Abstract

Cooperation is an effort carried out together to achieve a goal, involving two or more parties. Cooperation in fostering the daily worship of students will also involve two parties, namely parents and teachers. The problem arising in this study lies in the cooperation of parents and teachers in fostering the daily worship practices of children with special needs at SLB Negeri (public special school) in Pidie Jaya, emerging inquiries such as the types of effort made by both parents and teachers, the form of cooperation that exists between the two parties, and the obstacles encountered in fostering the worship practices. The method used in this study was a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques were observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that both parents and teachers have made some efforts to help children with special needs practice prayers. The types of cooperation that the parents and teachers have performed included establishing communication by calling or writing notices in student books, organizing meetings, making correspondence to invite parents to school, and visiting students’ homes when necessary. The inhibiting factors for the cooperation between the parents and teachers were some parents’ unwillingness to attend the meetings and their lack of commitment to actively participate in working with the teachers in fostering their special-needs children.

Abstract

This study discusses the Strategy of Islamic History Teachers in Teaching the Book of Khulāshah Nūr al-Yaqīn to Class 2 MTs Students at Darul Ulum Banda Aceh and Darul Ihsan Krueng Kalee Aceh Besar, specifically related to the learning strategies as well as the advantages and disadvantages of learning strategies applied by teachers in Islamic history subject. The focus of the research was carried out in Dayah Darul Ulum Banda Aceh and Darul Ihsan Aceh Besar. In which there are different abilities between the students of the two dayahs in understanding Islamic history subject even though they use one particular same book. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning strategies of Islamic history that applied by teachers and also to find out it’s advantages and disadvantages. This study conducted a literature review to find out concepts and theories related to the problem under study, followed by direct research to obtain concrete data in the field using qualitative descriptive research. The results showed that the strategy of Islamic history teachers in Darul Ulum Banda Aceh and Darul Ihsan Krueng Kalee Aceh Besar was in accordance with the standards of the curriculum demands, namely by using the expository learning strategy and inquiry learning strategy. Conducted through class organization, discipline of students in the classroom, the application of innovative learning methods, and effective learning media to foster student interest in studying Islamic history subject. The strategy of learning Islamic history at Darul Ulum Banda Aceh and Darul Ihsan Krueng Kalee Aceh Besar, of course, has experienced several obstacles such as limited learning time, limited media, and so on. However, it is common in a strategy implemented by teachers in any school. Even so, it would be better for a teacher to be able to minimize the shortcomings of the strategies that he applies to simplify the learning process in the classroom.

Abstract

This thesis discusses environment-based education at Dayah (traditional Islamic board school) Ummul Ayman 1 and 2, especially on the planning and implementation of environmentbased education, and the obstacles faced during its implementation. In this thesis, the study used explorative research with the inductive approach. Data were collected by observation and interview. The results of the study indicated that the planning of environmentbased education at Dayah Ummul Ayman 1 and 2 had been implemented by the teachers. This was due to firm instructions from the leaders of both schools that all teachers pay attention to the environment-based education program incorporated in the learning process. The planning of the program was developed in the learning materials of the teachers. In addition, the implementation of the program was conducted in proper stages following the relevant situation and needs as well as deeply-rooted traditions in the schools, so that the program could be wellimplemented. On the other hand, the obstacles encountered during the program implementation in both schools were not particularly significant. However, in Dayah Ummul Ayman 2, some problems occurred related to the students’ discipline as well as the teachers’. Some teachers were found smoking, making some students follow suit, although they smoked outside the school environment.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the contribution of training to the professional competence of MAN teachers in Central Aceh Regency, using descriptive qualitative methods. The study took 15 teachers as respondents, with representatives of each school of 5 teachers including the head of madrasah. This research uses interview techniques by making an interview list, and documentation by attaching teacher certificates that have attended training. This data is used to complement the results of interviews with the research site in obtaining data. The results of this study reveal that; training can help teachers in the learning process to achieve goals, increase their responsibilities and duties as professional teachers after attending training even though they still have not reached the target as expected. Then the madrasah head motivates all teachers to continue their education to a higher level, attend training, such as, Teacher Education and Training (PPG), Teacher Work Stabilization (PKG), Seminars and others in order to improve teachers' professional competence. Teachers are very enthusiastic about attending training, but the quota is limited, so there are still teachers who have never participated in training activities to improve teacher competence, so the madrasah head makes a proposal to the competent party to call teachers who have not attended training.

