Abstract

The purpose of this study is to clarify how good corporate governance and financial ratios affect a company's risk management. Data and information on ERM, obtained from annual reports, management reports and annual corporate governance. The purposive examining method turned into applied in determining the take a look at gotten through 34 groups from fifty seven basis department groups recorded at the Indonesia Stock Exchange with six years of remark from 2015 to 2020, in order that 204 look at take a look at had been gotten. Abstract

This research aims to describe the innovations made by sanjai entrepreneurs for the sustainability of culinary businesses in Bukittinggi City. The research approach is qualitative research with a type of phenomenology research. Sampling techniques use snowball sampling. The key informant is sanjai entrepreneurs. Data collection techniques use in-depth interviews, participation observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use miles, huberman, & saldana qualitative research data analysis processes. The results showed that the source of entrepreneurial innovation ideas was obtained from watching videos on Youtube, modeling similar businesses, modeling other different businesses, the result of self-thought, and seeing business products at exhibitions. Forms of innovation carried out by sanjai entrepreneurs are product innovation, technology innovation, and service innovation. The impact of innovation on business sustainability is that products are favored by consumers, consumers increase, revenue increase, profits increase, businesses survive and are sustainable.  The results of the research can be used as a reference for culinary entrepreneurs in innovating for the sustainability of culinary businesses.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of visibility, credibility, attraction, power brand ambassador to brand Image of Mie Sedaap on students of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University. This type of research is causative. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University. The number of research samples based on William Cochran's formula was 97 people and selected using the Purposive Sampling technique. The data used is the type of primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to students of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University with predetermined criteria. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 22. The results show that (1) Visibility, credibility, attraction and power of brand ambassadors together have a significant effect on Mie Sedaap's brand image in students of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University with a value of 50.0% while the rest are other variables that were not investigated. (2) Visibility credibility, attraction and power of brand ambassadors each have a significant effect on Mie Sedaap's brand image on students of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University. (3) Visibility brand ambassadors have the most influence. strong with a Beta value of 27.7% compared to the variables of credibility, attraction, power ambassador on the brand image of Mie Sedaap Products at the students of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to collect data and analyze the effect of online learning on learning loss and its consequences for learning outcomes. This study employs an explanatory survey technique with saturated sampling. This study surveyed 97 students from the Department of Economics Education at FKIP Siliwangi University. To obtain information about the variabels associated with online learning, learning loss, and learning outcomes, descriptive analysis using the SPSS 24 application was used, whereas path analysis using the AMOS application was used to determine the direct and indirect effects of online learning on learning loss and learning outcomes. The results indicated that online learning at the Department of Economics Education FKIP Siliwangi University had a strong categorization tendency, while the learning loss and learning outcome variabels had a moderate categorization tendency. Online learning has a 65.9 percent effect on learning loss and a 67.7 percent effect on learning outcomes.

Abstract

The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the world of education, because face-to-face learning activities were stopped and the learning process shifted to using online methods. Changes in the learning process cause academic stress in students. This paper aims to describe the results of research on the effect of student self-efficacy and self-regulation on academic stress experienced by students in online courses. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 26 for windows. The results of the study state that self-efficacy and self-regulation have an effect on student academic stress which can be seen from the calculation results obtained with a significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. Then, there is a significant effect between self-efficacy and academic stress on students as seen from the calculation results obtained with a significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. Furthermore, there is an influence between self-regulation and academic stress on students as seen from the calculation results obtained with a significance value of 0.007 ≤ 0.05.

Abstract

This research was conducted because teaching aids in the form of media used by teachers during learning activities were still relatively few. The purpose of this research is to assess the level of feasibility, effectiveness (learning outcomes) and practicality (response). In this development research, the test subjects were 20 students of class X IPS SMAN 1 Taman. The results of the research on the development of android-based interactive media were declared feasible with an average score of 79.9%, the effectiveness level of interactive media obtained an N-Gain score of 0.724 with a very effective category and a practicality level of 85% with very practical criteria.

