Abstract

Abstract: KH. Masjkur merupakan salah satu tokoh penting dalam perjuangan kemerdekaan Indonesia, terutama dalam perannya sebagai ulama dan pejuang yang membangkitkan semangat jihad di kalangan umat Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai kepahlawanan KH. Masjkur dalam perjuangan kemerdekaan Indonesia, baik dari segi pemikiran, strategi perjuangan, maupun warisan yang ditinggalkannya. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode sejarah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaan dengan menelusuri sumber-sumber primer dan sekunder, seperti dokumen, arsip, serta literatur yang membahas peran KH. Masjkur dalam perjuangan nasional. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode kritik sumber dan interpretasi historis untuk memahami secara mendalam kontribusi dan nilai-nilai kepahlawanan yang dapat diteladani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KH. Masjkur memiliki tiga nilai utama dalam perjuangannya, yaitu keberanian (courage) dalam menghadapi penjajah, keteguhan (perseverance) dalam membela kemerdekaan, serta kepemimpinan religius (religious leadership) yang mampu menyatukan umat dalam semangat jihad fisabilillah. Selain itu, sebagai Menteri Agama pertama pasca-kemerdekaan, KH. Masjkur juga berperan dalam membangun fondasi nilai-nilai keislaman dalam kehidupan bernegara. Nilai-nilai kepahlawanan yang dimilikinya tetap relevan untuk ditanamkan dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara saat ini, terutama dalam memperkuat nasionalisme dan moderasi beragama. Abstract: KH. Masjkur was a significant figure in Indonesia’s independence struggle, particularly in his role as an Islamic scholar and fighter who instilled the spirit of jihad among Muslims. This study aims to analyze the heroic values of KH. Masjkur in Indonesia’s independence movement, focusing on his thoughts, strategies, and legacy. This research employs a qualitative approach using the historical method. Data collection is conducted through literature studies by examining primary and secondary sources, such as documents, archives, and literature discussing KH. Masjkur’s role in the national struggle. Data analysis is carried out using source criticism and historical interpretation to gain an in-depth understanding of his contributions and the heroic values that can be emulated. The findings indicate that KH. Masjkur embodied three primary values in his struggle: courage in resisting colonial forces, perseverance in defending independence, and religious leadership that united people under the spirit of jihad fisabilillah. Furthermore, as the first Minister of Religious Affairs after independence, KH. Masjkur played a crucial role in establishing Islamic values in the national framework. His heroic values remain relevant today in fostering nationalism and religious moderation in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan Museum Nasional sebagai sumber belajar dalam meningkatkan kualitas pemahaman sejarah bagi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Sejarah Universitas Sriwijaya. Museum sebagai lembaga pelestarian warisan budaya dan sejarah memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran. Dalam pendidikan sejarah, mahasiswa tidak cukup hanya menguasai teori, melainkan juga dituntut memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis, historis, dan reflektif. Oleh karena itu, keberadaan museum sebagai sumber belajar menjadi alternatif yang kontekstual, aplikatif, dan bermakna. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analisis. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung di Museum Nasional Jakarta, serta dokumentasi koleksi-koleksi yang relevan dengan materi kuliah. Teknik analisis data mengacu pada model Miles dan Huberman, yang mencakup proses reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan Museum Nasional sebagai sumber belajar memberikan dampak positif bagi penguatan pemahaman materi sejarah mahasiswa. Koleksi museum, seperti artefak prasejarah, peninggalan Hindu-Buddha, nisan kuno, manuskrip Islam, senjata perjuangan, arsip pergerakan nasional, hingga dokumen kemerdekaan, secara nyata membantu mahasiswa mengaitkan teori yang dipelajari di kelas dengan bukti