Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of online customer reviews and online customer ratings on purchase decisions on the Shopee marketplace, case study of active students of management program year 2019-2022,University of Dharmas Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative research by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study are validity test,reliability test,normality test ,multiple linear regression test,coefficient of determination test(R2),simultaneous significance tes (f-test),and partial hypothesis test (t-test). The results of this study shews that online customer reviews and online customer ratings have significant effect on purchase decisions. The result show that the online customer reviews and online customer ratings simultaneously have significant effect on purchase decisions by f-test > f- table (85.757>3,07). The result also show that the online customer reviews and online cutomer ratings partial have significant effect on purchase decisons at marketplace shopee.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Financial Literacy, Risk Tolerance, Overconfidance and Income on Investment Decisions. The research method used is quantitative. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. In this study used Isaac and Michael's table to determine a sample of 143 respondents. The analysis methods used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests and determination coefficient tests. With the help of SPSS version 23 as a test tool. The results showed that the validity and reliability of all questions from the questionnaire fell into categories, the results of the coefficient of determination obtained were 0.790 or 79%, the results of the hypothesis test showed that Financial Literacy, Risk Tolerance, Overconfidance and Income partially had a significant effect on Investment Decisions in Financial Management Students of Pelita Bangsa University class of 2019. Abstract

In the era of globalization, company competition is getting higher and more complex so that companies/agencies are required to improve matters related to each company and be more responsive in order to continue to survive and continue to grow. This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work environment on the performance of Koramil 25 soldiers in Pasuruan City. The population used was Babinsa Koramil 25 Pasuruan City using the census method because all soldiers were sampled and only 42 respondents were Koramil soldiers in Pasuruan City. The analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that: Workload and work environment affect the performance of Koramil 25 soldiers in Pasuruan City. This can be seen based on the results of the F test with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2) or the simultaneous contribution of workload and work environment to the performance of Koramil 25 Soldiers in Pasuruan City is48.3%, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as working hours and work facilities.

Abstract

The EU is Indonesia's third largest trading partner after the Southeast Asia region (ASEAN) and the People's Republic of China. Even in the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic, the value of Indonesia's exports to the European Union increased by 26 percent in 2021 to 16.5 billion euros. This growth was partly influenced by rising prices of raw materials such as palm oil. Exports of palm oil to EU countries increased by 9 percent. On 28 June 2022, the Council of the European Union issued a press release on Council approval of new regulations to reduce deforestation and forest degradation worldwide. The Council of the European Union has announced that it will finalize its negotiating position (general approach) on a proposal to limit the consumption of products that affect deforestation or forest degradation. This research is a literature review and the result of researchers' thingking. The type of data used is secondary data with a qualitative approach. EU deforestation laws could cost the Indonesian government $5.15 billion in lost revenue

Abstract

This research explores the impact of work discipline, leadership, and motivation on the performance of North Pamona Police Sub-precinct members using a quantitative approach. A survey involving 45 members as samples was analyzed using statistics, including multiple linear regression. The results indicate that work discipline and leadership do not have a significant influence on performance, while motivation has a strong positive and significant impact. These findings are consistent with previous research that highlights motivation as an important factor for individual performance. Recommendations include improving motivation, evaluating leadership policies, regularly monitoring performance and motivation, as well as opportunities for further research.

Abstract

Coffee shop is a place (tavern) that serves processed espresso coffee and small snacks as the era of coffee shop provides snacks and heavy meals. The development of coffee shops in Indonesia is very widespread, coffee drinks are also liked by the public in all circles. With the wide development in the coffee shop, the quality of products becomes an important thing and the quality of good products of the community / consumers will feel satisfied. Based on this, researchers conducted a study to find out how much the influence of product quality on consumer satisfaction in one of the coffee shops is Wadah Kopi 27 Central Jakarta. The method used in this study was descriptive and correlational with the quantitative approach of data obtained from the dissemination of questionnaires to a total of 94 respondents. Sample collection method using simple random sampling. Technique. Data analysis processing using SPSS version 25. The results of this study, it can be concluded that product quality found the simultaneous influence of product quality on consumer satisfaction

Abstract

PosBloc makes Instagram social media look very attractive so that many people are interested in visiting PosBloc. From Instagram, PosBloc has many benefits, one of which is introducing PosBloc to a large audience so that someone's interest in visiting PosBloc, Central Jakarta increases. The purpose of conducting this research is to gain new knowledge regarding the influence of Instagram social media on the desire to visit PosBloc, Central Jakarta. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this research include documentation, literature study, and questionnaires. Primary data processing was assisted by the SPSS 25 program. Respondents from this study were 100 who had visited PosBloc aged <18 to >29 years. The results of the T test researchers concluded that the T value was 29.259 with a significance of 0.00<0.05. So this equation can be used to predict the social media variable Instagram (X). It can be concluded that the influence of the social media variable Instagram (X) on visiting interest (Y) is partially accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on consumer satisfaction at the Uptown Brew coffee shop, Greenlake City, Tangerang. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with multiple regression analysis methods. Accidental Sampling sampling technique. The population in the study was all visitors who came to the Uptown Brew Coffee Shop, Greenlake City, Tangerang. Meanwhile, the sample numbered 100. The partial research results show that product quality and price have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Good product quality influences consumer satisfaction, creates customer loyalty, and strengthens the coffee shop brand reputation. Affordable and competitive prices can increase consumer satisfaction by making access easier, offering comparable value, and providing choice.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of location and promotion on interest in visiting the Uptown Brew coffee shop, Greenlake City, Tangerang. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with multiple regression analysis methods. Accidental Sampling sampling technique. The population in the study were all visitors who came to Uptown Brew Coffee Shop, Greenlake City, Tangerang. Meanwhile, the sample consisted of 100 people. Partial research results show that location and promotion have a significant effect on visiting interest. A strategic location that is easy to find is the most important thing in opening a business. Promotions carried out by Uptown Brew Coffee Shop include promotions on social media and conventional word of mouth which can provide potential visitors with information and experiences.

Abstract

The pottery products from Takalar Regency, Indonesia, are highly sought after by consumers for various reasons. The success of these products is based on several important factors. Firstly, these pottery products are appreciated for their high artistic and cultural value, reflecting the rich local heritage of traditions and culture. Furthermore, the main attraction of these pottery products lies in their uniqueness, capturing the attention of consumers seeking unique and distinct items. The quality of the raw materials and production techniques also leaves a positive impression on consumers who appreciate craftsmanship. The success of these products is also closely related to customer satisfaction, which, when met, tends to create loyal customers who promote the products. Through the use of social media and online marketing, pottery products from Takalar Regency can reach a wider audience, increase sales, and receive more positive responses.
