Gagasan jurnal LINIMASA hadir atas fenomena perkembangan ilmu komunikasi yang begitu pesat dan dinamis mengikuti perkembangan jaman. Dilihat dari definisinya, LINIMASA menggambarkan garis waktu atau suatu peristiwa penting dalam subjek tertentu yang ditampilkan dalam urutan kronologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Show Director (Showdir) dalam proses produksi siaran langsung “Konser Raya 25 Tahun Indosiar Luar Biasa” pada tahun 2020. Hal ini disebabkan, karena secara umum produksi program televisi tidak melibatkan Show Director dalam proses produksi. Biasanya, cukup melibatkan Floor Director (FD). Namun dalam produksi konser tersebut, selain melibatkan Floor Director juga melibatkan Show Director. Juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui klasifikasi Show Director dalam konser tersebut. karena untuk menjadi seorang Show Director, harus orang yang memiliki mengetahuan teknis dan nonteknis serta pengalaman dalam produksi siaran televisi. Juga untuk mengetahui kegiatan apa saja yang dilakukannya selama proses produksi . Penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat pada; (1) aspek teoritis; untuk menjadi bahan rujukan pada pengembangan ilmu komunikasi, pada bidang penyiaran, khususnya dalam proses produksi acara televisi regular maupun special program yang melibatkan Show Director dalam produksinya. (2) aspek praktis; hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai pengetahuan bagi kerabat kerja produksi program televisi, agar dapat bekerja secara praktis, efisien, dan kreatif dalam usaha menghasil program yang bermanfaat untuk masyarakat, dan (3) aspek akademis; diharapkan dapat menambah aspek keilmuan dalam bidang penyiaran dan memberikan sumbangan pengetahuan kepada pengembangan ilmu terapan dalam kreativitas, manajemen, dan teknologi dalam produksi program televisi yang melibatkan banyak pengisi acara dan kru produksi pada program siaran pertunjukan variety show yang menghibur, megah dan spektakuler. Along with the development of technology and the ease of communicating, there is a significant rise of using online dating application not only in global scope but also in Indonesia. However, in this ease of communicating, there is a problem that arose and become a barrier in the development of an online relationship. Uncertainty of an information found in the online dating applications be the focus of this study. Using Uncertainty Reduction Theory, this study explains how uncertainty that was found in the use of online dating application can be reduced by using three strategies in seeking information that was developed by Charles Berger and Richard Calabrese. This study uses qualitative approach with the method of literature review which compiles various journals and theses that were obtained through Google Scholar in the range of year 2010 – 2020. The result of this study shows that Uncertainty Reduction Theory has a significant role in reducing the uncertainty of information or dating profiles that were found in the use of online dating application in Indonesia.

In political contestation, the perpetrators are plural in taking various ways so that their political goals can be practically achieved. One of them is the use of mass media as a mouthpiece in increasing self-electability and political vehicles. Media has a role as the fourth pillar of the state after the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial powers. Because of its vital role, the media and the people behind it are required to be able to convey honest and useful information to the wider community. The existence of media owners who are involved and involved in the world of practical politics makes a preliminary indication of the increasing interest of a particular group. Indonesia, which upholds the rule of law, has established regulations and self-regulation for cases like this. Meanwhile, in the regulation and self-regulation of the media, it has been stipulated that the media must be neutral and not take sides with any party and not benefit the interests of individuals or groups. The government has the right and obligation to take action against the products produced by the media if a violation is found. In the management of the Koperasi 64 Bahari, communication problems become an important problem because this cooperative consists of many members who interact with each other without standard arrangements. The nature of communication is informal. Many things must be communicated clearly because they relate to the mass marine processing products. Not all the members have good communication skills. So this research was conducted to observe the communication network of Koperasi 64 Bahari members, where members interact with each other to share the information until they reach an understanding regarding marine product management which consists of the fishing process, the processing of catches, and the marketing of marine products. This success cannot be separated from the network that was formed in the organization. The use of a communication network analysis model ensures that the relationships and roles will be reflected through the existing information patterns and communication network elements. By knowing the roles and patterns of communication of each member of the cooperative, communication will run effectively and the objectives of the cooperative will be achieved. This study aims to determine the communication network at Koperasi 64 Bahari Surabaya. This study describes the process of forming a communication network that begins with two-way communication then develops into reciprocal communication so that it can form a converged communication model. This study uses a network analysis method, which aims to assist researchers in making relationship maps through matrices and sociograms. Through the sociogram the role of existing networks can be seen. This study results the roles that appear in the marine product management process network show there are five roles that are formed, namely Components, Clicks, Cutpoints, Bridges and Hubs. ABSTRAK Indonesia saat ini adalah salah satu negara yang terpapar virus COVID-19. Physical distancing merupakan kebijakan yang diberlakukan oleh pemerintah kepada masyarakat agar virus COVID-19 tidak menyebar lebih luas lagi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perubahan perilaku komunikasi karyawan disaat menjalankan physical distancing selama pandemi COVID-19 di Kota Bandung. Dengan adanya kebijakan untuk wajib melakukan physical distancing, artinya masyarakat melakukan kebiasaan berkomunikasi yang berbeda dari biasanya. Bahwasannya kita mengetahui bahwa masyarakat Kota Bandung memiliki kebiasaan bersalaman dan berkumpul. Metode penilitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi etnografi komunikasi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam menentukan informan, peneliti menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian menemukan adanya perubahan perilaku komunikasi saat melakukan physical distancing, yaitu sebelum adanya kebijakan physical distancing karyawan selalu melakukan salaman saat bertegur sapa, namun saat