Abstract

This study aims to understand why users want or reluctant to adopt Fintech services in Indonesia. In particular, it examines the positive factors (perceived benefits) and negative factors (perceived risks) that simultaneously affect user behaviors in adopting Fintech services. Furthermore, this research compares the impact of the perceived benefits and perceived risks on the Fintech adoption intention between users of different Fintech services. It uses the benefit-risk framework which integrates positive and negative factors associated with its adoption. This study survey around 450 respondents. The survey data is processed and analyzed using PLS Smart 3.0. This research found that the perceived benefits of using Fintech services outweigh its perceived risks. The results also suggest that convenience is the most beneficial factors determining the intention to use Fintech, while the legal risk is the most negative factors for the Fintech adoption intention.

Abstract

This study aims to find out 1) Influence of Student Perception on Financial Compensation and Work Environment On Interest in Choosing Teacher Profession In Economic Education Students 2) Influence of Student Perception On Financial Compensation On Interest in Choosing Teacher Profession In Economic Education Students and 3) Influence of Student Perception About Work Environment On Interest in Choosing Teacher Profession In Economic Education Students. The population in this study was students of Economic Education Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang and the number of selected samples as many as 119 students. This type of research is descriptive associative research. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling by using proportional stratified random sampling. Data analysis using descriptive analysis, analysis requirement test, multiple regression, F test, determinant coefesien and t test. The results showed that 1) Students' Perception of Financial Compensation and Work Environment  had a significant effect on the Interest in Choosing a Teacher Profession. 2) Student Perception of Financial Compensation has a significant effect on the Interest in Choosing a Teacher Profession. 3) Student Perception of The Work Environment has a significant effect on the Interest in Choosing a Teacher Profession.

Abstract

One of the cognitive domain elements in analysis ability is the ability to think to solve a problem. One way to solve this problem is by using the cooperative learning model of pair-check and "make-a-match." The research objective was (1) to determine whether there was an effect of the type of cooperative learning model of pair-check on students 'analytical skills, (2) to determine whether there was an effect of the cooperative learning model of make-a-match on students' analytical skills, and (3) whether there was a difference in the analytical ability through the learning model cooperative type of pair-check and make-a-match. This research was experimental and comparative research. The population in this study was students of Indraprasta University, which consisted of 2 classes. The techniques of data collection in this study was through a questionnaire used to obtain the results of the analytical skills, observation to observe the use of the cooperative learning model of pair-check and make-a-match, and documentation to obtain direct results (Midterm test and Final Test values). The research implementation stage is divided into three parts: the initial implementation, the core implementation, and the final implementation. The results showed that there was an effect of the type of cooperative learning model of pair-check on students 'analytical abilities, there was an influence of the type of cooperative learning model of make-a-match on students' analytical skills, and there was no difference in analytical skills through the cooperative learning model type check and make-a-match.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain (1) To determine the effect of Attractiveness, Trustworthiness, Expertise partially influential on Tourism Decisions; (2) To find out the influence of Attractiveness, Trustworthiness, Expertise simultaneously influence on Tourism Decisions; (3) To determine the effect of Attractiveness, Trustworthiness, Expertise partially influence Awareness; (4) To find out the influence of Attractiveness, Attractiveness, Trustworthiness, Expertise simultaneously influence on Awareness; (5) To determine the effect of Tourism Decisions have an effect on Awareness; (6) To find out the influence of Attractiveness, Trustworthiness, Expertise partially influence Awareness through Tourism Decisions as an intervening variable.This study uses a data collection method with a questionnaire, with a quantitative approach. The population that is the object of research is tourists visiting the South Malang Coast region. Testing the analysis using path analysis.The results of this study indicate (a) Partial testing of variables consisting of attractiveness, trustworthiness, expertise that affect travel decisions viewed from the significant value is attractiveness. (b) Simultaneous test results of variables consisting of attractiveness, trustworthiness, expertise that affect travel decisions by 43.4% (c) Partial test results of variables consisting of attractiveness, trustworthiness, expertise, which affect the awareness seen from the significant value is attractiveness. (d) Simultaneous test results of variables consisting of attractiveness, trustworthiness, expertise, travel decisions that affect awareness 23.8%. (e) The test results of the influence of a tour decision on awareness are influential with a significant value of 0,000 less than 0.05 at a 95% confidence level. (f) The results of the test of the influence of attractiveness, trustworthiness, expertise influencing Awareness through the Travel Decision as an intervening variable were found that the tour decision was an intervening variable due to an increase in the value of direct influence and from the results of testing through the variable of the travel decision.