Abstract

This study discusses cash waqf according to Syāfi'iyah and the Fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI). This research uses descriptive qualitative research method with comparative analysis method, while the approach in this research is content analysis approach. The steps taken in the research include data collection and data analysis taken from the source books (Fiqh Syāfi'iyah books and Naskhah Fatwa MUI). After the data is collected, it is then processed using the content analysis method. The purpose of this research is to describe all the diversity and uniqueness of the thoughts of fuqahā and Muslim figures. The research on cash waqf is focused on three things, namely: the definition of waqf, the law of cash waqf and its rationale in issuing a cash waqf ruling, and the understanding of the cash waqf argument. Research on the definition of waqf found differences in terms of the development of the scope of the study. According to MUI, it is necessary to add a sentence (baqā 'ashlih) from the basic formulation of the definition of waqf according to Shāfi'iyah, this is because the basis of the hadith of Ibn Umar about waqf which reads "ihbas ashlahā wa sabbil tsamaratahā". The Shāfi'iyah's definition of waqf is based on the limitation of waqf to fixed objects ('ain must be intact), which limits the permissibility of waqf to fixed objects only, excluding cash. The Shāfi'iyah base this on the principle of waqf property that must be eternal in its substance (baqā' 'ainih), not in the nature of the waqf item (nature or baqā' 'ashlih). From this study, it is also found that MUI's fatwa stipulates that cash waqf is permissible (jawaz) or valid, while Shāfi'iyah argues that it is not permissible (invalid).

Abstract

In Islam, husbands have the responsibility to fulfill the rights of their families. However, in the context of convicts, the implementation of these rights can become more complicated due to the limitations imposed by imprisonment. The objectives of this research are: first, to analyze the rights of pregnant wives who are convicted and imprisoned at the Class II B Sigli Women's Correctional Institution in Pidie Subdistrict, Pidie Regency, based on the perspective of Islamic law; and second, to analyze the fulfillment of husbands' obligations towards pregnant convicts at the Class II B Sigli Women's Correctional Institution in Pidie Subdistrict, Pidie Regency. This study adopts an empirical legal research approach (non-doctrinal research). Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings of this research resulted in two main outcomes: First, the determination of the obligation to provide financial support for pregnant wives in prison is mandatory due to their pregnancy. Second, the fulfillment of the rights of imprisoned wives by their husbands, as stipulated in the conception of Islamic law, is still not fully achieved. This is due to the husbands' incarceration. Based on these findings, it is recommended to establish regulations regarding the fulfillment of the rights of imprisoned wives by convict husbands. This would involve the cooperation between correctional institutions, authorities, and religious institutions in facilitating easier and more accessible access for convict husbands to fulfill the rights of their imprisoned wives.

Abstract

Educational process is acceleration of the globalization of technology education system that demands to be able to collaborate as a new era of educational development, especially in the supervision of learning, for supervised learning the technique, especially in supervising classroom must adjustments to the way in providing surveillance technology utilizing information technologybased teaching. This study focuses on how to design an application system supervisory class visits and how to test its performance. The goal this application is to be supervision media to effective supervisor, and to efficient supervisor duty to supervision to madrasah at Banda Aceh. This study using methods of descriptive, evaluative, and experimental, as study materials, the data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation are analyzed descriptively by means of inductive thinking. While the methods used in building applications system design is based on a structured approach is by using the waterfall method, a tool for designing applications in the form of Map Data Flow and Data Flow Diagram. While supporting software uses Microsoft Excel as a spreadsheet application program that is familiar among the data processing and calculation reports. Based on the results of the development through the design and testing of application programs on a madrasah classroom supervision in Banda Aceh, the results showed: 1) Development of application program supervision to the madrasah classes in Banda Aceh has been through a series of software engineering process from design to testing in accordance with the needs of supervisors in evaluating the quality of teaching and learning processes of teachers; 2) the performance of the overall application program can work in accordance with their respective functions that can help supervisors, fast, precise, and accurate.

