Abstract

The concept of Islammic legal epistemology both syari’ah and fiqh frequently regarded as uncompleted yet concept, such in its disorder usage among them. Thus this research aimed to search and to explain these surely concepts both syri’ah and fiqh in the establishing process of Islamic legal. Thus, to gain the correct conception of both, the method used in this work is library research with analisys content. The result of research shows that both syari’ah and fiqh has epistemologically distinguished in its position of trilogy Islamic doctrine, Islam, iman, and ihsan. Besides that, both terms constituted not similar, where syari’ah regarded as the origin, the pure, the only devine, and the uncontaminated with the opinion of human, while fiqh is the contrary of that, not origin, not pure, and contaminated with the opinion of human, based on the efforts of a Thinker (Mujtahid) which not same in their intellectual grade. The position of syari’ah though fiqh is as the base, the controll, and the wisdom. The fiqh can not free of this position of syari’ah, and then fiqh should not establish in a wild and blidn as the result. This distinguished epistemology conception should extend the new opinion in establishing Islamic legal on the earth, and automatically should cut down tha partial view and order fanatism among Islamic community. The last conclution of this research that both Syari’ah and Fiqh in completing legal questions depends on the depth of the understanding though Islamic trilogy doctrine, thus the establishing of it should extend the actual benefit and merciful for the human life on this earth. The result are to make Allah and His Messenger as the Judge, to carry back the objective of the law to His wish, to dissappear the conflict of extreme opinion among Ulama, and to seat Ulama as the heir of His Messenger.___________________Keywords: Syari’ah, Fiqh, and Islammic Legal Epistemology.

Abstract

Statically, an organization is a gathering place for a number of people who have the same interests. While dynamically, organization is a process of cooperation of several people to achieve a common goal. In this thinking, all elements of an organization will only function effectively and efficiently if the human element as a resource that carries out work is able to utilize material and financial professionally. Conversely, if human resources have low ability in utilizing material and financial resources, it cannot be denied that waste will occur in an organization. The Technical Services Unit of the Education Office in urban and rural areas in Bengkalis Regency has carried out a strategic management process based on the needs of the organization and the interests of its service users. The stages of strategic management remain the main basis in determining the programs needed. The programs are determined not only for the benefit of the Education Service Technical Service Unit, but also by taking into account environmental developments.Secara statis, organisasi merupakan wadah berhimpun sejumlah manusia yang memiliki kepentingan sama. Sementara itu secara dinamis, organisasi merupakan proses kerjasama sejumlah orang untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Dalam pemikiran ini, semua unsur organisasi hanya akan berfungsi secara efektif dan efisien apabila unsur manusia sebagai sumber daya yang melaksanakan pekerjaan mampu mendayagunakan material dan finansial secara profesional. Sebaliknya, apabila sumber daya manusia berkemampuan rendah di dalam mendayagunakan material dan finansial, maka tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa akan terjadi pemborosan dalam suatu organisasi. UPTD Pendidikan daerah kawasan perkotaan dan pedesaan di Kabupaten Bengkalis telah melakukan proses manajemen stratejik berdasarkan kebutuhan organisasi dan kepentingan pengguna jasanya. Tahapan-tahapan manajemen stratejik tetap menjadi dasar utama menentukan program yang dibutuhkan. Abstract

This study is to determine the strategic management used by PT. Amanu Izzah Zamzam Sakinah in theera new normal and to find out the impact of strategic management on the existence of PT. Amanu Izzah Zamzam Sakinah. Referring to the objectives of this study, at least it is hoped that this research can provide several benefits and contributions both theoretically, practically and academically. In this study, using a descriptive qualitative research method with a case study approach. As for the strategies that have been compiled and carried out by PT. Amanu Izzah Zamzam Sakinah itself is a strategy in managerial strategy which is to do work from home, virtual meetings and meetings, coordination with directors, staff and partners from PT. Amanu Izzah Zamzam Sakinah, gave motivation or support to each other, enriched the information from the government of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Religion. The impact of the use of strategic management in the new moral era on PT Manu Izzah Zamzam Sakinah is very good and provides positive impact by synergizing with each other in doing work and maintaining companies that live side by side with the current pandemic situation.

Abstract

This study is aimed to investigate the English learning activities at Nurul Hidayah boarding school in developing students’ speaking performance with their strengths and weaknesses. This research is descriptive qualitative research with triangulation analysis. Methods for obtaining data were carried out through interviews and documentation. English learning activities at Nurul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School are divided into two; activities in the classroom and outside of the classroom. The classroom activities refer to KMI Gontor. The activities outside of the classroom are Daily Conversations, English Video Screenings, English Speech Exercises, and English Contest and Games. The advantages of the activities are that the boarding school already has a good and effective English learning system and method in training the students' English language skills. The student's awareness and interest in speaking English have grown. The language environment has developed. Meanwhile, its weaknesses are that the number of personnel of the language driving organization is still inadequate compared to the total number of whole students. Most of the teachers do not consistent in using English. Outside of classroom activities programs are so limited. Most of the students are tend to use Arabic than English. Most of the students are still facing some difficulties in memorizing vocabulary and in pronouncing English words. The correction systems toward the language mistakes are still low.

