Abstract

In Indramayu, the spread of narcotics is not a crisis, but if left unchecked, it will become a crisis for the future of youth in Indramayu. This study aims to determine the development of narcotics trafficking prevention in Indramayu district. The method used is a direct interview with the source. The participants in this study are the Head of the Indramayu Police Drug Unit, the Chairman of the Lemah Mekar District Drug-Free Village, and the Indramayu Regency Pamong Praja Police Unit. The results obtained are that at this time the spread of narcotics is still conducive or always monitored by both the community, babinkamtibmas, and babinsa. The distribution of narcotics in the form of Prohibited Hard Drugs (OKT) still exists but is hidden. Counseling is more effective if it is carried out through a personal approach to adolescents aged 15 to 19 years.

Abstract

The development of sexual crimes against children, both children as perpetrators or children as victims lately is very concerning. Sexual crimes are greatly influenced by time and place. The high level of human civilization and the phenomenon of globalization that increasingly knows no boundaries, in this case, is the negative impact of the influence of globalization also contributes to the emergence of various crimes of sexual harassment. Often crimes or criminality occur around our lives, including on the streets or public spaces. From the presentation, the formulation of the problem will arise, namely how is the Status and Position of Children in the positive legal system of Indonesia and International Law? What is the form of legal protection for children who have committed criminal acts in Indonesia's positive law? How is the concept of legal reform on the determination of children's age limits so that they can make a positive contribution to law enforcement?        The methodology used in the study uses a normative legal research method (doctrinal research) which mainly analyzes primary legal materials and secondary legal materials, in this case the researcher also complements the method of interviewing sources that is autorotac, because its nature is more focused on conceptualizing ideas in the form of models, so that the expected results can be applied by policy makers. Violations of the law that have been committed by a child, of course, in terms of law enforcement, are treated differently (diversion) from the procedures applied by adults. Therefore, researchers argue that there is a shift in understanding related to the age of children and people who are considered adults at this time, remembering the fact that some children are not yet 18 years old, but they are physically and psychologically mature. Based on the above explanation, according to the author, it is important to be able to conduct a study on the age limit of children so that they are limited legal subjects because this can be a measure for law enforcement and can provide legal protection for children who are facing the law.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of AI Readiness, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Behavioral Intention, and Supply Chain Visibility on Supply Chain Performance, with Supply Chain Resilience as a mediating variable. The research was conducted among employees of companies involved in the supply chain in the Tangerang area. The study uses a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis. The results show that AI Readiness, Perceived Ease of Use, and Supply Chain Visibility have a significant effect on Supply Chain Performance. In addition, Supply Chain Visibility also significantly influences Supply Chain Resilience, which in turn contributes to Supply Chain Performance. On the other hand, Perceived Usefulness and Behavioral Intention do not have a significant impact on Supply Chain Performance. These findings highlight the importance of technology readiness, supply chain visibility, and supply chain resilience in supporting operational performance and competitive advantage in the modern era. The study also provides strategic insights for companies to invest in artificial intelligence-based technologies and strengthen supply chain integration

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of PSAK 71 implementation on the profitability of banks in Indonesia, measured through financial performance indicators such as Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). It also examines the effects of liquidity risk, credit risk, capital adequacy, bank size, loan growth, and non-interest expenses on bank performance. Using panel data from Indonesian banks spanning several years, the study employs a quantitative approach and applies the Fixed Effects Model, selected through Chow, Hausman, and Lagrange Multiplier tests, to analyze the relationship between these variables. The findings reveal that PSAK 71 has significantly influenced credit provisioning practices, necessitating proactive risk management strategies. Liquidity risk, measured by the Loan-to-Deposit Ratio (LDR), and credit risk, represented by Non-Performing Loans (NPL), are identified as critical factors negatively affecting profitability. Capital adequacy ratios (CAR) positively influence ROA but have mixed effects on ROE. While loan growth contributes positively to bank performance, larger bank sizes and higher non-interest expenses tend to exert downward pressure on profitability. These results highlight the interplay between regulatory changes and financial performance, emphasizing the importance of risk management and capital optimization in navigating a rapidly evolving banking environment. This research offers practical insights for policymakers, banking professionals, and stakeholders, supporting the development of strategic frameworks to enhance resilience and sustain profitability in the Indonesian banking sector under PSAK 71 regulations.

