Abstract

Desa wisata Nglanggeran termasuk dalam salah satu desa wisata terbaik dunia, tetapi dalam pengembangan desa wisata ini kearifan lokal masih kurang diterapkan, karena banyak bangunan tradisional yang berubah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan mengembangkan Konsep Sarana dan Prasarana berbasis Kearifan Lokal di Desa Nglanggeran. Melalui konsep ini, diharapkan dapat mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai budaya, tradisi, dan kearifan lokal ke dalam infrastruktur desa secara holistik. Adapun tujuan dari kajian ini adalah menganalisis sarana dan prasarana berbasis kearifan lokal di Desa Nglanggeran sebagai daya tarik wisata. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif untuk mendalami isu yang terkait. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi lapangan secara langsung, yang mencakup melakukan wawancara dengan subjeknya yaitu pihak POKDARWIS (Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga Wisata) Desa Wisata Nglanggeran, sebagai pemangku kepentingan utama dalam pengelolaan desa wisata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa membangun infrastruktur yang berbasis kearifan lokal mempunyai implikasi yang signifikan terhadap daya tarik wisata, terutama bagi yang memiliki perbedaan budaya dan tertarik pada wisata alam. Upaya yang memadukan kearifan lokal dengan pengembangan sarana dan prasarana dapat memberikan landasan yang kuat dalam menjaga dan meningkatkan daya tarik desa wisata Nglanggeran.Pengembangan sarana prasarana dengan penerapan kearifan lokal di Desa Wisata Nglanggeran perlu direalisasikan dengan selain pelestarian budaya lokal penerapannya mampu mengenalkan budaya lokal ke kancah internasional.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh label haram bagi wisatawan muslim dalam pemilihan layanan wisata (hotel, restaurant, dan atraksi wisata). Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 34 responden wisatawan muslim dengan pengambilan sampel penuh. Metode pengumpulan data berupa studi pustaka dan kuesioner melalui platform google form. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik presentase dan analisis regresi liner sederhana dengan bantuan software Microsoft Excel 2013. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa analisis label halal jumlah Skor yang didapat 693 / 680 x 100% = 1,19% dari yang diharapkan 100%, sedangkan analisis keputusan pembeli layanan wisata menunjukan jumlah skor yang didapat 406 / 510 x 100% = 0,79% dari yang diharapkan 100%.Hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana menunjukan nilai thitung (3,437)>ttabel maka dapat dinayatakan bahwa uji hipotesisnya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Penelitian ini dapat disampulkan bahwa label halal berpengaruh secara signifikan bagi wisatawan muslim dalam pemilihan layanan wisata.

Abstract

Taman Eden 100 Tourism Object is a tourist attraction that is very suitable as a tourist destination for people who live in the city. The beautiful atmosphere of natural scenery can help tourists who live in the city feel more calm and comfortable enjoying their vacation time. Currently, there are many travel agencies that package tourist objects that have the potential to become a tour package. To be able to compete with other tourist attractions, it is necessary to package tour packages that can adapt to tourists. Therefore, this study aims to produce a tour package based on the potentials that exist in the Taman Eden 100 Tourism Object. The research was conducted at Taman Eden 100, Toba Regency. The method used by the author in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques in this research are in the form of literature study, observation, documentation, interviews and a check list with the Founder/Management of the Taman Eden 100 Tourism Object. The result of this research is "Andaliman Garden Eden Educational Tour Package 100 2D/1N". The target market of this tour package is for group or group tourists. Itinerary for the Andaliman Educational Tour Package, which the author designed based on the type, was to use a matrix/table type. While calculating the price of the package, the authors classify it into two, namely fixed cost and variable cost. It is hoped that the Tour Package that the author designed can be applied to the Taman Eden 100 Tourism Object and attract many visitors. Keywords: Packaging, Potential, Tour Packages

