Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know if the learning outcomes of the materials basic manipulative motion material are better with the application of cooperative learning models in learning the ability to throw and catch class IV. IV grade school students of SD Negeri Kapasan V/147 Surabaya , were the sample of this study, totaling 29 students. Classroom action research using a spiral cycle was utilized for this research Results obtained in the first cycle showed that the completeness or achievement of manipulative basic movement skills in throwing and catching motion material showed an average score of 67. In cycle II, the completeness of the value of manipulative basic movement skills in throwing and catching material was 75 and in cycle III an increase in completeness was obtained by 14 points to 89. In each cycle, the learning outcomes of basic manipulative movement material increased when given treatment in the model cooperative learning.

Abstract

The reason for this study was to decide the actual wellness of male Porprov volleyball competitors contending in Pangkalpinang City in 2023. Arm muscle strength, leg muscle strength, arm muscle endurance, lung and heart muscle endurance, endurance abdominal muscle strength, arm muscle power, leg muscle power, speed, and flexibility were the limited physical conditions in this study. This quantitative descriptive study The number of inhabitants in this study were all Pangkalpinang Porprov volleyball competitors in 2023, adding up to 12 competitors. This study employs a saturated sampling strategy and uses the entire population as the sample. Measurements and tests are used in data collection techniques. According to the findings of the data analysis on the physical condition of Porprov athletes participating in the men's volleyball sport in Pangkalpinang City in 2023, there are zero athletes who are in poor physical condition (zero percent), zero athletes who are in adequate physical condition (zero percent), and 12 athletes who are in good physical condition (100 percent). There are no athletes in the very good category (0 percent) or in perfect physical condition (0 percent). According to the data, the average score of 24.58 falls into the good category, with the lowest score being 22 (minimum) and the highest being 28 (maximum).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is related to the importance of gross motor skills in elementary school students, especially students who live in hilly areas. Gross motor is a movement of the whole body that involves large muscles such as crawling, walking, running, jumping, and throwing. This research was conducted at the 38 Nanga Tayap Public School, Ketapang Regency. The sample in the study of upper-class students (grades 4, 5, and 6) was 44 students. Data collection was taken from May 18 to May 20, 2022. Data collection was carried out using a gross motor ability test, namely TGMD-2  (run, gallop, hop, horizontal jump, leap, slide, striking). A stationary ball, stationary dribble, catch, kick, overhand throw, or underhand roll). The results showed no superior and excellent, 4.5% above the average, 47.8.% average, 22.7% below the average and 22.7% less, and 2.3 % significantly less. So it can be concluded that more than 50% of class students still have gross motor skills below the standard average

Abstract

The reason for this research is the enactment of a circular regarding the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in the context of restoring learning in educational units in the 2022/2023 school year.  This study aims to determine the Analysis of Student Learning Achievement Results in PJOK Learning with the Independent Curriculum at SMKN 1 Jayakerta. The research approach uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a survey research method. The population in this study were all class X students of SMKN 1 Jayakerta totaling 291 students. The sampling technique used in this study was cluster random sampling technique, the number of samples in this study were 75 students. Data collection in this study is by questionnaire / questionnaire in the form of statements about learning achievement factors and indicators in the independent curriculum. The Microsoft Excel program is used for data processing in this study. The results showed that the Analysis of Student Learning Achievement Results in PJOK Learning with the Independent Curriculum at SMKN 1 Jayakerta, overall the highest frequency was at the 'medium' level of 34.67%, then the 'very high' level of 6.67%, at the 'high' level of 29.33%, at the 'low' level of 22.67%, at the 'very low' level of 6.67%.

