Abstract: Elite in the revolutionary process occupies an important role. The position of the elite is increasing in accordance with its ability to prove beneficial to the community. Elite East Java using local values as a reference in looking at one episode in the development of the Indonesian National Revolution is agovernment crisis. Elite East Java also has its own views about the struggle for independence. Application of the principles adopted by the cause of competition with other elites, especially the elite of the communist group of national and state.

Abstract: The revolution time can not be separated by the condition before it. Probolinggo is a small city, a port city that has agricultural and plantation support- since nineteenth century has important meaning for Dutch colonial government. As a part of Mataram Kingdom in the past time, the influences of Mataram are still so strong not only in field of town physical but also on social culture spheres. But its location is near Madura Island so many Madura people migrate easily to Probolonggo. The Madura people become majority inhabitants and there was acculturation in the cultural field between Javanese and Madura. The Javanese are still industrious in agricultural field and the Madura work on variation of occupations.

Perkembangan teknologi yang menyebabkan perkembangan kebutuhan, menuntut semua bidang pendidikan melakukan penyesuaian, termasuk untuk pendidikan mata bidang Sejarah. Meskipun pembelajaran di bidang Sejarah identik dengan masa lalu dan perspektif konvensional namun bukan berarti pembelajaran yang dilakukan tidak dapat menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan teknologi. Bahkan kebutuhan pembelajaran Sejarah akan perkembangan teknologi juga cukup tinggi. Banyak inovasi media pembelajaran di bidang Sejarah telah dilakukan untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Pelatihan yang dilakukan melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat Tim Dosen Universitas Negeri Malang ini menekankan pada peningkatan kapasitas Guru Sejarah dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran terutama yang berbasis augmented reality. Dari hasil pelatihan ini dapat diketahui bahwa mayoritas peserta belum pernah mempelajari dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis AR, setelah mengikuti pelatihan, mereka mampu untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran sesuai dengan target kegiatan. Lebih lanjut, meskipun kendala teknis tidak dapat dihindari, para peserta yang merupakan para anggota MGMP Sejarah Kabupaten Malang antusias terhadap pemanfaatan AR dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran dan menghendaki diadakannya pelatihan lanjutan.Â Â

Abstrak. Masa lalu mengandung perubahan dan keberlanjutan. Seringkali kesinambungan realitas masa lalu mengalami perbedaan tampilan, namun subtansinya tetap. Penguasa Mataram Islam me-miliki mekanisme untuk menjamin loyalitas penguasa-penguasa di daerah yang menjadi yuridiksin-ya. Jaminan loyalitas ini penting mengingat konsep kekuasaan yang dianut dan luas wilayah kera-jaan. Setelah berhasil menyatukan hampir seluruh dan beberapa wilayah di luar Jawa, Mataram mulai menata pemerintahan dan kewilayahannya. Penataan itu menghasilkan struktur pemerintahan dan kewilayahan yang pengaruhnya dapat dilihat hingga masa sekarang.Kata-kata kunci: sebha, jaminan loyalitas, kekuasaanAbstract. Learning from the past would be depicted the change and the continuity. The continuity of the past reality has the different form, however the substance continues till today. The Sultans of Mataram have a mechanism to guarantee the loyalty of remote areas. The guarantee of loyalty is important concept which is used in the remote areas. After succeeding to unite almost all Java Is-land and some areas outside of Java Island, Mataram started to organize the government and the areas. Abstract. Based on continuity and discontinuity of past time of historical consciousness, there were many realities occurred during National Revolution (1945-1949) that remain exists today. The presence of Military Government in last quarter of revolution period happened in situation of independence defend war. War was seen frequently as early one source of militarism existence in Indonesia society today. The absence of Deutch does not decrease perception of threat existence yet. The continuity of threat perception becomes as icon in Indonesia history that is reproduced continually.

Abstrak: Orang cenderung enggan berwisata ke candi, kecuali ke candi-candi yang besar dan megah. Candi yang besar memang jarang ditemukan sementara itu, peraturan perundangan tentang cagar budaya yang baru menuntut adanya paradigma baru dalam upaya pelestarian. Dalam paradigma baru tanggung jawab pelestarian lebih banyak diberikan kepada masyarakat, khususnya dalam rangka peningkatan kesejahteraannya. Kawasan wisata terpadu adalah salah satu alternatif sebagai contohnya cagar budaya berupa candi di kawasan Gunung Kelud lereng selatan. Dari semua candi memang yang paling monumental adalah Candi Penataran, tetapi yang relatif kecil sudah seharusnya juga mendapat perhatian dalam aspek pelestarian. Abstract. People tend to ignore a temple when planning a tour except for the great and the glorious temples. The big temple is rarely found however the act of cultural preservation forces the new paradigm on the preservation effort. In the new paradigm, the preservation is under stakeholder’s responsibility, specifically in improving the prosperity. The integrated tourism area is one of several alternatives like cultural preservation of temple in the south of Kelud Mountain area. Penataran temple is the monumental one however the others (the small temple) should be realized in preserving aspect.

The Second Dutch Military Aggression led to several leaders of the Republic of Indonesia trapped in captivity. This incident created a crisis for the government of the Republic of Indonesia. In East Java, the political constellation before and during the government crisis was characterized by the struggle of few elites. In the struggle it seemed that the local cultural values are influential in the way of looking at problems facing the nation and made reference to the behavior of elites. In East Java, the crisis of governance that took place during the National Revolution shows the resurgence of local cultural values.

The revolution era was inseparable from the earlier period. Despite the radical changes during the revolution, the previous elements remained in existene and had significant influences. Probolinggo was a small town, a sea port having agricultural and plantation bases and from the 19th century had an important significance for the Dutch colonial rule, not only in physical but sociocultural es well. Its geographical location near to Madura made it easily accessible for Madurese migration. The Madurese people grew to become the majority and in cultural terms, there was a mix of Madurese and Javanese elements. In the economic sector, the Javanese mostly engaged in wet field agriculture, while the Madurese accuppied a more heterogenous employment. Reader’s comment columns on online political news pages are locations where political discussions between citizens can emerge and develop. The reader comment column is a standard feature of almost all media sites because of its ability to initiate discussion and promote a particular article or issues within the news site. Unfortunately, in its development, the online comment column’s discussion process is often filled by incivility and disrespectful expressions, such as sentences containing insults, condemnation, or expressions full of anger. Such sentences have the potential to undermine the discussion process and encourage pointless arguments, especially in articles that discuss political polarity. This study aims to determine the extent to which incivility and disrespectful expressions appear in readers’ comments columns of online news sites, especially on polarized political issues. This study uses content analysis techniques on 403 comments in political news on Detik.com, one of Indonesia’s main news portals. The results show that although the incivility expression shows a small number, the form of disrespectful shows a high number in the readers’ comments. The highest form of the expression of disrespectful is the expression tat contains name-calling (23%), followed by hyperbole (15.6%) and the use of sarcasm (6.2%). The high number of disrespectful expressions seems to be related to the comment column service feature that allows users to use anonymous identities.
