Abstract

purpose of this study is to describe the moral values contained in the novel “Big Book of Coffee Drinkers” by Andrea Hirata and to describe their relationship with learning indonesia in high school. This research the object of this research is a literary work that contains many values social life in society. The data in this study are words, phrases, and sentences with the data source being the novel Big Book of Coffee Drinkers by Andrea Hirata. Data collection techniques in this study using library techniques and reading notes. While data analysis technique in this study uses content analysis techniques. To maintain the validity of the data, data triangulation activities were carried out. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out, several conclusions were obtained as follows, (1) three types of moral values were found in Andrea Hirata novel Big Book of Coffee Drinkers, namely moral values related to oneself, moral values related to fellow human beings, and moral values realated to God. (2) found several froms of moral values from each type of moral values, and (3) their relationship with learning indonesia inSMA class XII.

Abstract

The most important of  the essential functions of human resource management is to take care of skilled  employees. The process is normally divided into two categories: first category includes  different activities such as having health and safety in working centers, performing healthy and  sport programs and some other similar activities to save and improve employees' physical  characteristics. The second group includes other important issues normally called benefit  packages, which includes good health insurance and retiring plans. Whenever an organization  provides good benefit package and supporting programs, there is a better job satisfaction among  employee. This study try to find out about, the effects of related services to support employee to reach job  satisfaction and employee activities in public sectors called SKPD in Banjarmasin City is  used 86 random samples. The results show that employees are relatively satisfied from the  benefit package of the SKPD and they were relatively happy on working for such organization.

Abstract

The results showed that the implementation of infrastructure development in Simpang Arja Village, Rantau Badauh District, Barito Kuala Regency was quite good with the realization of the construction of farm roads and village markets. Constraints in development, limited funds, lack of public concern for development in the village and the problem of erratic weather hampered development work.

Abstract

Leaders have an important task in managing human resources. A leader must realize that employees are the asset that most influences the company's productivity. In other words, it must be realized that there is a dependency between the company and its employees. The role of a leader in influencing decisions directed towards organizational goals greatly determines the direction of the company's progress regarding the way or style a person leads in managing their company according to the specified direction.

Abstract

This research was conducted to uncover what consumers really want or expect and what consumers have perceived from the service quality they receive. The purpose of this research were: (1) To determine the factors that affect the quality of service at Hypermart Palangka Raya, (2) To determine what factors have the most influence on customer satisfaction at Hypermart Palangka Raya, (3) To acknowledge the most dominant factor in service provided at Hypermart Palangka Raya. The research employed a descriptive methodology. The data source consisted of responses obtained through a questionnaire given to respondents. The variables used were independent variables, namely: reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), assurance (X3), empathy (X4), physical evidence (X5) which is the dependent variable is service quality (Y1) and customer satisfaction (Y2). Multiple regression analysis was used for statistical analysis. The findings of this research revealed the following: (1) Among the five variables between tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, tangible variable is the positive and significant factor on service quality variables at Hypermart Palangka Raya, (2) The most dominant factor in service quality at Hypermart Palangka Raya, (3) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Hypermart Palangka Raya.

Abstract

Abstract

Mastery of work materials that are always left behind by the development of science and technology and the weak level of discipline of employees have an effect on improving performance, so a study is needed to measure the effect of work facilities and work discipline on organizational commitment to members of the Tanah Bumbu Police.The aims of this study are: 1) work facilities partially affect the organizational commitment of police members at the POLRES Tanah Bumbu, 2) whether work discipline partially affects the organizational commitment of police members at the POLRES Tanah Bumbu and 3) whether work facilities and work discipline are simultaneously affect the Organizational Commitment of Police Members at the POLRESTanah Bumbu The method used in this study is quantitative with a sample of 50 respondents using multiple regression analysis.The results of this study are 1) The work facilities variable partially has no significant effect on Organizational Commitment of Police Members (0.201 > 0.05), 2) There is a significant partial effect of work discipline on Organizational Commitment of Police Members (0.001 < 0.05) and 3 ) There is a simultaneous (together) significant effect between work facilities and work discipline on Member Organizational Commitment (0.001 <0.05). The finding in this study is that complete work facilities if not accompanied by high discipline will have less effect on organizational commitment.