Abstract

The regional development planning policy carried out through Musrenbang according to the level of government has long been implemented. This research aims to find out the concept and performance of development planning policies through the Development Plan Consultation (Musrenbang) so far, as well as problems and solutions in the future. The research method used is descriptive method with qualitative approach through literature study. The results of the study indicate that the concept and performance of the implementation of regional development planning policies as a whole in order to produce an effective development implementation based on more adequate planning has not been achieved effectively. Implementation of regional development planning policies through Musrenbang is also still faced with a number of obstacles, both internal and external. This is related to factors such as socio-economic and technological conditions, less than optimal public support, attitudes and resources owned by the group, less than optimal support from the central government and regional governments themselves, as well as weak commitment and leadership abilities among several implementing officials at the regional level.

Abstract

In the case of Irman Gusman, the KPU RI cq KPU West Sumatra did not implement the Jakarta PTUN decision, but on the other hand carried out the interlocutory decision of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia to implement the PSU by including Irman Gusman so that even though the person concerned obtained the fourth most votes, but because he had been crossed out in the DCT of the Candidate for DPD Member of the West Sumatra Dapil, Irman Gusman was declared Failed to Qualify as an Elected DPD Member. This incident shows the complexity of the interests in the legal process which is inconclusive in the administration of the electoral system in Indonesia. For this reason, the problem is formulated as follows: (1) How is the legal binding force of the decision of the State Administrative Court that is qualified as non-executable?; (2) How is the execution of the decision of the State Administrative Court Number: 600/G/SPPU/2023/PTUN. JKT. which is non-executable? In this study , a descriptive method with a juridical-normative approach is used, and the data is analyzed qualitatively by emphasizing the use of applicable laws and regulations, expert opinions and research results. The results of the study show that: (1) As long as the judge's decision is not canceled, then as long as the decision remains legally binding even though it cannot be implemented (Non-Executable); (2) PTUN Decision Number: 600/G/SPPU/2023/PTUN. JKT cannot be carried out because the KPU RI Cq KPU West Sumatra adheres to the Election Stages that have been set

Abstract

Fish consumption is essential for health as it is rich in protein, omega-3, vitamins, and minerals. Increasing fish consumption requires support from effective institutions, including government policies and distribution infrastructure. Innovations such as “Catering Sehat” (Catering Sehat) and Gemarikan (Gerakan Memasyarakatkan Makan Ikan or the Movement to Encourage Fish Consumption) aim to boost fish consumption by providing nutritious meals for families at risk of stunting. This study aims to identify the issues, the actors/institutions involved, the necessary programs and activities, and to analyze public and stakeholder perceptions of the regulations and institutions supporting fish consumption in Silo District, Jember Regency. The research was conducted from October to November 2024 using a quantitative method with questionnaires distributed to 100 pregnant women or mothers of children under two (Baduta) and five experts. Data analysis was performed using Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM). The findings reveal that inadequate knowledge of fish’s nutritional content, influenced by low education levels, is a key factor contributing to low fish consumption. All institutions – including the Fisheries Office, BAPPEDA, Health Office (Dinkes), DKPP, DP3AKB, the District Stunting Reduction Acceleration Team (TPPS), Pemerintah Desa, Rumah Desa Sehat (RDS), Posyandu, Non-Governmental Organizations, Community Leaders, and Public/ Private Universities – play a crucial role in promoting fish consumption. Efforts such as nutritional fulfillment, Catering Sehat, and Gemarikan programs are essential initiatives to enhance fish consumption.
