Abstract

Pemahaman literasi keuangan yang dikuasai oleh UMKM ‘Aisiyah Kabupaten Semarang saat ini masih kurang, sehingga diperlukan pelatihan dan pendampingan sebagai bentuk pengabdian masyarakat di wilayah tersebut sekaligus memberikan stimulus kepada UMKM ‘Aisiyah sehingga pengelolaan keuangan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan dengan baik. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini: a) meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang literasi keuangan; b) meningkatkan kompetensi terkait perencanaan keuangan, pengelolaan keuangan, produk keuangan, pembiayaan bisnis, dan manajemen risiko. Mitra pengabdian ini adalah Ibu-ibu pengusaha ‘Aisiyah Kabupaten Semarang. Metode pengabdian masyarakat, yaitu: a) mengidentifikasi tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman mereka terkait literasi keuangan; b) memberi stimulus pelatihan literasi keuangan berupa perencanaan keuangan, pengelolaan keuangan, produk keuangan, pembiayaan bisnis, dan manajemen risiko; c) monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa: a) UMKM ‘Aisiyah mendapatkan tambahan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang literasi keuangan; b) UMKM ‘Aisiyah memiliki kompetensi mulai dari perencanaan, pengelolaan, pembiayaan hingga manajemen risiko. Urgensi kegiatan pengabdian ini terletak pada pentingnya literasi keuangan dalam pengembangan usaha guna keberlangsungan UMKM ‘Aisiyah.The understanding of financial literacy that is controlled by MSMEs 'Aisiyah, Semarang Regency is currently still lacking, so training and assistance are needed as a form of community service in the region as well as providing a stimulus to MSMEs 'Aisiyah so that financial management can be properly accounted. The objectives of this community service are: a) increasing knowledge and understanding of financial literacy; b) improve competencies related to financial planning, financial management, financial products, business financing, and risk management. The partners of this service are businesswomen 'Aisiyah Semarang District. Community service methods, namely: a). Understand their level of knowledge and understanding regarding financial literacy; b). provide financial literacy training stimulus in the form of financial planning, financial management, financial products, business financing, and risk management; c). monitoring and evaluation. The results of this dedication show that: a). The women entrepreneurs of ‘Aisiyah gained additional knowledge and understanding of financial literacy; b). The women entrepreneurs of 'Aisiyah have competencies ranging from planning, management, financing to risk management. The urgency of this service activity lies in the importance of literacy in business development for the sustainability of MSMEs Aisiyah.

Abstract

Deteksi dini merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam penanggulangan pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Keterlambatan deteksi mengakibatkan isolasi dini tidak dapat dilakukan yang pada akhirnya berkontribusi terhadap penyebaran virus yang lebih luas. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan jumlah pemeriksaan molekuler COVID-19 secara merata untuk deteksi dini COVID-19 melalui ‘Mobile Combat PCR’ yang dapat berkeliling ke daerah-daerah di Jawa Tengah dan memberikan hasil yang cepat. Tim Rumah Sakit Nasional Diponegoro/Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Diponegoro bertugas 6 kali di 5 Kabupaten/Kota di Jawa Tengah. Tim pengabdian Mobile Combat PCR telah memeriksa 752 sampel yang terdiri dari 673 pelayan publik, 45 kontak erat, dan 34 suspek/pasien COVID-19. Tiga belas orang (1,9%) pelayan publik teridentifikasi positif SARS-CoV-2 meskipun tidak bergejala. Mereka langsung diminta untuk melakukan isolasi mandiri guna mencegah penyebaran lebih lanjut. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat Mobile Combat PCR ini sangat berperan dalam menjangkau daerah yang tidak memiliki fasilitas pemeriksaan molekuler COVID-19, memberikan hasil pemeriksaan secara cepat, dan mendeteksi dini COVID-19 bahkan pada kasus tanpa gejala.Early detection is a crucial factor in addressing the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. Delays in detection might prevent early isolation from being done, which would have led to the virus's greater spread. The purpose of this community service was to increase the number of COVID-19 molecular tests equally across Central Java province using 'Mobile Combat PCR' which can travel to many areas across the province and provide fast results. The Diponegoro National Hospital/Diponegoro University Medical Faculty team has served 6 times in 5 districts/cities in Central Java. The Mobile Combat PCR service team has examined 752 samples originating from 673 public servants, 45 close contacts, and 34 COVID-19 suspects/patients. Thirteen people (1.9%) of the public servants were identified as positive for SARS-CoV-2 even though they were asymptomatic. They were immediately instructed to self-isolate to prevent further spread. This Mobile Combat PCR community service activity plays a very important role in reaching areas that do not have COVID-19 molecular examination facilities, providing rapid examination results, and detecting COVID-19 early even in asymptomatic cases.