Abstract

Batu Angus Geotourism in West Ternate District, North Maluku, is one of the popular tourist destinations in Indonesia that offers unique and interesting natural scenery. The area is famous for its black volcanic rocks and rough texture, the result of an ancient volcanic eruption. This study aims to map the facilities and infrastructure at the Batu Angus Geotourism Object in the Kulaba Village, West Ternate District using a GIS application in order to map the location and area of facilities and infrastructure, analyze the condition of facilities and infrastructure, and provide recommendations for development facilities and infrastructure at the Batu Angus Geotourism Object. The method used is a spatial approach based on a geospatial information system by means of field surveys to collect spatial data on the location and area of facilities and infrastructure, interviews with tourist attraction managers and tourists to collect attribute data on the condition of facilities and infrastructure, and documentation to collect secondary data in the form of photos and maps. The results of the study showed that the condition of the facilities and infrastructure was adequate, including a parking area, stage, gazebo, and toilets. Facilities that need to be improved include clean water, electricity, a museum, and road access. Mapping was carried out using the ArcGIS application to produce a digital map of the distribution of facilities and infrastructure. This map helps tourists to find available facilities. Batu Angus Geotourism has great potential to be developed. It is necessary to improve facilities and infrastructure, tourism promotion, and public awareness to support the development of this tourism.

Abstract

This research examines the rapid increase in the number of cafés around the Cengklik Reservoir and explores the implications for the local community. This research uses a qualitative survey method by collecting data from 10 interviews with local residents. The results showed some positive impacts for local residents. The findings show that although the proliferation of cafés has spurred local economic growth and created new jobs, it has also created some challenges such as the increased intensity of passing vehicles. The conclusion of this study is that the emergence of cafes around the Cengklik Reservoir has a positive impact on local residents covering three aspects: economic, environmental and socio-cultural.

Abstract

The role of local communities in the development of Rengganis Campsite in Ciwidey, West Java. This research uses a qualitative analysis method using data from interviews with tourism managers and local communities that involved. The results of this study explain that local communities contribute to environmental preservation, tourism promotion and sustainable management efforts to increase the potential of these attractions. The involvement of local communities in tourism development is very important to achieve the goal of sustainable tourism development. In addition, this research discusses coordination and active participation between the government, tourism industry players, and local communities. This research is expected to provide a better understanding of the role of local communities in the development of tourism objects as well as the assessment of good governance principles. Keywords: Local community, Qualitative analysis, Community empowerment, Governance principles Abstrak Peran masyarakat lokal dalam pengelolaan suatu daya tarik yang berbasis masyarakat sangatlah penting, khususnya di Rengganis Campsite Ciwidey, Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif dengan menggunakan data dari hasil wawancara kepada pengelola wisata dan masyarakat lokal yang terlibat. Penelitian ini berfokus pada kontribusi masyarakat dalam pelestarian lingkungan, promosi pariwisata dan upaya pengelolaan berkelanjuan untuk meningkatkan potensi obyek wisata tersebut. Keterlibatan masyarakat lokal dalam pengembangan pariwisata dianggap sangat penting untuk mencapai tujuan pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan. Selain itu, penelitian ini membahan koordinasi dan partisipasi aktif antara pemerintah, pelaku industri pariwisata dan masyarakat setempat. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang peran masyarakat lokal dalam pengembangan obyek wisata serta penerapan prinsip tata kelola yang baik. Abstract

Based on data from the Bukittinggi Tourism Office, the number of tourists continues to increase. The high number of visits does have a positive impact but the lack of control of professional actors creates problems for visitors. Congestion and cleanliness are one of the impacts of the lack of supervision of the traders. In response to this, the Bukittinggi City Government created an innovation to discipline professional groups through the Tourism Hero Card. The research is descriptive qualitative research. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that the Hero Tourism Card is socialized directly and also informed through social media. The innovation has an impact on professional actors because it is quite effective in structuring traders and the location of the trading area. However, Covid-19 caused the innovation diffusion process at the beginning of its release to be less effective. The lack of access to information for some professional actors makes the Hero Tourism Card innovation need special attention in the future.

