Abstract

Development efforts in the vertical direction should have been better than in the horizontal direction which only requires land to the side. The emergence of new ideas certainly raises the pros and cons, most local geniuses are vertical purity, the compilation passes under the terraced infrastructure there is a feeling of flare/fatigue because it is bypassed by people. The aim of the study is to reveal the vertical relationship with the design of underpasses, and how community acceptance of underpass construction. The methodology used is complicated through interviews with Hindu scholars, Bali, which are then used as a basis for further observation for shareholders so that questionnaires can be prepared. The results of the questionnaire are data of the relationship between vertical and attitude of community acceptance towards underpass development. The data obtained were analyzed by Logistic Regression. The results of the study of vertical simplicity are local wisdoms that need to be discussed and agreed in this modern era. Furthermore, the results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between vertical purity and uneven plot intersection height, as evidenced by the acceptance of the hypothesis at the significance level ? = 0.05. The results of the analysis show "significance <?" or (0.033 <0.05), this means vertical purity, which means significant effect on underpass height design. Alternative designs also need to reduce underpass differences. Invitations are made very necessary as a legal umbrella for the design and manufacture of underpasses. Keywords: Vertical purity, underpass, cemer/leteh, alternative design.

Abstract

This study examines the factors that building owners do not apply for a building permit (IMB) in Gianyar Regency. The sample in this study were building owners who did not take care of IMB in Gianyar Regency with a total population of 285 people with a random sample of 25 samples of requests for information on spatial planning that could potentially take care of building IMB. This research was conducted by collecting data by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires with the Delphi method as an analysis technique. The results show that there are 5 factors that influence building owners not taking care of building permits in Gianyar Regency, namely not knowing the IMB rules, no fees to take care of the IMB, processing the old IMB and difficult procedures, insufficient administrative requirements and no time to take care of the IMB. The factor that most influences building owners is that there is no fee to arrange a building permit. Obstacles in managing the IMB are 1) The community does not understand the procedure, 2) The community is not prepared to pay IMB levies, 3) The community is deliberate to violate the applicable rules 4) complaints of no cost, 5) expensive IMB 6) There is no timeliness 7) lack of socialization and lack of supervisors in the field so that new buildings are still found without permits

Abstract

The Healthy Indonesia Program with the Family Approach aims to improve the quality of human life and is a government program that starts from the family environment. There are 12 indicators marking the health status of a family. The Provincial Government of Bali in implementing the 12 indicators there are two main problems of non-communicable diseases, namely patients with hypertension and smoking behavior. An analysis in the form of classification and prediction is needed to overcome these problems. Classification and prediction is one of the techniques in data mining. Through R, a decision tree can be produced which can be used to help the classification process and produce predictions related to the problem of non-communicable diseases. The decision tree results can be predicted that the dominant hypertension are in the age group classification of 20-40 years and 41-70 years with a probability of 0.14. As for smoking behavior, the highest smoking tendency was obtained in the classification of male sex whose status worked with a probability of 0.44.

Abstract

Abstract Building projects have the complexity and massive frequency of procurement that can trigger work accidents. Although different efforts have been made, there are still work injuries, one of which is caused by employees who are uncomfortable with the control measures being taken. The aim of this analysis is to find alternatives or solutions in controlling OHS regulation. In order to assess the degree of risk, risk analysis was performed by multiplying the probability value with the concequence. Risk management was performed by referring to the hierarchy of OHS risk control based on OHSAS 18001. Questionnaires were administered using the method of purposeful sampling to assess the choice of field workers and OHS officers for OHS risk management. 168 hazards were described in this study, 24 hazards (14.2%) were classified as low risk, 94 hazards (55.95%) as moderate risk, 49 hazards (29.17%) as high risk, and 1 hazard (0.6%) as very high risk. From the point of view of the OHS officer, the preference for OHS risk control in the very high-risk category was the administrative method, the personal protective equipment (PPE) method in the high-risk category, and the engineering controls were liable for the moderate and low risks. In the meanwhile, from the point of view of the field workers, the control preference in the very high risk category was by administrative method, by the personal protective equipment (PPE) method in the high and moderate risks, and by the engineering controls in the low risk category.

Abstract

Abstract— An induction motors (IM) in many industries is used because it has several advantages, such as a very simple and strong construction, the price is relatively cheap, has good efficiency, power factor is quite good, and maintenance is easier. Besides the advantages of induction motors also have disadvantages, one disadvantage of induction motors is not being able to maintain a constant speed when there is a change in load. If the load changes, the speed of the induction motor will decrease. One method of regulating the speed of an induction motor presented in this study is the regulation of an induction motor using a carrier based PWM (CBPWM) inverter with the field oriented control (FOC) technique. The estimation of rotor rotation, torque and flux is done by carrier- based PWM technique which is given input voltage and stator current. To achieve the desired flux and torque, estimation is used as feedback in the control system. In this study, it will be simulated the induction motor speed regulation with a carrier base-based inverter using Matlab. The results obtained through simulation show the length of time to reach the reference speed for speeds of 1500 rpm and 1450 rpm is around 0.45 seconds. And THD average 2,675%.