Abstract

UMKM adalah tulang punggung perekonomian di Indonesia. Saat ini pemerentah melalui visi Presiden Jokowi sedang mencanangkan program UMKM GO Digital. Rata-rata UMKM di Desa Trengguli Bangsri Jepara saat ini masih menggunakan cara-cara yang tradisonal dalam melakukan pemasaran, penjualan dan promosi sehingga hasil yang diperoleh kurang optimal. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka Tim Pengabdi memberikan pelatihan CRM E-Commerce untuk melatih softskill dan hardskill UMKM dalam mengembangkan inovasi digitalisasi UMKM sehingga mampu menguatkan pemasaran, penjualan dan promosi. Melalui pelatihan Customer Relationship Management (CRM) UMKM diharapkan mempunyai strategi bisnis dan pemasaran serta mampu menciptakan dan memelihara hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan dan mengurangi kemungkinan pelanggan pindah ke kompetitor lain serta meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Hasil dari pelatihan ini berupa peningkatan hardskill dan softskill UMKM dalam membuat fitur CRM untuk UMKM antara lain adalah mengelola data pelangan, promosi produk-produk data penjualan dan pengelolaan layanan pelanggan yang digunakan untuk menyimpan pertanyaan customer dan mengelola review produk dari pelanggan untuk menciptakan hubungan yang baik dengan customer. Dengan beberapa fitur CRM tersebut maka diharapkan akan terjadi peningkatan dan penguatan pemasaran UMKM di Desa Bangsi Jepara. Peningkatan nilai rata-rata kemampuan dan skill peserta dalam pelatihan ini mencapai 0.58 yang artinya adalah peningkatan yang bagus. Setiap peserta pelatihan mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan pengetahuan dan skill mereka dalam melakukan penjualan online.MSMEs are the backbone of the economy in Indonesia. Currently, the government, through President Jokowi's vision, is launching the MSMEs GO Digital program. The average, MSMEs in Trengguli Bangsri Jepara Village are currently still using traditional methods of marketing, selling and promotion so that the results not optimal. One of the innovations is through marketing technology using E-Commerce CRM model. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a marketing strategy to create and maintain good relationships with customers and reduce the possibility of customers moving to other competitors. MSMEs must implement a business strategy to improve service to customers in order to add new customers by providing different services to pamper their customers. The features of this CRM for MSMEs include managing customer data, promoting product sales data and managing customer service which is used to store customer inquiries and manage product reviews from customers to create good relationships with customers. The increase in the average value of the abilities and sklills of participant in this training reached 0.58 which means a good increase. With some of these CRM features, it is hoped that there will be an increase and strengthening of MSMEs marketing in Bangsi Village, Jepara.

