Abstract

The population of this study was the Makassar sea eagle swimming athlete. Using purposive-sampling in taking samples and the test instruments used: 1) Medicine Ball Push, 2) vertical jump, 3) stopwatch to measure speed. The variables of this study include power and speed in freestyle swimming. Data analysis techniques using regression and correlation tests with a significance of 95% (α = 0.05). Based on the results of the analysis of the data this study shows that: (1) there is a significant effect of arm power on the ability to swim freestyle in Makassar sea eagle athletes with a contribution of 38.8% (2) there is a significant effect of leg power on the ability to swim freestyle in Makassar sea eagle athletes seen from the contribution of 60.4% (3) there is a significant influence of arm power and leg power together on the ability to swim freestyle in Makassar sea eagle athletes seen from the contribution of 61.4%.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of Interval Training and Motivation on increasing Vo2Max ability. The implementation of the research took place during the training process planned from June 2021 to August 2021. The research time was 2 months, the number of exercises was 18 meetings, with a frequency of 1 week 3 times. The research design used in this study is (pretest-posttest control group design). The results of this study have the effect of interval training and motivation on increasing Vo2max. The test results with the value of the interval training results 0.00 < 0.05 are declared significant, so interval training before and before being given treatment can be concluded that so from the results obtained that Interval Running Exercises have an effect on VO2max then the test results on training without exercise obtained 0.02 < 0.05, it is stated significant with exercise without exercise before being given treatment can guarantee that exercise without training methods has an effect on VO2max but it can be said that interval training has a more significant effect on increasing VO2max for athletes futsal.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the basic locomotor movement skills of elementary school students during the Covid-19 pandemic. The survey was conducted on 154 high school elementary school students aged 8 to 10 years in the Indonesian University of Education environment, the data was observed with instruments developed by Locomotor Movement Skills developed by (Gallahue & Donnelly, 2007), Locomotor Movement Skills related to running (running), jumping forward (horizontal jumping), jumping from a height (jumping from a height) and jumping on one leg (jumping). The researcher concluded that the motor skills stage of high-class elementary school students in school laboratory elementary schools during the pandemic showed students who had early stage (early stage) movement skills, namely 5% for the running test, 15% for the horizontal jump test, 18% for jumping from height test and jump test by 19%. Then for the transition stage (basic stage) there are 55% for the running test, 51% for the horizontal jump test, 57% for the jump test from a height and a jump test of 53%. For students who are already in the mature stage, namely 40% for running, 34% for horizontal jumping, 25% for jumping from a height test and 28% for the hopping test.

Abstract

PJOK is the main lesson in school. Has an important role for the formation of psychomotor, effective, and cognitive learners. In the PJOK learning process itself there is interaction between students and the environment, students with facilities and infrastructure which will later have an impact on learning outcomes. PJOK learning which is dominated by physical movements is carried out in open spaces or fields with supporting infrastructure. This study uses a quantitative correlation approach with the aim of knowing the relationship between infrastructure and learning processes with learning outcomes. Where is the result of statistical analysis of infrastructure facilities with learning outcomes in the form of rcount 0.617 > rtable 0.224 which means there is a relationship in the "strong" category and the results of statistical analysis of the learning process with learning outcomes in the form of rcount 0.592 > rtable 0.244 which means there is a relationship in the "moderate" category and the results of statistical analysis of infrastructure and learning processes with simultaneous learning outcomes in the form of rcount 0.632 > rtable 0.224 which means there is a relationship in the "strong" category.

Abstract

The..purpose of..this..study is to see the implementation of the..use of..agility training tools and..to find..out the results..of the..athlete's ability to..perform kumite. This implicit implements the experimental rules using the research design..One-grup..pretest-posttes. Subject...this study consisted of DOJO SMP PLUS NUURUL MUTTAQIIN karate athlete.. and the..sample used..in this..study was..14 people. The..kumite test is used..as..an instrument..for this..study. The..data review system used..is the..t test.. (paired..sampl.. t-test). The..results of..this research..prove thattcount for the kumite test as much as 21,002 while for ttable of 2.160. Therefore,tcount >  ttable and a calculated significance..of.. 0.000.<0.05. Therefore, the hypothesis..is..accepted. Based on the results of data processing and analysis using SPSS, it..can be..concluded that..the effective implementation..of the use of agility..training tools can increase the..agility of..athletes in performing kumite.

