Abstract

Belajar merupakan usaha sadar yang dilakukan seseorang untuk mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan terjadi pada dirinya. Guru sebagai fasilitator pembelajaran perlu memahami bahwa murid memiliki keunikan yang membuat mereka berbeda satu sama lain dalam hal belajar. Pembelajaran perlu didesign sedemikian rupa sehingga seluruh murid memperoleh haknya untuk mendapatkan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Aspek kebutuhan belajar yang meliputi kesiapan, minat, dan profil belajar murid dapat dianalisis dan digunakan sebagai dasar fasilitasi pembelajaran oleh guru. Kepala sekolah perlu mendukung dan memastikan keterlaksanaan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dapat dilaksanakan oleh guru dengan baik melalui supervisi akademik. Rangkaian supervisi akademik seperti, pra observasi, observasi, dan pasca observasi dengan paradigma coaching menjadi kegiatan yang memberdayakan dan konstruktif bagi guru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana efektifitas supervisi akademik dengan paradigma coaching dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitan konseptual, yaitu peneliti melakukan studi literatur dari berbagai sumber ilmiah yang sesuai dengan variabel penelitan yang dilakukan peneliti untuk selanjutnya dianalisis dan dideskripsikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya keefektifan supervisi akademik dengan paradigma coaching dalam meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi.

Abstract

Hasil dari wawancara dan analisis kebutuhan yang dilaksanakan kepada guru menunjukkan kurangnya variasi media dalam kegiatan pembelajaran termasuk pembelajaran cerita rakyat serta masih menggunakan metode konvensional, sehinggaa mengakibatkan pemahaman terhadap nilai kearifan lokal masih rendah. Jika melihat analisis kebutuhan, peserta didik cendrung menyenangi pembelajaran yang praktis dan interaktif dengan media bergambar, bersuara, dan memiliki tampilan menarik. Penelitian bertujuan mengembangkan media interaktif cerita rakyat Bangka Belitung menggunakan Articulate Storyline 3 untuk penguatan nilai local wisdom. Jenis Penelitian yakni R&D (Research and Development), dikembangkan mengacu pada model ADDIE dengan 5 langkah meliputi tahap analisis, tahap desain, tahap pengembangan, tahap implementasi dan tahap evaluasi. Teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari validator materi dengan persentase 84% (sangat layak), validator media 1 dengan persentase 81% (sangat layak), validator media 2 dengan persentase 80% (sangat layak). Kepraktisan media dari respon siswa uji skala kecil dan uji skala besar diperoleh hasil 97% dan 94% (sangat praktis), dan penguatan local wisdom dari respon siswa uji skala kecil dan uji skala besar siswa diperoleh hasil 96% dan 93%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengembangan media interaktif cerita rakyat Bangka Belitung menggunakan Articulate Storyline 3 untuk penguatan nilai local wisdom peserta didik sangat layak dan sangat praktis digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

The low academic achievement and participation of students in Pancasila Education in Grade 4 at SDN Gunungtelu 02 prompted the implementation of this classroom action research. This study aimed to address the lack of student engagement and academic performance by applying the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) model assisted by Storyjumper media in Pancasila Education. The study was conducted in two cycles, with two sessions in each cycle, involving 16 fourth-grade students. Data were collected through documentation, observation sheets, assessment sheets, and questionnaires. The findings revealed a consistent improvement in student participation and academic achievement. In Cycle I, student participation reached 79.99% (categorized as good) and increased to 84.64% (still categorized as good) in Cycle II. The average score of student achievement in Cycle I was 78, with a mastery level of 65.65% (categorized as fair), which improved to an average score of 90 and a mastery level of 90.65% (categorized as good) in Cycle II. These results indicated that the success indicators were achieved. The use of the STAD strategy assisted by Storyjumper media positively impacts student participation and academic performance, thereby meeting the expected success criteria.

Abstract

This study was prompted by the low level of students' etiquette and politeness. Students were observed speaking impolitely to their peers, teachers, and elders. The education of moral etiquette should not only be implemented and practiced in schools but also within the students' family environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the learning outcomes of moral etiquette education at school and the polite behavior of sixth-grade students towards their families at SD Muhammadiyah Gamping, Sleman, during the 2017/2018 academic year. This study employed a descriptive quantitative research design. The approach used for data analysis was quantitative, utilizing the product-moment correlation technique. The results of the correlation analysis and hypothesis testing indicated a relationship between the learning outcomes of moral etiquette education at school and students' polite behavior towards their families. The correlation analysis showed that the calculated r-value (0.448) was greater than the table r-value (0.344), leading to the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (Ha) and rejection of the null hypothesis (Ho). These findings demonstrate a positive and significant relationship between the learning outcomes of moral etiquette education at school and the polite behavior of sixth-grade students towards their families at SD Muhammadiyah Gamping, Sleman.