Abstract

Using context-based problems is essential to mathematics learning, especially with implementing the Minimum Competency Assessment or Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM). However, this has not been supported by learning resources that provide context-based math problems optimally. Therefore, there is a need for efforts to improve the skills of mathematics teachers in designing context-based problems. This community service or Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) activity aims to enhance teachers' skills in designing context-based math problems based on numeracy AKM. This PkM activity was carried out as training involving ten mathematics teachers of Muhammadiyah Junior High School (SMP) in Kartasura District, Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java, Indonesia as training participants. In the first stage, the training was conducted online via Zoom Video Conference. Furthermore, the second phase of the activity focused on assisting the teachers of the training participants in compiling context-based junior high school math problems in numeracy AKM, especially on number content. The assistance was carried out using the Schoology Learning Management System (LMS). The results of PkM showed that based on the post-training survey, 75% of participants stated that they understood the concept of numeracy AKM and 100% of participants were ready to integrate numeracy AKM in the implementation and assessment of mathematics learning, especially in number content. The achievement of PkM targets is also reflected in training products as a collection of AKM-oriented mathematics problems on number content. Furthermore, further assistance is needed, focusing on the design of AKM context-based questions on geometry, algebra, and statistical content.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengedukasi kader PKK tentang pentingnya protokol kesehatan dan membedakan antara mitos dan fakta pada masa New Normal sebagai upaya pencegahan Infeksi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa edukasi berbasis teori sebagai upaya pencegahan Covid-19 dengan tiga tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah kader PKK Susukan, Ungaran Timur, Kabupaten Semarang. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa para kader PKK meningkat pengetahuannya terkait membedakan mitos dan fakta setelah tahap teori dan edukasi tentang cara waspada dan menghadapi Covid-19, cara menerapkan PHBS (Pola Hidup Bersih dan Sehat). Kader juga mendapatkan edukasi tentang pola hidup sehat seperti cara mencuci tangan yang baik dan benar, cara menggunakan masker (mengenal jenis masker sekali pakai dan jenis masker cuci ulang), menghindari kontak langsung dengan warga lain, mematuhi protokol kesehatan, menerapkan pola dan perilaku hidup sehat di masyarakat dengan pola makan sehat bergizi, olahraga teratur, pemantauan kesehatan secara berkala di Pusat Pelayanan Kesehatan terdekat.The purpose of this community service is to educate PKK cadre on the importance of health protocol and differentiating between myths and facts during New Normal as an effort to prevent Covid-19 Infection. The method used in this community service is in the form of theory-based education as an effort to prevent Covid-19 with three stages, namely the preparation, implementation stage, and evaluation stage. The targets of this community service activity were the PKK cadres of Susukan, East Ungaran, Semarang Regency. The results of this community service activity showed that the cadres of PKK improved their knowledge related to differentiating myths and facts after the theory and education stage on how to be aware of and deal with COVID-19, how to apply PHBS (Clean and Healthy Lifestyle). the cadre also get an education on healthy lifestyle such as how to wash their hands properly and correctly, how to use a mask (knowing the types of disposable masks and types of re-washing masks), avoiding direct contact with other residents, complying with health protocols, implementing healthy living patterns and behaviors in the community with healthy nutritious diet, regular exercise, regular health monitoring at the nearest Health Service Center.

Abstract

Desa Randusanga Wetan merupakan salah satu wilayah di pesisir Kabupaten Brebes yang sering mengalami banjir akibat adanya pasang air laut. Dampak yang ditimbulkan sangat mengganggu kegiatan masyarakat di wilayah tersebut. Banjir juga mengakibatkan bangunan permukiman serta infrastruktur menjadi rusak. termasuk pasar. Untuk meningkatkan kegiatan ekonomi di wilayah tersebut, masyarakat Desa Randusanga Wetan mengharapkan adanya pasar apung. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membuat desain dan prototipe pondasi bangunan apung berbahan drum bekas dengan ukuran 6x6 meter dan jembatan apung ukuran 3x1 meter, yang akan dimanfaatkan sebagai bangunan rintisan pasar apung di Desa Randusanga Wetan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi: merencanakan layout area pasar apung di Desa Randusanga Wetan, membuat gambar detail bangunan apung, dan merealisasi contoh bangunan apung sebagai rintisan pasar apung di area yang selalu tergenang air. Rintisan pasar apung ini diharapkan akan berkembang serta dapat menjadi pusat kegiatan jual beli produk lokal wilayah tersebut, sehingga dapat membangkitkan aktivitas perekonomian masyarakat.Randusanga Wetan Village is one of the areas on the coast of Brebes Regency which often experiences flooding due to high tides. The impact is very disturbing community activities in the area. Floods also cause infrastructure buildings to be damaged. including the market. To increase economic activity in the area, the people of Randusanga Village expect a floating market. This community service activity aims to design and prototype a floating building made of used drums with a size of 6x6 meters and a floating bridge measuring 3x1 meters, which will be used as a floating market pilot building in Randusanga Wetan Village. The method of implementing the activities includes: planning the layout of the floating market area in Randusanga Wetan Village, making detailed drawings of floating buildings, and realizing examples of floating buildings as pioneering floating markets in areas that are always flooded. This floating market pilot is expected to develop and become a center for buying and selling local products in the area, so that it can generate community economic activity.

