Abstract

Japan is recognized as having a superior education system in the world because of its complete facilities and competent human resources. Developing countries often point to Japan as an example for raising educational standards. This research aims to determine the comparison of educational curricula in Indonesia and Japan. The method used in this research is Literature Review, namely by conducting research on scientific articles, books and other sources that are relevant to certain problems, research fields, or theory, as well as several other documents that have been published. The results of this research are: 1) The level of education in Japan is the same as in Indonesia, consisting of nine years of basic education (primary school and junior high school), three years of senior high school (general and vocational tracks), and higher education, 2) The Japanese curriculum is revised every ten years, while the Indonesian curriculum is revised every time there is a change in leadership. 3) The general aim of education in Japan is similar to that in Indonesia, namely developing the potential of students. Japan's goals are more specific and include various characteristics that Japanese children must have. 4) The subjects taught in elementary school classes in Japan and Indonesia have significant differences, especially in terms of language and the variety of lessons taught. Apart from that, the learning approaches and curricula in the two countries also show striking differences, with different emphasis on language and certain skills. 5) The Indonesian curriculum adopts scientific methods and a project-based learning approach with teachers as facilitators, while the Japanese curriculum uses lesson study. with an open approach and problem solving, where the teacher acts as a facilitator with the principle that children must understand, can, and the class must be fun, 6) Both Indonesia and Japan do not apply the National Examination (UN) in assessment.

Abstract

The integration of Islamic religious education with science is an important topic in the current Islamic education system. The main focus of writing this article is about the obstacles and problems faced in implementing the integration of Islamic Religious Education with science in madrasas and the offer of integration solutions in these institutions. This article uses a type of library research. Literature review is a study of reading material that is specifically related to the object being discussed. This writing uses the literature review method. The existing literature will then be sorted and analyzed in depth and measurably. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses content analysis. This paper finds that the obstacles to implementing the integration of Islamic Religious Education with science in madrasas include: First, learning science and modern science is focused on the transformation of knowledge alone, Second, the teacher's educational background, Third, the curriculum is not yet integrated, Fourth, the lack of facilities and infrastructure and reading sources for religious material, especially those related to science. Fifth, the systems, approaches, strategies and methods applied in the Islamic religious education and learning process still do not fully integrate science and technology. The formulation offer for the integration of Islamic Religious Education is going well in madrasas, namely by reconstructing the curriculum, developing the creative potential of students' imagination and building a holistic and not partial conception of students' thinking.

Abstract

Students' writing ability is an important aspect of language skills in Indonesian Language Education. This research aims to describe how to implement the GBA approach in studying short story writing in the Indonesian language field for class 3 MIS Nurul Hikmah Madura. The method used is qualitative with descriptive methods. This research uses primary data and secondary data. Data collection was carried out using three methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research explain that the genre-based approach used in learning to write short stories is that the teacher makes a lesson plan first. In learning activities, the teacher explains the short story genre by providing examples of short stories. The teacher explains the material for writing short stories, which includes the characteristics of each short story genre, writing styles, elements that differentiate each genre, and steps for writing short stories.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the handling of student delinquency by religious teachers. Reality has shown that changing times marked by advances in science and technology always result in social change. In facing such situations, students who are teenagers often have sensitive souls, which in the end quite a few teenagers fall into things that are contrary to moral values, religious norms, social norms and norms of life in society which ultimately Teenagers tend to commit inappropriate actions. This research approach is qualitative research that uses a case study type, while data collection requires observation, interview and documentation methods. In analyzing the data, qualitative descriptive analysis was used. The results of this research show that the forms or types of delinquency of MTs students. Miftahul Ulum Wirowongso, Ajung District, Jember Regency, is classified as a minor delinquent who does not violate the law. Things that cause student delinquency are due to the influence of the family environment, school environment, community environment. Meanwhile, the countermeasures carried out by religious teachers are in the form of preventive, repressive, curative and rehabilitative efforts.

