Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Fuzzy Time Series-Chen dan Fuzzy Time Series-Markov Chain untuk mengkaji dan menerapkan kedua metode pada peramalan curah hujan di Kota Medan sehingga didapat keakuratan dari masing-masing metode. Fuzzy Time Series merupakan metode peramalan yang berdasarkan prinsip fuzzy. Peramalan pada metode ini yaitu dengan menggunakan pola data sebelumnya, kemudian pola tersebut dapat meramalkan data dimasa mendatang. Metode Fuzzy Time Series (FTS) merupakan pendekatan baru yang menggabungkan variabel linguistik dengan proses analisis sehingga diperoleh hasil kajian dan penerapan Fuzzy Time Series-Chen dan Fuzzy Time Series Markov-Chain untuk memprediksi curah hujan di Kota Medan pada Januari 2018- Oktober 2022 dilihat dari ketetapan nilai MAPE sangat akurat. Nilai MAPE dari hasil peramalan curah hujan di Kota Medan dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Time Series-Chen adalah sebesar % dan untuk peramalan satu bulan kedepan sebesar 264 mm di bulan November 2022 sedangkan Fuzzy Time Series Markov-Chain sebesar 1,01% dan prediksi bulan berikutnya sebesar 233 mm pada bulan November 2022. Perbandingan gambar Fuzzy Time Series-Chen memiliki (MAPE) lebih besar dibandingkan Fuzzy Time Series-Markov Chain dengan pola kesalahan pada tabelnya lebih besar. Berdasarkan kriteria MAPE, untuk Fuzzy Time Series-Chen dan Fuzzy Time Series-Markov Chain memenuhi akurasi peramalan akurat, karena tingkat MAPE-nya kurang dari 10%.

Abstract

This study aims to: determine the relationship between intrapersonal intelligence and mathematics learning outcomes of class V students at SD Negeri 11 Singkawang City. By using a quantitative approach and correlational research, the aim of this research is to find out how the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 11 Singkawang City are related to intrapersonal intelligence. Students in class V at SD Negeri 11 Singkawang City are the subjects of this research. This research involved 20 students as population and sample. Intrapersonal intelligence questionnaires and mathematics learning outcomes tests for class V students were the instruments of this research. Instrument testing consists of validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, and linearity tests, which are tests of the analytical requirements used. To determine the relationship between intrapersonal intelligence variables and students' mathematics learning outcomes, the data analysis technique used was product moment correlation hypothesis testing and simple linearity regression. The results of the research show that: 1) The intrapersonal intelligence of class V students at SD Negeri 11 Singkawang City is in the high category based on the calculation of the percentage of student scores with an overall average of 69.75. 2) Students' cognitive domain mathematics learning outcomes are in the high category with an overall average of 78.25. 3) There is a relationship between intrapersonal intelligence and the mathematics learning outcomes of class V students at SD Negeri 11 Singkawang City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of meaningful instruction design (MID) learning model to improve students' mathematical literacy in algebraic operation material in class VII SMP 5 Salatiga. This study used a quasi-experimental model with a sample of 30 people. The instruments used were in the form of tests totalling 3 questions for the pre-test and post-test. The results obtained from this study are that by using the mann whitney test there is a difference in the improvement of students' mathematical literacy skills between those using the MID Learning Model and by using learning with a scientific approach to the material of algebraic operations, it is concluded that student learning motivation for positive and negative statements on all indicators is on high criteria with a total of 15 students resulting in an overall average of 3.97 students with high criteria; the average percentage of implementation at the first and second meetings obtained a percentage of 87.698% at the first meeting and 87.302% at the second meeting; and the increase that occurred in the experimental class was in the medium category and in the control class was in the low category. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of learning is good when the MID Learning Model is applied to the material of algebraic operations in class VII at SMP Negeri 5 Salatiga.

Abstract

Model Navier-Stokes-Korteweg adalah model yang menggambarkan aliran fluida dua fase dalam kondisi transisi di antarmuka kedua fase tersebut yang sering disebut sebagai efek kapiler. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mencari operator solusi dari model Navier-Stokes-Korteweg di half-space pada dimensi tiga  dengan syarat batas slip, melalui beberapa tahapan seperti mereduksi sistem persamaan resolvent tak homogen dari model Navier-Stokes-Korteweg menjadi sistem persamaan resolvent homogen dan melakukan transformasi fourier parsial pada sistem persamaan resolvent homogen tersebut untuk memperoleh sistem persamaan diferensial biasa. Berdasarkan artikel ini ditunjukkan bahwa terdapat operator solusi  dari persamaan resolvent model Navier-Stokes-Korteweg di  dengan kondisi batas slip untuk kasus koefisien .