Abstract

The industrial revolution 4.0 brought digitalization to human life so that people's games and traditional sports which were full of meaning were neglected and began to be drowned out by the rise of instant, high-tech games that tended to lead to immobilization. Paying attention to this, efforts are needed to examine the existence of folk games and traditional sports in the midst of society, especially among students. The research method used is descriptive quantitative in the form of a survey. The subjects in the study were students in the city of Pontianak totaling 311 students. With a distribution of 118 students in elementary schools, 91 students in junior high schools, and 102 students in senior high schools. The results of the study showed that there were 12 games known to students in Pontianak City. The intensity of students playing traditional games in the frequent category is 37% and the rare and very rare categories are at 63%. Furthermore, students most often play traditional games during holidays, namely by 58%, and play traditional games at school by 23% and are played in the afternoon and evening by 19%. There are 7 obstacles in playing, the biggest obstacle is the absence of friends to play with 67%, no game tools 47%, fear of injury 21%, not knowing how to play 16%, frequent fights 10%, forbidden by parents 5%, and unpleasant 4 %.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how well elementary school students are influenced by interactive multimedia-based basic motion models. An experiment with a one-group pre-test-post-test design was used for the research. The example of this exploration is 1st grade primary school understudies. The outcomes during the pre-test with a typical worth of 184.55 while the consequences of the typical post-test score were 265.425 intending that there was an increment of 44%. The t-count value is 42.389 and the t-table value is 1.685 in the significance test of the difference, indicating that there is a significant difference between the two groups before and after receiving an interactive multimedia-based basic motion model. According to this data, elementary school students are significantly influenced by the basic motion model.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to identify the application of the play method to improve shot put learning outcomes, while the formulation of the problem is whether the application of the play method can improve shot put learning outcomes. The process of implementing this classroom action research is through the steps of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects in this study were 31 class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Maligano consisting of 16 girls and 15 boys. Data collection techniques through observation and test results on student learning and each cycle is carried out through data analysis and presentations. Based on observations of 60% of student activity in cycle I increased to 90% in cycle II. While the results of the analysis amounted to 63.63% in observing teacher activity in cycle I experienced an increase of 100% in cycle II. From the results of observations of 54.83% of student learning outcomes in cycle I experienced an increase of 93.54% in cycle II. Based on the results of the observations of cycles I and II, it can be concluded that the application of the playing method can improve the learning outcomes of shot put.

Abstract

Character is behavior and moral that is owned by each individual. The behavior of each individual can be formed and developed in the family, education, and community environment. The most appropriate environment and means of forming, cultivating, and developing character is the educational environment. Tanjungpura University (UNTAN) is an educational environment or higher education institution that focuses on character development, which is manifested in the Pancasila-based Character Education program which adapts the vision of the Ministry of Education and Culture. One of the important characteristics for prospective Physical Education teaches students to possess is responsibility. The purpose of this study was to see the responsibilities of physical education students in participating in wrestling lectures. This study uses a quantitative method in the form of survey research. The sample consisted of 30 students, namely students taking wrestling courses in the 2021/2022 semester. Data analysis uses a quantitative description. The results of this study indicate that 89% of students have the responsibility to carry out wrestling lectures properly and by what has been agreed upon. This study concludes that physical education students at Tanjungpura University FKIP have the responsibility to participate in and complete wrestling lectures. Students also have factors contained in responsibility, namely quality work, willingness to take risks, attachment to tasks, life goals, independence, and social engagement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of slow interval training on the experimental group and the influence of the control group on increasing the immune system of Lampung bee academy players. The study using the True Experimental method was used with a sample of twenty players from the Lampung Bee academy. For the data collection method using a 15-minute run test or a balke test. Data analysis techniques that use t-tests. The results showed; 1) There is an influence on increasing the endurance of the experimental group of futsal academy players using slow interval training, which is evident from the calculated t values (11.75) and t table (2.903). (2) There was no effect of increasing the endurance of the futsal academy player control group, as evidenced by the calculated t values (1.438) and t table (2.093).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh latihan dribbling sirkuit dan dribbling shuttle run terhadap kecepatan dribbling bola pada sekolah sepak bola Angicipi Muda Ngawi U15. Peneltian ini merupakan jenis penelitian ekspreimen dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 30 atlet sepak bola angicipi muda Ngawi U15 dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sample dengan kriteria SSB Angicipi Muda Ngawi, dilatih oleh pelatih yang sama, dan rentang usia yang sama yaitu usia 15 tahun. Instrument yang digunakan pada penelitian ini mendribbling bola secara zig-zag dengan melewati 10 tiang pada jarak 1 meter antara tiang satu dengan yang lain. Secara keseluruhan jaraknya adalah 10 meter. Hasil dari peneltian ini mennjukkan adanya peningkatan secara signifikan terhadap kecepatan dribbling atlet dengan menggunakan metode dribbling sirkuit dan dribbling shuttle run. Diketahui bahwa hasil perhitungan dari kelompok dribbling sirkuit nilai signifilansinya sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, dengan peningkatan kecepatan rata-rata saat pretest 18,55 dan pada saat posttest 17,58 detik. Sedangkan pada kelompok dribbling shuttle run nilai signiikansinya sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, dengan peningkatan kecepatan rata-rata saat pretest 18,45 dan saat posttest 18,06 detik. Dari hasil penelitian ini yang menggunakan kedua metode latihan tersebut untuk meningkatkan kecepatan dribbling atlet, terlihat bahwa latihan dribbling sirkuit lebih tinggi hasilnya dibanding menggunakan dribbling shuttle run.
