<![CDATA[Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah agar guru-guru dapat menyusun proposal Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), melaksanakan penelitian, dan juga dapat melaporkan hasil penelitian. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan karena sebagian besar guru-guru SMP/MTs di Kecamatan Nangapanda mengalami kesulitan dalam melaksanakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Hal ini dikarenakan guru-guru belum terbiasa dalam menyusun karya ilmiah, keterbatasan waktu karena keseharian disibukan dengan mengajar, serta menyusun berbagai perangkat pembelajaran berupa Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran, instrumen penilaian serta persiapan-persiapan lainnya. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan terhadap 20 orang guru. Hasil yang dicapai dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah 80% guru-guru telah memahami dengan baik teknik dalam menyusun proposal PTK. 60% guru telah menyusun proposal PTK dan 40% mampu melaporkan hasil PTK. Satu hasil penelitian telah dipublikasikan pada jurnal online tidak terakreditasi. Kata Kunci: Guru, Pendampingan, Pelatihan, Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK).]]>

<![CDATA[Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara Reformasi Birokrasi (Permenpan-RB) Nomor 16 Tahun 2009 mengharuskan guru membuat karya ilmiah dan berinovasi dan melakukan pengembangan diri. Penguasaan teknologi informasi, kemauan dan kemampuan menulis guru yang masih rendah merupakan beberapa faktor penghambat dalam kegiatan pengembangan profesi guru khususnya dalam penulisan karya ilmiah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk memfasilitasi pengembangan profesi guru melalui pelatihan karya tulis ilmiah, pengenalan software statistic serta pengenalan pengetahuan tentang plagiarism checker. Berdasarkan hasil pre test dan post test sebagai tahapan evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian yang melibatkan guru-guru SMP dan SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Merawang dan Kota Pangkalpinang, menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian ini sangat bermanfaat dan sangat dibutuhkan oleh para peserta dalam pengembangan profesi guru]]>

<![CDATA[Diseminasi produk teknologi berupa peta dan rambu evakuasi merupakan pengembangan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan berkaitan dengan pengembangan kawasan tahan bencana di Desa Bentenan Kecamatan Pusomaen Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Teknologi dalam mengenal model pemetaan di area ini kurang dan tidak tersedianya rambu jalur evakuasi serta panduan bagi pengguna. Tujuan penulisan adalah menjelaskan hilirisasi produk teknologi yang didesiminasikan dalam bentuk peta dan rambu jalur evakuasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dan partisipasi masyarakat. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah tim Diseminasi Produk Teknologi ke Masyarakat (DPTM), Politeknik Negeri Manado, membuat kesepakatan bekerja sama dalam mewujudkan masyarakat yang memahami jalur evakuasi dan sadar keselamatan pejalan kaki. Selanjutnya dilakukan pemasangan peta dan rambu jalur evakuasi tsunami pada lokasi kawasan permukiman desa. Pertemuan bersama masyarakat dan badan penanggulangan bencana membahas pentingnya evakuasi bencana tsunami. Di masa yang akan datang diharapkan pemerintah dan masyarakat dapat membuat program perbaikan jalur evakuasi pejalan kaki.]]>

<![CDATA[The spread of Covid-19 was out of control and spread throughout Indonesia, including Banjarbaru which had a red zone. Desa Cempaka Baru Kota Banjarbaru is a transmigration settlement that is still safe against Covid-19. Even though it is safe, the community is quite at high risk of contracting it. People are required to comply with health protocols, especially cleaning their hands, including using a hand sanitizer. The demand for hand sanitizers in the market is increasing and the price is also rising, so an alternative is needed to make your own hand sanitizer. The aim of the activity is to educate village communities to make hand sanitizers by utilizing materials around their environment. The activity stages include socialization, implementation of making hand sanitizers, and evaluation. Assistance in the form of hand sanitizer products, hand washing stations, and banners advising the prevention of Covid-19 transmission were also provided to the public. The process of making hand sanitizers was demonstrated by students who helped with activities and involved 15 women who were members of the “Sasirangan Working Group”. The service product is a natural hand sanitizer made from lemongrass and betel leaves. The community was very enthusiastic about participating in this activity and promised to make their own later.]]>

