Abstract

This research is a literature study that aims to examine the relationship of supply chain management practices to organizational performance and investigate the impact of process knowledge management as a mediator in determining this relationship. The seven dimensions of supply chain management practices were used to investigate the effects of the two different dimensions on organizational performance whereas the three dimensions of process knowledge management were used as testers of mediating relationships. The results show that supply chain management practice of information sharing, quality information sharing and real practices related to the financial and non-financial performance of the organization. Three dimensions of the knowledge management process were found to mediate the relationship between information sharing, quality of information sharing and actual practices on non-financial performance of organizations. In addition, only one dimension of the knowledge management process, namely applied knowledge, mediates the relationship between subscription relationships, information sharing, information quality sharing and actual practice on organizational financial performance. Theoretical implications of this paper are factors that have a greater influence on organizational performance and practical implications allow practitioners to create practices whose effectiveness is studied to help improve organizational performance. Recommendations for future research including other measurement factors can be assessed using statistical tests.

Abstract

This classroom action research was intended to find out the information about the application of The “SAS” Team learning model to increase the students’ability of grade VIII in writing the short functional text at SMP Negeri 1 Banjarmasin. This research was conducted in grade VIII B with 32 students. This research was conducted in two cycles with the four steps: planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The quantitative data of the students’learning achievement were obtained through test and the data of achievement per aspect were collected through the analysis result of the students’answer sheets. The qualitative data of the students’learning activities were collected through simple observation sheet. The result of this study showed that the application of The “SAS” Team learning model was able to increase the students’ability of the grade VIII in writing the short functional text at SMP Negeri 1 Banjarmasin with the achievement 96,87% students achieved the Minimum Criteria of Mastery Learning (76) and the average score is 86.82.

Abstract

The performance of small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) has a large role in Indonesia's economic growth. The literature and previous research discussing performance is increasing, however, there are contradiction. To identify the reasons behind the contradiction, this research was conducted with the aim of identifying the influence of supply chain capabilities developed by entrepreneurial networks and entrepreneurial orientation. This study collects data from a sample of SMEs registered in the South Kalimantan region which are connected through a closed network and are part of a group. Data was collected through an electronic questionnaire, and 327 MSMEs were contacted to participate in the survey by purposive sampling. Structural equation modeling is applied to identify direct and indirect impacts. The results of the study found that among the selected MSMEs, entrepreneurial networks had an insignificant impact; However, entrepreneurial orientation has shown a significant positive impact. Furthermore, the mediating role of dynamic capabilities is significant in both relationships. The results of the study suggest that SMEs must develop a strong network and must consider strategic alliances to gain competitive advantage.

