Abstract

This study aims to determine the reasons why there must be an Adiwiyata program and how the Adiwiyata program is implemented at the UPT SPF SD Inpres Antang 1 Makassar City. The type of research used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The subjects of the study were fourth grade students at the UPT SPF SD Inpres Antang 1 Makassar City. The data collection techniques used were observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results obtained were that Adiwiyata is very important in schools because the Adiwiyata program makes all school residents aware of the importance of maintaining cleanliness and preserving the environment in schools. Even the school has implemented the Adiwiyata program. Some of the things they have done include routine activities every Saturday, determining the picket schedule in each class, and competitions at the end of each semester such as class cleanliness competitions, waste sorting, and producing a work using used materials.

Abstract

Research on the analysis of the level of changes of mangrove forest vegetation on the level of seawater salinity has been conducted with remote sensing methods by using Landsat 8 imagery in Tahura Ngurah Rai. The data used in this research is secondary data from the official website of the USGS (United States Geological Survey). This study aims to determine the levels of changes in mangrove forest vegetation cover in Tahura Ngurah Rai and to determine how much influence the level of mangrove forest vegetation cover has on the level of salinity in Tahura Ngurah Rai. The vegetation values were obtained by processing the NDVI index data and the salinity values were obtained by processing the SI, NDSI and VSSI index. from the results of the analysis that has been conducted, vegetation cover greatly influences the NDSI index with an increase in the total NDVI value of 25,48% and a decrease in the total NDSI value of -25,48%, with a correlation coefficient and determination of NDVI-NDSI 0.998 and 0.996 respectively.

Abstract

This study focuses on evaluating the quality and performance of the digital mammography system at Mangusada Badung Regional Hospital (RSD) in an effort to prevent and early detect breast cancer. With the prevalence and mortality rate of breast cancer continuing to increase, early detection is important. Digital mammography has an important role in this early detection. This study aims to evaluate the performance of digital mammography at Radiology Installation Mangusada Badung through a series of tests. generator and x-ray tube suitability test and automatic exposure control (AEC). The results showed conformity tests on voltage accuracy (maximum error 0.8%), linearity (CL 0.01), reproducibility (radiation output CV 0.001, peak voltage CV 0.003), emergency timer (stops at 0 mAs), tracking (% patient thickness % exposure index error 7.9%, voltage exposure index error 6%), AEC (voltage CV 0.000, current time CV 0.000), exposure time (large focus t 0.87 seconds, small focus t 1.21 seconds). The test results show that the digital mammography system meets the conformity test criteria in accordance with PERKA BAPETEN no. 2 of 2022. This provides confidence that the device meets the established quality standards. With this fulfillment, it is expected that the accuracy of diagnosis can be improved and the risk of errors in early detection of breast cancer can be reduced. Therefore, the digital mammography system at RSD Mangusada Badung is expected to be.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze student learning outcomes in science subjects using a lecture learning model for class VII middle school. The research method used was descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used in the research is through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Researchers used class VII A, totaling 32 students, as research objects. The result was 9 students who got a score (low), and 2 students who got a score (very low). The highest score for students in class VII science learning using the lecture method was 76 and the lowest score for student learning outcomes was 32. The average score for student learning outcomes in science learning using the lecture learning model was 57.78. Thus, the average value is in the interval 55-74 which is included in the medium category. The suggestion in this research is that there is a need for learning media that can help improve student learning outcomes in class VII science learning in junior high schools.

