Abstract

Reza Kurnia Pratama, Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Konflik Interpersonal Dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Honorer Kantor DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Selatan (Dibawah bimbingan Ibu Hj. Nina Fitriana, SE, M.Si dan Bapak H. Hisbulah Basri, SE, M.Si). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Konflik Interpersonal Dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Honorer Kantor DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, populasi penelitian ini adalah Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 109 Pegawai Honorer Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Sumatra Selatan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling yang dilakukan secara acak tanpa memperhatikan strata yang ada dalam populasi. Batas toleransi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebesar 0,05 % dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 95 %. Pada penelitian jumlah populasi sebesar sebesar 109 pegawai dengan batas kesalahan 0,05 % dan nilai d 0,10. hasil penelitian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja memiliki nilai minimum 28, nilai maksimum sebesar 48 dan nilai rata-rata sebesar 40.92 dengan standar deviasi sebesar 3.407. Uji validitas dilakukan dengan melihat hasil nilai corrected item-total correlation dengan taraf signifikan 5%, tingkat signifikasi sebesar 0,05, derajat kebebasan (df) = n – 2 = 30 - 2 = 28, didapat r tabel = 0,3610. Uji reliabilitas dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software SPSS25. sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 responden. Berdasarkan hasil olahdata di atas, maka estimasi fungsi regresi diperoleh sebagai berikut.Y = 9.327 + 0.293 X1 + 0.099 X2 + 0.402 X3. nilai F-hitung atau Sig (0.000) <  5%, Maka ?0 ditolak yang berarti kepemimpinan (X1), konflik interpersonal (X2) dan komunikasi (X3) secara bersama-sama mampu mempengaruhi variabel kepuasan kerja (Y) pegawai honorer kantor DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Berdasarkan hasil regresi linear berganda diperoleh nilai t-statistik variabel kepemimpinan sebesar 2.019 > t-tabel atau Sig. 0.047 <  5%, maka ?0 ditolak dan ?? diterima. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture, on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, either partially or simultaneously at PT. Pleno Anugrah Dinamika Jakarta. This study uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. Sampling was 109 people with techniques are questionnaires. Descriptive data analysis and inferential statistical analysis is for hypothesis testing. Data processing is assisted by Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 25 software. Based on the Organizational Commitment (X1) correlation test, and Organizational Culture  (X2) with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) has a strong relationship. While the contribution of Organizational Commitment (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) is 31%. Based on multiple regression tests it shows that, the higher the value of Organizational Commitment (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) simultaneously at a certain value, then it will increase the value of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y) at a certain value as well. The simultaneous effect of Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at PT. Pleno Anugrah Dinamika Jakarta is significant. Partially Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior  at PT. Pleno Anugrah Dinamika Jakarta

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of Taste and Service Quality on Purchase Decisions both partially and simultaneously. The sample consists of 96 respondents who are customers of Il Vero. This research uses a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire instrument with a Likert Summated Rating (LSR) scale, with evaluation criteria ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The data analysis method was processed using SPSS version 26. The partial results of the study show that Taste (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions (Y) with a t-value of 4.878, a t-table value of 1.984, and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Service Quality (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions (Y) with a t-value of 3.563, a t-table value of 2.30, and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Simultaneously, Taste (X1) and Service Quality (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions (Y) with a t-value of 110.347, a t-table value of 2.30, and a significance value of 0.004 < 0.05. The regression equation results indicate that Taste has the highest influence, followed by Service Quality, which has the smallest influence.

Abstract

This study aims determine how much influence live streaming, content marketing and customer reviews have on purchasing decisions at TikTok Shop in Bengkulu City. study uses a type quantitative research using primary data obtained from a questionnaire. The population in study are Tiktok Shop users who have made purchases. With certain criteria. The dependent variables in this study are live streaming, content marketing and customer review. The sample in this study was 95 respondents, which were determined using the Hair formula. The results of the partial research are Live streaming has a significant effect on purchasing decisions tiktok shop in Bengkulu city. Content marketing has no significant effect on purchasing decisions at the TikTok shop in Bengkulu city. Online customer review has no significant effect on purchasing decisions Tiktok shop in Bengkulu city. while simultaneously stating that Live streaming, content marketing and online customer revew have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions at the Tiktok shop in Bengkulu city.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence person organization fit, organizational citizenship behavior and burnout have on the employees performance of Bank BRI Kanca Manna South Bengkulu . The variables of this research are person organization fit, organizational citizenship behavior and burnout. The research method used is an explanatory research approach. This research uses quantitative data. Data comes from distributing questionnaires employees to Bank BRI Kanca Manna south Bengkulu. The research population was all employees of Bank BRI Kanca Manna South Bengkulu, totaling 45 employees, using a saturated sampling technique. The analytical tool used in this research uses SPSS 22. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression, t test and f test. The results of this research are; (1) Person Organization Fit (X1) has a partial and positive effect on employee performance (Y) Bank Bri Kanca Manna South Bengkulu (2) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (X2) has a partial and positive effect on employee performance (Y) Bank Bri Kanca Manna South Bengkulu (3) Burnout (X3) has a partial and positive effect on employee performance (Y) Bank Bri Kanca Manna South Bengkulu (4) Person Organization Fit (X1), Organizational Citizenship Behavior (X2) and Burnout (X3) on employee performance (Y) together has a simultaneous influence.

