Abstract

Good organizational performance not only helps organizations achieve competitive advantage but also creates a healthy, innovative and growth-oriented environment. The aims of this study were: (1) to analyze the influence of human resources management on organizational performance, employee competency and organizational commitment; (2) analyzing the effect of employee competence and organizational commitment on organizational performance; (3) analyzing the role of mediating organizational competence and commitment to the relationship between human resources management and organizational performance. The object of this research is the Staffing and Human Resources Development Agency of Tegal Regency. Sampling is done by census or saturated sample of 50 employees. Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis was used to analyze data using SmartPLS 4. The results showed that HR management had a positive and significant effect on organizational performance, employee competency, and organizational commitment. Employee competence and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. Employee competency and organizational commitment are able to mediate the relationship between Human Resources Management and Organizational Performance

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of online marketing, marketing strategies and digital marketing on increasing sales. The sample in this study was 100 respondents who were permanent product sellers who sold their products on the Shopee marketplace. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis was used to analyze the data in this research. The research results show that online marketing and digital marketing have a positive effect on increasing sales. This means that better management in online marketing and good digital marketing can increase sales in the Shopee market. Meanwhile, marketing strategies were unable to influence increased sales in the Shopee marketplace. This happens because competition in the Shopee marketplace is currently increasingly competitive, so changes in marketing strategies are needed that can attract potential consumers

Abstract

Building brand awareness is a marketing strategy that can lead consumers to develop preferences for brands and products. By utilizing Hallyu culture or the Korean Wave to improve the brand image of Somethinc products, it can have a positive influence on brand awareness as much as possible. This research aims to determine the influence of the Ambassador brand, Korean wave and brand image in forming brand awareness of Somethinc skincare products. The research sample used was 97 respondents with the criteria of having used Somehinc products in Semarang City. The sampling method uses a non-probability sampling approach with purposive sampling technique. Multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the data in this study. The research results show that brand ambassadors and brand image have a positive and significant effect on brand awareness. Meanwhile, the Korean Wave has no effect on brand awareness.

Abstract

This study aims to complete literacy about the application of artificial intelligence technology in business functions, namely in the consumption function. This research method is a literature review by analyzing books and literature from various databases related to the research theme. The data used in this study is qualitative data from literature studies obtained from books and articles through various databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and other valid online sources to obtain research-themed material during March and April 2023. The use of mobile banking continues to increase. The features available in mobile banking provide comfort and convenience in making transactions. This can lead to consumption patterns that are not in accordance with the rules set out in Islamic law. Artificial intelligence technology can be applied in various business functions including production, distribution, procurement, and so on. In the consumption function, artificial intelligence can be designed to control consumption so that it conforms to Islamic principles, for example consuming halal goods, excessive amounts, and so on. The artificial intelligence technology adopted in mobile banking services is expected to become one of the monitoring tools to encourage Islamic banking customers to always commit to consumption rules, and prevent all forms of deviation from the correct consumption path.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to seek the spending execution at the Kupang City Government in the 2018-2022 fiscal year can be said to be good in terms of the analysis of expenditure variance, analysis of expenditure growth, analysis of expenditure harmony and the ratio of expenditure efficiency. The instrument used is the analysis of shopping performance consisting of an analysis of shopping variants, an analysis of expenditure growth, an analysis of expenditure harmony and a ratio of expenditure efficiency. The results of the analysis presented is, a. The expenses execution in terms of analysis of expenditure variance can be said to be good because the implementation of spending is smaller than the budget, b. Expenses execution in terms of an analysis of expenditure growth in 2018-2019 the number of expenditure was increased and resulting positive, but in 2019-2022 the number of expenditure was decreased an resulting negative, c. The expenses execution in terms of analysis of the harmony of spending is more dominant operational expenditure than “modal” expenditure because operational expenditure is up to 90% above of total expenditure while “modal” expenditure is less than 10% of total expenditure, d. The expenses execution in terms of the expenses efficiency ratio can be said to be efficient because the criteria showed the results are below 100%. ABSTRAK Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja belanja pada Pemerintah Kota Kupang tahun anggaran 2018-2022 sudah dapat dikatakan baik ditinjau dari analisis varians belanja, analisis pertumbuhan belanja, analisis keserasian belanja dan rasio efisiensi belanja. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kinerja belanja yang terdiri dari analisis varians belanja, analisis pertumbuhan belanja, analisis keserasian belanja dan rasio efisiensi belanja. Hasil analisis yang dikemukakan dapat diketahui bahwa, a. Kinerja belanja ditinjau dari analisis varians belanja sudah dapat dikatakan baik karean realisasi belanja lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan anggaran belanja, b. Kinerja belanja ditinjau dari analisis pertumbuhan belanja pada tahun 2018-2019 menunjukkan kriteria bernilai positif dan tahun 2019-2022 menunjukkan kriteria bernilai negatif, c. Kinerja belanja ditinjau dari analisis keserasian belanja lebih dominan belanja operasi dibandingkan dengan belanja modal karena belanja operasi pengeluarannya di atas 90% dari total belanja, d. Kinerja belanja ditinjau dari rasio efisiensi belanja sudah dapat dikatakan efisien karena pada kriteria tersebut besaran rasio pada kriteria tersebut di bawah 100%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Net Interest Margin and Capital Adequacy Ratio on Return on Assets at PT. Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk. The sample used in this research is the balance sheet and profit and loss report of PT. Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk 2015-2022. Linear regression analysis has been used to analyze the data in this study. The research results show that although NIM and CAR are considered key indicators in measuring a bank's financial health, the research results show that they do not have a direct influence on bank profitability as measured by ROA. A high NIM may not be enough to offset the decline in overall interest income. Meanwhile, a high CAR indicates that the bank has enough capital to cover risk, but this does not always mean higher profitability. It is therefore important to look beyond just NIM and CAR in analyzing bank profitability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Motivation, communication and work environment on Remote Work Satisfaction at PT Smartfren Yogyakarta which has motivation problems from fellow coworkers resulting in a lack of enthusiasm in employees, besides the lack of good communication between fellow employees resulting in a lack of support between employees with each other. The sample used in this study was 82 employees. the method used to collect data by distributing questionnaires is done through distributing questions arranged in a collection to respondents. The method used to collect data by means of observing or reviewing carefully and directly at the research location to find out the conditions that occur.Based on the results of the research conducted, the following conclusions can be drawn: There is a significant positive influence between motivation and work environment on Remote Work Satisfaction in employees of PT Smartfren Yogyakarta and there is a communication that is not significant positive on Remote Work Satisfaction in employees of PT Smartfren Yogyakarta. Abstract