Abstract

Metode gravitasi adalah metode geofisika dengan biaya eksplorasi yang cukup murah dibandingkan dengan metode geofisika lainnya. Metode ini didasarkan pada kontras densitas batuan target dengan batuan sekitarnya. Fitur geologi berbentuk silinder adalah salah satu target di antara berbagai fitur geologi lainnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji kemampuan derifatif radial anomaly gravitasi untuk target berupa fitur geologi berbentuk silinder. Derifatif radian terdiri dari derivative pertama dan derivative kedua. Pemodelan kedepan dari fitur geologi berbrntuk silinder dilakukan secara analitis maupun dan dengan elemen hingga. Perhitungan keduanya dilakuan dengan program computer dengan basis Matlab. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan hasil baik secara anlaitis maupun secara elemen hingga. Metode ini terbukti mampu memberikan posisi batas yang tegas pada fitur geologi erbentuk silinder.

Abstract

A soil moisture measuring instrument has been designed and created using an Android-based capacitive soil moisture sensor. The design of a soil moisture measuring instrument was made to understand how to design, how it works, and the results of calibration. The process of calibrating and applying the design tool is carried out by comparing the results of soil moisture measurements between the design tool and the reference tool. The calibration itself was carried out using black sand soil into which 0 ml, 10 ml, 30 ml, 50 ml and 70 ml of water were poured periodically. The reference tool used is the soil moisture meter pH tester VT05 with type ZD-05. Data collection is carried out by inserting a capacitive soil moisture sensor into the soil. There are five types of soil used during application, namely white sand soil, black sand soil, limestone soil, clay soil and humus soil. The results of calibration using linear regression between the design tool and the reference tool obtained a gradient value m of 0.9643, close to 1. The coefficient of determination value obtained during calibration was 0.9983, so the level oflinearity between the design tool and the reference tool was 99.83%. The results of applying linear regression between the design tool and the reference tool obtained a gradient value m of 1.0041, close to 1. The coefficient of determination () obtained when applying was 0.9982, so the level of linearity between the design tool and the reference tool was 99.82%. From the results of the calibration and application of the tool, it shows that the tool design has good validity (precise accuracy).

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menyusun lembar kegiatan peserta didik (LKPD) yang berbasis struktur kognitif dan kemampuan metakognisi. LKPD disusun untuk meningkatan kemampuan struktur kognitif peserta didik pada aspek struktur berfikir komparatif, struktur representasi simbolik, dan struktur penalaran logis serta kemampuan metakognisi peserta didik pada aspek planning (perencanaan), monitoring, reflection. Materi LKPD disesuaikan dengan standar kompetensi, yaitu menerapkan hukum-hukum fluida statis, merancang dan melakukan percobaan yang memanfaatkan sifat-sifat fluida statis.  Tahapan penelitian pengembangan ini sampai pada tahapan analisis dan mendesain.

Abstract

Research has been carried out on radiation dose rate analysis in the CT-SCAN area of the radiology room at RSU Mandara Bali. The data used in this research is quantitative data observed from the radiation rate from the CT-SCAN aircraft. This study aims to determine the radiation dose rate in the radiology area and its rationalization based on regulations regarding radiation NBD (dose limit values) that apply to occupational safety and health. The research data is the actual radiation dose rate determined from the dose rate and calibration factors. The results of data calculations show that the highest dose rates are respectively at T2, 30 cm, 50 cm and 100 cm (door) with values of 1.95, 0.94 and 0.05 μSv/year, while the lowest dose rates are respectively at T4, 30 cm, 50 cm and 100 cm (waiting room) with values of 0.08, 0.06 and 0.05 μSv/year. The research results show that the dose rate at each measurement point is still considered safe for radiation workers where the NBD received is still below 20 μSv/year, while the dose rate is classified as safe for the general public at measuring distances of 50 cm and 100 cm, where the NBD received is below 1 μSv/year assuming the community concerned acts as a patient or patient's family with an interest in the radiology room area.