Abstract

One strategy to optimize Gen Z employees as organizational assets is to utilize them by placing Gen Z according to their roles. HRD must be able to assess employee competencies and capabilities so that they can assign them the right position, because balancing roles in teamwork is important to create a conducive work environment and productive collaboration. This research aims to determine the role of Generation Z teamwork at the Jimbafest event and identify the role of Gen Z that needs to be improved so that the event can run more optimally. This research uses a mix of methods, including JMP software and data collection via questionnaires. The research results show that the roles of Plant, Specialist, and Resource Investigator are very lacking and must be improved to be able to create more productive work teams and complete work more effectively. Generation Z who contribute to a performance or activity must be more creative and imaginative in coming up with brilliant ideas, have experience and in-depth understanding in their field, and must be able to be good networkers or facilitators.

Abstract

Tata kelola destinasi wisata Kota Bima yang didasari oleh nilai lokalitas budaya dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan kesejahteraan masyarakat serta pertahanan budaya di daerah. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui potensi wisata dan penerapan kearifan lokal Maja Labo Dahu dalam pengelolaan destinasi wisata Kota Bima, mengingat pola pengembangan manjamen destinasi kedepan memerlukan eksplorasi tatanan nilai, lokalitas, dan keharmonisan dalam membangun destinasi wisata yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskritif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan ethnografi. Data diperoleh melalui observasi lapangan, studi pustaka dan wawancara mendalam pada 40 informan yang terdiri dari 10 pengelola obyek wisata, 10 wisatawan, 10 tokoh agama dan budaya, dan 10 masyarakat lokal. Data dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi, menyajikan, dan menyimpulkan data serta memverifikasinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa potensi pariwisata Kota Bima bertumpu pada keanekaragaman, keunikan dan kekhasan budaya dan alam, serta letak wilayah yang sangat strategis menghubungkan antara Labuan Bajo, Lombok, dan Bali sebagai daerah pariwisata prioritas nasional yang dapat dijangkau melalui darat, laut dan udara. Keberadaan potensi wisata perlu dikelola dengan menerapkan nilai lokalitas Maja Labo Dahu yang dipengang teguh masyarakat Bima sesuai dengan norma agama (Islam) seperti jujur, dapat dipercaya, harmonis, kompeten, dan adaptif. Manajemen destinasi wisata berbasis Maja labo Dahu dapat menjadi sebuah model alternatif dalam pengelolaan pariwisata berbasis kearifan lokal, yang mengajarkan tentang keharmonisan relasi antara manusia dengan Tuhan, manusia dengan manusia, dan manusia dengan lingkungannya. Pentingnya implementasi budaya Maja labo Dahu dalam pengelolaan destinasi wisata adalah upaya untuk menjaga keberlangsungan sumber daya alam dan sosial budaya dan pada waktu yang bersamaan dapat memperoleh manfaat secara ekonomi bagi masyarakat lokal. Maka, dalam rangka memberikan acuan bagi pemangku kepentingan, perlu pembuatan pedoman pengelolaan destinasi pariwisata berbasis kearifan lokal yang Berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Pada beberapa dekade terakhir, peningkatan mengenai teknologi semakin berkembang, khususnya Gamification ternyata dapat memberikan pengaruh pada industri perhotelan, khususnya suatu pengalaman di hotel bintang 5 di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menilai bagaimana elemen-elemen Gamification dan Booking Apps seperti loyalitas program, promosi, dan inovasi layanan mempengaruhi pengalaman pelanggan. Selain itu, dianalisis pula peran aplikasi pemesanan dalam memfasilitasi reservasi dan memberikan informasi yang relevan terhadap hotel, pembayaran, hingga penawaran yang ditawarkan kepada pengguna. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada tamu hotel bintang 5 di Indonesia, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan menggunakan uji terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Gamification dan Booking Apps yang efektif dapat meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan secara signifikan.
