Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Diskursus Multy Reprecentacy terhadap kemampuan multi representasi matematis siswa pada materi teorema pythagoras. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 20 Singkawang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan kemampuan multi representasi matematis siswa, serta rasa ingin tahu siswa, maka diberikan sebuah tes kemampuan multi representasi matematis yaitu pada materi teorema pythagoras. selain tes diberikan juga angket rasa ingin tahu. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Perhitungan N-Gain, uji normalitas dengan Uji Liliefors, dan untuk mengetahui perbedaan menggunakan Mann-Whitney U-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, 1)Terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan multi representasi matematis siswa antara yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Diskursus Multy Reprecentacy dan model pembelajaran langsung pada materi teorema Pythagoras kelas VIII, dengan nilai indeks gain skor keseluruhan kelas eksperimen 0,33 berada pada kriteria sedang dan nilai indeks gain skor keseluruhan kelas kontrol 0,25 berada pada kriteria rendah. 2)Model pembelajaran Diskursus Multy Reprecentacy berpengaruh besar terhadap peningkatan kemampuan multi representasi matematis siswa pada materi teorema Pythagoras kelas VIII, dengan nilai Effect Size yang memiliki kriteria tinggi sebesar 1,15. 3)Terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Diskursus Multy Reprecentacy terhadap rasa ingin tahu siswa pada materi teorema Pythagoras kelas VIII, dengan hasil data Uji Mann Whitney U-Test.

Abstract

Masalah pembagian tugas bisa muncul dalam berbagai konteks, seperti di tempat kerja, atau dalam sebuah proyek. Masalah ini biasanya terjadi ketika ada ketidak seimbangan dalam pembagian beban kerja, di mana satu pihak merasa terbebani atau tidak adil dibandingkan pihak lain. Permasalahan tersebut terjadi karena pekerjaan dikerjakan oleh orang yang tidak memiliki ahli sesuai bidangnya. Dalam konteks ini, pembagian kerja berdasarkan kemampuan mereka adalah hal yang sangat penting untuk diperhatikan. Hal ini tak lain agar Perusahaan dapat mencapai tujuannya dan menghindari kesalahan dalam pengelolahan sumber daya manusia. Salah satu pendekatan untuk mengatasi masalah ini adalah metode Hungarian, yang telah digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa metode Hungarian menghasilkan nilai yang optimal.

Abstract

The rapid development of Science and Technology has now been widely used in various fields of life, especially in the field of education, specifically in the field of Mathematics. The increasing development of educational technology makes the use of online-based teaching materials an important component in the learning process in higher education. Of course, this is expected to influence the progress of student academic achievement. Therefore, researchers are interested in conducting research which aims to analyze the relationship between the use of online-based teaching materials and student academic achievement. The method used in this research involves analysis with two methods, namely Pearson and Spearman correlation. Both methods aim to measure the strength and direction of the relationship between two variables, namely the use of online teaching materials and student academic achievement. The Pearson correlation method is used for data that meets the normal distribution assumption, while the Spearman correlation is used for data that does not meet the normality assumption. The research sample was taken from students who actively used online teaching materials during one semester. The research results show that there is a significant relationship between the intensity of use of online-based teaching materials and student academic achievement. The Pearson correlation value shows a positive linear relationship between the two variables with a value of 0.744. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the use of online-based teaching materials has strong potential to improve student academic achievement, with a significance value for the strength of the relationship between variables of 0.027.

Abstract

The research was conducted to find out how the project-based learning model with differentiated strategies has an influence on students' critical thinking skills. The study population was all X grade students totalling 11 classes at SMA Negeri 1 Sunggal. The sample used in this study amounted to 62 students with purposive sampling method and divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. While the experimental group, class X-3, applied differentiated strategy with Project Based Learning model, the control group, class X-2, used conventional learning. The results showed that students' critical thinking writing skills were significantly influenced by the project-based learning model with differentiated strategies. This can be seen from  (4.517)  (1.670). The contribution of the role of the Project Based Learning model with differentiated strategies is high, it can be seen in the effect size value which shows a contribution of 1.1472.