Abstract

The results of this study aim to see the role of multiball how much it increases backhand stroke skills in table tennis and how the role of multiball exercises is to improve backhand stroke skills in table tennis games. The research was conducted by random sampling to a population of all Sparta athletes, totaling 45 people. Data collection using the method of test and measurement techniques. The test instrument used is multiball to determine the effect of multiball training. The variables in this study include Multiball as the independent variable, as well as improving backhand skills as the dependent variable. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis techniques and inferential analysis through the SPSS.22 program with a significance level of 95% (α = 0.05)The results of the research analysis show that: (1) multiball training is proven to increase backhand shots with a contribution of 64.5%;(2)  The multiball training group has a greater effect on increasing backhand strokes than the control with an increase in out shuffle-plyo push ups of 12.85% of the average pretest carried out before treatment with an average posttest, while for the control it is only 3.9 % of the average pretest and posttest scores.

Abstract

This study aims to see whether there is a positive relationship between kinesthetic intelligence and PJOK learning outcomes; to see whether there is a positive relationship between learning motivation and PJOK learning outcomes; and whether both (kinesthetic intelligence and learning motivation) jointly have a positive relationship with PJOK learning outcomes of UPT SMAN6 Sinjai students. This research is an ex post facto research that is correlational. Data collection was carried out on the research sample, namely students in class XI UPT SMAN6 Sinjai using a non-test instrument in the form of a questionnaire in the form of a Likert scale to determine the level of kinesthetic intelligence and students' learning motivation. Where the instrument used is an instrument that has a known level of validity and reliability. Meanwhile, for students' PJOK learning outcomes, the researchers looked directly at the reports of learning outcomes for one semester. The results of the research and analysis show that the kinesthetic intelligence of students in class XI UPT SMAN6 Sinjai is in the high category, the learning motivation of students in class XI UPT SMAN 6 Sinjai is in the high category, the PJOK learning outcomes of students in class XI UPT SMAN6 Sinjai are in the high category. in the very high category, there is a positive relationship between Kinesthetic Intelligence and PJOK Learning Outcomes of Class XI Students of UPT SMAN6 Sinjai. There is a positive relationship between Learning Motivation and PJOK Learning Outcomes of Class XI Students of UPT SMAN6 Sinjai. , There is a positive relationship between Kinesthetic Intelligence and Learning Motivation together with PJOK Learning Outcomes of Class XI Students of UPT SMAN6 Sinjai.

TheiresultsiofithisistudyiindicateithatitheiProphet's Hadith is a source and inspiration for Islamic education containing instructions that regulate all activities of the Muslim community. As a source of Islamic education, the Prophet's hadith is loaded with various educational concepts, including the concept of physical education. Physical education is not only limited to fostering physical aspects, more than that, physical education is a tool/means for students to instill social and moral values such as loyalty, dedication, team work, honesty, justice and responsibility, unity, friendship, perseverance, hard work and dedication. sportsmanship.

Abstract

This class action research (CAR) aims to investigate the effectiveness of implementing online learning through the Discord platform in the 100-meter athletics sport for students of SMP Negeri 2 Rejang Lebong. This research was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The research subjects were students of SMP Negeri 2 Rejang Lebong. Data collection methods used are observation and tests. The results of the study show that the application of online learning through the Discord platform in the 100-meter athletics branch can increase students' knowledge in running. There was an increase in knowledge related to running techniques. In addition, the use of the Discord platform also has a positive impact on student motivation and participation in learning. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the application of online learning through the Discord platform in the 100-meter athletics branch can improve student skills and have a positive impact on student motivation and participation in learning. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers use online platforms such as Discord in teaching in the future

Abstract

This study aims to determine the understanding of PAUD teachers on physical activity for PAUD children in Muara Bangkahulu District. This study uses a qualitative method. The subjects in this study were 8 PAUD teachers in Muara Bangkahulu District. Instruments and data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the observational research obtained a value of 75% (medium), 25% (high), while the results of the questionnaire obtained a percentage value with an average of 56.11%. Based on the results of the study it can be seen that the level of understanding of PAUD teachers regarding physical activity for PAUD children in Muara Bangkahulu District is categorized as moderate because teachers already have an understanding of physical activity, but there are still teachers in teaching and learning that are not in accordance with predetermined learning programs. The importance of PAUD teacher understanding of physical activity to support children can move actively through their gross motor skills.