The purpose of this conducted research was to test empirically how much influence the variables of education, organizational culture, work wages, work motivation have on employee performance variables. The research was conducted at Bank Jateng Syariah. The form of the research is quantitative research, using multiple linear regression analysis. Previously carried out model tests and statistical tests assisted by the SPSS 25 program. The number of respondents in this study were 60 respondents taken by purposive sampling method. Employees who are used as respondents must be permanent employees who work as front liners. The results showed that the higher the education, organizational culture, wages and work motivation, the higher the employee performance has the potential. In terms of significance, only education and work motivation show significant effects. Even though this study did not experience significant obstacles and the research model also showed feasibility, further research could still be carried out. Subsequent research can add more research variables.

Abstract

Digital marketing does not just talk about promotions or advertising but also includes distribution channels. The choice of distribution channels by producers has an impact on purchasing interest and subsequently on consumer purchasing decisions. In connection with distribution, product availability also influences consumer purchasing interest and purchasing decisions. Digitalization efforts to increase the capacity of MSMEs face the challenge of understanding digital marketing. This research aims to provide insight into the influence of digital on purchasing decisions. A total of 100 people were taken as samples using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this research is PLS-SEM. The research results found that digital distribution channels and product availability have a positive and significant impact on purchasing interest and purchasing decisions. The mediating effect of purchasing interest on the relationship between distribution channels and product availability on purchasing decisions is also proven empirically. Purchasing decisions can be increased through purchase interest by increasing digital distribution channels by MSME players. Policies in product availability can also increase purchasing decisions through purchase interest. MSME players are expected to be able to provide more variety in digital distribution channels and increase the availability of relatively more complete products

Abstract

Sustainability of MSMEs must be carried out by every business actor, the existence of very tight competition requires MSME players to develop their business. This research will examine the factors that support the sustainability of MSMEs, in this case namely accounting capabilities with the adoption of information technology as an intervening variable. The aim of this research is to provide an understanding of the use of accounting which is very important for MSMEs, supported by the use of information technology which will make it easier for business actors to obtain information to manage their business. The research method used is a quantitative method and the respondents for this research were 400 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the Central Java region.
