This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that works hard to improve the lives of its citizens. The government relies mainly on tax income to generate revenue. To collect more taxes, the government uses various strategies. Tax is a mandatory contribution that individuals or companies owe to the state, based on the law, and is utilized for the benefit of the people. The aim of this research is to determine and explain how the quality of tax services, taxpayer knowledge, and tax sanctions affect individual taxpayer compliance in the Bandung Bojonagara Pratama Tax Service Office. The research method used in this study is quantitative, with a descriptive and verification approach, and the sample was purposefully selected. This study collected primary data from the Bandung Bojonagara Pratama Tax Service Office, literature studies, and questionnaires. The population of this study was 293,817, with a sample size of 100 individual taxpayers. The study found that the quality of tax services and taxpayer knowledge have a significant impact on taxpayer compliance in paying individual taxes. However, tax penalties have little influence on taxpayer compliance in paying individual taxes.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of driver commitment to organization, discipline and motivation with compensation moderation on the performance of OJOL drivers in Bekasi City. This research uses quantitative methods. Data was collected using a survey method, using a questionnaire. The sample taken adopted the formula from Hair et al (2017) consisting of 100 respondents. Researchers use factor analysis to measure validity with Loading Vactor PLS SEM. To determine whether or not there is an influence between the two variables, the PLS SEM analysis technique is used. The results of this research show that the influence of driver commitment to the organization, discipline, motivation and compensation on driver performance based on the results of the hypothesis testing above has a p - value of 0.000 so the hypothesis is accepted, while the compensation variable cannot weaken or strengthen the variables Organizational Commitment, Discipline and Motivation for performance.

Abstract

This study, titled "The Influence of Workload, Compensation, and Work Motivation on Job Satisfaction at Al-Islam Hospital Bandung," a to identify the elements that might affect employee work satisfaction, either partially or concurrently. The study will focus on three factors: Workload (X1), Compensation (X2), and Work Motivation (X3). The data will be collected through interviews and questionnaires. The test findings demonstrate that the Workload variable has a very negative and significant influence on job satisfaction, whereas compensation and work motivation have a very positive and significant influence, both partially and concurrently on job satisfaction among employees at Al-Islam Hospital Bandung. The findings of this report have implications that extend beyond academic interest. Organizations such as Al-Islam Hospital Bandung can benefit from a better understanding of the factors that influence employee job satisfaction. By addressing workload concerns and aligning compensation and motivation practices strategically, companies may provide a more pleasant work environment, resulting in better levels of employee satisfaction and well-being. This report can be used as a helpful tool for companies seeking to improve organizational performance by optimizing their human resource management strategies to promote employee happiness.

Abstract

In the national medium-term development plan (RPJM) for 2020 to 2024, the achievement of the vision for 2045 is through economic transformation supported by industrial downstreaming by utilizing human resource development. Currently, human resources are recognized as resources that create valuable competitive advantages for organizations, because employees provide human experience and human capital as well as human intellectuals for achieving organizational goals which will contribute value to the long-term sustainability of the company's business, both for the interests of shareholders and stakeholders. In this research, we analyze the influence of organizational culture, information technology, work environment and compensation on employee performance which is moderated by work motivation. This research is a quantitative research method where the objects used are permanent employees who work at PT XYZ. The number of samples used was 170 respondents. Data collection through questionnaires and data analysis techniques used in hypothesis testing using Sem Smart PLS Version 4.0.9. The results of this research indicate that (1) Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance (2) Information technology has no influence on employee performance (3) The work environment has no influence on employee performance (4) Compensation has no influence on employee performance ( 5) Work motivation moderates the influence of organizational culture on employee performance (6) Work motivation moderates the influence of information technology on employee performance (7) Work motivation moderates the influence of the work environment on employee performance (8) Work motivation moderates the influence of compensation on employee performance (9) Work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance.  It is hoped that this research can provide input so that in the future, human resource development can pay more attention to factors that can improve performance so that employees can contribute optimally to the company's progress.