Abstract

Guru diwajibkan melaksanakan publikasi pada pangkat tertentu sebagai proses penjaminan kualitas pendidikan. Namun begitu, berbagai kendala dihadapi oleh guru dalam proses publikasi. Salah satu di antaranya adalah adaptasi penggunaan teknologi dalam mengajukan artikel pada laman “Open Journal System”. Tim pengabdian Pendidikan Matematika Unissula menyasar pada masalah tersebut dengan melaksanakan workshop Manajemen Penggunaan Open Journal System (OJS) bagi Guru SMA Negeri 1 Pegandon, Kabupaten Kendal. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara hybrid, baik daring maupun luring. Secara kualitas, beberapa guru di SMAN 1 Pegandon telah mengajukan artikelnya pada laman jurnal http://jurnal.unissula.ac.id/index.php/jpsa. Secara kuantitas, kegiatan ini mendapat antusias dari banyak guru SMAN 1 Pegandon. Hal ini terbukti dengan kehadiran guru yang melebihi 80% pada kegiatan sosialisasi. In the process of ensuring the quality of education, teachers are required to carry out publications at certain ranks. However, teachers face various obstacles in the publication process. One of them is the adaptation of the use of technology in submitting articles on the “Open Journal System” page. The Unissula Mathematics Education service team targeted this problem by conducting a Workshop on Management of the Use of the Open Journal System (OJS) for teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Pegandon, Kendal Regency. This activity is carried out in a hybrid way, both challenge and offline. In terms of quality, several teachers at SMAN 1 Pegandon have submitted their articles in the journal http://jurnal.unissula.ac.id/index.php/jpsa. Quantitatively, this activity got the enthusiasm of many teachers. This is evidenced by the presence of teachers who exceed 80% in socialization activities.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan program magang keahlian yang berlangsung pada tanggal 04-15 Oktober 2021 di CV. Obelia Publisher yang berlokasi di Jalan Amaliun No. 152 Kota Medan ini dikemas dengan konsep yaitu 1) pemecahan masalah oleh mahasiswa yang mengikuti program magang setelah dilakukan tahap identifikasi masalah dan 2) pelaksanaan rangkaian kegiatan pelatihan oleh pihak CV. Obelia Publisher kepada mahasiswa yang mengikuti program magang. Metode yang digunakan dalam program magang keahlian ini dirangkum pada tiga tahap yaitu 1) tahap persiapan, 2) tahap pelaksanaan, dan 3) tahap evaluasi yang meliputi pembuatan laporan akhir. Program magang keahlian ini efektif sebagai wadah mahasiswa mempraktikkan pengetahuan yang telah ia serap di perkuliahan secara langsung di tempat kerja, menambah wawasan serta pengalaman mahasiswa, meningkatkan keterampilan dan kompetensi mahasiswa di bidang keahlian tertentu melalui berbagai pelatihan, serta membekali mahasiswa dengan suatu keterampilan yang dapat dimanfaatkan setelah lulus dari bangku perkuliahan. Melalui pelaksanaan program magang keahlian ini mahasiswa tidak hanya dituntut untuk praktik kerja di perusahaan mitra tempat magang. Mahasiswa juga dilatih untuk dapat bekerja dan berkolaborasi dalam tim serta efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan dan kompetensi dalam bidang keahlian tertentu. The apprenticeship skill program, which was held on Oktober 4-15, 2021 on CV. Obelia Publisher located at Jl. Amaliun No. 152 Medan city is packed with concept: 1) problem solving by the students who undergoes the apprenticeship after the problem identification phase and 2) implement a series of training activities by the CV. Obelia Publisher to the student s who joined the apprenticeship program. The method used in this program are 1) the preparation stage, 2) the implementation stage, and 3) the evaluation and reporting stage. This program is effective as students’ media to practice the knowledge he has been able to lecture directly at work, improve students’ insights and experiences, improve students’ skill and competence in specific of expertise through various training and equip students with skill that could be used after graduating. Through this program students are not only required to practice employment at the partner firm’s apprentice. Students are also trained to work and collaborate in teams and be effective in improving skill and competence in specific areas of expertise.

