Abstract

Improving the quality of service in a company is a very important and inseparable part of a company. Consumers are satisfied if their expectations are met, and feel very happy if their expectations are exceeded. Likewise with the Public Appraisal Service Firmansyah and Partners in Denpasar engaged in services by providing property valuation services. Seeing the increasing number of competitors, where these competitors have a competitive advantage, especially in terms of the quality of their services, the company is experiencing problems in decreasing the number of users of property valuation services. Based on the description, a study was conducted to find out how the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Public Appraisal Service Office (KJPP) Firmansyah And Denpasar Branch Partners. Based on the results of multiple regression tests using SPSS version 20.0, the results of the study show that partially Physical Evidence, Reliability, Assurance and Empathy variables have no significant positive effect on customer satisfaction of KJPP Firmansyah and Denpasar Partners, and the Responsibility variable has a significant positive effect on KJPP customer satisfaction Firmansyah and Denpasar Partners. While simultaneously Variable Physical Evidence, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy together have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction KJPP Firmansyah and Denpasar Partners.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of competency and organizational commitment on employee work effectiveness. This research was conducted at LPD Mengwi with used as a sample of 50 respondents. All data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires are feasible, then analyzed using SPSS 19.0. The results of the study give the meaning that competence has a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness. The results of the beta regression coefficient or independent variable that have the most dominant effect on the dependent variable are organizational commitment variables. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis of this study is multiple linear regression analysis, and the results of this study indicate that for competence shows a positive, it can be concluded that competence has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness and for commitment organization shows a positive. Then it can be concluded that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness.

Abstract

Bank Indonesia as the central Bank has an important role in the development of the country's economy in order to realize community Kesejahtraan. Otherwise if the state does not have a good economy then one of the inevitable impacts is inflation. Inflation is an economic illness that can be ignored because it can cause economic dissociation as well as slow economic growth and generate high unemployment, the purpose of this research is to know how Bank Indonesia's policy in realizing economic stability through inflation control the Dilaksankan Bank Indonesia policy is the 7-Day Repo Rate (BI-7DRR) which is a policy of interest rate by using 7-day time lag and Its multiplication. Other monetary policies: market opration policy, discount policy, cash reserve of selective credit policy, sanering, pulling and destroying old money as well as limiting the printing of new money. The results of the research show that Bank Indonesia has succeeded in realizing the economic stability in Denpasar through inflation control with the light inflation category below 10% per year.

Abstract

The progress of an institution is very much determined by the quality of the human resources in it. Humans are the most important resource in an organization in achieving success. All procedures and systems that are owned by an organization will be able to run if the HR is competent. The phenomenon that often occurs is the delay of employees in carrying out their duties. The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the Effect of Democratic Leadership and Communication Style on Employee Performance at SMK Negeri 3 Bangli. The population in this study were 31 employees which is a total sampling. Research data collection was carried out by observation and questionnaire distribution. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis and hypothesis testing Democratic Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in State Vocational School 3 Bangli, Communication has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in State Vocational School 3 Bangli.

Abstract

Managerial and leadership skills possessed by a leader are needed in processing human resources in optimizing employee performance, because employees are one of the important assets to realize the organization's vision and mission. In this paper, the writer tries to find a gap or mismatch between expectations and reality (Das Solen Das Sein) between leadership style and facts on the ground, using The Trans Resort Hotel, Kuta, as the locus of the whole discussion. This paper will discuss descriptively the hotel’s leadership style, its employees’ professionalism and work ethics, and their effects on productivity of the hotel. Data collection methods were done through observation, interviews, and documentation, while the analysis technique used include the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that leadership, professionalism, and work ethic have a positive and significant effect in influencing the level of work productivity of employees who work in The Trans Hotel Kuta, Bali.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain explanative findings that tested the influence of social factors on purchasing decisions, cultural factors on purchasing decisions, personal factors on purchasing decisions, psychological factors on purchasing decisions, and the marketing mix of purchasing decisions. The research design used in this research is a causal quantitative research design. Methods of data collection using questionnaires, which then analyzed by using multiple regression with the classical assumption test. The result of research indicate that there is significant influence froom social factor to purchasing decision with contribution of 76.9%, cultural factor to purchasing decision with contribution of influence equal to 93.8% and personal factor to purchasing decision with contribution of 61.4%, psychological factor to purchase decision of influence contribution equal to 51.4%, and marketing mix to purchasing of influence contribution equal to 52.9%.

Abstract

Turnover intention is a thought possessed by every employee to stop working. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction partially on turnover intention, the effect of organizational commitment partially on turnover intention and the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously on turnover intention. The population used in this study were all de Vins Sky Hotel, Seminyak employees, totaling to 91 employees. Data collection is done through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, t-test and f test. The result of analysis shows that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. While simultaneously job satisfaction and organizational commitment significantly influence turnover intention.

Abstract

The aviation industry plays an essential role in the era of globalization, because it provides access to international trade, facilitates global markets and means of supporting tourism activities. This study aims to determine how much influence the marketing mix has on the decision to purchase Garuda Indonesia aeroplane tickets at I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, Denpasar. The method used is quantitative with primary data obtained through observation, questionnaires and literature studies using a Likert scale with a sample size of 50 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression (multilinear regression) and the classical assumption method in which analyzed with the help of SPSS application processing media version 25.0. The results showed that the Place (PC) and People (PL) variables had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions of all the independent variables (Product (PT), Price (PR), Place (PC), Promotion (PO), People (PL), Process (PS) and Physical Evidence (PE)) have a 34% influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

In the last 5 years, the landfill has not been able to accommodate the piles of garbage, even in 2007 it is estimated that the landfill is only 6 months old. To improve the effectiveness of waste management, the DTRKP (Department of Urban Spatial Planning and Settlements) promotes a reduce, reuse and recycle (3R) program by placing 13 units of containers and some containers that use organic waste into compost. Until now, the role of the community in general is limited to garbage disposal, which has not yet reached the stage of waste management that can benefit the community. Simple waste management by separating organic and inorganic waste requires intensive socialization from the government to the community. The concept of this approach puts the community as the main party or center of development that is encouraging community participation and partnership. In addition, the role of the community itself is a manifestation of efforts to increase community capacity derived from the willingness and ability of the community to be involved in each stage of development. If the domestic waste problem is not treated properly, it will clearly have an impact on environmental pollution and the reduction in aesthetic value. This occurs due to lack of sense of responsibility and the very low understanding of the community regarding the benefits of cleanliness. Community participation in managing domestic waste is highly dependent on the understanding and willingness of the community to maintain and create a clean environment. Besides that, the ability of the community to contribute to domestic waste management will also depend very much on the income of the community, especially people in Denpasar City.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the potential of Rangko Cave Tourism and to know the obstacles in the development process. The type of data used in this study is qualitative data and quantitative data, with data sources namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation studies, while data analysis techniques used were the analysis of strength, weakness, oopportunities, threats (SWOT) and the SWOT matrix. The results of this study indicate that there is a lot of potential that has the attraction of Rangko Cave Tourism that can be developed. But unfortunately there are still many shortcomings contained in the development process ranging from low Human Resources to inadequate facilities. To overcome these obstacles needed a development strategy that is suitable for the Rangko Cave Tourism Attraction and with these strategies it is expected that the development of the Rangko Cave Tourism Attraction will run even better in the future.