Abstract

This research is conducted to understand the pedagogical techniques used in the learning of economics in STKIP PGRI Bangkalan. It applies quantitative descriptive method to recognize the percentage of respondents’ responses to each learning pedagogical variable indicator. This research found that during pandemic the learning pedagogy implemented by each lecturer of economics education program is categorized as very good. This is indicated by the percentage each indicator gained. The learning patterns of virtual classes have been in compliance with pedagogical techniques where students are given freedom to seek and get insights through guidance, direction and assistance the lecturers have provided. They function as motivator, facilitator and advisor in order to make students’ more confident to take decisions in understanding the materials given during the interactive virtual class. These pedagogical techniques have given students chances to understand cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects simultaneously so that the learning becomes more effective.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and adversity intelligence on the entrepreneurial intentions of students of University Bhinneka PGRI. The population of this study 41 students and the instrument used was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is saturation sampling. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression. The result of this study indicates that there is a positive and significant effect between entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions with a tcount (2,153) > ttable(2,020) and a significant value of 0,038 < 0,05. Adversity intelligence has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions with a tcount (2,215) > ttable(2,020) and significant value of 0,033 < 0,05. While simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect between entrepreneurship education and adversity intelligence on entrepreneurial intentions whit a value a fcount(31,216) > ftable (3,23) with a significant level of 0,000 <0,05. The coefficient of determination of this amounted to 0,602. It can be concluded that this study 60,2% is influenced by entrepreneurship education and adversity intelligence. While the remaining 39,8% is influenced by other variables

Abstract

Financial inclusion is an increase in a person's understanding and ability to determine the required financial products or services that will increase the using of them. This study to investigated the relationship between financial inclusion to financial technology utilization of student in Universitas Negeri Padang. This study is quantitative by using questionnaire to get the primary data. The questionnaire was distributed to 300 students who understand financial management. After testing the hypothesis in this study using the Structural Equation Model (SEM), the results show that financial inclusion has a positive and significant relationship to financial technology.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of readiness of higher education institutions in implementing e-learning during COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, this study also tries to analyze the level of satisfaction in using e-learning at higher education. This study applied a survey method by sending online questionnaires to lecturers at various universities in West Sumatra. 112 respondents participated in this study. Based on the data, it was found that the level of technological readiness and human resources readiness at universities in West Sumatra are in the ready category, but still need a little improvement. Meanwhile, the levels of readiness of innovation and self-development are categorized as unprepared, and need improvement. Furthermore, this study also shows that the level of satisfaction of e-learning users is still quite satisfied.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of student engagement on learning performance  of instructional media for economic subject students which applied project based learning method. This type of research is descriptive quantitative.  The sample in this study were 30 students of  Instructional media for economic. The data analysis technique used is correlation. The results of this study indicate that the student engagement has a positive and significant effect  on learning performance  of Instructional Media for economic learning students as evidenced by the Sig. (2-tailed) of 0,025 <0,05.

Abstract

MYOB accounting computer is one of the subjects in vocational schools that learns about computerized accounting bookkeeping. Judging from the Mid-Semester Examination, there are still many students whose grades are below the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM). In this study, it was examined whether learning motivation, computer attitude, and laboratory facilities affect learning achievement. The research sample was 66 students of class XI Accounting at SMK Negeri 1 Sawahlunto based on total sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that learning motivation, computer attitude, and laboratory facilities simultaneously influenced accounting computer learning achievement. While partial testing results show that learning motivation has a significant effect on accounting computer learning achievement with a significant value of 0,000. Computer attitude partially does not significantly influence accounting computer learning achievement with a significant value of 0.155. And laboratory facilities partially did not significantly influence accounting computer learning achievement with a significant value of 0.595
