; System Usability Scale; operational efficiency; MSMEs   AbstrakSebelumnya, seluruh transaksi penjualan di Mahmud Racing Apparel dikelola secara manual melalui media sosial, sehingga memicu kendala dalam pelacakan data, rentan terhadap kesalahan pencatatan, serta keterlambatan dalam penyusunan laporan penjualan. Guna mengatasi kendala tersebut, penelitian ini menitikberatkan pada perancangan dan pembangunan platform digital manajemen data lewat pendekatan Rapid Application Development (RAD), pengujian fungsionalitas, serta instrumen System Usability Scale (SUS). Seluruh skenario pengujian yang direncanakan berhasil diselesaikan tanpa kesalahan, dengan skor rata-rata SUS mencapai 82 yang diklasifikasikan sebagai "sangat baik" (excellent). Selain itu, durasi dari setiap aktivitas operasional yang diamati menjadi jauh lebih singkat, di mana penghematan waktu paling signifikan ditemukan pada penarikan data pesanan (77,78%) dan penyusunan laporan penjualan (72,22%). Temuan ini memperkokoh bahwasanya platform yang dibangun berdiri sebagai solusi yang sangat praktis dalam operasional sehari-hari, sekaligus berkontribusi aktif dalam mendorong digitalisasi UMKM di sektor konveksi kustom.

Abstract

Helpdesk solutions are essential for the proper management of IT service requests within enterprises. Nonetheless, numerous companies continue to depend on manual communication methods, such as telephone and email, resulting in protracted response times, disorganized data, and ineffective service management. This study is to create and assess a web-based helpdesk ticketing system utilizing the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology to enhance IT service efficiency. This research is executed as a case study at PT. INFOSIS-BLU, an IT service firm where the current helpdesk procedure yields an average response time of 6–8 hours and is devoid of centralized documentation. The suggested system incorporates real-time ticket monitoring, technician allocation, and centralized data management to optimize service operations. The assessment results indicate substantial enhancements, comprising a 30% augmentation in operating efficiency, a decrease in response time to below 10 minutes, and user satisfaction attaining 85%. The data demonstrate that XP is proficient in creating flexible and efficient helpdesk systems.

Abstract

BKKBN of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province is responsible for ensuring the availability of contraceptive devices and medicines (alokon) to support family planning programs across regencies and municipalities. However, the existing request process is still conducted manually through official documents, spreadsheets, and conventional communication methods, resulting in delays in data processing, difficulties in tracking request status, and inefficient warehouse inventory management. This study aims to design and implement a web-based alokon request information system that integrates request submission, verification, inventory management, distribution, and reporting processes. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The developed application provides several key features, including user authentication, master data management, online request submission, request verification, warehouse stock monitoring, distribution management, Goods Release Certificate (SBBK) generation, and analytical reporting dashboards. The results indicate that the system improves administrative efficiency, accelerates request verification, facilitates real-time inventory monitoring, and enhances data accuracy and information availability. Namun, proses permintaan alokon yang masih dilakukan secara manual melalui surat, spreadsheet, dan media komunikasi sederhana sering menimbulkan keterlambatan pengolahan data, kesulitan pemantauan status permintaan, serta kurang optimalnya pengelolaan stok gudang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi permintaan alokon berbasis web yang dapat mendukung proses permintaan, verifikasi, pengelolaan stok, distribusi, dan pelaporan secara terintegrasi. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Waterfall yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dibangun menggunakan teknologi web dengan fitur utama meliputi autentikasi pengguna, pengelolaan data master, pengajuan permintaan alokon secara daring, verifikasi permintaan, monitoring stok gudang, distribusi barang, pencetakan Surat Bukti Barang Keluar (SBBK), serta dashboard dan laporan analitik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu meningkatkan efisiensi proses administrasi, mempercepat verifikasi permintaan, mempermudah pemantauan stok secara real-time, serta meningkatkan akurasi dan ketersediaan informasi bagi pengguna. Selain memberikan manfaat praktis bagi BKKBN Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, penelitian ini juga menghasilkan model implementasi sistem informasi yang dapat mendukung pengelolaan distribusi alokon secara lebih efektif, transparan, dan terintegrasi.