Abstract

Current technological developments are in line with the development of increasingly sophisticated mobile phone technology and have an influence on people's lifestyles. The sophistication of smartphones is also accompanied by the high number of smartphone users in Indonesia, which has resulted in several brands dominating the Indonesian market until 2021. As smartphone sophistication continues to develop, customers who watch an advertisement will find the value of the advertisement and feel it when the message of the advertisement matches the customer's needs. Advertising value can be the main predictor in the context of smartphone mobile advertising. Apart from advertising value, it can also be influenced by Flow experience. Flow experience or flow experience is a positive emotion that individuals feel when carrying out activities with full involvement. This research will present the results of the quantitative analysis regarding the impact of mobile advertising on purchase intentions mediated by advertising value and flow experience. Data analysis in this study used 350 respondents by using PLS SEM analysis tools. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence from the five hypotheses, including the influence of mobile advertising on purchase intention through advertising value and flow experience on smartphone users.

Abstract

This article is results from purposeful research For analyze about accuracy time and price delivery goods from company PT XYZ Good in a way Partial nor in a way influential simultaneous to loyalty customer through satisfaction customer as intervening variables. Method or tool analysis in study This use SmartPLS software 4 ie For test hypothesis influence variable independent to variable dependent Good in a way direct nor through variable intervening to loyalty customer. Test result state that accuracy time influential to satisfaction customers, price influential to satisfaction customer, satisfaction customer influential to loyalty customer, accuracy time No influential to loyalty customer ( rejected ), price influential to loyalty customer, accuracy time through satisfaction customer influential to loyalty customers, and prices through satisfaction customer influential to loyalty customer. From the results study This can concluded that there is 1 hypothesis that is not accepted or rejected that is accuracy time to loyalty customer. However with put satisfaction customer as variable intervening own positive implications and value important can accept hypothesis.

Abstract

Communication is the process by which two or more people exchange information with each other, which in turn will arrive at a deep mutual understanding (Hafied cangara 2017). Man is inseparable from the process of communication, because man is a social creature and always needs others in his life. Communication in the family is one that affects the life circumstances of each family member, because the education carried out in the family environment by parents to their children is reflected through communication activities that take place face-to-face between parents and children. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parents' interpersonal communication with the learning motivation of elementary school students in Sungai Penuh city. This type of research is a correlational descriptive researcher with a quantitative approach. The study used a survey method by distributing questionnaires to the object of research as many as 100 respondents who were elementary school students in Sungai Full city. The sampling technique used is the simple random sampling quota technique. Social integration theory is used to analyze research. The data analysis used was linear regression analysis There was a relationship between parents' interpersonal communication and student learning motivation, with a relationship of 22.5%. The regression coefficient x is 0.614. That is, every addition of 1 value of interpersonal communication, the value of learning motivation increases by 0.614.

Abstract

Abstract

Competence is basically a dimension of abilities, skills, and attitudes required of a person to be able to meet the demands of the position in general and can be considered as a requirement for a person to carry out his work professionally. Human resources have a very important role in an organization. Without human resources or lack of quality of human resources, companies or organizations will be difficult to run and operate properly. One of the things that companies can do in managing and maintaining human resources is to pay attention to the quality of employee performance. The purpose of SLR is to analyze the Influence of Human Resources in the Success of Improving the Quality of Employee Performance. The results of this literature review study show that the company's success rate is the performance of its employees. Abstract

Research This aim For investigate impact promotion on awareness product , goal organization , determination price products , and revenue sales in the mineral water industry on Lombok Island , with focus on PT. Narmada Drinking Water . Study use method survey with data collection via questionnaire to 121 respondents who were staff company . Research result show that promotion own significant relationship _ with all variables studied . _ First , promotion impact positive on awareness product , where changes by 1% in activity promotion can cause change of 52.7% in awareness product . This shows the importance of promotional strategies in introduce product to market and create awareness more products _ high among _ consumer . Second , promotion also has an impact significant for the purpose organization , with change by 1% in promotion can cause change of 89.6% in achievement objective organization . This confirms that promotion is tool important in reach objective organization in a way whole . Third , results study indicated that promotion influence determination price product or brand company . Companies need consider promotional strategies they in connection with price product For reach optimal and maximizing balance mark brand they . Lastly , promotion own impact positive on income sale company , which confirms that the promotional strategy is effective can help increase performance sale .