Abstract

This research attempted to figure out: the partial effect of consumer behavior on consumption patterns among students, the partial effect of digital literacy on consumption patterns among students, and the simultaneous effect of consumer behavior and digital literacy on consumption patterns among students. It used a quantitative method, with the population of this research being students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education of Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati in Academic Year 2018–2019, from which a sample of 82 respondents were extracted. Data analysis was conducted using a descriptive analysis and an inferential statistical analysis using SPSS 25. The findings showed the following: 1) Consumer behavior had a significant positive effect on consumption patterns among students, because tcount (3.224) > ttable (1.994), consumer behavior was considered to have a partial influence on consumption patterns among students. 2) Digital literacy was also found to have a significant positive effect on consumption patterns among students, because tcount (2.686) > ttable (1.994), digital literacy was considered to have a limited influence on student consumption patterns. Lastly, consumer behavior and digital literacy had a simultaneous effect on consumption patterns among students, because it was found that Fcount (10.76) > Ftable (3.09).

Abstract

The pupose of the research is to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and internal locus of control on entrepreneurial attitudes of students at Sebelas Maret University Surakarta, Class of 2017. 100 of the students were the sample, sampling using proportional random sampling. Data processing using SPSS 23.0 with data Multiple Regression Linear  Analysis analysis techniques. The results of this research show that (1) there was influence a positive and significant impact between entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial attitudes students at Sebelas Maret University with the t count (2,651) > the t table (1,661). (2) there was influence a positive and significant between internal locus of control on the entrepreneurial attitudes students at Sebelas Maret University with the t count (7,337) > t table (1,661). (3) there was influence a positive and significant influence between entrepreunership education and internal locus of control on the entrepreneurial attitude students at Sebelas Maret University with the F count value (60,802) > F table (3,089). And Value of detemination coefficient analysis (R2) shows a result of 0.547 or 54.7%, meaning that 54.7% of entrepreneurial attitudes are influenced by entrepreneurship education and internal locus of control.

Abstract

Leadership in Islamic boarding schools is the leadership of caregivers or called cleric or master teachers. Leadership in developing entrepreneurship is also in the clergy. This study aims to interpret the role of cleric leadership in the development of entrepreneurship in Islamic boarding schools. This research uses a case study at the Sidogiri Islamic boarding school, Pasuruan. The unit of analysis of the research is ulama, teacher or cleric, business unit management, santri, community members of Islamic boarding school cooperatives. Data collection methods used in-depth interviews, participatory observation and content analysis of documentation. This research design uses a qualitative design with a case study model. Data analysis and data validity testing used triangulation techniques, namely source triangulation, method triangulation and time triangulation. The findings of this study indicate that Kiai's leadership plays an important role in the development of pesantren entrepreneurship. Kiai's important roles are (1) initiating, (2) facilitating, (3) mobilizing teachers, santri, and wali santi, and (4) mobilizing alumni to become investors in the pesantren business unit. Kiai also play a role in collaborating with other parties and the surrounding community.

Abstract

 This study aims: (1) to analyze how the influence of attitudes on students' interest in entrepreneurship, (2) to analyze how the influence of self-efficacy on students' interest in entrepreneurship, (3) to analyze how the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics on students' interest in entrepreneurship, (4) to analyze how the influence of attitudes, efficacyself, and entrepreneurial characteristics simultaneously on interest in entrepreneurship in office administration education study program students.This research is a descriptive quantitative study conducted on students of the 2018 and 2019 Unesa office administration education program with a total population and sample of 115 students.Based on the results of the study, it shows that: (1) attitude has no influence on interest in entrepreneurship, (2) Self-efficacy has an influence on interest in entrepreneurship (3)Entrepreneurial characteristics have an influence on interest in entrepreneurship, (4) Attitudes, self-efficacy and entrepreneurial characteristics have a joint effect on interest in entrepreneurship
