Abstract

This research was conducted at the Special Crime Directorate of the National Police Criminal Investigation Unit. As for the formulation of the problem, namely: (1) how is the effect of work-family conflict and work stress on the Investigator's Motivation; (2) how the effect of work-family conflict and work stress on the performance of investigators; (3) how does work motivation affect the performance of investigators; and (4) how the effect of work-family conflict and work stress on the performance of investigators through work motivation. This research was conducted in a cross-sectional manner using a causal relationship to test the hypothesis. Using primary data obtained directly by distributing questionnaires to 139 investigators. Data analysis used Structural Equation Mode (SEM) which was processed with PLS version 3. The results of the analysis were used to determine the extent to which independent variables, namely work-family conflict and work stress, affected the dependent variables, namely investigator performance and work motivation: (1) Work-family conflict and stress that negatively and significantly affect work motivation; (2) work-family conflict and work stress negatively and significantly affect investigators; (3) work motivation affects the investigation positively and significantly; and (4) work-family conflict and work stress affect investigators negatively and significantly affect work motivation.Keywords: Work-FamiIy ConfIict, Job Stress, Motivation, Investigator Performance.

Abstract

Perkembangan jumlah perguruan tinggi swasta saat ini di Indonesia sangat banyak, dimana permasalahan utamanya yaitu untuk perolehan mahasiswa yang masih sangat kurang. Konsep marketing yang selama ini dijalankan masih umum tanpa melakukan langkah yang lebih spesifik sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar di wilayahnya. Secara umum strategi bauran pemasaran masih menjadi andalan bagi perguruan tinggi, sedangkan terdapat konsep marketing yaitu hyper localization yang idealnya perlu dijalankan. Konsep menganalisis kebutuhan pasar dan mengakomodasinya sehingga produk yang dikembangkan serta lulusan yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia industri / dunia kerja. Dari berbagai wilayah di Indonesia, terdapat satu wilayah yang menarik untuk diteliti yaitu Kota Tangerang karena perkembangan industrinya yang sangat pesat dan secara geografis memiliki wilayah yang potensial untuk perkembangan industri yang perlu digali secara lebih mendalam mengenao konsep hyper localization di wilayah Kota Tangerang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sektor unggulan Kota Tangerang sebagai basis hyper localization campus. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu industri dan subsektor industri yang dapat dipilih untuk dijadikan program studi Hyper Localization Kota Tangerang sebagai yaitu: (1) sektor industri pengolahan pada subsektor industri pengolahan karet, industri pengolahan makanan, industri alas kaki (sepatu); (2)s ektor transportasi dan pergudangan pada subsektor logistic &  warehousing; (3) sektor informasi dan komunikasi pada subsektor e-commerce & digital business. Secara umum, dari ketiga industri itu secara lebih mendalam dapat disebutkan bahwa yang paling potensial mengerucut untuk sektor industri yang dikatakan sangat berpotensi untuk menyerap tenaga kerja dalam jumlah yang banyak di wilayah Kota Tangerang. Pertama, pada subsektor logistik dan warehousing, kedua pada subsektor e-commerce dan digital bisnis. Berdasarkan potensi yang ada, pengembangan program studi manajemen logistik yang mencakup juga warehousing dan program studi digital bisnis yang mencakup e-commerce perlu untuk diwujudkan di Wilayah Tangerang.Kata Kunci : sektor unggulan, hyper localization, kota Tangerang, logistik, bisnis digital

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of brand image and brand awareness on purchase decisions at Mc Donald's in Palmerah, West Jakarta. This study used a sample of 100 people who were selected using a non-probability sampling technique, namely the accidental sampling method. The dependent variable in this study is the purchase decision, while the independent variables are brand image and brand awareness. The results of this study indicate that brand image (X1) and brand awareness (X2) have a positive effect on purchase decisions (Y). It can be seen from the findings that: (1) brand image has a positive effect on purchase decisions with a value of 0.409 and a significance level of 0.000; (2) brand awareness has a positive effect on purchase decisions with a value of 0.586 and a significance level of 0.000; (3) brand image and brand awareness simultaneously have a positive effect on purchase decisions with an Fcount value of 91.46, greater than Ftable 3.09, and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05; and (4) the effect of brand image and brand awareness on purchase decisions is 65.3%, with the remaining 34.7% being the influence by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords: brand image, brand awareness, purchasing decisions, McDonald's

