Abstract

Businesses are looking for the most productive organization or human resources possible. Organizational effectiveness in achieving its goals will be directly influenced by the availability of competent and optimal personnel. The workforce of an organization becomes one of the elements to measure productivity as a consequence of its inefficiency and ineffectiveness. Businesses that invest in their employees through competitive pay and benefits attract and retain the best talent, which in turn benefits the bottom line, incentives for greater productivity, and also stimulates the ability of its staff to produce the best results for the business. It is important to handle compensation well because it will help the organization in achieving its goals. A person's mind and character must be trained or shaped if they want to behave properly and according to their wishes. Punishment and incentive are not the same thing. This study's goal is to identify how compensation and motivation affect PT. Petrokimia Gresik employees' productivity. Probability-free sampling combined with statistical testing is the sampling methodology used in this study. A total of 155 respondents from PT. Petrokimia Gresik made up the sample for this study. While the remaining 35,2% have an impact on other factors that were left out of this research. The analysis in this research used SPSS 25 and multiple linear regression. The findings show that motivation and compensation can provide a significant effect on employee productivity. The coefficient determination findings of 0,648 or 64,8% show that employee productivity at PT. Petrokimia Gresik is strongly influenced by motivation and compensation. Consequently, need more research that controls for other potential influences on worker output.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman di waktu sekarang ini, banyak perusahaan yang sadar betapa pentingnya mengelola dan memanajemen sumber daya yang ada dalam perusahaan terutama sumber daya manusia, karena perlunya perusahaan untuk melatih dan mengingatkan setiap karyawannya untuk mampu bekerja secara efektif dan efisien sehingga dapat menghasilkan kinerja yang baik bagi perusahaan. Aspek yang perlu diperhatikan oleh sebuah perusahaan untuk meraih keberhasilan perusahaanya adalah beban kerja, motivasi kerja dan insentif karena ketiga aspek ini sanggup mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dalam sebuah perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa seberapa besar peran beban kerja, motivasi kerja dan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Anugerah Sentosa Abadis. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi seluruh karyawan PT Anugerah Sentosa Abadis. Jumlah populasi karyawan PT Anugerah Sentosa Abadis sebesar 160 karyawan serta jumlah sampel yang akan digunakan sebesar 160 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu random sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu metode uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, multikolinearitas, heterokedastisitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t dan uji F dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Anugerah Sentosa Abadis, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Anugerah Sentosa Abadis, Insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Anugerah Sentosa Abadis, serta beban kerja, motivasi kerja dan insentif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Adanya penelitian ini dilakukan untuk analisis pengaruh dari Relationship Marketing, Perceived Quality dan Servicescape secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan De’ Kampung Cafe . Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner kepada 100 responden, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif analisis deskriptif. Analisis dilakukan dengan teknik sampling non-probability. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dari variabel X1yakni Relationship Marketing berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan De’ Kampung Café, pada variabel X2 yakni Perceived Quality berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan De’ Kampung Café, dan hasil variabel X3 yakni Servicescape berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan De’ Kampung Café. Sehingga Relationship Marketing, Perceived Quality dan Servicescape berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan De’ Kampung Café. Peran dari masing-masing variabel memiliki hubungan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dengan begitu perusahaan harus mampu memaksimalkan pelayanan, kualitas, serta fasilitas De'Kampung Cafe untuk meningkatkan penjualan serta loyalitas pelanggan

Abstract

This study aims to be able to find out the effect between celebrity endorsers, brand images and product quality on purchasing decisions on Scarlett Whitening products in Batam City. This research uses a quantitative approach with the method. There were 375 respondents taken in this study, with a population of buyers or users who were interested in buying Scarlett Whitening products in Sekupang District, Batam City and aged 15-29 years. Techniques in giving and drawing samples as data researchers utilize purposive sampling. By distributing questionnaires and collecting data, from the distribution the researcher uses a questionnaire on a Likert scale. The data quality test in this study uses the validity and reliability test, the classical assumption test and the influence test in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis and the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), while the hypothesis test in this study uses (T test) and (test F ) by using SPSS software program version 25. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained are the Celebrity Endorser variable, brand image and product quality affect 54.9% on purchasing decisions. From the results of the T test and the F test, it can be concluded that partially the celebrity endorser, brand image and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as well as simultaneously celebrity endorser bradn image and product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, the development of technology and communication is growing rapidly and has become a very important issue for everyone. Technological advances in today's Indonesia make everything easier with the internet, by having a huge opportunity for business people to market their products online not only making it easier and saving time but also can be a loss for buyers if they are not careful when buying goods. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and trust on preloved purchasing decisions on Facebook social media in Batam. The techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis and quantitative data analysis. The results of the study show that it has been concluded that it has a significant and simultaneous effect on the quality of goods and trust in preloved purchasing decisions on social media Facebook in Batam.

