Abstract

Teachers play an important role in the world of education, both formal, non-formal and informal education. In carrying out their duties as teachers, high work motivation is needed so that teacher performance can be improved, so that the quality of graduates can be realized. To realize this, it is necessary to have the right leadership of the principal and provide compensation in accordance with the wishes of the teacher, so that what was the goal of the previous school can be realized. This research was conducted at SMPN 1 Kubu Rokan Hilir Regency with the aim of the study, namely to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, leadership and compensation on teacher performance both directly and indirectly. The population of this study is 60 teachers, all of whom are sampled, so the census method is used for sampling. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to perform the data analysis tool model, and data processing was performed using SmartPLS software version 3.0. The findings indicate that leadership and compensation have a significant direct impact on teacher performance. Leadership has a significant impact on teacher performance through teachers' work motivation. This means that the better the headteacher's leadership in managing and managing all resources, the more motivated teachers are to get things done, and therefore teacher performance, and vice versa. Compensation has a major impact on teacher performance through job incentives of SMPN 1 Kubu teachers, Rokan Hilir Regency. This means that the amount of compensation received by each teacher will determine whether or not the teacher's work motivation is good, this has an impact on the level of achievement of teacher performance in carrying out their duties at school.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to assess the impact of both product quality and creativity on the purchasing choices of Wardah Cosmetics customers in Batam City, both individually and in combination. This research employed a quantitative approach, utilizing a non-probability purposive sampling design or, alternatively, a probability sampling method. Data collection involved distributing questionnaires to 272 participants, and the analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25 software. The findings of the study are supported by the t-test statistic, where the calculated t-value for product quality (X1) was 10.649, exceeding the critical t-table value of 1.968. This indicates that product quality (X1) significantly and positively influences the purchasing decisions of Wardah Cosmetics customers in Batam City on a partial basis. Similarly, for the word of mouth variable (X2), the calculated t-value was 9.559, surpassing the critical t-table value of 1.968, indicating a significant and positive partial influence on the decision to purchase Wardah Cosmetics in Batam City. Furthermore, the study demonstrated a simultaneous and significant positive relationship between the product quality (X1) and word of mouth (X2) variables and the purchasing decision variable (Y), as evidenced by their combined F-value of 791.190, which is greater than the critical F-table value of 3.03. Additionally, the significance level for the product quality (X1) and word of mouth (X2) variables was 0.000, which is less than the significance threshold of 0.05. Consequently, this research supports the rejection of the null hypothesis (H0) and the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis (H1).

Abstract

Human resources (HR) is one of the most important factors in a company that is used to drive other resource activities in running a company. Human resources (HR) have a fairly important position because they have a major role in company activities. PT Cladtek Bi Metal Manufacturing is a company engaged in industrial services for several jobs regarding metal materials, especially the Weld Overlay and Lining processes on carbon steel pipes aimed at industry. Compensation can motivate employees to improve work performance and compensation can also be a tool to provide or increase morale in workers. In terms of compensation at PT Cladtek Bi Metal Manufacturing, there are still some employees who feel that the compensation provided has not fully achieved the satisfaction felt by their employees. Likewise with the incident that occurred at PT Cladtek BiMetal Manufacturing, there were many employees who did not work optimally, this happened because in the assignment of very many responsibilities and also the work received was not in accordance with the field mastered, work deadlines, relationships between colleagues the work is not good and the work done is not in accordance with their abilities. The purpose of this is to determine whether compensation, work stress and organizational climate affect employee performance at PT Cladtek biMetal Manufacturing Batam. The method of data collection is through the distribution of questionnaires with a sample of 200 respondents. The type of research used by the researcher in this research is quantitative research with associative nature of research.

Abstract

Menurunnya motivasi kerja karyawan Batam Hills Golf Resort, Kurangnya kesadaran sebagian karyawan tentang pentingnya disiplin dalam bekerja, Lemahnya budaya organisasi karena rendahnya kesadaran karyawan akan komunikasi dan kolaborasi terhadap nilai-nilai dan kebijakan perusahaan. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, budaya organisasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan Batam Hills Golf Resort. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini (Sugiyono, 2020:28) Metode penelitian kuantitatif dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data penelitian yang berupa angka-angka dan menganalisisnya menggunakan statistik. Kesimpulannya variabel Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, dan Budaya Organisasi Kinerja Karyawan bernilai 46,9%, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara x dan y. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya agar menyertakan subjek penelitian dan variabel lainnya, jika berpotensi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, khususnya hubungan antara Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan". Hasilnya, pencarian ilmu pengetahuan kedepannya dapat lebih beragam dan bervariasi, sehingga mengarah pada hasil yang lebih umum

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini guna menilai pengaruh pengetahuan perpajakan, tarif pajak, mekanisme pembayaran pajak dan sanksi pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM di Kecamatan Neglasari, Kota Tangerang. Variabel independen terdiri dari pengetahuan perpajakan, tarif pajak, mekanisme pembayaran pajak dan sanksi pajak. Variabel dependen adalah kepatuhan wajib pajak UMKM. Populasi terdiri dari wajib pajak UMKM. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik simple random sampling, dan diperoleh sebanyak 132 narasumber. Data yang digunakan ialah data primer yang diambil menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis linear berganda yang diolah dengan SPSS 24. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pengetahuan perpajakan berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 0,047. Tarif pajak berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 0,000, Mekanisme pembayaran pajak berpengaruh secara signifikasi sebesar 0,002 dan sanksi pajak berpengaruh signifikan sebesar 0,023. Sedangkan secara simultan pengetahuan perpajakan, tarif pajak, mekanisme pembayaran pajak dan sanksi pajak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak sebesar 0,000