<![CDATA[The obstacles that occur in the Pekon Putih Doh community regarding reading interest are still low. Of course this will have an impact on the lack of knowledge and the extinction of local culture. Therefore, the local government of Tanggamus district made a program to increase interest in reading and get to know the local culture which is almost extinct so that children and adolescents in the Pekon can enjoy reading and preserve local culture and introduce it to the national and international levels. The efforts made by a team from the University of Muhammadiyah Lampung (UML) include: Initial Surveys, Counseling, Training and Demonstrations, Providing Technology Packages, and Evaluation. Based on the evaluation of the dedication that has been done, it is known that the extension and training of the digital library can increase the reading interest of the Coastal Coastal community.]]>

<![CDATA[During the Covid-19 pandemic, the Indonesian government issued a PSBB policy, but the PSBB policy has not been able to control the number of spread of Covid-19 cases. The aim of our community service is to increase understanding of Covid-19 preventive and health protocols if people have to do activities outside. The activity was carried out in Sungai Alang village, Karang Intan District, Banjar Regency for 3 days with the stages of coordination and submission of banners, delivery of materials and practices to a group of 40 women. With the program being carried out, 80% of the people know about Covid-19 and are able to take preventive actions and health protocols, so that the spread of Covid-19 decreases.]]>

<![CDATA[Community service activities with the theme of physical fitness training for students in Sumenep during the Covid 19 pandemic season aim to provide understanding and awareness to students of the importance of maintaining physical fitness so that viruses do not easily attack the body. This activity uses a web-based training approach using the zoom application and this activity is carried out for one day with two sessions, namely a theory session and a practical session. The results of this activity can be seen from the large number of participants and the high enthusiasm of the participants with the many questions asked, besides that there is an increase in knowledge and ability to do push ups correctly according to the procedure, Besides that, the enthusiasm of students in participating in this activity is quite high, it’s can be seen from the level of satisfaction of participants in participating this activity reaching 61% of 79 participants.]]>

<![CDATA[The Panggung village officials in carrying out its performance has problems in archive management. Files stored in personal computers can be lost and corrupted due to a number of factors. Another problem is the difficulty of sharing files via social media such as WhatsApp, especially if the size is large. Finding files that have been shared for a long time is also difficult. Training on the use of Google Drive was carried out as a solution to the problem of archive management in Panggung Village. This training was wrapped in the form of community service and was held on June 2nd, 2021 at the Panggung Village Office which was attended by 20 Panggung village officials. The training is divided into four training materials: introduction to Google Drive, storing documents in Google Drive, sharing files and folders, and collaborating in managing documents on Google Drive. At the end of the training participants were asked to fill out a service partner satisfaction questionnaire. As a result, 93.5% of participants stated that they were very satisfied with the training. The remaining of them, about 6% of participants said that they were satisfied and 0.5% of participants said that they were not satisfied.]]>

<![CDATA[This service utilizes the steps of the Search Engine Optimizer (SEO) in maximizing the search for website addresses to accelerate recognition and marketing. The output target is the optimization of the Tunas Bangsa website through SEO which includes the ease of finding website addresses for visitors on search engines. The use of automated search engines can lower promotional costs than using traditional and conventional media such as newspapers, radio broadcasts, television, and so on. Website addresses that are used as promotional tools and digital introductions by the Tunas Melati Community Learning Activity Center must be designed properly and correctly, so that they can be an appropriate and optimal promotional tool. This step is followed by website optimization so that it is detected and indexed at the top on search engines like Google. The method used is in the form of steps and the use of SEO plugins on a wordpress-based website. The result of this activity is an optimal website indexing by search engines.]]>

<![CDATA[The people in Kadibeso Hamlet, Argodadi Village, Sedayu, Bantul, have never received socialization and training on making instant herbal medicine. The methods used in conducting the socialization and workshop on making instant herbal medicine to the people of Dusun Kadibeso: counseling on "Utilizing TOGA" and a demonstration on how to make a "contemporary" drink from turmeric juice (Curcuma longa Linn) mixed with milk, as well as making instant ginger (Zingiber officinale). The results of interviews and distribution of questionnaires after the socialization and workshop on making herbal medicine “Curmilk”, all participants understood the material given with a 100% understanding percentage. Traditional herbal medicine in liquid form has the disadvantage that it is not durable, because it is easily overgrown by bacteria and fungi. So, the innovation of making instant ginger powder “provides a solution”, so that herbal preparations can be stored longer and can become a commodity for traditional medicinal products. Jamu which is packaged in the form of today's products is an opportunity to elevate traditional Indonesian medicines into superior products that are beneficial to health.]]>