adanya kebijakan physical distancing karyawan tidak lagi melakukan tegur sapa dengan bersalaman namun hanya sekedar tegur sapa melalui verbal. Hasil penelitian juga menemukan perubahan, biasanya karyawan muda selalu berkumpul setelah pulang bekerja, namun setelah adanya kebijakan physical distancing karyawan tidak dapat lagi berkumpul seperti biasanya dengan rekan-rekannya. ABSTRACT Indonesia is currently one of the countries exposed to the virus COVID-19. Physical distancing is a policy imposed by the Government to the public so that the virus COVID-19 does not spread more broadly. The purpose of this research is to know how to change the communication behavior of employees while conducting physical distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic in Bandung. With the existence of a policy, means that community is doing the different things than usual. We know that the people of Bandung City has a habit of shaking hands and gathering. The research method used in this study is the ethnographic study of communication with a qualitative approach. In determining the informant, the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with the criteria already determined by the researcher. The results of the study found that there was a change in communication behavior when doing physical distancing. For instance, before the policy exist employees always do the hand shake with the other employees, but when the policy exist employee is no longer doing a hand shake but only a kind of greetings through verbal. This study aims to analyze the government's disaster mitigation communication in this case the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of west Java Province in the face of earthquakes caused by the Lembang fault. This research was conducted using qualitative research method. The research approach is a case study, using Haddow's theory of disaster communication strategy. As the subject of his research is the Regional Disaster Management Agency of West Java Province (BPBD Jabar). This research data was obtained through in-depth interviews and Library studies. The results showed that disaster mitigation communication conducted by the Regional Disaster Management Agency of West Java Province (BPBD Jabar) has not been carried out to the maximum because it is not a top priority so it does not have a clear pattern in disaster mitigation communication, although it has held mitigation programs such as: 1. Socialization of disaster risk areas 2. Disaster response training 3. Installation of Road Maps and Evacuation Signs assisted by the community / disaster volunteers. 4. Create educational media for school children (video animation). 5. establish a disaster preparedness village. These programs have not been conducted intensively plus BPBD Jabar itself does not have a disaster mitigation communication team that focuses on providing understanding to the community regarding the risk of earthquake disasters due to the fault of lembang.

Vocational High school is the institution that prepares students to work immediately after graduation. However, not all of vocational school graduates can immediately work, even many of them are unemployed as presented in the data of BPS 2020. The study is unique in that it endeavors to review communication strategies used to promote human resources rather than products like most other studies. The focus of this research is onn how to communication strategies used by Mitra Industri MM2100 VHS in his employment distribution campaign. In the study, the concept of the stage of communication strategy presented by Hafied Cangara and elaboration likelihood model according to Petty and Cacioppo. The study employed qualitative methods with descriptive as well as data analysis models Miles and Huberman. The results obtained in this study are communication strategies that are implemented by implementing communication strategies the stages of research, planning, execution, evaluation and reporting. Promotional activities also have contributing factors and inhibitors. Abstract This study aims to contsruct a mass media bussiness industry model in the era of artificial intelligence (AI) development in Indonesia. The development of artificial inteligence technology in Indodesia, espesially in mass media industry, makes it possible to apply this technology. The object of the study in mass media bussiness industry model in AI development era is bussiness communication and the subjects are informants from mass media who apply digital in running their bussines. This study was designed as qualitative study with contsruction paradigm and case study analysis. The results of the study are 1). The bussiness industry concept of mass media “Ayo Bandung” in the era of AI development have a role as bussiness booster “Ayo Media” in an integrated solution communication bussiness with one window service concept. Ayo Bandung develops an online news and through more social media actively with news content more focus on regional news emphasizing in basic bussiness aspect, target market and creativity looking for ideas for creating regeneration 2). Pandemi COVID-19 merupakan kondisi yang tidak diprediksi dan diinginkan oleh masyarakat dunia. Penanganan yang dilakukan untuk pandemi ini salah satunya dengan pemberian informasi dan komunikasi yang tepat. Namun, krisis komunikasi selama pandemi ini terjadi bukan hanya pada level negara saja tetapi juga dialami oleh organisasi internasional seperti WHO. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji dinamika komunikasi kesehatan di masa pandemi dan pasca vaksin COVID-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data yang berasal dari hasil kajian literatur dari berbagai sumber jurnal nasional dan internasional yang relevan. Selanjutnya hasil kajian literature dianalisis dengan menggunakan Teori Krisis Komunikasi dan Teori Sistem. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Krisis komunikasi publik ini mempengaruhi pemahaman publik tentang COVID-19 sehingga mengakibatkan rendahnya disiplin dan kesadaran untuk mematuhi himbauan dan kebijakan pemangku kepentingan baik pemerintah dan lembaga kesehatan dunia. This study aims to determine the construction of romantic values in song lyrics. The lyrics in the song must have the information that the composer and singer want to convey, then the information has the appropriate meaning between the song lyrics and reality. This study uses a qualitative method using the semiotic analysis method of Ferdinand de Saussure, the object is the song lyrics, and analyzed each stanza. In this analysis, the steps taken are (1) determining the symbols that represent the song lyrics of the research subject (2) writing down the indicators or physical form, namely the lyrics of the song Melukis Senja. (3) Signified, the concept of sign. (4) The next step is to look at symbols, symbol forms and symbol concepts in referential or external forms with social realists. reality. This study explains how the values of romantic are formed into song lyrics and then uploaded into a song with a pitch or music so that it becomes a work that can be enjoyed.
