Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work spirit and work motivation on employee performance at KPD kota Palangka Raya. The data used in the study are primary data by distributing questionnaires to 55 respondents of KPD kota Palangka Raya employees. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the SPSS version 22 statistical application. Simultaneously, Work Spirit and Motivation affect employee performance, Partially, Work Spirit affects employee performance, Motivation affects employee performance. The R2 value is 0.629, meaning that around 62.9% of the Employee Performance variable is explained by the Work Spirit and Motivation variables, while the remaining 37.1% is explained by other factors that were not studied. The conclusion is that in order for work spirit and work motivation to remain optimal, the management tries to keep the store open, reduce employee working hours, only 20 days, and sell online.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis usaha ternak ayam Jawa Super milik Bapak Zaini di Desa Rantau Bujur Darat, Kecamatan Sungai Tabukan, Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara. Tujuan khusus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui teknis budidaya, menghitung biaya eksplisit, biaya implisit, penerimaan, pendapatan, keuntungan, serta kelayakan usaha, dan mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam usaha tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data primer melalui wawancara langsung dan observasi lapangan, serta data sekunder dari instansi terkait.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha ternak ayam Jawa Super yang dilakukan dengan skala 1.000 ekor menghasilkan bobot panen rata-rata ayam jantan 2,3 kg dan betina 1,5 kg. Biaya eksplisit yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp 59.210.000, biaya penyusutan Rp 2.501.325, biaya implisit Rp 2.250.000, sehingga total biaya mencapai Rp 63.961.325. Penerimaan dari hasil penjualan sebesar Rp 105.633.000, dengan pendapatan Rp 43.921.675 dan keuntungan ekonomi sebesar Rp 41.671.675. Nilai R/C ratio sebesar 1,65 yang berarti usaha ini layak dijalankan karena setiap Rp 1 biaya yang dikeluarkan memberikan penerimaan sebesar Rp 1,65. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah perubahan cuaca ekstrem, keterbatasan bibit DOC berkualitas, serta fluktuasi harga jual ayam di pasar.

Abstract

There is a universal awareness on the importance of productivity in improving national welfare. The productivity is an essential factor in maintaining and developing the success of an organization. Thus, that a company can achieve its goals one of which to improve the work productivity, then it is an obligation for the leaders to provide motivation for the employees in the form of compensation.This research is willing to achieve the goals namely (1) to determine the effects of salary, intensive, facility, position promotion and work environment on the work performance of contract employees in public organization at Banjarmasin city either simultaneously or partially (2) to determine the most influential factors on the work performance of contract employees in public organization at Banjarmasin city.In this research, the population is all of the employees in production section contract public organization at Banjarmasin city. There are 130 employees as the research samples. The sample collection technique is by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis tools used in this research are validity, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple regression, determination coefficient and hypothesis testing.Results of the research are (1) There are effects of salary on the employee work performance (2) There are effects of incentive on the employee work performance (4) There are effects of work environment on the employee work performance (5) There are significant effects of salary (X1), incentive (X2) allowances (X3), facility (X4), position promotion (X5) and work environment (X6) simultaneously on the work performance (Y). The salary has the dominant effects on the work performance namely by b1=0,248.