otentik yang dapat diamati langsung. Selain memperkuat aspek kognitif, pengalaman belajar berbasis museum juga menumbuhkan apresiasi dan kesadaran historis mahasiswa terhadap pentingnya pelestarian warisan budaya bangsa. Interaksi langsung dengan koleksi di museum mendorong mahasiswa untuk tidak hanya menghafal fakta sejarah, tetapi juga mengembangkan pemikiran kritis, membangun hubungan sebab-akibat antar peristiwa, dan memahami dinamika sosial, politik, ekonomi, dan budaya dalam konteks sejarah Indonesia. Dengan demikian, pemanfaatan Museum Nasional sebagai sumber belajar tidak hanya memperkaya proses pembelajaran, tetapi juga menjadi sarana efektif dalam membentuk karakter mahasiswa yang berwawasan historis dan cinta terhadap budaya bangsa. Abstract:This research aims to analyze the utilization of the National Museum as a learning resource in improving the quality of historical understanding for students of the History Education Study Program of Sriwijaya University. Museums as cultural and historical heritage preservation institutions have great potential in supporting the learning process. In history education, it is not enough for students to master theory, but they are also required to have the ability to think critically, historically, and reflectively. Therefore, the existence of museums as a learning resource is a contextual, applicable, and meaningful alternative. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach. Data were collected through direct observation at the National Museum Jakarta, as well as documentation of collections relevant to the course material. The data analysis technique refers to the Miles and Huberman model, which includes the process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the utilization of the National Museum as a learning resource had a positive impact on strengthening students' understanding of historical material. Museum collections, such as prehistoric artifacts, Hindu-Buddhist relics, ancient gravestones, Islamic manuscripts, weapons of struggle, national movement archives, and independence documents, clearly help students link the theories learned in class with authentic evidence that can be observed directly. In addition to strengthening cognitive aspects, museum-based learning experiences also foster students' appreciation and historical awareness of the importance of preserving the nation's cultural heritage. Direct interaction with collections in the museum encourages students to not only memorize historical facts, but also develop critical thinking, establish cause-and-effect relationships between events, and understand social, political, economic, and cultural dynamics in the context of Indonesian history. Thus, the utilization of the National Museum as a learning resource not only enriches the learning process, but also becomes an effective means in shaping the character of students with historical insight and love for the nation's culture.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to develop a history learning medium using a Storythat comic based on the Ngideri Dhisah tradition. Secondly, it aims to measure the effectiveness of the Storythat comic medium based on the Ngideri Dhisah tradition in enhancing students’ visual perceptual skills. This research is a development study or Research & Development (R&D) adopting the ADDIE model by Branch. The study was conducted at SMAN 1 Tenggarang with the research subjects being grade X students. Data collection techniques included questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique to measure students’ visual perceptual skills used IBM SPSS V29. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the Storythat comic medium based on the Ngideri Dhisah tradition is suitable for use in the learning process with minor revisions; (2) the Storythat comic medium based on the Ngideri Dhisah tradition can significantly enhance students’ visual perceptual skills with a “Large Effect” category (Relative Effectiveness Test score of 0.83). This research provides initial information for future studies that will examine the effectiveness of the Storythat comic medium in improving students’ visual perceptual skills, particularly in the history learning process.