Abstract

The implementation of the literacy program at Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Southwest Aceh Regency which simultaneously started in 2015 has shown positive results in increasing student achievement, but the program has not been able to raise the achievement of madrasas at the provincial level, especially in PAI Subjects. In implementing the literacy program, each madrasa applies a pattern designed according to the conditions of the madrasa. The literacy pattern applied to some madrasas is less effective, so it has less effect on increasing student achievement. The purpose of this research is to describe the improvement of PAI learning achievement through literacy movement at Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Southwest Aceh Regency and to describe the pattern of application of literacy movement at Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Southwest Aceh Regency in an effort to improve PAI learning achievement. This research is a qualitative research, data collection in this research is done through document study, observation and interviews. The results showed that: First, the implementation of the literacy movement program at MTsN 1 and MTsN 4 Aceh Barat Daya directly or indirectly had a positive influence on improving student achievement in PAI subjects (Akidah-Akhlak, Al-qur'an-Hadith, Jurisprudence, and SKI) both academically and non-academicly. Second, the pattern of implementing the literacy program at the two madrasas (MTsN 1 and MTsN 4 Aceh Barat Daya) is very different, where MTsN 1 applies a regular and varied pattern for each level, so as to achieve optimal student achievement in PAI subjects. . While MTsN 4 applies a very simple and not varied pattern, so that it becomes one of the causes of the less than optimal achievement of student achievement in PAI subjects.

Abstract

Learning modules are teaching materials that are prepared systematically and interestingly which include material content, methods and evaluations that can be used independently to achieve the expected competencies. Based on initial interviews with Fiqh teachers, information was obtained that there were no modules available on Hajj and Umrah material. Therefore, the resulting module can help students to learn independently. This research aims to find out how the e-module development process in the Hajj chapter Fiqh lesson for the class is valid, effective and practical. This research is research and development that follows the ADDIE development steps. Data collection techniques in research use validation questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The method that will be used is a development method using the ADDIE model which consists of five stages, namely (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. The research results show that the learning module developed meets the validity criteria, this was obtained from the results of the validator assessment analysis of 92.44% with the very valid category, at the practicality stage of the module, a percentage of 90.7% was obtained with the very practical category, and at the The effectiveness of the module obtained from the results of the student questionnaire was 89.9% in the very effective category. It can be concluded that the learning module developed meets the criteria of valid, effective and practical.

Abstract

Intellectually disabled children are children who have an intelligence level that is below average and has difficulty in adapting their behavior as they grow. SLB TNCC Banda Aceh is a special education program that aims to support the development and expression of the potential of students with special needs, including developing aqidah and morals. Therefore, the role of school principals and teachers is crucial in developing the faith and morals of children, especially tunagrahita children. The aims of the research are: 1) to find out strategies for fostering aqidah and morals in children with disabilities (Tunagrahita) at SLB TNCC Banda Aceh; 2) to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for strategies for fostering faith and morals in children with disabilities (Tunagrahita) at SLB TNCC Banda Aceh. The research method used in this study is a descriptive-qualitative approach. The research subjects consisted of 7 people, namely: the principal, 2 class teachers and 4 mentally retarded children. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results found that 1) there are four strategies used by teachers in developing the aqidah and morals of tunagrahita children at SLB TNCC Banda Aceh City, those are through habituation, exemplary strategies, discipline strategies, and through mauidzah (giving advice) strategies. 2) There are several obstacles in the strategy of developing aqidah and morals for mentally retarded children at SLB TNCC Banda Aceh. Tunagrahita children are difficult to talk to because they are not very capable of speaking. Hence, the children prefer to remain silent, and it is also related to the background of the children, who come from a variety of different backgrounds and families, so they often bring behavioral patterns or traditions from the environment before they join the school. The solutions provided are: 1) Holding a meeting with the child's parents; this aims to guide parents on the best way to support their children who have special needs for mental retardation. 2) Implement training and habituation strategies, because with the habituation strategies that are implemented, children continue to repeat or practice the habits they do.