Abstract

The instructional media is necessary. The media helps the teacher in displaying the studied materials, especially teaching vocabulary. In Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pesantren Darul Hikmah, the teacher teaches vocabulary using teaching aids (Arabic language book, dictionary and blackboard). Unfortunately, the students did not understand the vocabulary. This research is an experimental research which is aimed at discovering whether the implementation of Impress Libreoffice Media in learning Arabic is effective to Increase Students’ Mufradat Mastery at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pesantren Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether the implementation of Impress Libreoffice Media in learning Arabic is effective to Increase Mufradat Mastery of class VII Students’ at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pesantren Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru.The techniques of data collection are (1) observation and (2) test. While to analyzed the observation the observed data, the researcher used the formula:p= (f/N) x 100% and to analyze the test data, the researcher used SPSS program. The data analysis result gained from the application of Impress Libreoffice in Learning Arabic is effective to develop Mufradat Mastery of the students of class VII Students’ at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pesantren Darul Hikmah Pekanbaru, based on counting result using statistic To score and SPSS by Mann-Whitney test.

Abstract

Motivation is the desire to attain goals. It is an important thing to be concerned in teaching and learning a foreign language. With its absence among students, it is hard for faculties to make their students reach the competences. Therefore, researches related to students’ motivation in learning foreign languages should be done to support the success of foreign language learning. As we know, many factors influencing students’ motivation in learning a foreign language. One of those, which is not explored frequently, is on the educational practices. This article discusses how educational practices such as the curriculum, the quality of teachers, and the assessment give influences to students’ motivation. From the discussion, we know that, to make students motivated, the curriculum should be challenging but not either too difficult or too easy; the teachers’ quality should meet their expectation and be upgraded; and the assessment should not be focused on cognitive only.

Abstract

Many students cannot differentiate nouns in gender. The purpose of the research is to find out students’ ability in understanding the gender of nouns. The research has been conducted from May up to July 2019. This research was Tenth Grade SMAS Kurnia Jaya Rupat and the object was the students’ ability to understand the gender of the noun. The number of students was 68 students, 34 students as a sample that using purposive sampling. The researcher used the descriptive quantitative method. It can be concluded that the percentage of the students’ ability to understand the gender of nouns at Tenth Grade of SMAS Kurnia Jaya Rupat was “fair”. Where the mean score of students’ ability in understanding masculine gender was “fair”, the mean score of students’ ability in understanding feminine gender was “fairly good”, the mean score of students’ ability in understanding common gender was “fair” and the mean score of students’ ability in understanding neuter gender was “fairly good”. Based on the mean score for each part, it can be seen that the part gender of the noun was difficult in common gender with the mean score “fair” and the part gender of the noun was the easiest in neuter gender was “fairly good”.

Abstract

Hasbi was a very noted exegetes environmental conditions of communities, the form is kontekstualisasi the verses of the Qur'an. The thought of giving new color Hasbi in the scientific study of fiqh Indonesia. A variety of shades of science that it had become a powerful weapon in the face of Indonesia Society condition. It is because society still considers Indonesia an Islamic academic as foreign. This article examines the pattern of thought Hasbi in misinterpretation glance between purifikatif and modernisation. This of course can not be separated from the background in the face by Hasbi. The results of this study demonstrate that consistent Hasbi as modernist because in determining any legal issue, Hasbi not only use but also aqli naqli propositions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the urgency of socialization of the contract of the Syariah Bank Mandiri Branch Office to The Community in Bengkalis Regency. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive approach, namely research that seeks to provide a detailed and in-depth description of the object under study. Data collection techniques from documentation, observation and interviews with the leaders and financing analysts of KCP BSM Bengkalis. From the presentation of the data, it can be concluded that there has been socialization carried out by BSM to provide literacy of the public regarding the presence of sharia banking and contract products applied by BSM to customers through brochures provided by BSM to mosque administrators and educational institutions around Bengalis district.

Abstract

This research discusses Abdurrahman wahid’s moderate da’wah among minority groups. This departs from their proximity to minority groups so that their presence can be accepted by then both on behalf of ethnicity, culture and religion. His preaching among minorities is indeed a problem in itself. Various accusations against him are often heard, especially from right-wing Islamic groups such as the FPI. Even openly, the great leader of the FPI Habib Rizeq considered Abdurrahman wahid to be blind and blind in heart. In addition to that among NU itself, Gus Dur was also considered a controversial cleric because he protected minority people and was too strict with his own Islamic groups. This attitude was later considered as a figure who embraced liberal Islam. This research is a research library research using qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the method of da’wah used by Abdurrahman wahid departed from his understanding of al-Qur’an, Hadist and the foundation of the ulama Ahlusunnah Wal-Jama’ah, namely conveying teachings thraougg love. Da’wah as a method of inviting must reflect the values of Islamic teachings that are humanist, full of compassion for fellow humans as part of the essences of god’s teachings that are Ar-Rahman and Ar-Rahim. In this way, Islamic teachings could be accepted throughout the archipelago.
