Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of communication and organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods. The study population was 32 employees at the Malang City Population and Civil Registration Office which was conducted by census. Data collection using questionnaires. The data analysis method used is Smart PLS. The results of the study proved that communication directly has a significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction, communication has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. The results are indirectly known that communication has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction and organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. This result can be understood that good communication and organizational culture will create job satisfaction so as to support the improvement of employee performance

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze partially and simultaneously the influence of quality of export and import services and service facilities on employee performance at the Madya Customs and Excise Service and Supervision Office, Type B Makassar. The total population at the Makassar Customs and Excise Supervision and Services Office, Type B, Madya Customs, is 127 employees and the sample uses the Slovin formula method with the total sample obtained being 96 people. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach and hypothesis testing uses the multiple linear regression method. The research results showed that: (1) The quality of export and import services has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office, Madya Customs B Makassar (2) Service facilities have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Supervision and Service Office. Customs and Excise Intermediate Type Customs B Makassar, (3) Quality of Export and Import Services and Service Facilities Simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Customs and Excise Supervision and Service Office Type Intermediate Customs B Makassar.

Abstract

Bukittinggi City is a city in West Sumatra province with the second largest economy after Padang City. As a tourism city, the City of Bukittinggi is starting to develop itself by building tourist facilities to support its tourist attractions. This research aims to determine the motivation of tourists who visit the Jam Gadang Tourism Area, Bukittinggi City, tourists' considerations in choosing tourist facilities when visiting the Jam Gadang Tourism Area, and the influence of tourist facilities on tourist motivation to visit the Jam Gadang Tourism Area. The research method used was descriptive, the research object was 120 respondents visiting the Jam Gadang Tourist Area. The results of this research are the need to provide expansion of the parking area as an additional facility in the Jam Gadang Tourist Area and the need to provide a place for souvenir sellers in the Jam Gadang Tourist Area so that gadang traders gather in one place that has been provided to sell so that it becomes orderly and organized.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of innovation, accessibility and trust on the satisfaction of users of DAOP IX Probolinggo Station economic train services partially. The research method used is quantitative with the independent variables of innovation, accessibility, trust and the dependent variable, namely satisfaction. The population of this study were users of DAOP IX Probolinggo Station economy class train transportation services in January and February 2024. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling method as many as 108 people. The data analysis stage begins with the Validity, Reliability, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient Test and Hypothesis Test using SPSS Version 26. The results showed that the innovation variable had a positive but insignificant effect on satisfaction, while the accessibility and trust variables had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction.

Abstract

As of right now, one company category in Indonesia that is considered to never fail is printing. Due to societal advancement, printing services are becoming more and more necessary in today's world. In the actual world, this has been seen. For instance, printing and design services are needed by certain organizations in offices and other agencies to satisfy their demands for office supplies like business cards, identity or membership cards, letterheads, maps, and so on. Employee performance is the dependent variable in this study, whereas work skills and physical workload are the independent factors. There is a sample of 49 respondents in this quantitative research design. Non-probability sampling is the research method employed.

Abstract

The competition of the business world seems to increase by seeing the competition that occurs in the increasingly competitive coffee shop industry, the role of strategy is needed in achieving business goals and the need to develop effective strategies in the midst of fierce competition in the coffee shop industry. This research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. The type of approach used is a case study. Data collection techniques are carried out using observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation methods. While data analysis uses SWOT analysis techniques and descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that based on IFAS analysis obtained with an IFAS score of 3.41 and EFAS score obtained with a score of 1.30, this result shows that Afecto can increase sales. Afecto's position in a strong state can be seen from the level of opportunity greater than the threat he faces and the level of strength is higher than the level of weakness

Abstract

This research aimed to explore and explain the influence of online review and celebrity endorser on the customers’ loyalty, with purchase decision as the intervening variable. The research method used was explanatory with quantitative approach. The research location was at Samsung Experience Store Palembang, with consumers’ population the people who used samsung brand smartphone. Sample selection was carried out by using purposive sampling method, and 57 respondents were involved in this research. Results showed that there was influence of online review and celebrity endorser on the customers’ loyalty with purchase decision as the intervening variable.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of motivation and organizational culture on the performance of employees of the Makassar Customs Inspection and Service Board. With a sample of 96 respondents, data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results show that motivation and organizational culture have a significant impact on individual and collective performance. These findings confirm the central role of motivation and organizational culture in growing staff, especially in the customs and excise sector. The holistic approach of this study combines these key variables and provides a comprehensive view of the variables that influence employee performance. The significance of this research focuses on the need to improve the efficiency of the public sector, while its impact includes practical guidance for organizational managers and a contribution to advanced research in the field of public HRM.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of location and word of mouth promotion on purchasing decisions at the Cipulir market. This research uses a quantitative and qualitative approach by applying multiple regression analysis. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents who were asked to rate them using a Likert scale of 1 to 5. The population that was the research subject was visitors to Cipulir Market, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Sampling was carried out using the Accidental Sampling method. communication of product value to strengthen their market position. The strategic nature of the Cipulir market influences purchasing decisions with accessibility, product availability, socio-cultural environment and market image. Markets with many sellers and product variations are the main choice for consumers, coupled with a friendly environment and a positive market image. Word of Mouth is also important because of social interaction in traditional markets, where recommendations and reviews from other parties provide strong incentives for potential buyers.