Abstract

Artikel ini menjelaskan bahwa generasi tidak hanya dipahami sebagai kategori usia, tetapi juga sebagai identitas budaya yang terbentuk melalui pengalaman sosial dan historis yang dialami secara kolektif. Pengalaman tersebut mencakup peristiwa historis, perkembangan teknologi, serta perubahan sosial dan budaya yang kemudian membentuk pola pikir, nilai, dan karakter sosial setiap generasi. Perbedaan konteks zaman menyebabkan setiap generasi memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda, baik dalam cara berkomunikasi, berinteraksi, maupun dalam memandang nilai dan norma dalam masyarakat. Generasi yang tumbuh di era digital cenderung memiliki pola interaksi yang lebih berbasis teknologi dan akses informasi yang lebih cepat dibandingkan generasi sebelumnya. Di sisi lain, generasi juga memiliki peran penting sebagai agen perubahan dalam masyarakat. Melalui pemanfaatan teknologi dan media digital, generasi muda turut mendorong terjadinya transformasi dalam pola komunikasi, gaya hidup, serta cara individu mengekspresikan diri, sehingga berkontribusi terhadap dinamika perubahan sosial dan budaya.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the integration of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) with the values of social justice in addressing the challenges of the digital era. The rapid development of information technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including the field of education. However, on the other hand, the digital era has also given rise to various social problems such as the digital divide, misinformation, and the weakening of moral and ethical values. In this context, Islamic Religious Education plays a strategic role in shaping students’ character, not only to be religious but also to possess a strong sense of social awareness. This study employs a qualitative approach using a library research method, examining various literature related to Islamic education, social justice, and digital transformation. The findings indicate that the integration of IRE and social justice can be implemented through strengthening value-based curricula, applying contextual learning approaches, and utilizing digital technology in an ethical and responsible manner. In addition, teachers play a crucial role as agents of transformation who are capable of internalizing social justice values in the learning process. These findings confirm that the integration of Islamic Religious Education and social justice is not only relevant but also an urgent necessity in the digital era. With proper integration, Islamic education can serve as an effective instrument in fostering a generation that is not only intellectually competent but also just, empathetic, and possesses integrity in social life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work-life balance dan motivasi kerja terhadap kualitas kehidupan kerja (QWL) pada ibu tunggal yang bekerja di agensi Hubungan Masyarakat (Humas) multinasional di Jakarta Selatan. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 ibu tunggal yang telah bekerja lebih dari satu tahun dan dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan kuesioner skala Likert. Hasil analisis korelasi Pearson dan regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa baik work-life balance maupun motivasi kerja memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan kualitas kehidupan kerja. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa keseimbangan yang lebih baik antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi serta motivasi kerja yang kuat berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas kehidupan kerja bagi ibu tunggal di lingkungan kerja profesional yang penuh tekanan.

Abstract

Smart farming is an ambitious concept to strengthen food security and eradicate hunger at the national and global levels. Technological innovation offers agricultural efficiency, increases crop productivity, and attracts the interest of a new generation of young farmers. Technology is not a panacea to overcome the decline of Indonesia's agricultural sector. Smart farming requires cross- stakeholder collaboration to achieve government goals. Media, with its reporting, is a key collaborator in smart farming policies. This qualitative content analysis study aims to explain how online media reports on smart farming. Similar to smart cities, smart farming can be a solution or just a false label. Research findings indicate a lack of mainstream online media coverage and the importance of cross- media stakeholder collaboration. The government still plays the most significant role with a Java- centric approach to manage media reporting of smart farming ecosystem. Issues of productivity, food security, and aging farmers are the goals of smart farming.

Abstract

This research about are quite similar reasons for debtors in selecting bank to the reasons in keeping funds. It is not merely concerning interest rate and facility, service is also an important factor. This factor is greatly important regarding business activity between one bank and others can be said to be the same. The different thing is a matter of services.This research is located in Kalsel Syariah Bank Banjarmasin Branch. This research aims to (1) determine and analyze the level of conformity of interest level of service elements according to customers on the performance that has been conducted by Kalsel Syariah Bank Banjarmasin Branch (2) to determine customers’ satisfaction on the services that have been given so that it can assist the Kalsel Syariah Bank performance to achieve better quality improvement through determination of main priority.The samples are 100 customers of Kalsel Syariah Bank Banjarmasin Branch as the respondents using accidental sampling technique, the analysis used is customers’ Importance-Performance analysis. This analysis uses Cartesians Diagram divided into four quadrants. In this research, there are some main considerations by Kalsel Syariah Bank Banjarmasin Branch namely (a) Teller attention to the customers, employee willingness to service the customers (b) Waiting time in the queue (c) existence of Kalsel Syariah ATM machine (d) Interest rate level given by the bank.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh pengaruh disiplin preventif dan lingkungan kerja eksternal terhadap kinerja pegawai yangdimoderasi oleh etos kerja di dinas perindustrian dan perdagangan kota lubuklinggau Dalam penelitian ini desain penelitian berupa penelitian kuantitatif.Penelitian kuantitatif merupakan jenis penelitian yang melibatkan pengambilan data secara statistik sehingga dapat dilakukan perhitungan dan inteprestasi yang dapat disajikan dalam bentuk grafik, diagram, tabel dan pengujian hipotesis. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Lubuklinggau berjumlah 42 orang.
