This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of e-service quality on e-loyalty, both directly and indirectly through e-satisfaction and e-trust of e-commerce users. The unit of analysis used was e-commerce users (Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak, Lazada, Blili) in the DKI Jakarta area. The method used was a quantitative method with a sample of 200 respondents, data processing using the structural equation model method. The results of the analysis show that e-service quality directly or indirectly has a positive effect on e-loyalty through e-satisfaction and e-trust. Other results show that e-satisfaction and e-trust are partial mediating on the effect of e-service quality on e-loyalty. However, mediating e-satisfaction on the effect of e-service quality on e-loyalty has the greatest influence, when compared to the direct effect of e-service quality on e-loyalty and the indirect effect through e-trust. The research implication was an increase in e-loyalty, especially an increase in purchase intention of e-commerce users was by increasing e-satisfaction, especially increasing convenience, where e-satisfaction can be increased if e-commerce companies were able to improve e-service quality, especially increasing fulfillment of e-users commerce.

Abstract

Increasing the performance of village government could be important thing to do in order to improve the benefits which felt by the village communities from the development of village. It feels essential to learn and deep explore regarding the management functions of village government itself, which seems less effective to generate huge results and benefits for its community. Qualitative method has been chooses as research method by the use of case study approach, through selected some cases which occurred relates to effectiveness of village government management in four villages (Nagrog Village, Samida Village, Leles Village, Kiarajangkung Village). Based on this research results, it is found that, there are 5 propositions results, namely Village government management is less than effective and did not fulfill management rules and functions properly, there are obstacles to Implementing management functions in village government’s managerial activities, there are also barriers in performance which hinder to achieve the goal of village government in four villages, therefore need proper strategy to increase the effectiveness of village government management in an effort to improve its performance as well as strategy to increase the efficacy of village government in improving its performances.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership, work culture, motivation and technology acceptance on employee performance moderated by the work environment. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using a causal study survey approach. This research was conducted at the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Finance with a total sample of 250 employees from a population of 2,740 employees. The data analysis technique in this study used the Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) method with the help of the SMART PLS Application to conduct research data analysis. In this study, instrument testing was carried out by conducting validity tests, reliability tests, outer models, inner models and hypothesis testing.

Abstract

The government's effort to prevent the spread of Covid-19 is to avoid physical distancing so that millennials making payment transactions use more digital transactions. Digital wallets have been seen as a facility that provides ease of use and usefulness in transactions. However, there are still many millennials who don't know and don't feel comfortable using e-wallets, especially when it comes to payments. This study aims to analyze the brand image, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness for the intention to use digital wallets (e-wallets) through millennial considerations as an intervening variable during the Covid-19 pandemic in SMEs in Tangerang City. The research sample was 96 respondents using purposive sampling techniques, namely millennials who use e-wallets in making payments. The instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5. This study uses path analysis techniques with the Smart PLS program. The results of this study indicate that during the Covid-19 pandemic, millennials in the intention to use e-wallets was influenced by brand image, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness through millennial considerations as an intervening variable with an R2 value of 0.675. The results of this study have implications for SMEs business actors to provide an e-wallet payment system.

Abstract

The realization of a healthy state is the desire of all parties. Not only by individuals, but also by families, groups and even communities. In order to realize optimal public health status, various efforts must be implemented, one of which is to provide health services. With the increasing level of education and the socio-economic condition of the community, the needs and demands of the community for health appear to be increasing as well. To be able to meet these needs and demands, there are no other efforts that can be made, except to provide the best possible health services. In accordance with the mandate of Article 6 Law 23 of 2011 concerning the management of Zakat, the National Zakat Amil Agency includes the functions of planning, collection, distribution and utilization, reporting and accountability. In carrying out the distribution of zakat, one of the areas that becomes one of the concentrations of BAZNAS is the health sector which is one of the basic needs of Mustahik. The role of BAZNAS in facilitating health needs and supporting the government's obligation to provide health services is carried out by carrying out a distribution process in the health sector.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with a survey method. The sampling technique uses a probability sampling technique with a total sample of 67 education personnel. Hypothesis testing uses path analysis with a significance level of ? = 0.05. This study resulted in ten conclusions, namely, among others: 1). There is a relationship between the education system (X1) and the job satisfaction of educational staff (Y). 2). There is a relationship between education management (X2) and educational staff job satisfaction (Y). 3). There is a relationship between the education system (X1) and education management (X2) with the job satisfaction of educational staff (Y).

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has an impact on people's spending behavior. Online shopping is an option. On the other hand, business people take advantage of this phenomenon with various marketing strategies. How to choose a marketplace that sells good quality products at low prices is an interesting study to research. The research was conducted on 10 marketplaces. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The analytical tool used in this study uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The results showed that the marketplace with the best products was Zalora. The marketplace with the lowest price is Rarali.com. The marketplace with the most interesting promotions is occupied by Blibli. The marketplace with the best product quality, fairly low prices, and attractive promotions is occupied by Lazada.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the work environment and job satisfaction mediated by the achievement motivation to the performance of teachers of SMA 6 Tangerang. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The total respondents are 54 teachers of SMA 6 Tangerang, with saturated sampling techniques. The data collection method uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1 to 5. Data analysis using descriptive analysis Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) software version 3.0. The results showed that the work environment has a positive effect but has an insignificant effect on teacher performance. Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Achievement Motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Achievement Motivation mediates the work environment and job satisfaction to the teacher perfomance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of emotional exhaustion on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) with leadership and self efficacy as independent variables. The population in this study was private employees in the city of Padang. To determine the sample, the use of Maximum Likelihood estimate is used which requires a total sample of 100-200 samples, the researcher will take a sample of 100-200 private employees in the city of Padang. The analysis method used is Analysis on SEM-PLS. The results of this study show that there is a significant influence of each variable of Leadership and self Efficacy on Emotional Fatigue, a significant influence of Leadership and self Efficacy on Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). This research model uses 4 variables and applies the concept of intervening. Where in this study analyzed with SEM-PLS. This research proves that leadership and self efficacy affect Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) with emotional fatigue as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This research is based on the low performance of teachers in terms of the ability and professionalism of teachers in teaching and learning activities. The purpose of the study looked at the Influence of Motivation and Leadership on the Performance of Honorary Teachers through Work Discipline as a Mediation Variable in Tangerang Regency State High School. Quantitative research methods with data analysis methods are carried out with a Structural Equation Model or SEM approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS) is a structural equation model or SEM based on components or variants of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The sample studied was the entirety of the existing population, namely 80 honorary teachers of SMA Negeri 14, 20, and 21 in Tangerang Regency. Based on the analysis of this study obtained the results that 1) Motivation affects work discipline; 2) Leadership affects Work Discipline; 3) Work discipline affects the Performance of Honorary Teachers; 4) Motivation affects Teacher Performance 5) Leadership affects the performance of honorary teachers; 6) Motivation indirectly affects the performance of honorary teachers through Work Discipline; 7) Leadership indirectly affects the performance of honorary teachers through Work Discipline. In conclusion, teacher performance is influenced by motivation, work discipline and leadership.