Abstract

Penggunaan listrik yang terbanyak dipakai untuk penerangan rumah maupun lingkungan. Tetapi masih banyak juga ruas jalan penghubung antara dusun Seturun dan dusun Manggihan, Kecamatan Getasan Kabupaten Semarang sebagian besar masih banyak yang gelap dimalam hari, hal ini menjadi salah satu kerawanan dan kendala bagi masyarakat untuk beraktifitas yang produktif dimalam hari. Banyak juga titik penerangan jalan umum yang dipasang secara liar dengan mencantol listrik langsung ditiang PLN tanpa meter. Berdasarkan beberapa permasalahan yang telah diuraikan, maka didapatlah beberapa usulan program kerja yang akan dilaksanakan di Dusun Seturun Desa Manggihan guna menyelesaikan permasalahan-pemasangan PJU yang lengkap dengan meter PLN dan juga membagikan pengetahuan tentang kelistrikan melalui metode pembelajaran yang mudah dimengerti. Sehingga ini bisa dipergunakan untuk melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dusun Seturun. Diharapkan dengan penambahan pemasangan penerangan jalan umum serta memberikan penyuluhan dan pendampingan dalam pemasangan beberapa titik penerangan jalan umum tambahan serta memasang meter listrik resmi dari PLN maka diharapkan masyarakat bisa melanjutkan pemasangan jalan umum sendiri dengan mengikuti standar pemasangan instalasi penerangan jalan umum yang sesuai dengan standar PLN dan menggunakan meteran yang resmi dan illegal sehingga kegiatan masyarakat akan lebih optimal dan keamanan meningkat terutama saat malam hari. The use of electricity is mostly used for lighting homes and the environment. However, there are still many connecting roads between the hamlets of Seturun and the hamlets of Manggihan, Getasan District, Semarang Regency, most of which are still dark at night, this is one of the vulnerabilities and obstacles for the community to have productive activities at night. There are also many public street lighting points that are installed illegally by attaching electricity directly to the PLN pole without meters. Based on some of the problems that have been described, several proposed work programs that will be carried out in Seturun Hamlet, Manggihan Village in order to solve PJU installation problems complete with PLN meters and share knowledge about electricity through easy-to-understand learning methods. carry out community service activities in the village of Seturun. It is hoped that with the addition of public street lighting installations as well as providing counseling and assistance in the installation of several additional public street lighting points as well as installing official electricity meters from PLN, it is hoped that the community can continue installing their own public roads by following the installation standards for public street lighting installations in accordance with PLN standards and using official and illegal meters so that community activities will be more optimal and security will increase, especially at night.

Abstract

Kasus anemia banyak terjadi pada ibu hamil. Selain itu kejadian anemia ini sebenarnya dapat dikurangi dengan beberapa tindakan. Salah satunya adalah dengan mengonsumsi kapsul daun kelor (Moringa Olievera) yang berdasarkan penelitian terbukti dapat meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk mengurangi kasus anemia pada ibu hamil dengan pemberian Kapsul Ekstrak Daun Kelor (Moringa Olievera). Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini meliputi penyuluhan pencegahan anemia dan pemberian kapsul ekatrak daun kelor. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah dari 16 ibu hamil yang mengikuti asuhan ini dan diberikan ekstrak daun kelor mengalami kenaikan Hb secara signifikan dari 16 ibu hamil yang anemia sampai dengan akhir kunjungan ke 6 hanya 2 orang yang masih mengalami anemia dikarenakan Hb awal ketika kunjungan adalah 4,6 gr% dan 8,3 gr. Cases of anemia often occur in pregnant women. In addition, the incidence of anemia can actually be reduced by several actions. One way is to consume Moringa leaf capsules (Moringa Olievera) which based on research has been shown to increase hemoglobin levels in pregnant women. The purpose of this activity is to reduce cases of anemia in pregnant women by administering Moringa Leaf Extract Capsules (Moringa Olievera). The method used in this community service includes counseling on anemia prevention and giving Moringa leaf extract capsules. The results obtained were that 16 pregnant women who attended this care and were given Moringa leaf extract experienced a significant increase in Hb from 16 pregnant women who were anemic until the end of the 6th visit, only 2 people still experienced anemia because the initial Hb when the visit was 4.6 gr% and 8.3 gr.
