Abstract

Provide  Color is the fastest method of delivering messange and meaning in the non-verbal communication category. The use of color in packaging design is very important. Good product packaging requirements are as a place, attractive, can protect, practical, cause self-esteem, accuracy of size, and transportation. Color selection decisions on student product packaging design can be analyzed from color psychology. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of color psychology learning to improve students ability in color selection in product packaging design. The research includes an assessment of the understanding of color psycology and the ability to choose colors that are implemented in product packaging design. Total population and sample of 30 respondents with saturated sampling technique. The method used in this research is experimental and ex-post facto explanatory nature. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observations, evaluation result (score), and interviews. Data analysis using descriptive qualitative analysis and t test. The result showed satisfactory understanding of the color psychology of students, the suitability of product packaging design with color psycology, packaging design assesment is very good and good. The  effectiveness test of the application of color psychology learning to the color selection ability in packaging design by 56,2%.

Abstract

The results of the study are interpreted that the local wisdom sipakatau which is interpreted as a sense of respect to build a form of community trust that by respecting customs rules that are believed by fishermen to have an impact on the safety and sustainability of the Lake ecosystem. Local wisdom sipakatau that forms the economic education pattern of the fishing community is obtained from fostering and exemplary that is shown hereditary in the community and within the family itself. Because the people on the coast of Lake Tempe consider that the work of fishermen is a promising job, they educate their children from patterns of habit and example, then introduce them to the customary rules that bind them as fishermen. The activity took place in the family and in the fishermen community so that their or attitude constructs them to respect their customs and customary leaders with their belief that in this way they have helped protect the natural ecosystems of the Lake for the continuation of fishermen's work. The pattern of habituation and exemplary education that is applied by respecting the customs, rules and norms of a person who forms a caring economy or caring economy, caring economy is interpreted as their concern for the lake ecosystem as a legacy and where they make a living as fishermen.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether there are differences in learning outcomes of students who take online tutoring and students who do not take tutoring. The population of this study was the students of class X in Padang 3 high school who took Ruangguru online tutoring and the sample technique used was proportional random sampling using the Slovin formula so that the number of samples obtained was 58 students. The hypothesis of this study was tested using One Way Aonva analysis. The results showed that there was no difference in the average learning outcomes between groups of students who took Ruangguru online tutoring and groups of students who did not take tutoring.

Abstract

The application of information technology governance (IT Governance) plays an important role in utilizing information technology to fit the company's vision, mission and goals. However, there are still many companies that have not implemented IT Governace due to various factors such as: the existence of internal companies that refuse the application of information technology, the limited human resources who master information technology competence, the unavailability of frameworks and policy foundations in the information technology environment, the lack of commitment from top management, the high cost of investment in IT Governance and so on. The greater use of technology has not been accompanied by greater support for the achievement of strategies so that investments made are in vain. research and research results show that the lack of understanding of IT Governance makes unproductive investments made by companies. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative which presents a systematic review of the problems in the implementation of Information Technology Governance (IT Governance).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to test the impact of college environment and financial motivation toward money allowance management. This research was done in Indraprasta University PGRI (Unindra) Jakarta at October to December 2018. The population in this sample is Unindra Economic major student with total 1229 students. The research samples are 273 students by using sampling technique is simple random sampling. The result shows 1) college environment variable coefficient result toward money allowance management is rejected. Means, there is no influence from college environment toward Unindra’s student money allowance management, 2) financial motivation variable coefficient result toward money allowance management is accepted. Means, there is a significant influence of financial motivation toward Unindra’s student money allowance management, 3) The results of college environment variable and financial motivation variable toward money allowance management is accepted. Means, there is a significant influence on the college environment and financial motivation toward money allowance management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the completeness of student learning resources, student learning interest and to determine the effect of completeness of learning resources on student learning interest in Integrated social science subjects in sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Dedai School year 2019/2020. The population in this study were all students sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Dedai School year 2019/2020 as many as 168 students. This research method reveals quantitative by using the form of research that is the explanation format. This research data collection technique is indirect communication techniques and documentation. used were Likert scale questionnaire. research result  There is a significant influence of the completeness of learning resources on student learning requests in integrated social science subjects as evidenced by the t value of 6.815 <t table 1.981. It can be concluded that the independent variable (X) tested has an influence on the dependent variable (Y). With the meaning of the word Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the financial performance of the Sijunjung district and Dharmasraya districts. The study was conducted using quantitative data in the form of a budget realization report obtained from the Financial Examination Agency of West Sumatra Province. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method, to measure financial performance through financial ratios using 10 indicators. The results showed that: (1)Sijunjung and Dharmasraya districts had a negative variance value, (2)Sijunjung regency revenue growth was lower than Dahrmasraya, (3)the effectiveness ratio of total revenue of Sijunjung district was higher than Dharmasraya district, (4)the ratio of the effectiveness of the original revenue of the Sijunjung district is higher than the Dharmasraya district, (5)the realization of operating expenditure to the total realization of the Sijunjung district expenditure is higher than the Dharmasraya, (6)the ratio of capital expenditure realization to the realization of the total Sijunjung district expenditure is lower than Dharmasraya, (7)Sijunjung district expenditure efficiency ratio is lower than Dharmasraya, (8)Sijunjung district financial independence ratio is higher than Dharmasraya, (9)Sijunjung district financial dependency ratio is lower than Dharmasraya district and (10)Sijunjung district financial independence ratio is higher than Dharmasraya.

Abstract

The aims of this research are: 1) to describe the portrait of embroidery and weaving business in absorbing workforce in West Sumatera, 2) Exploring and formulating problems as well as mapping the needs assessment of embroidery/embroidery creative industry and Minangkabau weave. Population in this research is the entire business unit of embroidery and weaving industry in West Sumatera spread in Padang Pariaman, Agam, Tanah Datar, Sawahlunto, Padang, Payakumbuh, Bukittinggi and Pariaman, the sample is 93 business units spread in 8 regencies and cities above. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection using survey methods, with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this research are; 1) Embroidery and weaving business in West Sumatera are able to absorb 2.297 workforce, 2) Problems faced by embroidery and weaving business in West Sumatra can be formulated as follows: 1) Bookkeeping/finance aspect and management, 2) Production aspect, and 3) Marketing aspect

Abstract

This research is to study the digital literacy competence of all STKIP Aisyiyah Riau students. This research was conducted using quantitative descriptive. Data obtained using a questionnaire filled out by students. Data were analyzed by calculating the Respondents' Level of Achievement. The results of this study indicate the digital literacy ability of students viewed from the indicator Internet Search, Hypertext Directions, Information Content Evaluation, and Knowledge Assembly shows a value of 77.1 and this value corresponds to the High category.

Abstract

This study is aimed to analyze the influence of disclosure and earnings management on cost of capital. The population of this study is the real estate companies which is listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the sample is determined by purposive sampling. The samples consist of 28 companies in 2013-2015. Disclosure is measured by Disclosure Index, earnings management is measured by discretionary accrualls and cost of capital is estimated by EBO model. The research hypotheses are tested by using multiple regression. The results of this research indicate that (1) disclosure has no significant influence on the cost of capital, and (2) earnings management has positive and significant influence on cost of capital.
