Manazhim Journal is an interdisciplinary publication of original research and writing on islamic education management. This journal was published by Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MPI) STIT Palapa Nusantara Lombok - NTB which was published twice in a year (biannualy), February and August with a minimum of 5 articles. The journal aims to provide a forum for scholarly understanding of the field of education and plays an important role in promoting the process that accumulated knowledge, values, and skills. Scientific manuscript dealing with Islamic education management science topics are particularly welcome to be submitted.

Abstract

Management as "the process of utilizing all resources that support Muslims, educational institutions and others, both hardware and software". Effective and effective to achieve certain goals. The headmaster is a leader who cannot be fulfilled by people without consent. Whoever is appointed to be the principal must be determined through certain procedures and requirements such as: educational background, experience, age, rank and integration. Therefore the madrasa head is essentially official, because the appointment is through a process and procedure in accordance with applicable regulations. Educators are professionals who are involved in the learning process, learning process, training and guidance, as well as conducting research and community service. Research using research in this study uses qualitative. In this question, the data related to the problem is discussed and published by the interpretive-interpretative. Madrasa head management in improving the quality of teaching staff in the MTs NW Selayar is carried out by involving educators in scientific forums (seminars, training, training, workshop and courses), further studies, MGMP revitalization, welfare benefits, providing support to access new information, buying books new policies that support the performance of educators and include teachers in the professional certificate program.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the cycle of child-friendly school policies in MTsN 6 Sleman. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Source triangulation is carried out to obtain data validity. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusion drawing. The results of the study include: the child-friendly school policy cycle in MTsN 6 Sleman including after passing through the stages of agenda preparation, policy formulation, and policy adoption, four policy packages were born to strengthen the Child Friendly School Policy (SRA) so that it can be implemented in the regions, one of which is at MTsN 6 Sleman involving all parties involved. The results of the study include: the child-friendly school policy cycle in MTsN 6 Sleman including after passing through the stages of agenda preparation, policy formulation, and policy adoption, four policy packages were born to strengthen the Child Friendly School Policy (SRA) so that it can be implemented in the regions, one of which is at MTsN 6 Sleman involving all parties involved. Then, the stages of implementing child-friendly school policies in MTsN 6 Sleman, namely: Bureaucratic Structure, Communication of Human Resources, infrastructure, and finance, and Disposition. The learning model used in MTsN 6 Sleman is sufficient to apply the principles of child-friendly schools, namely provision, protection, and participation. Supporting factors are human resources, infrastructure, and financial while the inhibiting factor is the lack of maximum infrastructure and financial resources in creating facilities that are friendly for children with disabilities. Monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of friendly school programs in MTsN 6 Sleman is carried out by the SRA Development Team and involves the KLA task force and other agencies.

Abstract

Evaluation is interpreted as a process of collecting systematic analysis and interpretation to determine the extent which students that achieve the learning objectives as stated in curriculum. Curriculum evaluation is intended to examine the overall curriculum performance in terms of various criteria. Performance indicators that are evaluated are not only limited to effectiveness, but also the relevance, efficiency of this program. This research uses qualitative research by using description interviews as a data collection technique. The results show that in this application, teachers still found experience difficulties in the process of learning activities due to lack of optimal teacher training. The implementation of the K13 curriculum was carried out within one week, and only a few teachers took part in the training so that there were no equal teachers who were able to apply the K13 curriculum in the process of teaching activities in primary schools

Abstract

The book collection has not been properly inventoried, student interest in reading visits is still low, supervision is carried out every 2/3 months, there is a loss of inventory of madrasa library books, the head of the library does not have staff resources. The purpose of this study is to uncover and analyze the management process including; planning, implementing, organizing, monitoring and evaluating libraries in Madrasah Aliyah Darussalam Sumedang, Indonesia. This research method is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use; study interviews with the head of the library as the key informant and head of the madrasa, study documents include, book archives, library work programs, library visit books; Observation studies record library activity activities, discussion processes, weekly meetings. The results showed that; first, planning is carried out with the madrasa head at the madrasa level meeting by submitting a work program and submitting a draft budget (RAB); second, organizing is regulated based on the statement of the headmaster of madrasa no: MA.i / S / 20 / pp.006 / 001/2019 concerning the additional duties of Elyana Barbera as head of the library and does not yet have accompanying staff; third, the program implementation at the library is carried out by the head of the library, namely borrowing books, daily library services, work program socialization; fourth, supervision is carried out incidentally monthly and weekly, direct and indirect visits through work program reports to the madrasah head; an evaluation is carried out at the end of the school academic period by submitting a report on the overall madrasa library management program.

Abstract

Mathematics education in elementary school is the beginning of a child's start to explore his ability to understand concepts in mathematics and the knowledge gained will greatly influence it at the next level of education. Learners in solving comparison questions, including concept errors which are wrong in presenting a form of comparison. Abstract

In this study, he will examine student learning outcomes using the demonstration method in his learning on Pkn subjects. This study aims to find out how to use the demonstration method, using the demonstration method for learning outcomes of 4th grade students at MI Yanida. Data collection methods in this study use the method namely: Method of observation, interviews. The results of this study will test student learning outcomes taught by using the demonstration method in MI subjects at Yanida MI, the use of demonstration methods by teachers in grade 4 students for Pkn subjects in accordance with the guidelines for implementing good demonstration methods so that good learning results are obtained . from the use of demonstration methods conducted by the teacher. the use of demonstration methods in describing student learning outcomes by using the demonstration method in pkn for grade 4 students shows good results.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how risk management will be faced by the public in conducting motorcycle pawn transactions. This research uses a qualitative research approach. People in Indonesia are already familiar with the word pawn, especially in the community in the Pancor Village, East Lombok Regency, which often occurs, namely motorcycle pawn transactions. This happens when someone needs funds in an urgent and fast condition, while the person concerned does not have cash or savings funds, then third-party funding becomes an alternative solution. Based on the results of this study, people who conduct transactions, especially those who receive pawning, will carry out risk management because they are more likely to have risks. . Whereas the party giving the pawn doesn't know how much risk is being faced by the party receiving the pawn. In connection with this, I as a researcher hope that the party providing the pawn in order to further minimize the risk to the party receiving the pawn so that the party receiving the pawn has no difficulty in managing the risk.

Abstract

This study aims to understand teacher strategies in increasing student motivation. This research uses qualitative case study research. In this study the researchers collected descriptive data obtained from data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of basic teacher skills in implementing thematic learning in elementary thematic learning can be done comprehensively and deeply. In order for students to have high motivation, various efforts need to be made by the teacher to encourage that motivation. Explaining the benefits or objectives of the lesson that students actually receive will encourage student motivation. Everyone suggests something to do. With motivation will grow the urge to do something in his agreement.

Abstract

The effectiveness and intensity of principals in carrying out supervision to educators has limitations in terms of the division of tasks and time. This study aims to uncover the implementation of school principals' academic supervision in order to improve the performance of Educators in Assalaam Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Bandung, Indonesia. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study used structured interviews with key informants for school principals, educators; participatory observation of supervision activities, and documentation of documents related to academic supervision. The results showed that the academic supervision process was carried out using two methods, firstly, the usual method (outside the classroom) was conducted conditionally and secondly, the clinical method (in class), carried out on a scheduled basis by the school principal or vice-principal through three stages namely, planning stage, implementation phase and evaluation stage. Educators provide a positive response to the implementation of academic supervision.
