Abstract

Pengalaman menggunakan media sosial sangat beragam diantaranya Vaguebooking. Vaguebooking adalah istilah yang sering sekali digunakan untuk menggambarkan postingan di media sosial yang dilakukan seseorang tanpa informasi yang jelas dengan tujuan untuk menarik perhatian dari pembacanya. Umumnya unggahan ini menjadi penanda bahwa seseorang tengah mengalami masalah mental. Keinginan untuk menarik perhatian umumnya dilakukan oleh mereka yang memiliki kepribadian histrionic. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Vaguebooking terhadap Kesehatan mental pengguna media sosial dengan keperibadian histrionic sebagai variabel mediator. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada pengaruh antara Pengalaman Vague Booking dengan Kesehatan Mental. Histrionoc sebagai mediator variabel juga memberikan sumbangan langsung sebesar 80,7%.

Abstract

Prestasi akademik adalah cerminan dari usaha yang telah dilakukan selama pembelajaran. Keberhasilan dalam belajar salah satunya dapat ditentukan oleh keterlibatan akademik seseorang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi pengaruh keterlibatan akademik terhadap prestasi akademik. Untuk itu, metode systematic literature review menjadi pilihan logis untuk mendapatkan hasil yang komprehensif mengenai topik yang diteliti. Sumber data utama berasal dari artikel-artikel penelitian tentang keterlibatan akademik terhadap prestasi akademik mulai dari tahun 2017 sampai tahun 2022 dengan total sebanyak 8 artikel yang berhasil terseleksi sesuai dengan topik yang diteliti. Dari artikel-artikel tersebut, diketahui bahwa 6 artikel menyatakan keterlibatan akademik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik, 1 artikel menyatakan adanya pengaruh tidak langsung dan 1 artikel menyatakan bahwa tidak adanya pengaruh positif yang signifikan keterlibatan akademik terhadap prestasi akademik yang dicapai. Abstract

Technology-based learning requires students' self-regulated learning abilities. This ability should be done because students can take responsibility and control the learning process they go through. Some students experience obstacles in implementing self-regulated learning which ultimately has an impact on academic results and achievements. However, some other students tend to be able to apply self-regulated learning. Therefore, this study aims to determine the application of self-regulated learning to students who have a high academic achievement (GPA) in technology-based learning processes. Participants in this research were students college using a selective sampling. The method used in this research is a mixed-method with an explanatory sequential approach. Data collection techniques used measuring instruments, A-SRL-S, interviews, observations, and document collection. The data obtained will be analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that students with high academic achievement set specific, challenging, and achievable goals. These goals are made by considering self-efficacy and the results of the task analysis found. From these goals, students also set strategies and self evaluations, where when achieving goals will increase goals but if they are not successful, they will modify the strategies, and seeking assistance if they experience difficulties.

Abstract

The happiness of having a romantic relationship is the dream of every woman from a broken home. However, romantic relationships for women from broken homes do not always go well. Therefore, this research aims to describe the authentic happiness of female adolescents who are victims of broken homes in romantic relationships in Kartasura District, Sukoharjo Regency. This study uses a phenomenological qualitative method. The informants of this study were four young female informants from broken home families who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study were semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and documentation through research informant social media. The credibility of the data using the method triangulation technique. The data analysis uses the Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) technique. The results of the study show that the authentic happiness of young women from broken home families who have romantic relationships is formed by their ability to rise from adversity in family conditions, positive meaning of life, desire to improve the future, and supportive social support from family, friends, and lovers. . External factors that affect the authentic happiness of young women from broken home families are religiosity and education. For young women from broken homes, having a romantic relationship can minimize psychological problems due to family dysfunction. On the other hand, romantic relationships among young women from broken home families encounter several obstacles that are prone to lead to toxic relationships.

