This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

Research This aim For investigate impact various type promotion sale to behavior purchase consumers at Niaga Supermarket , Lombok. Through analysis of survey data involving sample consumer from the supermarket , research This disclose relevant findings . _ Research result show that promotion " buy one free one " have influence weak positive _ to behavior purchase consumer . Discount price , on the other hand , has influence more positive _ moderate to behavior purchase . Coupons also have an impact behavior purchase in a way positive with level moderate influence , meanwhile _ free samples no proven own significant impact on behavior _ purchase . Interestingly , the bonus pack, though often used in practice promotion sales , have influence weak negative and no _ significant on behavior purchase consumer . This result give outlook valuable for practitioner marketing and research furthermore about type promotion most effective sales in influence behavior purchase consumers in a supermarket environment . With more understanding _ deep about preference consumer related promotion sales , marketer can devise more strategies appropriate , temporary consumer can make decision more purchases _ informant .

Abstract

Customer loyalty is one of the important aspects that needs to be considered by every company in order to retain existing customers. Companies can increase customer loyalty by improving customer experience and fostering brand trust. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of customer experience and brand trust on customer loyalty. The population of this study were all consumers of Steaky Steak Bandar Lampung. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were customers of Steaky Steak Bandar Lampung. The sampling technique in this study was simple random sampling. The independent variables in the study are customer experience and brand trust, customer loyalty as the dependent variable. Multiple regression analysis, along with the t-test and f-test, is the method used in this study. Based on the research results, customer experience has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, brand trust has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, customer experience and brand trust together have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty Steaky Steak Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in financial performance between PT Sampoerna TBK and PT Gudang Garam TBK. This study compares the financial performance of PT Sampoerna TBK and PT Gudang Garam TBK using quantitative methods with comparative studies. Samples were taken purposively from the annual financial statements of the two companies in the 2020-2022 period. The variables used include current ratio, quick ratio, debt-to-asset ratio, profit margin, and return on assets. Although both companies show good financial performance, financial management should maintain and improve profitability, liquidity, and solvency. The performance evaluation of PT HM SAMPOERNA TBK indicates a decrease in liquidity and an increase in financial risk. On the other hand, PT Gudang Garam (GRM TBK) experienced fluctuations in liquidity, debt to assets ratio, profit margin, and return on assets from 2020 to 2022. Further analysis is required to understand these changes and identify corrective measures.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the factors influencing consumer attitudes and intentions towards using Online Food Delivery (OFD) services in Indonesia. Integrating the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), the research evaluates dimensions such as performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, information quality, price-saving, and time-saving orientation. Through a structured online survey of 275 Indonesian respondents, it was found that social influence, price-saving, and time-saving orientation positively impact OFD perceptions. This study provides novel insights into post-COVID-19 pandemic OFD research in Indonesia, albeit limited to respondents in the Jabodetabek area.

Abstract

Purpose - Examining flow of Mobile Legends player correlating to compulsive buying on in-game items and factors related to flow such as enjoyment, skills, difficulty and avatar identification. Methodology/design - The data were obtained using surveys distributed via several gaming communities' group chats and channels including Discord and WhatsApp, where they were collected from 275 respondents. Findings - The research revealed that flow does have an impact on compulsive buying. Additionally, challenge and telepresence have a favorable impact on flow where skill and fun were not encouraged. Meanwhile, avatar identification is positively impacted by avatar attractiveness and personalization. Avatar identification thus has a favorable impact on flow. This study focused on the connection between compulsive shopping, avatar identity, and player behavior. Originality/value - The research hypotheses for this study can be summed up as: How can flow positively affect compulsive buying? Therefore, this study aims to identify and examine its significance through the variables of player behavior and avatar identification, which are the stimuli of flow in games.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and evaluate the management of madrasah heads in empowering teaching staff in an effort to minimize the gaps that occur due to the unequal placement of teaching staff. This research is qualitative research with data collection techniques using observation and direct interviews, namely MAN 1 Jambi City, MAN 1 Muaro Jambi and MAN 1 Batanghari. The data analysis technique uses qualitative through domain, taxonomy and component analysis, and the data is reduced, displayed and summarized. The research results show that (1) the correct, orderly, accurate and systematic planning of madrasah heads makes a significant contribution to empowering teaching staff. (2) Organizing teaching staff with accountable standards and criteria makes it easier to distribute teaching staff evenly. (3) An appropriate implementation process can provide a positive impact in empowering teaching staff. (4) Routine and continuous supervision has an influence on the implementation process in a conducive manner. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the systematic, accurate and accountable management of madrasah principals in empowering teaching staff can have a significant impact in minimizing the placement gap and equal distribution of State Madrasah Aliyah teaching staff in Jambi Province.
