Abstract

Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan dan dampak dari ketiga faktor tersebut terhadap kinerja guru di wilayah yang diteliti. Penelitian ini dilakukan di sebuah sekolah dasar Kelompok Gugus 1 Kecamatan Pangkalan Kerinci Kabupaten Pelalawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru PNS SD Kelompok 1 Kecamatan Pangkalan Kerinci Kabupaten Pelalawan yang berjumlah 105 orang guru. Berdasarkan penelitian ini karena jumlah populasinya adalah 150 responden. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Berdasarkan analisis hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan: Ha1 uji T dan uj-F ditolak yang menyatakan tidak terdapat pengaruh dan hubungan yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru SD di Pangkalan Kerinci. Uji Ha2 T diterima yang menyatakan terdapat pengaruh signifikan dan Uji Ha2 F menyatakan tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja guru SD Kelompok Gugus 1 Kecamatan Pangkalan Kerinci Kabupaten Pelalawan. Uji Ha3-T dan Uji Ha3-F diterima yang menyatakan terdapat pengaruh dan hubungan yang signifikan antara Motivasi Kerja terhadap kinerja guru SD Kelompok Gugus 1 Kecamatan Pangkalan Kerinci Kabupaten Pelalawan. Uji T Ha4 diterima yang menyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SD di Pangkalan Kerinci. Uji F Ha4 ditolak yang menyatakan tidak ada hubungan kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi bekerja sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SD Kelompok Gugus 1 Kecamatan Pangkalan Kerinci Kabupaten Pelalawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi: 1) konteks kurikulum Diniyah al-Washliyah di madrasah Aliyah al-Qismu Al 'Aliy Medan, 2) Masukan organisasi terhadap kurikulum Diniyah al-Washliyah di Madrasah Aliyah al-Qismu Al 'Aliy Madrasah Medan, 3) Proses implementasi kurikulum Diniyah al-Washliyah di Madrasah Aliyah al-Qismu Al 'Aliy Medan, 4) Produk kurikulum Diniyah al-Washliyah di Madrasah Aliyah al-Qismu Al 'Aliy Medan. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: 1) Konteks kurikulum diniyah al-washliyah berpedoman pada kerangka kualifikasi nasional (KKNI) dan sibghah al-washliyah oleh dewan besar al jam'iyatul washliyah, 2 ) Masukan terhadap penyelenggaraan kurikulum Diniyah al-Washliyah di madrasah Aliyah al-Qismu Al 'Aliy Medan mengutamakan pendidikan ilmu agama Islam serta peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pendidikan guru agama yang berwawasan keilmuan. 3) Implementasi Diniyah Kurikulum al-Washliyah pada madrasah Aliyah al-Qismu Al 'Aliy Medan memadukan kurikulum dasar dengan SK 3 Menteri tahun 1975 yang mewajibkan komposisi kurikulum madrasah terdiri dari 70% mata pelajaran umum sekuler dan 30% mata pelajaran agama Islam 4) Kurikulum Diniyah al-Washliyah pada madrasah Aliyah al-Qismu Al 'Aliy Medan digabungkan dengan SKB 3 Menteri menjadi Al-Qur'an-Hadits, Aqidah-Akhlak, Fikih, SKI, Pendidikan, Kewarganegaraan, Bahasa Indonesia, Arab, Inggris, Matematika , Sains, Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial, Seni Budaya, Pendidikan Jasmani, Olah Raga, dan Kesehatan, Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi, Muatan Lokal dan (Kealwashliyahan).

Abstract

Teacher performance is an important factor in the implementation of learning which is an indicator of the achievement of learning objectives. The better teacher performance will have a good impact on the achievements in the learning process. Achieving maximum teacher performance is influenced by various factors. As a member of an organization, namely a school, teacher performance is influenced by leadership style, work motivation and work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence between leadership style, work motivation and environment on the performance of teachers in public elementary schools in Tebing Tinggi Timur District, Kepuluaan Meranti Regency. This research is a quantitative study with a survey research method approach. The population in this study consisted of 12 schools with a total sample size of 57 people. The data analysis technique in this study uses path analysis techniques, data processing involves the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) application. The pattern of influence between these four variables is expressed by the regression equation Ẑ=-9.862+0.402X1+0.384X2+0.393X3 which provides information that the constant of -9.862 states that if there is no increase in the value of the leadership style variable (X1) work motivation (X2) and work environment (X3) then the value of teacher performance (Z) is -9.862. The multiple regression coefficient of 0.402; 0.384 and 0.393 states that each addition of one score of leadership style, work motivation and work environment will provide an increase in value of 0.280; 0.324 and 0.464 in teacher performance. Abstract

This research aims to gain insight into individual understanding and views regarding sustainable development issues, with a focus on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We conducted a series of interviews with diverse respondents to gain a deeper understanding of people's awareness of the SDGs, as well as the factors that influence their perceptions and efforts to achieve sustainable goals. The research results show variations in understanding of the SDGs among respondents, with an emphasis on a multidimensional approach, the role of government, cross-sector collaboration, technological innovation, and community education as key elements in supporting sustainable development. This research provides a more comprehensive understanding of how communities can contribute to achieving the SDGs and the factors that influence their views

