Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of corporate governance consisting of managerial ownership, board of commissioners structure, audit committee and audit quality, on tax avoidance on basic industry and chemicals companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The variables studied were managerial ownership, board structure, audit committee and audit quality. The type of research used is causative, which uses population data from 78 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling and obtained 13 companies that passed the criteria. The results showed that managerial ownership and audit quality had a significant impact on tax avoidance, while the structure of the board of commissioners and audit committee had no significant effect on tax avoidance. The implementation of corporate governance has a significant effect in tax avoidance activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of service quality of "Mas Alief" automotive workshop Bangkalan on customer’s satisfaction. The study uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques, with the dependent variable of service quality consisting of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and care. Whereas, independent variables are in favour of customers’ satisfaction. The research involves 100 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The results showed simultaneous significant impact of service quality variables comprising physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and care on customers’ satisfaction. On the contrary, assurance variable partially has no significant impact on customers’ satisfaction of the workshop service. In addition, the variable with dominant impact on consumers’ satisfaction is the care variable. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Electronic Word of Mouth and Social Media Marketing on the Purchase Decision of Billionaire's Project clothing with Product Quality as the Mediation variable. The research design used is quantitative research with associative methods, namely methods that are formulated to provide answers to problems that have a relationship or influence between 2 or more variables. The data used is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents with the criteria that they are buyers of Billionaire's Project products. The results of the study indicate that the Social Media Marketing variable has a direct or indirect effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the Electronic Word of Mouth variable has no direct effect on the Purchase Decision. However, through the Product Quality variable as a mediating variable, Electronic Word of Mouth has an effect on Purchase Decision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 in terms of the Quick Ratio, Current Ratio, Return On Investment, and Net Profit Margin. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all 182 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2019. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the number of samples in this study were 11 companies. The data collection technique is secondary data, so the data is taken from the financial statements of Manufacturing Companies listed on the IDX 2017-2019 through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id). Testing the research hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis through SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that each company, judging from the ratios owned, has increased and decreased quite varied. From the points obtained, it can be seen that the companies that have the best level of financial health during 2017 to 2019 are PT HM Sampoerna Tbk, PT Tempo Scan Pasific Tbk and PT Mayora Indah Tbk. And the company that has the most unhealthy level of financial health during 2017 to 2019 is PT Wismilak Inti Makmur Tbk. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is sweeping the world, and Indonesia is one of the countries affected. Indonesia is combating Covid-19 by converting its regional quarantine (lockdown) policy into large-scale social restrictions (PSBB) that are local in nature and vary depending on the severity of the province, district, or city. During the pandemic, the global economy and Indonesia both slowed. According to the government and strategic assessment institutions, Indonesia's growth will be low, if not negative, in 2020. Nobody knows when this pandemic will end. Various problems that have begun to emerge are the latest challenge for the government to improve the country's economic stability. Because of this, As a result, the East Java Provincial Government is attempting to implement a number of economic strategies in order to avoid a prolonged crisis, particularly in the industrial and trade sectors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze effects of leadership, risk-taking, innovation, intensive participation and contribution participation on the performance of cooperative in banyumas, central java. The method used is multiple regression analysis using the analytical methods F-test, R2 test, and t-test. Based on the results of the tests and discussions that risk-taking, innovation, and intensive participation are impacting the performance of co-operative managers in Banyumas, Central Java, Indonesia. Leadership and participation have not effect the performance of co-operative managers in Banyumas, Central Java, Indonesia. Abstract

Job satisfaction among pharmacists can give an indication of how well their expectations and the job's rewards match. The objective of this study was to measure the influence of the organizational commitment as the mediation between personality traits, and job performance of the pharmacist in Banyumas Regency. Methods A cross-sectional survey of Banyumas pharmacists was undertaken. Pharmacists were asked to complete a qustionnaire, a 58-item survey that measures the variables: job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and job performance of the pharmacist. Each item can be scored out of a maximum of 5. The linear regression were used to assess effect job satisfaction toward job performance of the pharmacist. Then, the mediation regression model with step causal method were used to assess mediation on effect job satisfaction to job performance of the pharmacist. Key findings; A total of 160 responses were available for analysis. The majority of study participants were female (72.5%), were work expericence (year) between 1 and 5 years (43.12%), owner’s pharmacy (80.63%) and all worked in pharmacy (100.0%). There was effect job satisfaction toward job performance of the pharmacist. Organizational commitment was found to be a partial mediator in the relationship between pharmacist job satisfaction and performance. Abstract

Social media is an online media that is now very developed in the world of communication and business. Instagram is one of the social media that is widely used by people to get information or run a business. In this study, researchers wanted to see the effect of Instagram content on interest in visiting with online engagement as a mediating variable. This research was conducted quantitatively with structural equation modeling where the researcher had an initial research model. After testing the validity and reliability, the researcher has a final research model. The respondents in this study were 96 UC_IBMRC Instagram followers. The results of this study indicate that Instagram content has an effect on visiting interest. Instagram content affects online engagement. Online engagement has an effect on interest in visiting and at the same time becomes a variable that partially mediates the relationship between Instagram content and interest in visiting. Abstract

Migration Regulation Number 6 of 2011, which regulates all kinds of movements related to people's affairs both inside and outside the Indonesian Territory. Indonesia adheres to a certain strategy in which every outsider who enters the territory of Indonesia is obliged to be valuable and not endanger the interests and normal strength of the state, in an effort to maintain the security of the nation's power. Regulation No. 6 of 2011, particularly regarding the sorting, handling and display of information and movement data as well as the basis for the list of names of outsiders that can be fought and avoided, regulatory oversight of the presence and activities of outsiders, as well as various biometric information.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the extent to which digital marketing was adopted by Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In addition, it also analyzes the factors that influence the use of digital marketing channels in MSMEs. This study is qualitative research that explores individual perceptions. The data collection method used structured interviews. The object of this research is MSMEs in the city of Surabaya. Determination of the research sample using the purposive sampling technique. Digital marketing has a positive impact on the marketing activities of MSMEs. The perceived positive impact is in terms of flexibility and efficiency. With digital marketing, marketing activities can be done anywhere and without bringing products to be shown to consumers. This is very helpful for MSMEs in their marketing activities. Digital marketing can also reduce the costs incurred for marketing activities. However, digital marketing requires an internet connection, and respondents stated that the expenses incurred were for internet quotas or internet subscriptions.