Abstract

In elementary school learning process, teacher skill in conducting assessment and stimulation determined the extent of student’s thinking processes in classroom. The results of the assessment were used to determine learning stimulation. The qualitative study in this research aims to obtain an overview of teacher skills in assessing and stimulating student abilities in the classroom. Data was obtained through Focus Group Discussions with teacher representatives from each grade level. The results of the research show that the implementation of assessments carried out by elementary school teachers includes: asking questions about students and their surroundings, giving tests with easy to difficult questions, making observations during learning, and reporting student obstacles and progress. Furthermore, findings on activity stimulation include (1) developing counting, writing, and reading abilities; (2) providing games, cross-field projects, and (3) providing trigger questions to build concepts. Stimulation activities still involve the cognitive demands of remembering and building concepts. Therefore, it is necessary to develop teacher skills in developing activities that encourage students' thinking processes at a higher level, namely strategic and broader thinking.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi tingkat self-compassion pada mantan pengguna narkoba dan menganalisis perbedaan dalam self-compassion berdasarkan karakteristik seperti jenis kelamin, usia, tingkat pendidikan, lama abstinen, lama rehabilitasi, dan status pekerjaan. Desain penelitian adalah deskriptif cross-sectional, melibatkan 119 partisipan yang telah menjalani rehabilitasi narkoba dan berada dalam kondisi abstinen. Data dikumpulkan melalui skala self-compassion yang memiliki reliabilitas α = 0,872. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas partisipan memiliki tingkat self-compassion sedang (79%), dengan sebagian kecil memiliki tingkat tinggi (15,1%) dan sangat tinggi (5%). Analisis deskriptif juga mengungkap variasi tingkat self-compassion berdasarkan karakteristik demografis dan pengalaman rehabilitasi. Uji t menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan dalam self-compassion antara jenis kelamin, lama abstinen, lama rehabilitasi, dan status pekerjaan. Dalam analisis jenis kelamin, perempuan menunjukkan tingkat self-compassion yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan laki-laki. Usia dan tingkat pendidikan tidak memberikan perbedaan signifikan dalam self-compassion. Namun, lama abstinen lebih dari 1 tahun dan lama rehabilitasi lebih dari 1 tahun berhubungan dengan tingkat self-compassion yang lebih tinggi. Partisipan yang bekerja juga menunjukkan self-compassion yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan yang belum bekerja. Berdasarkan temuan dari penelitian ini, pengembangan program rehabilitasi yang menekankan pembangunan self-compassion sebagai bagian integral dari pemulihan diperlukan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and burnout in special school (Sekolah Luar Biasa or SLB) teachers in Yogyakarta, and to examine differences in the level of burnout of SLB teachers in terms of gender, age, and duration of teaching. The research subjects were 108 SLB teachers in Yogyakarta with an age range of 25-50 years. The research data was collected with the General Self Efficacy (GSE) Scale and the Burnout Scale. Based on data analysis results, a correlation coefficient (rxy) = -0.418 (p < 0.050) was generated, indicating that the proposed hypothesis was accepted; there was a negative correlation between self-efficacy and burnout in special school teachers (SLB) in Yogyakarta. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.175, so the contribution of self-efficacy is 17.5% to burnout. The study results also showed differences in burnout levels in terms of age and duration of teaching. Subjects aged 38-50 years had lower burnout than subjects aged 25-37 years. Subjects who have taught or worked for more than 15 years have lower burnout than teachers who have taught or worked for less than 15 years. There was no difference in burnout levels in terms of gender.

Abstract

The way to overcome crime, and increase the economic productivity of the community is to empower the potential that is owned by the community itself. This potential is developed together so that it creates confidence to be able to move forward and develop together which is called collective efficacy. The purpose of this study is to analyze and explore in depth about collective efficacy behavior. The specific target in this study is the collective efficacy behavior carried out by the Kaliabu Village community which is able to increase their economic productivity. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. The data collection method used in this study was interviewing seven informants with the main job criteria as logo designers, as pioneers of the collective efficacy process and as figures who could drive the collective efficacy process to increase the productivity of the people of Kaliabu Village. The results of this research are the first to state that the factors that influence collective efficacy are environmental factors and economic factors. Abstract

Konstrual diri merupakan kondisi dimana seseorang melihat diri mereka sebagai identitas yang terpisah atau sebagai identitas yang lebih terhubung dengan orang lain. Usaha mengetahui validitas dan reliabilitas skala konstrual diri untuk mahasiswa internasional di Indonesia penting untuk dilakukan mengingat konstrual diri sangat berpengaruh terhadap berbagai variabel psikologis pada mahasiswa internasional. Salah satu alat ukur konstrual diri yang paling sering digunakan di berbagai negara adalah Self-Construal Scale (SCS) oleh Theodore M. Singelis (1994). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui properti psikometri dari SCS pada mahasiswa internasional di Indonesia. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari 100 data yang dikumpulkan, ditemukan hasil bahwa SCS yang telah dimodifikasi memenuhi validitas konten, validitas konstruk, dan reliabilitas. SCS yang telah dimodifikasi memenuhi empat kriteria Goodness of Fit dengan nilai RMSEA = 0.075, SRMR = 0.074, serta NFI = 0.90 dan CFI = 0.95. Kemudian reliabilitas SCS dilihat dari nilai AVE yakni 0.63 untuk konstrual diri independen dan 0.53 untuk konstrual diri interdependen. Seluruhnya, nilai CR mencapai 0.96 untuk konstrual diri independen dan 0.93 untuk konstrual diri interdependen. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa SCS valid dan reliabel untuk mengukur konstrual diri pada mahasiswa internasional di Indonesia.