Abstract

A quality assurance institution (LPMU) in a tertiary institution has a very vital role in producing quality education in the management of tertiary institutions. SPM Dikti aims to guarantee the fulfillment of Dikti Standards in a systemic and sustainable manner, so that a culture of quality grows and develops. Thus, SPMI as one of the sub-systems of the Higher Education SPM, aims to improve the quality of higher education in a systemic and sustainable manner through the Higher Education Standards PPEPP, in other words, the results of a quality culture will grow and develop. Of course the goal will be achieved if each tertiary institution has implemented SPMI properly and correctly, while its external accreditation meets external needs.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that the Indigenous Malay people living in Bantan District can be considered isolated, remote, and inland, with limited access to educational facilities provided by the government. The Indigenous Malay people have become complacent with their current conditions and situation. The aim of this research is to determine the level of educational awareness among the Indigenous Malay people in Bantan District, Bengkalis Regency, and the factors contributing to their educational backwardness. Additionally, the research seeks to identify an appropriate educational concept to change the Indigenous Malay people's paradigm regarding the importance of education for their well-being. The method used in this research is qualitative research. The data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that educational participation among the indigenous community in Bantan District for primary education is relatively significant, reaching 80 percent of the total school-age children. For junior high school education, participation is also quite high at 65 percent. However, the participation rate for high school education is relatively low, at only 45 percent. Although primary education participation is generally good, there is still a significant dropout rate, with children often leaving school when they reach the third or fourth grade. Factors contributing to the educational backwardness of the Indigenous Malay people in Bantan District include peer influence from those not attending school, weak economy, low motivation, lack of parental encouragement, low self-confidence, and insufficient educational infrastructure. The educational concept proposed for the Indigenous Malay community in Bantan District is the Indigenous Education Concept. The indigenous learning system is a system used by traditional communities to maintain and preserve their social systems for their survival.

Abstract

Media is something that can produce information and can process it systematically without having to be restated. The media is derived from Latin which means intermediary. This meaning can be said to be a communication tool used to carry information from source to receiver. The position of the learning media by them is that the learning media process is a communication process and it takes place in a system, so the learning media occupies an important position as one of the components of the learning system. Al-Qur'anul Karim is the greatest miracle of Islam and its miracles are always strengthening knowledge, He was sent down by Allah to His Messenger, Muhammad SAW to get people from dark to light and guide them to a straight path. Abstract

The importance of family education is a sentence that always comes to mind every time we see various cases and problems that occur in this era. Starting from cases of divorce, murder, suicide, bullying, to juvenile delinquency. It is not uncommon for various cases of these problems to occur as a result of a lack of family education. Therefore, this research aims to find out how family education is in Malay culture, and whether family education in Malay culture is in accordance with the Koran and hadith which are the basis of Malay cultural customs. This research uses a library research method which uses reading references from both libraries and online media to obtain the required information data. The results of this research include the obligation of husbands to educate their wives and the obligations of parents to educate their children. Through proper understanding and implementation of the values ​​of the Qur'an and hadith, it is hoped that family education in Malay culture can become a strong foundation for building a harmonious family and preventing cases of detrimental problems in society.

Abstract

Educational supervision aims to continue to fix the problems that are being faced in education, in this case, especially in the learning process in order to achieve an educational goal. The actor in supervision activities who often interact with teachers is a school principal. How to carry out supervision, a leader is not the same as other leaders. This depends on the type or style of leadership. Based on this, research was conducted on MI Sabilul Huda II Duko Timur Larangan Pamekasan regarding the implementation of supervision by the madrasah head through democratic leadership which consisted of three research focuses namely: 1) How is the implementation of supervision by the madrasah head through democratic leadership at MI Sabilul Huda II Duko Timur Pamekasan Prohibition. 2) what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of supervision by the madrasah head through democratic leadership at MI Sabilul Huda II Duko TimurLarangan Pamekasan. 3) What are the implications of implementing supervision by the head of the madrasa through democratic leadership at MI Sabilul Huda II Duko Timur Larangan Pamekasan.