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) to find out the hygiene services performed by the Department of hygiene, Gardening, and Spatial Banjarbaru, 2) to know the obstacles faced by the hygiene, Gardening, and Spatial Banjarbaru city janitorial service in 3) to find out a solution to overcome the obstacles faced by the hygiene, Gardening, and Spatial in-Banjarbaru City Janitorial service.This research use the method diskriftif. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. Samples taken with the technique of sampling aksiden with a population of 50 people. While the data analysis technique used is qualitative.Results of the study showed, 1) Services Service hygiene, Gardening, and Spatial Banjarbaru in providing services to the citizens of the community hygiene Banjarbaru include: Implementing local regulations concerning the Hygiene of the city, the transport of Waste every day, Garbage Wagon Fleet, Procurement and revenue increase a janitor. 2) obstacles faced by the hygiene, Gardening, and Spatial Banjarbaru in dealing with the issue of hygiene in areas of the city such as: place of the lack of public awareness of the meaning of cleanliness and lack of supervision by a supervisory officer in the field. 3) solution that has been Reached on the basis of constraints faced by a solution undertaken by the Department of hygiene, Gardening, and Spatial Banjarbaru to overcome problems of hygiene in the region namely: Banjarbaru Give socialization to society about the sense of the importance of hygiene service, Held the race – race hygiene and beauty of the city, Assigned to the officer's supervisor in the field to active checking and supervising janitor and hauled back trash bins are still lags behind – because society throw late in his time.

Abstract

ABSTRAKUndang-Undang Nomor 25 Tahun 2009 dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 2 Tahun 2018. Undang-undang tersebut mengatur tentang pelayanan publik di Indonesia dan menetapkan standar pelayanan minimal. Program Lapor Kanda (Kelola Aduan Nasihat Ditindaklanjuti Agar Tuntas) merupakan layanan pengaduan masyarakat yang terintegrasi dengan pelayanan pemerintah daerah di Kabupaten Probolinggo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami dan mengetahui keluhan masyarakat setempat. Sehingga dengan adanya program tersebut dapat membantu pemerintah Kabupaten Probolinggo untuk mengetahui berbagai keluhan masyarakat dan paling banyak mengenai jalan rusak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif deskriptif merupakan suatu rumusan masalah yang menggambarkan suatu keadaan sosial dan akan dikaji secara menyeluruh, luas dan mendalam. Pada penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan. Dengan meningkatkannya keluhan jalan rusak pemerintah Kabupaten Probolinggo mengambil langkah untuk mempercepat perbaikan jalan tersebut dengan mendatangkan truk alpomain. Hal ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi terhadap pemeliharaan kualitas jalan dan mendukung pembangunan daerah. Jadi, dengan adanya program Lapor Kanda (Kelola Aduan Nasihat Ditindaklanjuti Agar Tuntas) masyarakat Kabupaten Probolinggo dapat dengan mudah dan cepat melaporkan berbagai jenis keluhan melalui pesan WhatsApp pada nomor 082-131-001-001.

Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) financial literacy affects consumptive behavior in gas station employees 61.707.01 Banjarbaru, (2) lifestyle affects consumptive behavior in gas station employees 61.707.01 Banjarbaru, (3) financial literacy and lifestyle influence the consumptive behavior of gas station employees 61.707.01 Banjarbaru.                   The design of this research is quantitative research and is a survey research. The research population is all employees of SPBU 61.707.01 Banjarbaru and a sample of 20 respondents with Multiple Linear Regression data analysis.           The result showed: (1) financial literacy had an effect on consumptive behavior in SPBU 61.707.01 Banjarbaru employees, (2) lifestyle had no effect on consumptive behavior in SPBU 61.707.01 Banjarbaru employees, (3) financial literacy and lifestyle had no significant effect, on consumptive behavior in gas station employees 61.707.01 Banjarbaru.