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan bertujuan menguji dari hipotesis pengaruh keamanan dan kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian yang dilakukan pada masyarakat yang berjumlah 204 responden yang diteliti di daerah Tj.piayu, kecamatan Sei Beduk, Batam, Batam. Penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Jacob Cohen karena populasi yang tidak terhingga dan pengambilan teknik sampling purposive sampling dengan ciri khas khusus pada responden yang diambil. Penelitian dengan regresi linier berganda dibantu dengan pengolahan data SPSS 25. Pada hasil terlihat uji t 10,902 > t tabel 1,972 pada variabel promosi, pada X2 ditemukan uji t 14,384 > 1,972 yang berarti secara keseluruhan telah diterima and signifikan dan uji simultan terdapat pengaruh dan signifikan. Hasil koefisien determinasi didapat 74,7% dan sisanya 25,3% yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya.

Abstract

With the advent of growing globalization, the business world is booming, leading to the fact that they all have strong competitiveness, so that without them knowing it, they can do everything from entrepreneurs to profits achieved through power struggles. competition from competitors that appear in the global business market. The benefits and objectives of this study are to determine the effect of product quality, promotion and customer value on purchasing decisions at PT Weedo Niaga Global simultaneously. This research uses descriptive research through a quantitative approach. The application program used namely SPSS version 26. The sample obtained from the simple random sampling technique was 105 respondents. The data collection process uses the google form in the form of a questionnaire and has been processed using SPSS. The results that have been tested through statistical tests on the variables of product quality, promotion and customer value are data that show normal distribution data, independent variables have no ties to the absence of multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. Test results there are, among others, the coefficient of determination as much as 77.9%, the f test proves the value of 52.133> 2.69 with sig 0.000 <0.05 that simultaneous occurrence between product quality, promotion and customer value has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The t test results from product quality of 2,390 > 1.98326, promotion of 2,862 > 1.98326 and customer value of 4,428 > 1.98326. Therefore all t test results include the interpretation of the accepted hypothesis.

Abstract

The growth in fresh milk production in Indonesia has fluctuated in terms of demand for fresh milk every year, but in 2020 to 2021 the demand for fresh milk will increase this is because there is a tendency for the Indonesian people to consume more Bear Brand milk in Indonesia in accordance with the growth in cases Covid-19 that year. However, since the disappearance of the Covid-19 virus in Indonesia, Bear Brand sales have decreased, this is due to the lack of promotion provided, the quality of the products that are not innovative, and the brand image that has not been fully remembered by all groups. The purpose of this study is to find out how promotion, product quality and brand image can influence purchasing decisions on Bear Brand products in Batam City. This research uses quantitative with descriptive. The population used is a buyer or who consumes Bear Brand milk products in Batam City, using the lambeshow formula with the results of 100 respondents. The analysis tools include descriptive statistical tests, data quality tests, classical assumption tests, influence tests and hypothesis testing. The results of the study can show that promotion, product quality and brand image can have a partial or simultaneous positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions on Bear Brand products in Batam City.

Abstract

Faktor penggerak berjalannya suatu perusahaan adalah bagaimana cara perusahaan mengatur atau menempatkan sumber daya manusia dalam suatu tatanan kerja. Masalah yang sering muncul adalah yang berkaitan dengan sumber daya manusia dalam perusahaan pentingnya komunikasi dalam lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja karyawan yang berpengaruh pada kinerja karyawan. Permasalahan komunikasi yang kurang baik, pesan yang disampaikan kurang dipahami oleh penerima, maupun karyawan yang terlambat masuk kerja yang berdampak negative terhadap kinerja. metode analisis yang digunakan analisis deskriptif dengan analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komunikasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara bersamaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Bintang Lima Imada.

Abstract

In the year 2022, Indonesia made the decision to welcome citizens of other countries into the country. Due to the city's extremely strategic position, Batam is recognized as being one of the places in Indonesia that attracts a significant number of visitors. This presents an outstanding possibility for the launch of new travel and tourism businesses. In the city of Batam, there is a business by the name of PT Nusa Jaya Indofast that is active in this sector of the economy. In Batam, PT Nusa Jaya Indofast is recognized as the tour and travel business with the longest history of operation. There is an issue inside the organization in which the performance of the company's workers is below what is considered to be ideal as a result of inadequate communication amongst fellow employees. The firm does not have meetings very often, which results in poor contact with higher-ups, and in order to motivate employees, the corporation offers only little rewards and bonuses. When it comes to being disciplined at work, people are often less disciplined than they should be. The sampling method that has been decided upon is the saturated sample method, which is a sampling method that employs the full existing population of 106 respondents. This method has been considered to be the most appropriate method. The findings of the data that was gathered will be analyzed using SPSS 25, and then the data will be summarized into tabular form in order to make it simple to comprehend and read
