This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

The article on determinants of the development of airport service quality at terminal 2 Soekarno Hatta is a scientific literature article within the scope of human resource management science. The purpose of this writing is to build a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables which can later be used for further research within the scope of human resource management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was obtained from previous research that is relevant to this research and sourced from academic online media such as Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books and the journal Sinta. The results of this article are: 1) The airport security system influences the development of airport service quality; 2) Airport infrastructure influences the development of airport service quality; and 3) Customer values influence the development of airport service quality.

Abstract

The article analyzing passenger satisfaction at Husein Sastranegara Airport is a scientific literature review article within the scope of marketing management science. This article aims to create a hypothesis regarding the relationship between factors, which can then be used for further research in the field of human resource management. Descriptive qualitative research methodology was used in this research. The data used in this research comes from previous research which is still relevant to the current investigation. Data was collected from leading academic online platforms, including Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books, and Sprott journals. The findings of this research are as follows: 1) The check-in process influences passenger satisfaction at Husein Sastranegara Airport; 2) Airport accessibility influences passenger satisfaction at Husein Sastranegara Airport; and 3) Transportation connectivity influences passenger satisfaction at Husein Sastranegara Airport.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to know the importance of financial literacy, financial education, and financial behavior in the context of individual financial decisions. It provides a solid theoretical foundation for the analysis of the relationship between bankruptcy and factors such as financial attitudes, financial knowledge, and misconduct in finance. This article uses a qualitative method which provides a literacy of articles related to the topic in this article from reputable international journals or international journals with databases in accordance with the English Nation. Literature comes from the last ten years, by providing a view and proposal for further research with the modern concept above. The offering of the model in this study provides an opportunity for other researchers to use as a reference, also the literature above in supporting this article is limited to dozens of articles that according to the researcher have a connection, where bankruptcy often results from a combination of negative financial attitudes, inadequate financial knowledge, wrong investment decisions, and poor financial behavior. Addressing these factors requires a holistic approach that includes financial education, promoting responsible financial attitudes and behaviors, and providing support for individuals to make informed financial decisions. By empowering individuals with the necessary knowledge and skills to manage their finances effectively, the risk of bankruptcy can be mitigated, leading to greater financial stability and well-being.

Abstract

In this study the method used is descriptive and with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this study is the Slovin formula technique with a sample size of 84 people from the total population of 510 employees. This study aims to determine whether work conflict can significantly affect employee performance, both positively and negatively. The method used is a survey with a questionnaire using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The sample of this study amounted to 84 respondents, namely employees who work at Bhayangkara Sartika Asih Bandung Hospital. The data collected will be analyzed using descriptive statistical methods and regression analysis. This research consists of four main stages. The first stage is primary data collection through a questionnaire distributed through Google Form to employees at the hospital. This questionnaire includes variables related to work conflict and employee performance. The second stage is data processing, where the collected data will be analyzed using descriptive statistical methods to get an overview of the level of work conflict and employee performance in the hospital. Furthermore, regression analysis will be conducted to examine the relationship between work conflict and employee performance. The third stage is the interpretation of the analysis results, where the findings from the data analysis will be explained and analyzed in depth. These results will provide a better understanding of the relationship between work conflict and employee performance at Bhayangkara Sartika Asih Bandung Hospital. The final stage is the preparation of the research report, in which the findings and recommendations will be presented in a systematic and comprehensive manner. The results of this study are expected to provide a better understanding of the relationship between work conflict and employee performance in the hospital. In addition, this research is also expected to provide recommendations to hospital management in managing work conflict in order to improve employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze: (1) Motivation; Actualization; (3) Productivity; and (4) The Effect of Work Motivation and Self-Actualization on Work Productivity of Nurses in the Surgical Poly of Iskandar Muda Hospital Banda Aceh, both simultaneously and partially. The research method used in this research is descriptive survey and explanatory survey, the analysis used in this research is the Nurses in the Surgical Poly of Iskandar Muda Hospital Banda Aceh with a sample of 30 people. The type of investigation is causality, and the time horizon in this study is cross-sectional. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Productivity of Nurses in the Surgery Poly of Iskandar Muda Hospital Banda Aceh turned out that most of the Nurses gave very good responses; Work Productivity of Nurses in the Surgery Poly of Iskandar Muda Hospital Banda Aceh in general can be said to be good, Work Productivity of Nurses in the Surgery Poly of Iskandar Muda Hospital Aceh is currently considered good seen from the results of data processing and analysis results of 0.894. Work motivation and self-actualization simultaneously affect the work productivity of Nurses at the Iskandar Muda Hospital Surgery Poly in Banda Aceh. However, partially work motivation of 0.673 is more dominant in influencing the work productivity of nurses than self-actualization of 0.360. Thus Work Motivation is more dominant in influencing Work Productivity, being the first priority in improving Nurse performance. then the Iskandar Muda Banda Aceh Hospital Surgery Room is expected from the leadership to continue to be able to provide Work Motivation to nurses on a regular basis so that in providing services in the Surgical Poly runs optimally as well as nurses are included in training and education, so that they are able to work well and gain the trust of patients or the public.

Abstract

This research explores competitive strategies that are suitable for Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport in terms of efforts to improve performance. Since 2001 PT Angkasa Pura II as the airport operator has taken over this airport because the decision to take over the airport to PT Angkasa Pura II can be seen from the performance of ATS (over flying) aero revenue.) which is very large, but since the Government established the Aviation Navigation Services Business Entity, it is deemed necessary in the future for the Company to develop a good strategy for the sustainability of airports, especially RHF Airport Branch Offices. On this basis, this paper aims to find and analyze competitive strategies that are suitable for improving airport performance as part of the strategy formulation stage. The method used in this research is the SWOT Analysis method using the Tows Matrix strategy formulation, which will produce a suitable competitive strategy under the operational performance of Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport. The results obtained from this strategy are an increase in company revenue, and efficient use of operational expenses, thereby influencing every aspect to gain a competitive advantage.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of social media on digital business strategy. The research methodology used is literature research which involves exploration, evaluation and systematic analysis of relevant literature from various scientific sources. The choice of this method is based on its ability to provide a comprehensive approach to understanding social media in the context of digital business strategy. Research findings show that social media has a significant influence on digital business strategy. The use of social media can help companies build a strong brand, increase interaction with customers, and expand market reach. Apart from that, innovation also has an important role in digital business strategy. Companies that are able to innovate continuously can face challenges and opportunities in a rapidly changing business environment. This research concludes that the influence of social media, innovation and digital literature on digital business strategy is very significant.