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan menemukan strategi yang tepat diterapkan dalam inovasi pendidikan di Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung. Pendekatan yang digunakan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan datanya wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisisnya menggunakan interaktif 3 model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi pengembangan sumber daya manusia di Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung dilakukan oleh pimpinan melalui beberapa kegiatan yaitu: melakukan perencanaan pegwai yang tepat melalui rekrutmen dan seleksi sekaligus penempatan sesuai bidang keahlian, pembinaan pada pegawai baru untuk mengenalkan budaya organisasi dan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) pekerjaan, pelatihan sesuai bidang keahlian pegawai untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya serta pelatihan di luar bidang keahliannya untuk memberdayakan pegawai, merekomendasikan studi lanjut untuk peningkatan mutu sumber daya pegawai yang berlaku kepada seluruh pegawai. Sedangkan strategi yang digunakan dalam inovasi pendidikan adalah melakukan sertifikasi kelembaagaan pendidikan diniyah yang menjadi kekhasannya untuk membangun public trust, mencapai peringkat akreditasi unggul sebagai branding pendidikan, menyelenggarakan transformasi kelembagaan pendidikan untuk meningkatkan daya saing.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the problems of implementing a sustainable professional development program for PAI teachers in Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra. This research is a descriptive type of qualitative research with a field study approach. The data collection methods used in this research are interviews, observation and documentation, data analysis using data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this research are that sustainable professional development for PAI teachers will not be optimal if teachers cannot develop creativity within themselves. Creativity is an element of PAI teachers' independence. This program requires quite a long time and involves various quality improvement stakeholders so that it runs well. Lack of creativity creates its own problems for the teacher.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui strategi guru tahfidz dalam meningkatkan hafalan Al Qur'an peserta didik SDIT Al Fikri kampung pajak Labuhanbatu Utara Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024 (2) untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat strategi guru tahfidz dalam meningkatkan hafalan Al Qur'an peserta didik SDIT Al Fikri kampung pajak Labuhanbatu Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan; (1) strategi guru tahfidz dalam meningkatkan hafalan Al Qur'an peserta didik yaitu menggunakan metode tiqror, metode talaqqi dan metode tasmi '. (2) Faktor pendukung dalam penerapan strategi guru tahfidz terdiri dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal berasal dari diri peserta didik itu sendiri berupa minat, bakat dan kecerdasan dalam menghafal Al Qur'an. Faktor eksternal berasal dari luar diri peserta didik yaitu lingkungan sosial di sekitar peserta didik, motivasi guru, dorongan dari orang tua dan tempat menghafal. Faktor penghambat dalam penerapan strategi guru tahfidz adalah kurangnya minat peserta didik dalam menghafal Al Qur'an, peserta didik yang belum bisa membaca Al Qur'an, dan pengaruh teman atau kelompok dalam menghafal Al Qur'an.

Abstract

This study wants to analyze and reveal how the supremacy pattern is based on strengthening and internalizing the values of religious moderation in madrasas. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach by exploring relevant information through interviews, observations, and documentation through the selection of informants who are considered capable and understand the case, in order to reveal in depth the existing curriculum development patterns. The results of this study show that the pattern carried out in strengthening the values of religious moderation in madrasah tsanawiyah miftahul ulum Jember is pursued in several aspects. First, the internalization of a tolerant attitude, second, the internalization of an attitude of anti-violence, third, the internalization of an accommodating attitude towards local wisdom, and fourth, the internalization of an attitude of militancy in the nation, which in all aspects is carried out based on an attitude of responsibility and continuity with collaboration between the madrasah starting from educators and educators with student guardians and the surrounding community.

Abstract

The debate regarding religion and science is something that is interesting to continue to study. The conflict between religion and science is getting hotter when scientists consider themselves rational with the hope that they will uncover the fundamental laws that govern behavior, matter and style. On the other hand, religionists with views that are irrational and obedient to religious dogmas claim to contain truths that cannot be changed and modified. Interestingly, there are Muslim scientists who try to respond to the development of modern science from a different point of view, namely Nidhal Guessoum. The presence of Nidhal Guessoum in the discourse arena to integrate religion and science has enriched thinking in the Islamic world. This study aims to determine the construction of religion and science as well as the relationship between religion and science in Nidhal Guessoum's quantum theory. Using a qualitative research method, the literature examines the contents of the book, the substance of the discussion, and the focus of the studies and thoughts of the figures. The objects are books and research journals that contain Nidhal Guessoum's thoughts on religion and science. And finally the findings in this study that Nidhal guessoum specifically constructs how Islam views scientific theories including: Islam and Cosmology, Islam and Design Arguments, Islam and Anthropic Principles, Islam and Evolution in addition to constructing religion and science Nidhal Guessoum also offers theories quantum which is based on three principles, namely the principle of not contradicting, layered interpretation, and theistic falsification.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the construction of the Arab Hadrami community's identity at the Adabiyah Islamic Education Foundation, focusing on the rituals practiced and their impact on shaping students' character. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection instruments including in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results indicate that the efforts made by the Islamic Education Foundation in instilling the values and character that are characteristic of the Arab Hadrami community involve constructing several Alawiyyin rituals. Therefore, the Arab Hadrami community at the Islamic Education Foundation constructs its identity through three processes: externalization, objectification, and internalization. Externalization, as a form of transmitting Alawiyyin ancestral culture at the Adabiyah Islamic Education Foundation, is realized through the implementation of several rituals related to the Alawiyyin order, such as the recitation of wirid, poetry, shalawat, and other practices that are an integral part of the institution. These rituals are objectified, containing values such as knowledge, practice, wirid, and morality, which are internalized into the daily learning activities that strengthen students' identity as part of the Arab Hadrami community and shape their character based on the Islamic and moral values taught by the traditions of the Arab Hadrami community at the Adabiyah Islamic Education Foundation.
