This research aims at finding out the differences of health level of Financial Institution by using CAMEL. The magnitude of the potential financial institutions make profits in the segment of small and micro finance as a market for rural banks (BPR), especially Islamic rural banks (BPRS).. The level of Bank efficiency could be integrated with the performance of banks which was adopted from Central Bank (BI) criterias, namely CAMEL (Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earnings and liquidity).

Multiple choice tests with dichotomous scores are very often used by educators because it is easy to apply. Unfortunately, this scoring lacks an opportunity for educators to diagnose students' mistakes. This study aimed to analyze the items test using graded responses model (GRM). The data in this study was the response of the economics test that have been tested to 96 first-year students of economic education. The test form was multiple choice item using politomous scoring with ordinal scale 1-2-3-4-5. Test scoring use polytomous scores. Data was analyzed with descriptive quantitative techniques using PARSCALE application. The results showed that there are 50% items test that fit with the GRM model. Furthremore, the application of GRM model in this study seems less suitable because only 20% that have good quality. Big sample size is recommended when using the GRM model to obtain accurate estimation.

The purpose of this study was to determine the direction and training of HR development to improve the performance of PT Simed Prakasa Indonesia. This study uses qualitative research methods, research methods that are based on the philosophy of postpositivism. The results in this study employees are very enthusiastic and willing to follow directions from the leadership to improve employee performance at PT. Simed Prakarsa Indonesia. Produce a logically and comprehensively related framework to develop an environment where employees are encouraged to develop learning. performance resulting from individual work and specific activity behaviors during a certain period of time which includes individual work outcomes such as the quality and quantity of work, employee behavior, such as ability, personality, work sincerity and work discipline, and characteristics that include good, confident, cooperative ability, and leadership. So that PT. Simed Prakarsa Indonesia can improve employee performance both theoretically and technically as well as direction and employee development carried out aiming to improve the technical, theoretical, and moral capabilities of employees so that their performance is better and achieve optimal results. While the factors that can be used as an assessment of the performance of employees of PT. Simed Prakarsa Indonesia is work and personal potential.

Membuat keputusan ekonomi yang cerdas adalah suatu pilihan. Perlu dipahami bagaimana cara yang tepat guna membuat keputusan ekonomi sehari-hari. Terkait upaya dan persyaratan tersebut maka literasi ekonomi menjadi suatu pilihan yang sebaiknya dimiliki oleh seseorang. Hanya saja pada kenyataannya tidak semua orang memiliki literasi ekonomi yang memadai guna membuat keputusan yang cerdas. Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana tingkat literasi ekonomi mahasiswa STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat Khususnya pada rumpun ilmu sosial, yang di lakukan kepada 100 orang mahasiswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survey, Teknik pengukuran dengan alat pengumpul data berupa tes soal. Peneletian ditemukan bahwa mahasiswa hendaknya dapat meningkatkankan lagi pemahaman mengenai konsep ekonomi dan penerapannya dalam pengambilan keputusan ekonomi rasional dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Selain itu juga pihak kampus juga hendaknya lebih menekankan lagi pada memberikan pendidikan tentang literasi ekonomi kepada mahasiswanya untuk semua program studi karena literasi ekonomi dibutuhkan dalam setiap segi kehidupan terutama dalam pengambilan keputusan ekonomi

Tujuan penelitian adalah sebagai berikut Untuk mengetahui kedisiplinan dosen dalam peranan kedisiplinan terhadap karakteristik mahasiswa di era globalisasi dalam mata kuliah Perekonomian Internasional Dalam mengumpulkan data peneliti menggunakan metode Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis kualitatif, sedangkan pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan teknik Triangulasi dan dicocokkan dengan dokumen terkait yang relevan. Dari hasil penelitian yang dihasilkan bahwa untuk menumbuhkan sikap kedisiplinan pada diri sendiri, dapat dilakukan melalui evaluasi diri (sel evaluation) dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Berdasarkan hasil temuan di atas dapat peneliti sarankan kepada lembaga terkait supaya melaksanakan monitoring dan supervisi tentang peranan kedisiplinan dosen sebagai pendidik dalam pembentukan karakteristik mahasiswa agar menjadi manusia yang lebih baik.