Abstract

Digital business is developing very fast, especially in the food sector. Customers do not have to come to the restaurant to get the food they want. Customers can order it through a digital app anytime, anywhere. The purpose of this study was to find out the analysis of brand image and service quality on customer satisfaction in online food applications (Go Food, Grab Food, Shopee Food). The study used a quantitative approach. The research results of brand image and service quality analysis have a significant impact on customer satisfaction, and some brand image and service quality affect customer satisfaction variables. We recommend the management to maintain the excellent service provided and even develop the advantages of using online food applications in order to achieve customer satisfaction.Keywords: Brand Image, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Tujuan daripada penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan data empiris, fakta, dan informasi yang valid dan dapat dipercaya (reliable ) mengenai  analisis faktor kualitas pelayanan dan promosi dan pengaruhnya terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui aplikasi pesan makanan online. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Terdapat dua variabel bebas yaitu Pelayanan (X1), Promosi (X2) dan dan satu variabel terikat yaitu Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara survei. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua konsumen yang pernah membeli menggunakan aplikasi makanan on line, dimana terdapat sebanyak 170 Rerponden yang memberikan jawaban dari kuesioner via google form yang kami sebarkan secara on line. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, Terdapat Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian dalam berbelanja via  aplikasi makanan on line sebesar 56.7%,  Terdapat Pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian dalam  berbelanja via aplikasi  makanan on line sebesar 43.6% dan Terdapat Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan promosi bersama-sama dalam memengaruhi pengambilan keputusan pembelian berbelanja via aplikasi makanan on line. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze "The effect of business capital, skills training and information technology on MSME income (Case Study of MSMEs fostered by Jakpreneur )". The results of this study used purposive sampling method. The number of samples in this study amounted to 92 people. The dependent variable in this research is the income of MSMEs while the independent variables are business capital, skills training and information technology. This study uses a quantitative approach. The results of this study indicate that partially (t test) Business Capital (X1) has a positive effect on Income (Y) supported by the value of tcount > ttable (4.540 > 1.987) and the significance level is 0.000. Partially (t test) Skills Training (X2) has a positive effect on Income (Y) supported by the value of tcount > ttable (8.024 > 1.987) and the significance level is 0.000. Partially (t test) Information Technology (X3) has a positive effect on Income (Y) supported by the value of tcount > ttable (4.984 > 1.987) and the significance level is 0.000. Simultaneously (f test) Business capital (X1), Skills Training (X2) and Information Technology (X3) have a positive effect on Income (Y) with a value of fcount > ftable (29.456 > 2.71) with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 . The magnitude of the influence of Business Capital, Skills Training and Information Technology on Income is 50.1% while the remaining 49.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.Keywords : Venture capital, skills training, information technology and MSME income

Abstract

The development of the industry retail modern is growing rapidly causing significantchanges to people's lives, especially in terms of shopping. The convenience ofshopping has an impact on people who are increasingly making impulsive buying.This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, situational factors, salespromotion and store atmosphere on impulsive buying mediated by hedonic shoppingmotivation at retail modern market. In this study, the population studied were allpeople who had go or had purchased at least once at retail modern market in WestJakarta. The sample in this study amounted to 200 peoples using purposive samplingtechnique. The data is then processed using the Structural Equation Model Lisrel(SEM) method. Based on the test results, it is known that brand image, situationalfactors, sales promotion and store atmosphere have a significant effect on hedonicshopping motivation. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of work placement, compensation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT RHB Sekuritas which is a securities company supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The population in this study were 141 employees of PT RHB Sekuritas. The sampling method is simple random sampling with a sample of 104 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Data processing in this study uses SPSS software version 25. The results show that work placement and organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance in line with research by Rori, Mekel and Ogi (2014) and Research Awadh and Alyahya (2013), while compensation is not significant effect on employee performance in line with research by Riannsari (2012). .Keywords: Job placement, compensation, organizational culture, employee performance

Abstract

This research is entitled Analysis of the Effect of Location and Price on the Purchase Decision of Cooking Oil at the Sulawesi Shop, Kab. Majene and the formulation of the problem expressed in this study is how the influence of location on the decision to purchase Bimoli cooking oil at the Sulawesi shop, Kab. Majene, How is the Price of Bimoli Cooking Oil Purchase Decision at the Sulawesi Shop, Kab. Majene and which variable has a more dominant influence on the Purchase Decision of Bimoli Cooking Oil at the Sulawesi Shop, Kab. Majene while the purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of location on the decision to purchase Bimoli cooking oil at the Sulawesi shop, Kab. Majene, to analyze the effect of price on the decision to purchase Bimoli cooking oil at the Sulawesi shop, Kab. Majene and To analyze which variable has a more dominant influence on the Purchase Decision of Bimoli Cooking Oil at the Sulawesi Shop, Kab. Majene. The population in this study are consumers of Sulawesi Stores, Kab. Majene with infinite population. The number of variables is 2, then the minimum number of samples is 50 people while the analytical method used in this study is to use Validity Value Testing and Reliability Value Testing, Multiple Regression Equation Results, t-value testing and F-value testing. While the results found in this study is Location (X1) has a significant effect on the Dependent Variable of Bimoli Cooking Oil Purchase Decision (Y) at the Sulawesi Shop, Kab. Majene, Price (X2) has a significant effect on the Dependent Variable Purchase Decision of Bimoli Cooking Oil (Y) at the Sulawesi Shop, Kab. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari kualitas produk dan pemberian discount terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UMKM Agus Production. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan data primer yang didapatkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada konsumen UMKM Agus Production sejumlah 50 responden sebagai sampelnya. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Analisis Regresi berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS Statistics 25. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini yaitu: terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial dari kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UMKM Agus Production, kemudian terdapat pula pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara parsial dari pemberian discount terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UMKM Agus Production, dan hasil terakhir yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara simultan atau bersama-sama diantara kualitas produk dan pemberian discount terhadap keputusan pembelian pada UMKM Agus Production.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Produk, Discount, Keputusan Pembelian
