The phenomenon of local brands is increasingly in demand and favored by the community, especially for teenagers. High enthusiasm has an impact on the rise of local brands in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the love of local brands (brand love), fashion lifestyle, and buying interest in purchasing decisions of Ventela sneakers. The population used in this study were all students of the UNESA who bought and felt interested in buying Ventela sneakers. The sampling technique used random sampling with a total sample size of 100 respondents from a population of 26,475 students. Data collection was carried out by surveying and distributing google form questionnaires. The analysis techniques used in this research are multiple regression analysis; f test and coefficient of determination; and hypothesis testing (t-test). The test results show that local brand love (brand love) is proven to have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions with the t-count value of 11.38. The fashion lifestyle variable is proven to have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions with the t-count value of 3.587.The purchase interest variable is proven to have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions with the t-count value of 4.468

Capital buffer is defined as the difference between the bank's capital ratio and the capital adequacy ratio (Capital Adequacy Ratio) or CAR imposed by the Central Bank. Capital buffers can be used as capital reserves in times of various economic shocks so as to minimize risks faced by banks. A bank that has a high capital buffer reflects a high CAR as well, while a CAR that is too high is also not profitable for the bank, because this capital should be used for lending and investing in an effort to maximize profits. This study aims to determine the determinants of going public banking capital buffer in Indonesia for the period 2014 to 2018. The sample selection is based on purposive. Acting as the dependent variable is the capital buffer and the independent variables are ROE, NPL, Lag of capital buffer (〖BUFF〗 _ (t-1)), Size and GDP. This study used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the selected determinants of the capital buffer of going public banking in Indonesia are adjustment costs and the business cycle. Adjustment costs have a positive and significant effect on the capital buffer of going public banking in Indonesia and the business cycle has a negative and significant effect on the capital buffer of go public banking. public in Indonesia. Thus, the sample companies can optimize their capital buffer which can be ideal in order to maximize profits by considering the two factors above.

This research use an empirical test of long-term balance and co-integration between macroeconomic variables, fiscal policy and monetary policy. Fiscal policy is represented by government spending variables, while monetary policy is represented by the money supply. This study uses the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) method. The research variables are economic growth, government spending and the money supply. The research period uses the period 2010-2019. The data quality test used the unit root test with the Augmented Dickey Fuller test (ADF) method, to see the empirical data stationarity and the cointegration value of the variables. The research shows that the data is stationary in first difference. Based on the results of the VECM test, it can be concluded that there is a stable long-term relationship between variables and the research model. The results of data processing showed that the most effective policy for changing economic growth in Riau Province was fiscal policy, namely government spending. This can be seen from the contribution of fiscal policy to the variability of economic growth which is the largest compared to the contribution of monetary policy

This study aims to analize the online learning process in the Covid 19 pandemic era experienced by students. This analysis is seen from the student's perspective of impressions, challenges, obstacles, and hopes during the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data collection method in this study used a survey by distributing a google form link to students. The number of respondents in this study were 292 students. The data analysis used included reduction of the data obtained, 2) presentation of the data, and 3) drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that there are positive and negative impressions during the online learning process. The negative impressions of the online learning process are supported by the challenges and obstacles experienced by students. In addition, this study also provides an overview of student expectations in the online learning process during the Covid 19 pandemic

This study was conducted to determine the effect of Field Experience Education Program or know as Praktik Lapangan Kependidikan (PLK) and self-efficacy on teacher interest in students of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang. This type of research is descriptive associative. The population in this study were students of economic education at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang in 2015 who had or are currently taking the Educational Field Experience Program course with a population of 73 people. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) the Educational Field Experience Program (PLK) has a positive and significant effect on the self-efficacy of economic education students at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang. (2) The Educational Field Experience Program (PLK) has a positive and significant effect on the interest in becoming a teacher for students of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang. (3) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the interest in becoming a teacher in Economics Education students, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Padang.

The aim of this study was to determine the differences in the effect of Bandwagon, Snob, and Veblen by consumers on cycling and plant collecting based on gender, area of residence, income level and type of job during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this study is survey with purposive sampling technique. Analysis of the data used in this study is the analysis of different tests (Chi Square). The study found out that consumer behavior during the Covid-19 pandemic, especially in cycling and plant collecting, was influenced by the Bandwagon, Snob and Veblen effect. Furthermore, the results of different tests based on area of residence, type of job, and income level show that there are differences in behavior of cycling and plant collecting. However, it is found that there is no difference on gender of respondents for the Bandwagon effect in plant collecting. It indicates that both males and females perform the activity for the Bandwagon effect. It shows that consumers make decisions on irrational thinking. Therefore, consumers must think rationally so that they will not be trapped in cognitive bias.

Based on the results of research and a discussion of the factors that influence consumers to use JNE's delivery services Ampera Bekasi Timur Agent, then from the things that the authors can make the conclusion of the research results, namely: self-belief and attitude, lifestyle, family and knowledge, are factors which influenced the purchase decision to use the delivery service of JNE Agent Ampera Bekasi Timur. The factors obtained in this study can influence consumers in using JNE Ampera Bekasi Timur Bekasi agent delivery services by 60.602%. That is, the factors formed are considered to influence the purchase decision to use the JNE Ampera Agent Bekasi Timur delivery service. The dominant factors affecting purchasing decisions in East Bekasi Ampera Agent JNE delivery services are personality and self-concept factors because they have the highest eigenvalues value or are able to explain the decision process to use JNE shipping services for East Bekasi Ampera Agent of 36.524% or greater than the three other formed factors.

This research aimed to formulate the business innovation strategy of LRT in Palembang. The type of this research was qualitative descriptive. The population used in this study was all users of the LRT. The sampling technique was accidental sampling with a total number of 200 respondents consisting of the LRT’s users and the local communities. This sample also included 5 informants who served as employees of LRT Palembang. The data were collected from both primary and secondary sources. The data were then processed using a SWOT analysis. The results showed that the analytical value of the internal factors was 2.80, and the analytical value of the external factors was 2.3, meaning that the right business innovation strategies for the LRT were strategies with the nature of Strenght Threat (ST). The forms of innovation strategies that can be developed include conducting service promotion, establishing cooperation with other companies, building connectivity with other modes of transportation through government support, and maximizing infrastructure and facilities to create support services or other business units.

This study aims to see the effect of teaching factory learning on work readiness of vocational students majoring in online business and marketing in Malang. The number of samples in this study amounted to 281 vocational students with the criteria of having implemented teaching factory learning in schools and had implemented industrial work practices. The influence test is done using structural equation modeling (SEM). Descriptive analysis was also carried out in this research to provide an overview of the respondent's answers to each question item given in this study. The results of this study indicate that the better the implementation of teaching factory learning will increase motivation, personal maturity, social maturity, form good work attitudes and student work skills as dimensions of the variable work readiness of vocational students. Based on the dimensions of students 'work readiness, teaching factory learning has the greatest impact in shaping students' personal maturity. Overall the results of this study show a positive value so that it can be concluded that the better the teaching of teaching factory is, the better the students' work readiness will be and vice versa.