This research aims to explore stakeholders’ perception towards government accounting subject education in public and private universities in Padang City as a part of regional management reforms. The purpose of this study to investigate stakeholders’ perception toward government accounting subject in the accounting curriculum; the level of lecturers’ teaching interest towards government accounting subject; the existence of teaching resources; and the suitability between users’ need and content of government accounting subject in higher education. Data was collected by questionnaire sent to stakeholders which consist of lecturers, students, and users and analyzed by using statistic descriptive. The results of this study found that government accounting subject already offer in accounting curriculum both bachelor and diploma degree on public and private university joined this study; but unfortunately government accounting subject only take 3 or 4 credit hours from total hours; less than 4% from total accounting curriculum. This study also found lack of lecturers teaching interest, also conventional learning method and resources for this subject. Fortunately, the content of government accounting subject in universities already suitable with users’ need. Some obtacles and challenges has been identified in this study can be condisered as recommendation in developing future government accounting education in university.

This research aimed to measure: (1) Effect of ownership of Textbooks to use the smartphone as a source of learning in students of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang. (2) Effect of motivation to learn to use the smartphone as a source of learning in students of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang. (3) Effect of ownership of textbooks on learning motivation in students of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang. The study was descriptive correlational. The study population was students of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the sample size in this study were 97 respondents. The data used are primary data. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and inductive analysis using path analysis techniques. The results showed that (1) the ownership textbooks significantly influence the motivation to learn (2) Ownership textbooks do not significantly affect the use of smartphones as a learning resource but indirect effect through learning motivation, (3) learning motivation influence directly and significantly to the use of a smartphone as a learning resource.

The purpose of this research is to know the readiness of school in facing high school economic olympics in Padang. The method used in this activity is survey method to teacher of MGMP Economic Senior High School Padang, West Sumatera Province. The results of the study indicate that students are in need of coaching from teachers on Olympic materials and discussion of economic Olympic issues. Students are still in enough category (70.37%) mastering the economic Olympiad material. For that, teachers is expected to foster students to be more ready to follow the economic Olympics. Furthermore, schools need to hold special coaching of students with economic achievement by forming clubs or others so that students are more focused in understanding the OSN related material.

This study aims to identify and analyze: 1) the perception of students about the style of teaching faculty to student learning motivation Economic Education STKIP PGRI West Sumatra. 2) To determine the motivation of learning facilities for students studying economics education courses STKIP PGRI West Sumatra 3) To Know students' perceptions on faculty teaching styles and learning facilities jointly influence on student learning motivation STKIP PGRI West Sumatra. This study was conducted In economics education courses STKIP PGRI West Sumatra In force 2012. The population in this study as many as 270 people, while the sample in this study as many as 161 people. Results of the study found that: 1) The perception of students about the style of teaching faculty partial effect on learning motivation students education courses economy STKIP PGRI West Sumatra with a coefficient of 0.027 2) Learning Facilities berpengararuh partially on motivation to learn Students STKIP PGRI West Sumatra, with the coefficient of 0.042 3) The perception of students on faculty teaching styles and learning facilities simultaneous effect on student learning motivation STKIP PGRI West Sumatra calculated F value of 1.006. From the results of this study are expected to pay more attention to the style of teaching faculty in the process of learning so that the learning process takes place better interaction with the students so as to increase the motivation of students in the learning process, and the campus can improve campus facilities in supporting the learning process.

The aim of this research is 1) implements the learning model with gallery walk type in student learning activities, 2) implements the cooperative learning model with learning together type in student learning activities, 3) compare the gallery walk type of cooperative learning with learning together type in student learning activities. The type of this research is experimental and comparative. Population in this research is student of Tri Dharma Palembang senior high school. The research sample is XI Social 1 as the Experiment Class 1 and XI Social 2 as the Experiment Class 2. The result shows 1) there is an impact from the implementation of gallery walk type of cooperative learning in students learning activities, 2) there is an impact of implementation of learning together type in student learning activities, 3) there is a comparison of cooperative learning of gallery walk type and learning together type in students learning activities.