Abstract

Pada zaman globalisasi ini, peningkatan teknologi sangat berhubungan dengan Sumber Daya Manusia. Peningkatan ini sangat membutuhkan sumber daya yang mempunyai keefektifan kerja yang tinggi untuk perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau sejauh mana peran karakteristik individu dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. PT Amtek Engineering Batam adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang didirikan sejak tahun 1996. Menggunakan 100 orang sebagai sampel dan pengujian dilakukan dengan teknik simpel random sampling. Pada penelitian memakai metode kuantitatif dan analisis deskripif sebagai metode analisa datanya yang meliputi: uji kualitas validitas, uji reabilitas, uji data, uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Pada pengujian ini data diolah memakai SPSS Versi 25 dan mendapatkan hasil penelitian sebagai berikut Thitung sebanyak 1,780 dan nilai signifikansi 0,078 > 0,05 yang berarti bahwa karakteristik individu berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap karyawan. pertunjukan. budaya organisasi diketahui memiliki Thitung sebanyak 6,272 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 artinya budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. maka terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan (bersama-sama) antara karakteristik individu, budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Amtek Engineering Batam dapat dilihat dari nilai F sebesar 111.150 (F hitung) > 3,94 (F tabel) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

The explosive growth of the Dettol brand in recent years is a clear testament to the product's widespread popularity. The corporate world is sweeter than ever as competition in the wet wipes market intensifies. Several brands of wet wipes are usually available. With a variety of existing problems that have not been completely resolved. The aim of this research is to be able to find out whether brand image, brand trust and product quality can influence adolescent purchasing decisions on wet tissue in Batam City. Quantitative methods are used to conduct descriptive investigations. A descriptive study in which the researcher focuses on one independent variable without drawing any relationship between them. Teenagers from Batam City who have bought or used Dettol wipes are the population of this study. Under these circumstances, precise population figures are not available. Since the total number of people in the study population is unknown, the lameshow formula was used to come up with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques were used through validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), t test and f test. The results of the study stated that there was a positive and significant partial and simultaneous relationship between brand image, brand trust and product quality on adolescent purchasing decisions on Dettol wet wipes in Batam City

Abstract

Bukalapak, which was started on January 10, 2010 by Achmad Zaky, Nugroho Herucahyono, and Muhamad Fajrin Rasjid, is one of the largest e-commerce companies in Indonesia created by the nation's children. Bukalapak is an online marketplace where transactions can be made. Several e-commerce businesses that compete with Bukalapak, such as Shopee, Lazada, and Tokopedia, continue to dominate the Indonesian market competition. The problem with Bukalapak has not been able to compete with other e-commerce brand images, then the quality of the products provided cannot match consumer demand, and there are still many negative reviews given by consumers so that they can influence purchasing decisions. With observable objectives such as brand image, product quality and consumer trust can influence purchasing decisions at e-commerce Bukalapak in Batam City. This study uses a descriptive research strategy based on a quantitative approach. The purpose of this kind of descriptive research is to strengthen the researcher's analysis and final conclusions by providing a clear and concise description of the conditions to be studied, with the help of a literature study. Data analysis techniques that can be used include validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (R2), t test and f test. The results of the study can conclude that brand image, product quality and consumer trust partially and simultaneously can have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions at e-commerce Bukalapak in Batam City

Abstract

Accounting is one of the majors that is in great demand by students in both public and private universities. Students enroll in accounting majors for a variety of reasons, including perceptions of a bright future for work, social prestige and economic progress. Professional accounting education will shape students to become experts in their field. The purpose of this study was to examine how perceptions, motivation, self-efficacy and labor market considerations can influence the career interests of accounting program students for careers as tax consultants. The research method used in this research is a quantitative research design, with primary and secondary data sources. The population in this study involved several students majoring in Accounting at tertiary institutions in Batam City in odd semesters totaling 612. In this study the technique of determining the sample size used the slovin formula with a total of 242 respondents. In this study, the sampling method used is a combination of non-probability sampling and purposive sampling approaches. Data analysis techniques used validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (R2), t test and f test. The results of the study state that perceptions, motivation, self-efficacy and labor market considerations can partially and simultaneously positively and significantly influence the career interest of accounting program students for a career as a tax consultant

Abstract

A companies that is exist competed, of course, has effective managements in order improved the performances of employees in accordance with their fields. It was found there are a decrease in the performance of PT Citra Shipyard employees caused by several aspects such as work discipline, communication and work competence. The aims of this studies are determining the effect of work discipline, communication and work competence on the performance of PT Citra Shipyard employees. This study used sample of 146 respondents. The results of this study are work discipline, communication and work content have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The implication of this research is that companies can pay attention to aspects of work discipline, communication and work competence to improve and improve employee performance. In addition, if the three variables are applied simultaneously, it will have a major effect on improving the performance of employees of PT Citra Shipyard.