Abstract

This research aims to find out two things, namely the amendments to the articles ofLaw Number 20 of 2008 concerning Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, especially regarding the requirements for establishing MSMEs, as well as cost analysis andbenefits in comparison to Law Number 20 of 2008 concerning MSMEss and Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. The research design used is a normative legal research method, namely the comparison of legislation between Law Number 20 of 2008 concerning MSMEs and Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. The data analysis technique used is content analysis andcost and benefit analysis to determine the impact of the Job Creation Law on society. The Job Creation Law makes it easier for prospective MSMEs players and MSMEs entrepreneurs. MSME will get legality to facilitate tax administration, making it easier to get incentives. Based on the analysis of costs and benefits, the Job Creation Law can increase economic growth, increase the number of jobs, andincrease income. In contrast, the costs incurred include administrative costs,monitoring costs, risk control costs, conflict costs, and environmental damage costs. The Job Creation Law must provide a single database management status, especially regarding OSS for MSMEss, related to regulated data and its functions so that business actors can feel a positive impact

Abstract

The objective of this study was to analyze the effect of supply chain agility (SCA), supply chain integration (SCI) and supply chain quality management (SCQM) on the performance of online food seller companies. This research is quantitative research with a structural equation model methodology using AMOS. This study uses a population of companies or culinary business people who sell their products online in West Java, Indonesia. From this population, 160 online culinary businesses were selected as samples in this study. This study resulted that SCA, SCI and SCQM can have a positive and significant effect on company performance. Online culinary companies should increase supply chain agility through the development of several aspects within the company, namely demand management, agile distribution, agile manufacturing and agile customization. The results fill the gap in previous research by analyzing the influence of supply chain agility, supply chain integration and supply chain quality management on company performance in the culinary industry. It is hoped that this research can provide input and study the role of the supply chain in improving company performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pelaku UMKM untuk menerima QRIS sebagai alat pembayaran digital dengan menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dari 100 pelaku UMKM di Surabaya menggunakan Google Forms yang didistribusikan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh merupakan analisis hasil teknik SEM-PLS. Bukti dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa computer self efisiensi (CSE), persepsi kegunaan (PEU), persepsi kemudahan penggunaan (POU), dan sikap terhadap penggunaan (ATU) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap minat perilaku (BEI), serta minat perilaku (BEI) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap penggunaan sistem aktual (ACU). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu para pelaku UMKM agar siap menggunakan QRIS dalam operasional komersialnya sehingga dapat mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Temuan penelitian ini juga dapat dijadikan acuan oleh lembaga yang menggunakan QRIS untuk membantu mereka memutuskan cara terbaik dalam meningkatkan infrastruktur dan teknologi yang dimilikinya saat ini agar dapat menarik minat lebih besar dari para pelaku UMKM.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of advertising and service quality on the decision process of students choosing Muhammadiyah University, Tangerang. The research approach used in this research is quantitative research. Statistical tests were carried out which included simple regression tests, multiple regression tests, simple correlation tests, multiple correlation tests, and determination of determinant coefficients. And hypothesis testing is also carried out, including partial tests (t tests) and simultaneous tests (F tests). Data processing analysis used the SPSS version 23 program. The sampling technique used in this research was Sample Random Sampling, obtaining a sample of 133 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire given to students in the 2014 to 2017 academic year at Muhammadiyah University, Tangerang. The partial calculation results obtained for advertising tcount are greater than ttable, namely 6.275>1.652. And for service quality tcount is greater than ttable is 7.099>1.652. This means that partially there is a positive and significant contribution between advertising and service quality to the student decision process. Simultaneous testing obtained that Fcount was greater than Ftable, namely 34.721>3.04. This means that simultaneously there is a positive and significant contribution between advertising and service quality to the student decision process

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of promotion, convenience and security on the decision to use Gopay among generation Z in the city of Bengkulu. The nature of this research is associative. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. The population generation Z from Bengkulu City who have used GoPay at least twice in the last 6 months, totaling 518,189 people. The number of samples set was 100 people. In the data collection process, researchers used the questionnaire method. The method used to analyze the data in this research is a data processing program or data software, namely SPSS version 25. The results of the research state that promotion has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use as evidenced by the t-count value for the promotion variable of 3.216 > t-table of 0.676 and the sig value is 0.002 < 0.05, which means that if promotion increased, will increase. Convenience positive and significant effect on the decision as evidenced by the t-count value for the promotion variable of 3.303>t-table of 0.676 and a sig value of 0.000<0.05 which means that if convenience is further increased, the decision increase. Security has a positive and significant effect evidenced by the t-count value for the promotion variable of 5.274>t-table of 0.676 and a sig value of 0.000<0.05 which means if security is further improved, the decision to use will increase. Together Promotion, Convenience and Security have a positive and significant influence on the Decision to evidenced by the Fcount > Ftable value of 227.219 > 3.94 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, with this the Fcount value is greater than Ftable and the significance is below 0.05, which means that if promotion, convenience and security are improved simultaneously, then the decision to use will increase.