Abstract

The Least Squares Method (MKT) is the best linear regression estimator if the classical assumption tests are met. However, if there are outliers in the data, this approach can provide inaccurate prediction results. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to overcome the inappropriate model due to outliers in variables that affect mutual fund performance in Indonesia. The variables in this study are risk level, inflation, fund size, turnover ratio, and cash flow. Robust regression is an approach designed to provide more accurate estimates without discarding observational data that indicates outliers. One of the estimation approaches is Least Trimmed Squares (LTS). This estimation minimizes the sum of squared residuals from h observations that are not considered outliers. The results showed that there were 10 outliers in the data, and the risk level variable had no effect on mutual fund performance, while the inflation, fund size, turnover ratio, and cash flow variables had a significant effect. So by comparing the  value and residual standard error of the two methods, it is found that the  value in the LTS method is greater than the MKT method, namely 0.589 0.273, and the residual standard error in the LTS method is smaller than the MKT method, namely 9.73 48.59. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Least Trimmed Squares method provides better estimation results and is more effective for handling outliers than the MKT method.

Abstract

Lesson Study adalah kolaborasi berkelanjutan oleh pendidik untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pembelajaran matematika melalui penerapan lesson study dalam program Pengenalan Lapangan Pendidikan (PLP). Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan melibatkan 5 peserta didik kelas XI SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Yogyakarta tahun ajaran 2024/2025, guru pamong, dan teman sejawat selama dua siklus. Setiap siklus meliputi tahapan plan (perencanaan), do (pelaksanaan), dan see (refleksi). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi untuk guru pamong dan teman PLP. Pada siklus pertama, model Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) diterapkan dengan media Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD), namun keterlibatan peserta didik masih rendah. Refleksi siklus pertama menghasilkan perbaikan pada siklus kedua, yakni penerapan model discovery learning menggunakan LKPD individu dan aplikasi quizizz. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran. Hal ini terlihat dari antusiasme, partisipasi aktif, dan pemahaman peserta didik yang dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya nilai rata-rata mereka dibandingkan siklus pertama. Media interaktif seperti quizizz juga meningkatkan motivasi belajar sekaligus memanfaatkan perangkat secara positif. Secara keseluruhan, refleksi dan evaluasi berkelanjutan menjadi kunci perbaikan kualitas pembelajaran. Pendidik perlu terus mengembangkan metode dan media yang relevan agar tercipta suasana belajar yang efektif dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine an optimal production strategy to maximize profit at “Umar Frozen Food” in Hasahatan Julu Village. The research focuses on two types of chicken nuggets: long and flat shapes, considering limited raw materials and production time. The research method applied is linear programming using the simplex method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation of the production process. The results indicate that the maximum daily profit of Rp10.640,00 is achieved by producing only 2.8 units of flat chicken nuggets and none of the long type. In conclusion, the simplex method effectively aids small businesses in making efficient production decisions and maximizing profit under resource constraints.

Abstract

Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is a statistical analysis method used to test the relationship between variables in a model. SEM can be used as a statistical technique that takes into account latent and manifest variables, so in this study the SEM method was used to determine the eligibility of PKH recipients in West Medan District. Poverty has become a serious problem that is increasingly being faced by several countries in the world, including Indonesia. The Indonesian government has implemented many programs to overcome poverty, one of which is the Family Hope Program (PKH). Based on the research results, it is known that there is a direct negative relationship (indicating that an increase in one variable tends to decrease another variable), namely the family economic variable on the eligibility of recipients of the Family Hope Program

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model PBL dan disposisi matematis terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu. Dalam penelitian ini, dua kelas sampel diterapkan, yaitu kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model problem based learning dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Faktorial Eksperimental. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan mencakup tes (soal uraian) dan non-tes (angket disposisi matematis). Untuk analisis data, digunakan teknik ANOVA Dua Jalan (Two-way ANOVA). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika peserta didik yang belajar menggunakan model problem based learning dengan peserta didik yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional. 2) Terdapat perbedaan kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika peserta didik antara peserta didik yang memiliki disposisi tinggi dengan peserta didik disposisi rendah. 3) Terdapat interaksi antara Model Problem Based Learning dan Disposisi Matematis terhadap Pemahaman Konsep Matematika

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research employing an ex post facto approach aimed at examining the differences in Grade Point Average (GPA) of mathematics education students based on extrovert and introvert personality types. Data collection was conducted online using a validated personality questionnaire consisting of 20 items, distributed via the Google Form platform. The research sample comprised 28 students, including 14 extroverted and 14 introverted individuals. Data analysis involved a normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and a hypothesis test using the Independent Samples t-test. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the GPA of mathematics education students between extrovert and introvert personality types. Therefore, personality type does not significantly influence students' academic achievement in terms of GPA within this context.
