Abstract

Human resource management is a process of dealing with various problems within the scope of employees, employees, workers, managers and other workers to be able to support the activities of an organization or company in order to achieve predetermined goals. The aim of the writing is to determine the role of human resource management in organizations by explaining cognitive abilities (X1) on employee work performance (Y1), explaining the influence of emotional abilities (X2) on employee performance abilities (Y1), explaining physical abilities (X3) on employee performance (Y1). The results show that the influence of abilities on employee performance is significantly positive, this means that if the ability variable is increased, employee work performance will also increase.

Abstract

The problem raised in this research is "Performance of Education Personnel (P of EP) at Indonesian Pioneer University. The variables in this research are the influence of Supervision, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Communication (as independent variables) and the Performance of Education Personnel (as dependent variables). This research pays attention to the level of Education Personnel Performance, supervision, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Communication. This research aims to reveal the influence of Supervision, Organizational Commitment, and Organizational Communication jointly or partially on the Performance of Education Personnel. The conclusion from the research is that partially and simultaneously the variables Supervision, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Communication are proven to have a positive and significant influence on the Performance of Education Personnel, with a contribution of 50.10% with supervision as the most dominant variable. Suggestions: To focus more on improving the Organizational Commitment variable by paying attention to the indicators.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Employee Experience and Employee Engagement on Life Satisfaction with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable for PT MCS employees. This research was conducted on 55 PT MCS employees, both permanent employees and contract employees as a saturated sample, using a survey method via a questionnaire distributed online. The data analysis method uses the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The research results show that there is a direct positive influence of Employee Experience and Employee Engagement on Life Satisfaction through Job Satisfaction as an intervening agent. This means that if there is high employee involvement and experience, it can be predicted that job satisfaction will also be high and have an impact on the life satisfaction felt by employees. Employee Experience and Employee Engagement directly and individually also have a positive influence on Job Satisfaction. This research found the results of a direct negative influence of Employee Engagement on Life Satisfaction. However, Employee Engagement has a positive effect if it is mediated by Job Satisfaction. This research also shows that the number of employees who are currently not involved (not engaged) in the company is much greater than the number of employees who are engaged. Apart from that, this research also shows that the majority of employees have ambiguous feelings regarding satisfaction with the Company. Only in the task aspect do employees show satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to classify images to predict banana ripeness based on skin color features using a deep learning algorithm method. The research method used is a quantitative approach, where the population in this study is to collect data by downloading datasets from Mendeley & Kaggle, the dataset taken is 200 images of bananas, namely 100 images of ripe bananas & and 100 images of unripe bananas. The sample selection technique uses classified images through the pre-processing stage, the tomato fruit image will be divided into 2 methods for testing the Self-Organizing Maps Algorithm model, namely 80% training data and 20% testing data

Abstract

Efficient internal control is essential for companies. The main objective of internal control is to build efficient control systems within a company or organisation to improve operational procedures. The aim of this study is to determine the payment system and methods for bill payment utilising Pospay in order to improve internal control. Furthermore, it aims to examine the calibre of Pospay services provided by PT Pos Indonesia KCU Jember and evaluate the internal control mechanisms implemented for funds produced from Pospay counter services. This study utilises descriptive qualitative research approaches. Data or information collection procedures are executed by the process of observation, interviews, and documentation to authenticate the obtained information or data.

Abstract

In the digital era, the primary focus is on the use of fintech as a payment tool. This research delves into the factors influencing fintech adoption within the financial sector, primarily focusing on perceived usefulness, ease of use, and trust in the technology. Highlighting these factors, the study demonstrates their impact on user interest in adopting fintech. The research methodology involves data collection from literature reviews and observations. Fintech is regulated by financial authorities and offers transactional convenience. The research concludes that the success of fintech adoption strongly correlates with perceived usefulness, ease of use, and trust. Positive perceptions regarding the benefits and user-friendliness of fintech drive its adoption, providing a foundation for fintech companies to enhance their services

Abstract

This research aims to strengthen the results of previous research and conduct an analysis of the influence of Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Organizational Commitment as an intervention for XYZ Agency Employees. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling technique of 187 respondents. The strategy applied in checking information is SmartPLS v.3.2.9. The research results show that Hierarchical Culture has an impact on OCB, Job Fulfillment influences OCB, Authoritative Culture basically influences Authoritative Responsibility, Job Fulfillment influences Hierarchical Responsibility, Authoritative Responsibility has a positive and large influence on OCB, Hierarchical Culture influences OCB through the mediation of Authoritative Responsibility , and Job Fulfillment fundamentally influence OCB through the mediation of Hierarchical Responsibilities.

Abstract

Sebuah perusahaan di kota Surabaya telah mengembangkan production planning information system yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kinerja perusahaan di tengah persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat di era digital. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis kualitas production planning information system agar dapat memenuhi standar mutu perusahaan. Analisis kualitas sistem informasi pada penelitian ini menggunakan McCall’s Framework agar dapat menganalisis lebih mendalam dan menyeluruh dengan difokuskan pada kategori product operation. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah production planning information system memenuhi kualitas baik terutama pada faktor correctness(85%), reliability (86,80s%), dan usability 19,245 ± 10,547. Perlu peningkatan pada faktor efficiency terutama pemahaman dan keterampilan pengguna dan peningkatan faktor integrity terutama pada subfaktor security (40%). Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi acuan pengembangan production planning information system di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Beban kerja adalah tugas yang diberikan kepada pekerja oleh suatu organisasi yang harus diselesaikan dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui beban kerja yang dihadapi bagian pengawasan PT Pos Indonesia KCU Jember dan bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap tingkat stres pegawainya dalam bekerja. Indikasi beban ini adalah jumlah pengajuan yang diselesaikan setiap hari dan setiap bulan. Karena penelitian dilakukan dalam suasana alamiah, maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang disebut juga metode penelitian naturalistik. Metode yang digunakan untuk memilih subjek wawancara adalah purposive sampling.