Abstract

Abstract:Pendidikan dasar di Nepal memainkan peran kunci dalam perubahan sosial, menghubungkan upaya modernisasi dengan tantangan ketimpangan sosial, geografis, dan budaya. Sebagai landasan pembangunan manusia, pendidikan dasar di Nepal berkembang dari sistem yang eksklusif di era Dinasti Rana—yang membatasi akses hanya bagi elit—menuju sistem inklusif pasca-revolusi 1951. Dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur dan metode kualitatif untuk menganalisis sumber, penelitian ini menelaah transformasi sistem pendidikan dasar dan dampaknya terhadap masyarakat melalui analisis berbagai sumber sekunder, termasuk laporan pendidikan, jurnal internasional. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa reformasi pada 1970-an, melalui New Education System Plan (NESP), berhasil memperluas akses pendidikan dengan sentralisasi kurikulum, meskipun wilayah pedesaan tetap tertinggal. Pada 1990-an, upaya untuk menciptakan pendidikan gratis dan inklusif semakin meningkatkan angka partisipasi, termasuk dari kelompok perempuan dan masyarakat marginal. Namun, tantangan seperti bias budaya yang meminggirkan kelompok minoritas, kurangnya infrastruktur di wilayah terpencil, dan ketergantungan pada donor asing terus membatasi efektivitas sistem pendidikan. Di sisi lain, pendidikan dasar berhasil meningkatkan mobilitas sosial, memberdayakan perempuan, dan memperkuat identitas nasional di tengah keberagaman etnis dan bahasa. Abstract:Primary education in Nepal plays a key role in social change, linking modernization efforts with the challenges of social, geographic and cultural inequality. As a cornerstone of human development, primary education in Nepal evolved from an exclusive system under the Rana Dynasty-which restricted access to the elite-to an inclusive system after the 1951 revolution. Using the literature study method and qualitative methods to analyze sources, this research examines the transformation of the primary education system and its impact on society through the analysis of various secondary sources, including educational reports, international journals. The results show that reforms in the 1970s, through the New Education System Plan (NESP), succeeded in expanding access to education by centralizing the curriculum, although rural areas remained behind. In the 1990s, efforts to create free and inclusive education further increased enrollment, including from women and marginalized communities. However, challenges such as cultural biases that marginalize minority groups, lack of infrastructure in remote areas, and dependence on foreign donors continue to limit the effectiveness of the education system. On the other hand, basic education has improved social mobility, empowered women and strengthened national identity amid ethnic and linguistic diversity.

Abstract

Konteks penelitian ini di SMK Negeri 1 Prigen Pasuruan, yang telah menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka, di sekolah ini peserta didik diperbolehkan membawa gawai atau smartphone untuk menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran. Pembelajaran sejarah di SMK sangat terbatas dan termasuk kedalam pembelajaran umum kurang diminati oleh peserta didik. Penelitian dan pengembangan model ADDIE dari Dick and carry dipilih sebagai metode penelitian. Demikian pengembangan media Persija (pembelajaran website sejarah) berbasis google sites mengenai peninggalan candi Kerajaan Tumapel. Penelitian diperoleh hasil validasi materi 96%, dan untuk hasil validasi media 81%. Sedangkan untuk hasil uji coba diperoleh dua hasil, uji coba kelompok kecil mendapatkan 90%, dan uji coba kelompok besar mendapatkan 86%. Berdasarkan hasil dari kedua validasi ahli dan kedua uji coba di lapangan terhadap tabel kriteria ketentuan yang digunakan bahwa media Persija dinyatakan sangat valid dan sangat layak untuk media pembelajaran sejarah di kelas X DKV 2 SMK Negeri 1 Prigen Pasuruan.