Abstract

Moral education in an era full of technological sophistication is needed so that life is not arbitrary. If the morals of youth, especially ummi students, do not have good morals, it is difficult for lecturers to create the next generation of Islamic culture. Religion and culture influence each other. Religion affects cultures, groups, communities, and ethnic groups. Culture tends to change which has implications for the authenticity of religion. The methodology of this research uses the distribution of questionnaires and filling out questionnaires aimed at students who have followed the Aqidah Morals course using a quantitative approach. The method used is descriptive associative method. This research uses descriptive because it is described based on the results of facts in the field. There are three variables, namely Y Islamic culture, XI course values, and X2 understanding. The Regression Model/Equation Y -2.404 + 1.005x₁ + 0964x₂ Y Culture X₁ Value X₂ Understanding With the regression model above, it is known if the value and understanding are constant (zero ) then the Islamic culture of students at UMMI will have a negative value, so that it can be concluded "Students' values and understanding of Aqidah Akhlak courses play an important role in building Islamic culture of students at UMMI." become a person's culture and habits. So that the culture of having good morals becomes a good culture, both for individuals as servants of God, or as social beings. Research can be a tip to build and create students to become students who have Islamic culture and have good morals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze: (1) The partial effect of Budget Planning on the Optimization of Budget Absorption Realization in the Balangan Regency Government, (2) the partial influence of Cash Budget Availability on the Optimization of Budget Absorption Realization in the Balangan Regency Government (3) Simultaneous influence of Budget Planning and Availability of Cash Budget on the Optimization of Budget Absorption Realization in the Balangan Regency Government.This research was conducted at the Regional Government of Balangan Regency. This type of research is an explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were financial managers at 22 Regional Work Units (SKPD) in the Balangan Regency Government. The sampling technique used the saturated sample technique, namely 66 people consisting of 3 financial managers in 22 Regional Work Units (SKPD).data was obtained from the questionnaire results and processed by data analysis techniques using the SPSS (Statistics Program for Social Science) for Windows. Testing the validity using Pearson's Product Moment and for reliability testing using Alpha Cronbach. The classical assumption test uses linearity, normality, heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity tests. Data analysis used multiple linear regression.Based on the results of data analysis shows that: (1) partially there is no significant effect of Budget Planning on the Optimization of Budget Absorption Realization in the Balangan Regency Government, with the value of t arithmetic (0.572) < t table (1.66). In this study, the planning that has been prepared and proposed does not affect the optimal realization of budget absorption. (2) Partially there is a significant effect of the Availability of Cash Budget on the Optimization of Budget Absorption Realization in the Balangan Regency Government, with the value of t arithmetic (2.955) > t table (1.66). The availability of the cash budget greatly influences the optimization of budget absorption in the Balangan Regency Government. (3) Simultaneously there is a significant effect of Budget Planning and Availability of Cash Budget on the Optimization of Budget Absorption Realization in the Balangan Regency Government, with a value of f arithmetic (71,167) > f table (3.14) and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze whether there is influence of, quality of work life and workload to against employee job satisfaciton on Teller Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Selatan. This research is categorized as quantitative research with questionnaire instrument. Population in this research is all Teller of Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Selatan counted 32 people. Sampling technique by means of saturated sampling technique or census. The data used in this study is the primary dataobtained through questionnaire. The analysis method by using validity test and reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. Measurers proved to be valid and reliable for research instruments. Multiple regression analysis is used to test the hypothesis of this research.based on the results of this study it is known that the results of multiple linear regression test is Y = 23,166 + 0,271 X1 + 0,588 X2 where, quality of work life (X1), workload (X2) and job satisfaction (Y). Then T test results of variable quality of work life has significant affect employee job satisfaction (2,710>2,039). Workload has a significant effect that is (4,922>2,039). Test F together there is a significant influence on employee job satisfaction (247,626 >3,32). R square test results give a value of 0,925 which mean 92,5% employee satisfaction variable can be explained through two independent variables, while the rest of 7,5% influenced or explained by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

Leadership in an organization is a central position in moving employees to achieve optimal performance. This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership on employee performance in the public service sector with employee involvement as a mediating variable. Data analysis uses path analysis. This research also describes the variables of leadership, involvement and employee performance using a questionnaire. This research tries to prove that employee involvement is a variable that influences employee performance so that employee involvement acts as a mediating variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui begaimana implementasi kegiatan CSR dalam bidang pendidikan di Kabupaten Pasuruan. Dimana partisipasi antara pemerintah, masyarakat, dan perusahaan sangat dibutuhkan. Kegiatan CSR juga dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan karena dapat memberikan citra baik terhap perusahaan, pemerintah juga dapat terbantu dangan adanya program CSR dari perusahaan dan masyarakat dapat menikmati dampak baik dari berbgai program CSR. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan menggunakan studi literatur dengan kajian dari berbagai sumber.  Dari penelitian ini bahawasannya sinergi antara berbagai unsur sangat diperlukan untuk mencapai kesuksesan progara. Dan program CSR yang menyasar pendidikan perlu ditingkatkan kualitas dan kuantitasnya karena memiliki peranan sentral di dalam proses pembangunan sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of training and HR development on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banjarmasin. The research method used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach, where variables are measured using a Likert scale and data collection methods are observation, questionnaires and interviews. The sample in this study were 43 employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banjarmasin from a total population of 75 people. Data processing in this study using SPSS software version 25, with descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis hypothesis testing.            The results showed that: (1) Partially, the training variable had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banjarmasin as evidenced by the tcount of 2.202. (2) Partially, the HR development variable has a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banjarmasin, as evidenced by the tcount value of 2,534. (3) Simultaneously, the variables of training and human resource development have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Banjarmasin as evidenced by the value of Fcount = 39,164.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika keamanan pers pada masa Orde Baru (1966-1998) dengan menggunakan metode kajian pustaka. Kajian ini berfokus pada sistem politik otoriter pada masa Orde Baru dan bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan mengapa pemerintahan Soeharto memilih kediktatoran sebagai sistem politiknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui telaah dokumen dan bahan tertulis yang berkaitan dengan subjek penelitian. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kekuasaan politik otoriter pada masa Orde Baru setidaknya bersumber dari lima sumber utama, yaitu represi, kekuasaan material, ideologi, budaya politik, dan dukungan internasional.