Abstract

Research into the development of teaching materials in the form of interactive LKPD was motivated by students' lack of interest in working on mathematics problems other than those assigned by the lecturer. Therefore, they tend to be less able to solve a problem if given questions. With the LKPD, it is hoped that it will be able to train the development of cognitive aspects or all aspects of learning in the form of experimental guides or demonstrations. LKPD is a form of implementation by teachers who act as facilitators in learning. The application of LKPD can give students the opportunity to think actively and creatively to improve learning in achieving learning indicators and competencies. LKPD is given with the aim of actively involving students in learning activities, so that learning in the classroom is no longer teacher centered but student centered. For this reason, researchers use e-LKPD with the aim of making learning more fun and interactive. One of the advantages of e-LKPD is that it helps lecturers and students carry out learning independently at home because it can be accessed online without requiring face-to-face meetings. Apart from that, students can access text, image, audio and video content that cannot be contained in conventional LKPD. This research shows the following results: 1) the average validity given by media expert validators is 3.83 and material expert validators is 3.66, both of which are in the very valid category, 2) the practicality of the e-LKPD being developed is taken based on student response questionnaires. namely 92% which is in the very practical category, 3) the effectiveness of e-LKPD is obtained based on achieving classical completeness of 88.57% of students completing the material covered. given.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of the TPS (Think Pairs Share) learning model on problem solving in fourth grade fraction material at SDN 89 Singkawang. The type of research used is quantitative research with a true experimental design method. The population in this study was 35 class IV students at SDN 89 Singkawang. Then samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique so that the sample used was 35 students consisting of class IV. The sample used in the research was carried out by selecting samples taking into account the students' cognitive results, so that researchers could produce class IV for the experimental class and control class. The prerequisite test carried out is a normality test using the Chi-square formula and a variance homogeneity test is carried out to see the similarity of the variants in the two groups. To test the first hypothesis, the Effect Size formula is used and to test the second hypothesis, the t-test formula is used. The results of the research show that: 1) The TPS (Think Pairs Share) learning model has an effect on problem solving abilities in class IV fraction material at SDN 89 Singkawang. This is shown from the calculation of the Effect Size value, which is 1,600, which is included in the high criteria. 2) There is a difference in problem solving abilities using the TPS (Think Pairs Share) model with the conventional model in class IV fraction material at SDN 89

Abstract

Multicollinearity is a problem that often arises in regression analysis. If the assumption of the absence of multicollinearity is not met, researchers will have difficulty in identifying independent variables that have a significant effect in the regression model. The presence of multicollinearity can cause the estimation of regression parameters in the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method to be inefficient. To overcome this, the LASSO Regression method and the Principal Component Regression (PCR) method are used. The data used in this study are generation data derived from low (0,1-0,3), medium (0,4-0,6), and high (0,7-0,9) correlation levels with different sample sizes (n=20,40,120,200) from normal distribution with 30 and 60 independent variables. The performance of LASSO Regression method and Principal Component Regression (PCR) method is evaluated using Mean Square Error (MSE) value and coefficient of determination ( ) value. Based on this research, the LASSO Regression method has better efficiency than the Principal Component Regression (PCR) method because the LASSO Regression method obtains a smaller Mean Square Error (MSE) value and a higher coefficient of determination ( ) value than the Principal Component Regression (PCR) method.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the penalty methods used in linear optimization. The main objective is to identify the advantages and disadvantages of each penalty method, as well as determine the specific context in which each method is most effective. This research belongs to the literature research type. The study is conducted on prepared cases to obtain the optimal result of each penalty method. Penalty methods and barrier methods are interrelated in optimization, especially in handling problems with constraints. The penalty method is used to start the solution search, while the barrier method is applied at the final stage to refine the solution. This is because the penalty method is able to provide an initial solution quickly, which can then be refined using the barrier method to better approach the constraint boundary.

Abstract

This study explores the integration of the history of mathematics and geometric approaches in enhancing students' understanding of quadratic equations. The research indicates that students who engage in this learning process can establish connections between geometric manipulations and algebraic symbols used in quadratic equations. By converting geometric forms into algebraic expressions and vice versa, students gain a deeper understanding of concepts such as factorization and perfect square solutions. The integration of historical mathematics and geometric approaches proves to be effective in improving students' conceptual understanding and overcoming learning barriers. Visualizations, particularly through methods Geometry, allow students to build a more intuitive understanding of quadratic equations, thereby increasing their interest and motivation in learning

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui tingkat burnout belajar sebelum diterapkan game edukasi matematika “guli oles bertanya” kelas VI, 2) mengetahui tingkat burnout belajar siswa setelah diterapkan game edukasi matematika “guli oles bertanya” kelas VI, 3) mengetahui apakah game edukasi matematika ”guli oles bertanya” berpengaruh terhadap burnout belajar matematika kelas VI. Penelitian ini melibatkan 20 siswa sebagai populasi dan sampel. Angket burnout belajar merupakan instrumen penelitian Uji normalitas Shapiro-wilk dan uji hipotesis Wilcoxon merupakan teknik analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) Tingkat burnout belajar siswa sebelum penerapan game edukasi matematika guli oles bertanya di SDN 17 Singkawang berada pada kategori tinggi dengan rentang skor 93-124 berjumlah 4 siswa dan kategori sedang dengan rentang skor 62-92 berjumlah 16 siswa. 2) Tingkat burnout belajar siswa setelah penerapan game edukasi matematika “guli oles bertanya” di SDN 17 Singkawang berada pada kategori sedang dengan rentang skor 62-92 berjumlah 9 siswa. Sedangkan kategori rendah dengan rentang skor 31-61 berjumlah 11 siswa. 3) Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji statistik Wilcoxon pada bagian Asymp. sig. (2-tailed) adalah sebesar 0,001 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang artinya ada pengaruh penerapan game edukasi matematika “guli oles bertanya” terhadap burnout belajar matematika kelas VI SDN 17 Singkawang.