Abstract

Coronavirus Desease 2019 (Covid-19) merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus Sars-Cov-2. Gejala yang ditimbulkan antara lain demam, batuk kering, dan sesak napas. Berbagai upaya penanganan dan pencegahan dilakukan oleh tenaga medis di Indonesia. Salah satu rumah sakit yang ikut andil menangani hal tersebut adalah RSUP Prof. Dr. I. G. N. G Ngoerah yang ada di Provinsi Bali menggunakan pemeriksaan thorax dengan pesawat sinar-X (rontgen). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data sekunder yaitu 30 data pasien non-Covid-19 dan 30 data pasien Covid-19 di RSUP Prof. Dr. I. G. N. G Ngoerah pada tahun 2020 sampai dengan tahun 2022 dengan membandingkan hasil citra pasien secara kualitatif dari pembacaan dokter radiolog dan secara kuantitatif dilihat dari nilaia Efekti Dose (ED) dan Indeks Exsposure (IE). Dari hasil citra, pasien covid-19 menunjukkan adanya bercak-bercak putih pada bagian paru-paru dan dari hasil pembacaan dokter rata-rata pasien covid-19 mengalami pneumonia atau peradangan pada paru-paru sedangkan pada pasien non-covid-19 tidak mengalami pneumonia. Secara kuantitatif rata-rata nilai ED pada pasien non-covid-19 lebih besar dibandingkan pada pasien covid-19. Secara berturut-turut yaitu 0,1267±0,00653 mSv dengan nilai minimum 0,0694 serta nilai maximum 0,214 dan 0.0914±0,0311 mSv minimum 0,0096 serta maximum 0,706.  namun nilai IE pada pasien covid-19 lebih besar dibandingkan dengan pasien non-covid-19, yaitu 267,3±9,059 mSv dengan nilai minimum 202 mSv dan maximum 396,1 mSv. Sedangkan pasien non-Covid-19 besar nilai minimum 129 mSv dan maximum 172,9 mSv dengan rata-rata 146,467±2,45 mSv, dengan persentase perbandingan yaitu 35%:65%. Untuk menunjang terhadap perbedaan yang terjadi maka dilakukan uji statistik menggunakan T-test statistik nonparametric. Syarat signifikansi Asimp.Sig<0,05 menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara IE pasien non-Covid-19 dengan IE pasien Covid-19. Sehingga hasil statistik juga mendukung terhadap hasil pembacaan IE pada citra radiografi bahwa terjadi perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai IE pada citra radiografi pasien non-Covid-19 dengan pasien Covid-19.

Abstract

Pengujian fotodegradasi pewarna tekstil Congo Red telah berhasil dilakukan menggunakan agen AZO dan AZOMn. Material tersebut disintesis terlebih dahulu disintesis menggunakan metode kopresipitasi dengan formulasi Zn0,95-xAl0,05Mnx dengan nilai x sebesar 0 dan 0,01. Material hasil modifikasi tersebut diuji menggunakan spektrometer reflektan (DRS) untuk mendapatkan nilai relektansi yang digunakan dalam proses perhitungan nilai energi gap dengan bantuan persamaan Kulbelka Munk. AZO dengan konsentrasi Al 5% wt dan Mn 0% wt memiliki energi gap sebesar 3,290 eV dan AZOMn dengan konsentrasi Al 5% wt dan Mn 0,1% wt memiliki energi gap 3,279 eV. Aktivitas fotokatalis AZO dan AZOMn telah diuji menggunakan sumber radiasi sinar UV A dengan puncak serapan Congo Red 480 nm selama 2 jam. Dari hasil karakterisasi, kedua agen fotokatalis ini mampu mendegradasi limbah pewarna tekstil Congo Red dengan persentase AZO dan AZOMn beturut – turut 97,9% dan 67,6%. Laju fotodegradasi juga menampilkan pola yang sama yaitu material AZO memiliki kelajuan fotodegradasi sebesar 0,03504/menit sedangkan material AZOMn memiliki kelajuan fotodegradasi sebesar 0,00759/menit. Nilai ini menunjukkan bahwa AZO memiliki kemampuan fotodegradasi lebih baik dibandingkan dengan AZOMn dalam limbah pewarna tekstil Congo Red