Abstract

The focus of this research concerns the project method in developing children's creativity. It is very important for children's creativity to be developed from an early age so that children's intelligence and ability to express and produce something new can develop optimally. The purpose of this research is to determine the application of the project method to children and determine the effectiveness of the project method in developing the creativity of 1st grade elementary school students di SD 11 Sebagin. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Then the content validity is validated through expert judgment. Next, the data analysis technique is carried out by reducing the data, presenting the data and then drawing conclusions (verification). From the research results it can be concluded that the project method is effective in developing the creativity of of 1st grade elementary school students di SD 11 Sebagin. By using the project method, children's creativity can develop optimally, as seen from children who like to ask questions, have a high curiosity, apart from that, children share ideas, interact with each other, cooperate with each other and learn. responsible for each group task.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the analysis of the implementation of differentiated learning strategies in IPAS learning in elementary schools in Ciledug subdistrict. The research subjects include principals, teachers, and students. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted using Milles and Huberman's approach which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was tested using triangulation techniques. The results showed that the implementation of differentiated learning strategies in IPAS learning was carried out through the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. The implementation of differentiated learning in primary schools in Ciledug subdistrict has been running well, by paying attention to differentiation elements such as readiness, interest, and student learning profiles. Collaboration between teachers, principals and other parties continues to be optimized to create quality and inclusive learning. This strategy facilitates students to learn according to their needs and potential, thus supporting the achievement of optimal learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance the early reading and writing skills of first-grade students at SD Muhammadiyah Aimas through the Structural Analytic Synthetic (SAS) method. The motivation behind this research stems from the observation that students’ early reading skills were still below the Minimum Competency Criterion (KKM). This research is classified as Classroom Action Research (CAR), involving 20 students from grade 1 at SD Muhammadiyah Aimas as subjects. Data collection techniques included observation sheets, reading ability tests, and interviews. The results indicated that the learning implementation aspect improved from an average of 66% in Cycle I to 80% in Cycle II, categorizing it as "very good." Student participation also increased from 66% in Cycle I to 86% in Cycle II, again falling under the "very good" category. The average scores for reading and writing abilities saw a significant increase from 74.57 in Cycle I to 87.5 in Cycle II. It can be concluded that the first-grade students at SD Muhammadiyah Aimas successfully improved their reading and writing skills through the SAS method. In relation to the school’s KKM for the Indonesian language subject, students are considered successful if they achieve 80%, equating to a score of 67 or higher. Therefore, the findings affirm that the SAS method effectively enhances the early reading and writing capabilities of students in grade IA at SD Muhammadiyah Aimas.

Abstract

This study aimed to improve students’ speaking abilities through the use of artificial intelligence in the 2023/2024 school year. The research employed classroom action research involving second-grade students, the researcher, and collaborators. The procedure consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Both qualitative and quantitative data were collected. Qualitative data were obtained through classroom observations, interviews, field notes, photographs, and recordings of the teaching-learning process, while quantitative data were gathered from students’ speaking scores in pre-tests and post-tests, which were analyzed using a t-test. The implementation of artificial intelligence involved the use of English during instruction, engaging media such as pictures, videos, and recordings, feedback on students’ performance, dictionary use, and rewards for active participation. The findings showed that artificial intelligence effectively improved students’ speaking skills, particularly in pronunciation, vocabulary, accuracy, and fluency. Students also became more active, confident, and motivated to speak English and use dictionaries. Overall, the integration of artificial intelligence created a more enjoyable classroom atmosphere and was effective in enhancing students’ speaking abilities.

Abstract

Pancasila education in elementary schools is still dominated by methods that tend to be one-way and do not involve students actively in the learning process. This has an impact on the low understanding of Pancasila values. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Pancasila Education material at SD Negeri 15 Koba. This study used a classroom action research approach implemented in two learning cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. This research applied the Experiental Learning model with data collection techniques through observation of teacher and student activities and learning outcomes test, the research subjects were 27 grad 6 students. The results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes, where in the first cycle 66,67% of students reached the Criteria for Achieving Learning Objectives (KKTP), the increased to 88,89% in the second cycle. Teacher activity increased form 90,63% to 94,27% while student activity increased from 88,07% to 90,63%. The Experiental Learning model proved effective in improving understanding and implementation of Pancasila values through direct experience and meaningful reflection. This research provides a practical contribution to the development of more effective Pancasila Education learning strategies at the elementary school level, as well as providing an alternative learning model that can be adapted by teachers in teaching Pancasila values.