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang mengandalkan teknologi, seperti penggunaan Artificial Intelligence (AI), mengurangi inisiatif peserta didik dalam belajar dan memilih cara instan untuk mengerjakan tuga. Sebagai solusi untuk mengantisipasi perkara tersebut, maka seorang pendidik mesti memilih model dan media pembelajaran yang benar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) terhadap hasil belajar sejarah. Metode yang dipakai yakni quasi-experimental dengan pengukuran pre-test post-test, menggunakan kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol. Sampelnya masing-masing kelas 36 peserta didik berasal dari kelas eksperimen dan dari kelas kontrol juga berjumlah 36 peserta didik. Pada tahapan analisis menggunakan Uji Independent Samples T-Test. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukan sig. 0,399 > 0,05 maka Ho gagal ditolak. Hasil pre-test pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 73,9 dan post-test 80,5. Sedangkan pada kelas kontrol, hasil pre-test sebesar 72,5 dan post-test 78,6. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya pembelajaran Project Based Learning memiliki pengaruh jika dilihat dari soal peserta didik sebelum dan setelah diberikan pengaruh model pembelajaran PjBL, namun kalau dibanding dengan kelas yang menggunakan model pembelajaran mixed yakni kelas kontrol (diskusi dan ceramah) diketahui tidak ada pengaruhnya.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the urgency to understand how combat experience forms an effective and adaptive military strategy in the context of Sishankamrata. By using a mixed methods approach, quantitative correlation, and qualitative analysis through historical case studies. This study examined the influence of war experience on the war strategy, focusing on the figure of General Ulysses S. Grant. The results showed a very strong correlation (r = 0.979) between combat experience and military strategy development. This indicates that experience on the battlefield contributes greatly to forming effective intuition, decision-making, and strategic leadership. Novelty This study lies in the integration of experiential learning theory and adaptive leadership in analyzing causal relationships between combat experience and military strategy, which has not been widely studied in depth in academic literature. This study contributes to enriching the Sishankamrata framework by emphasizing the importance of empirical learning in forming adaptive strategic leadership while offering a historical-comparative perspective for the development of a responsive global military strategy of the dynamics of modern conflict. The limitation of this study lies in the focus on one single figure, namely General Ulysses S. Grant, so that generalizations to the context of military and civilian leaders in history are still limited; however, this finding still has theoretical and practical significance because it opens new insights on how combat experience can be converted into an effective military strategy and adaptive civilian leadership. Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the implementation of the "Kurikulum Merdeka" (Independent Curriculum) in the history subject at SMA Ar-Rohmah Putri Dau in Malang Regency. Purposive sampling is the qualitative research methodology used to select informants who have relevant knowledge and experience. Interviews and observations are utilized to gather data, which is then evaluated using source and method triangulation. The research findings indicate that SMA Ar-Rohmah Putri has been teaching history using the Kurikulum Merdeka since the 2022/2023 academic year. The implementation is being carried out gradually, starting from grade X and will be applied to grade XI in the following academic year. The school has chosen the option of autonomous implementation, with four driving teachers assigned to facilitate a community of learning among the teachers at the school. These findings can provide input for the school and the government in enhancing the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka at a broader educational level. Furthermore, this research also provides further insights into the challenges and impacts of adopting an autonomous curriculum in the topic of History at SMA Ar-Rohmah Putri.

Abstract

The development of multimedia e-module teaching materials based on flip PDF-corporate material on the National Revolution in Malang 1945-1949 for history learning class XI students at SMA Panjura Malang was based on potential findings and existing problems. The research method used is research and development (RnD) by Sugiyono which consists of 10 stages, namely: 1) potential and problems, 2) data collection, 3) product design, 4) design validation, 5) design revision, 6) initial trials, 7) product revision, 8) use trials, 9) product revision, and 10) mass production. The results of this research and development are multimedia e-module teaching materials based on flip PDF-corporate materials on the National Revolution in Malang 1945-1949 which obtained material suitability validation test scores of 96%, teaching material suitability validation test scores of 86%, and product trials carried out by expert practitioners or teachers got a score of 96%, small group trials with 6 students in class XI-IPS 3 got a score of 85%, while large group trials with 14 students in class XI-IPS 3 obtained a score of 87%. Showing an increase of 2%, meaning that this teaching material is very valid and suitable for use in history learning in all class XI SMA Panjura Malang also answers based on the potential and problems found.

Abstract

This research aims to determine student learning outcomes in Integrated Social Sciences Subjects by applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model using PowerPoint media. The type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) using qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. Implementation of actions is carried out through two cycles and each cycle consists of planning, implementation and observation and reflection. The subjects of this research were class IX MTs students. Negeri 2 Labuhanbatu, totaling 32 people, consists of 18 male students and 14 female students. The data collection technique uses a learning outcomes test consisting of a pretest and posttest. The research results obtained showed that the percentage of students' learning completeness that occurred in the pre-cycle was 46.87% and had increased with a completeness percentage of 71.87% in cycle I and increased again to 90.63% in cycle II
